This patch tackles a very specific scenario. Calling split(...,
CGI::param) makes it be called in list context. The split docs say:
split /PATTERN/,EXPR,LIMIT
this means the first CGI param will be used as EXPR and the second one
as LIMIT, which is wrong anyway. So the fix is to just force scalar
context.
To test:
1. Not sure, just make sure nothing breaks when using the scripts in the
browser.

This bug allows for batch printing of multiple article requests slips
To test:
1. apply this patch
2. restart_all
3. enable ArticleRequests preference
4. create multiple article requests
5. go to circ/article-requests.pl in staff interface
6. print a single slip from a row
CHECK => it works as expected
7. select all rows and print slip from general actions menu (above the table)
SUCCESS => all article requests slips are printed
8. select multiple rows (not all) and print slip from general actions menu (above the table)
SUCCESS => only selected article requests slips are printed

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:

Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run

And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

This patch set the lang parameter when C4::Letters::GetPreparedLetter is
called to generate the notice.
Note that we do not need to pass it if want_librarian is set.
