Bug 22445: Add new prefs *CustomCoverImages*
This patch set adds a new method to display cover images for
bibliographic records.
The idea is to provide a flexible way allowing several use cases:
- local path
- remote url
- webservice
which would follow a given pattern.

So far only the following patterns are available:
- {isbn} will be replaced byt the isbn of the record
- {issn}
- using MARC subfields:
{024$a} to replace with the value in 024$a
(Note that the selector has been changed from %% to {} in a coming
patch)

For example
- /your/local/images/{isbn}.png
- https://covers.openlibrary.org/b/isbn/{isbn}-M.jpb
- etc.

There are 3 new sysprefs:
CustomCoverImagesURL
=> Define the path/url
CustomCoverImages
=> Turn on/off the display of the custom cover image in the staff client
OPACCustomCoverImages
=> Turn on/off the display of the custom cover image at the OPAC

Bug 23791: Allow granular control of social networks enabled by SocialNetworks syspref
This patch updates the SocialNetworks system preference so that it
offers a choice of social networks (and email) which can be enabled in
the OPAC.

This patch also replaces the social network images with Font Awesome
icons styled so that the colors match the social networks' current
branding. The old social networks sprite image is removed.

To test, apply the patch and run the database update. Rebuild the OPAC
CSS:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client

 - Go to Administration -> Global system preferences -> OPAC -> Features
   and find the SocialNetworks preference.
   - If your SocialNetworks preference was enabled, all choices should
be selected. Otherwise none should be selected.
   - If none are selected, select them all and save.
 - Locate a record in the OPAC and view the details page.
 - The social network icons should appear as expected and function as
   before.
 - Return to system preferences in the staff client and try enabling and
disabling different options, verifying each time that the OPAC
   reflects your choices.

Bug 23804: Correctly catch remote itemtype images
Bug 20216 missed the mark and although it did start display a URL for
the itemtype image in use, it was not limited to remote urls and as such
broke the checked handling for displaying which local image was
selected.

Test plan:
1) Select a local image for an itemtype.
2) Check the correct image is displayed in the admin table.
3) Edit the itemtype checking that the correct image is checked.
4) Change to a remote image for the itemtype
5) Check the correct image is displayed in the admin table.
6) Edit the itemtype again and check that the URL still displays and is
checked in the 'Remote image' tab.

This patch restores the methodology prior to bug 23602 of passing the
full Koha::ItemType objects to the template and thus giving us the
ability to use all the methods present within them.

Test plan:
1) Ensure you have at least one itemtype with an assigned icon and the
   images enabled.
2) View the itemtypes admin page and note the icons display again
3) Ensure you have at least one itemtype with library limitations

Bug 21701: Have PayPal optionally return to originating OPAC url rather than OPACBaseURL
This enhancement will allow a library to choose whether to use the alias of the
current OPAC or the value of OPACBaseURL as the return url when making payments
via PayPal.

To test:
Note: you need to have PayPal enabled on your system (either Sandbox mode or
Live) and be using an alias URL for your OPAC.

1. Apply the patch.
2. With the option "PayPalReturnURL" set to "OPACBaseURL", log into a card via
the OPAC and start the process to pay in PayPal (you can either complete the
payment or cancel from the PayPal page). When you are returned to the OPAC, the
domain will be the value of OPACBaseURL.
3. With the option "PayPalReturnURL" set to "OPAC's alias", repeat the above
sequence to make a payment in PayPal. When you are returned to the OPAC, the
domain will be your current alias.

Bug 23566: Continue on device - with QR codes
This patch adds the option to show a QR code on the OPAC bibliographic
detail page. The URL of the page is encoded in the image so that
scanning it will take the user to that page on their device. The feature
is controlled by a new system preference, OPACDetailQRCode, which is
disabled by default.

The QR Code is generated by a JavaScript library, "kjua"
(https://github.com/lrsjng/kjua), which has been added to the "About"
page in the staff client.

   Features. It should be disabled.
   - Enable the preference and switch to the OPAC.
 - Locate a title in the catalog and view the detail page.
   - In the sidebar menu there should be a "Send to device" link.
   - Clicking the link should display a QR Code.
   - Scan the code using a QR Code-capable device.

Bug 22258: Elasticsearch: Add array as an alternative MARC format
Adds preference ElasticsearchMARCFormat that controls whether MARC records are stored as ISO2709/MARCXML or array. Array is searchable by field and also indexes all subfields in the _all field for searching.

Test plan:

2. Switch to array format and index some records.
3. Check e.g. the 008 field of a record and verify that the record can be found with the contents enclosed in quotes.
4. Check that it's possible to search for a specific field/subfield. Search query: marc_data_array.fields.655.subfields.a:Diaries

Bug 23013: Upgrade DataTables in the staff client
This patch upgrades DataTables and makes some style changes to the
default DataTables toolbar style. DataTables assets are now combined and
minified using their download customizer, bundling together these
elements:

 - JSZip 2.5.0
 - pdfmake 0.1.36
 - DataTables 1.10.18
 - Buttons 1.5.6
 - Column visibility 1.5.6
 - HTML5 export 1.5.6
 - Print view 1.5.6
 - FixedHeader 3.1.4

DataTables assets have been moved from lib/jquery/plugins to
lib/datatables. The global header and footer include files are updated
correspondingly.

This patch removes the custom "four_button" pagination configuration and
updates pages which used it to use the built-in "full" type instead.
This is done for the sake of consistency and upgradability. This change
touches a lot of files.

Table-specific CSS has been moved from staff-global.scss to a new
include, _tables.scss. A second common include, _mixins.scss has some
variable definitions used in both files.

Many images have been made obsolete by this change and have been
removed.

To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS. View
various pages in the staff client with tables:

 - Not formatted by DataTables:
   - Reports -> Most circulated items
   - Catalog -> Search results
 - Formatted by DataTables without column configuration
   - Acquisitions -> Vendor search
   - Lists
 - Formatted by DataTables with column configuration
   - Administration -> Libraries
   - Administration -> Item types
   - Reports -> Saved SQL reports
 - Non-standard DataTables configurations:
   - Circulation -> Checkouts
   - Administration -> System preferences
   - Reports -> Lost items

Bug 23445: Make loan period unit translatable fixing editing issue
In the circulation rules, the loan period displayed in the table
of circulation rules is not translatable, always displaying in English.
This causes an issue when editing a circ rule with unit hours in any
other language than English.
When editing these rules, instead of hours, days will be preselected.

- Edit the circulation rule
- Verify that instead of 'hours' 'days' will be selected in the pull-down
- Apply patch
- Update po files (kshell, cd misc/translator, perl translate update <langcode>)
- Edit po file <langcode-staff..., search for Hours and translate line,
make sure to also remove fuzzy, and that your translation matches the

The "(not set)" part must be removed IMO, I am not sure I understand its goal.
Now that we have 1 entry per rule (and not 1 DB row for the whole "Default

to handle it correctly. Not impossible, but if not really needed I would prefer
to just remove it. If a rule is not set, the cell is empty or the dropdown list
displays the option "Not set", which seems to correct the problem.

Bug 21073: Improve plugin performance
Right now, to check if a plugin is functional and what methods it exposes we load the module and test for a given method at run time. This is highly inefficient. It makes far more sense to do this at install time and store the data in the db. I believe we should store a table of methods that each plugin exposes and check that instead. Then, at install time we can test that a) the plugin can be loaded and b) add the available methods to the plugin_methods table.

Bug 22210: Mana config - Replace firstname and lastname with name
I've applied a patch on Mana test server. If you want to
test with your own Mana instance, do the folowing:
  - checkout bug/22210 branch from
    http://git.biblibre.com/biblibre/koha-mana.git
  - run these sql queries on Mana database (we need an update DB method
    i think):
    - ALTER TABLE librarian ADD COLUMN name VARCHAR(50) AFTER email
    - UPDATE librarian SET name = (SELECT CONCAT(firstname, ' ',
      lastname))
    - ALTER TABLE librarian DROP COLUMN firstname
    - ALTER TABLE librarian DROP COLUMN lastname

Test plan
  - set mana_config to "https://mana-test.koha-community.org",
  - go to admin > Share content with Mana KB,
  - set "Use Mana KB for sharing content" to yes,
  - save,
  - in the 2nd fieldset, enter a name and email,
  - click on send to Mana KB,
  - check that you got a token,
  - you should receive an email (Mana KB registration)
  - check the name is correct

Bug 23075: Better error handling in Mana config
Currently, if you input an incorrect mana service URL in your config
(http rather than https for example) the error message you are given is
the direct output of a failed json parse. We should be able to catch
such failures and display a more meaningful error to the end user.

This patch makes it display a more friendly message.

Bug 23095: Correctly display circulation rules (0 vs undef)
From the following commit:
  commit d1303ca834
  Bug 18925: (follow-up) Fix null/empty behavior

The global test must have been adjusted as well to catch empty strings.

Actually we are expecting the plugin to return undef but the template variable contains an empty string.

So the test should only be [% IF var != '' %] instead of [% IF var.defined && var != '' %]
but I prefer to keep it as it for now.

Test plan:
In the section "Default checkout, hold policy by patron category"
Set total checkouts = blank
    total on-site checkouts = blank
    total holds = 0
Save
=> Without this patch the line will not appear

Bug 18344: Allow overdue fines cap at replacement price, and cap by amount to work together
There is no reason that a library shouldn't be able to use the monetary
fines cap and the replacement price cap at the same time. The code is
written in such a way that they already work harmoniously. We have
librarians who wish to use both so they can set a high cap of $10.00 but
also use the replacement price cap so that a $20.00 book would only get
a fine of $10.00, but a $5.00 paperback will only get a fine of $5.00

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Create a rule with a fines cap of $10, *and* a cap at replacement price, and a daily fine of $1
3) Create two items, one with a replacement price of $5 and one with a
   replacement price of $15
4) Check out these items to a patron, backdate the checkouts so they are
already overdue by a couple months
5) Check the items in ( make sure calc fine at checkin is enabled for
    you )
6) Note the one item has a fine of $5 and the other has a fine of $10!

Bug 22867: UniqueItemFields preference value should be pipe-delimited
This patch updates the UniqueItemFields system preference so that it
contains pipe-delimited data instead of space-delimited data. This makes
it consistent with other system preferences which contain lists of
database column names, and enables the selection process provided by Bug
22844.

This patch includes a database update to convert space-delimited values
in UniqueItemFields to pipe-delimited.

To test you should have two or more space-delimited items table columns
saved in the UniqueItemFields system preference. Apply the patch and run
the database update.

 - Go to Administration -> System preferences -> Acquisitions and
confirm that the value of UniqueItemFields is now pipe-delimited.
 - Set the AcqCreateItem system preference to "placing an order."
 - Go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket -> Add to basket -> From a new
   (empty) record.
   - Fill out the item add form, including those fields specified in
     UniqueItemFields.
   - Click the "Add multiple items" button and specify one or more
     items.
   - Click "Add" and verify that in the table of items added, the fields
specified in UniqueItemFields were not duplicated.
   - Edit one or more of those items and add duplicate values to one or
more of the fields specified in UniqueItemFields.
   - Click "Save" and confirm that you are presented with an error
     highlighting the duplicated data.
   - Correct the data to remove the duplicates and click "Save" again.
     It should save correctly.

  - Set the AcqCreateItem system preference to "receiving an order."
  - Repeat the test above during the process of receiving an order.

Bug 22947: Markup error in OPAC preferences file
This patch corrects a markup error in the OPAC .pref file which can
cause display problems. The patch also corrects a validator warning by
changing at <tt> to a <code>.

To reproduce the problem, go to Administration -> Global system
preferences -> OPAC.

Run the page through the W3C validation service:
https://validator.w3.org. Either by pasting in the URL for the search
results (if web accessible) or by viewing source, copying, and pasting
into "Validate by Direct Input."

This patch addresses two specific errors:

 - "Unclosed element code."
 - "The tt element is obsolete. Use CSS instead."

To test, apply the patch and try again to reproduce the validation
errors. Those errors should no longer be present. There should be no
visible change to the display.

ffb432df78 Bug 8995: Show OpenURL links in OPAC search results
This patch use GetCOinS sub to provide an OpenURL link in OPAC search
results. It uses 4 new system preferences:
  - OpenURLinOPACResults: enable or disable this feature
  - OpenURLResolverURL: url of the openURL resolver
  - OpenURLText: text of the link
  - OpenURLImageLocation: image of the link

Link is displayed as an image if OpenURLImageLocation is defined, and as
text otherwise.
It works both with and without XSLT enabled.

Changes made to GetCOinSBiblio:

For 'journal':
- Title should be in rft.jtitle instead of rft.title
- rft.date, rft.aulast, rft.aufirst, rft.au, rft.pub and rft.pages have
no meaning for a subscription, so they are simply removed from URL

This patch refactors GetCOinSBiblio, so the construction of URL is done
only at the end. This way we do not have ugly
  $var .= "&amp;$value"
in the function body.

Also use URI::Escape instead of custom regexps.

This development consider the value of syspref OPACURLOpenInNewWindow
when building the link.

Test plan:
1/ Enable syspref OPACShowOpenURL and put your OpenURL resolver URL in
OpenURLResolverURL syspref (if you don't have one, just fill it with
some fake URL, you'll have to check if OpenURL links are correct)
2/ If you want, set the other sysprefs OpenURLImageLocation and
OpenURLText
3/ Fill syspref OPACOpenURLItemTypes with some (not all) of your
item types.
4/ Empty sysprefs OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay and OPACXSLTResultsDisplay
5/ Go to OPAC and launch a search.
6/ Check you have in the results (near the title) the OpenURL link (only
for itemtypes that are in OPACOpenURLItemTypes).
Toggle OPACURLOpenInNewWindow syspref and check that the behaviour of
the link is correct.
7/ Go to the detail page of one of those and check you have the OpenURL
link too. (Above tags)
Toggle OPACURLOpenInNewWindow syspref and check that the behaviour of
the link is correct.
8/ Set sysprefs OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay and OPACXSLTResultsDisplay to
"default" and repeat steps 5 to 7

78a7d5aada Bug 14576: Allow arbitrary automatic update of location on checkin
This patch adds a new syspref "UpdateItemLocationOnCheckin" which
accepts pairs of shelving locations. On check-in the items location is
compared ot the location on the left and, if it matches, is updated to
the location on the left.

This preference replaces ReturnToShelvingCart and
InProcessingToShelvingCart preferences. The update statement should
insert values that replciate these functions. Note existing
functionality of all items in PROC location being returned to
permanent_location is preserved by default. Also, any items issued from
CART location will be returned to their permanent location on issue (if
it differs)

Special values for this pref are:
_ALL_ - used on left side only to affect all items
_BLANK_ - used on either side to match on/set to blank (actual blanks
will work, but this is an easier to read option)
_PERM_ - used on right side only to return items to permanent location

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Set the new system preference UpdateitemLocationOnCheckin
to the following (assuming sample data):
   NEW: FIC
   FIC: GEN
4) Create an item, set its location to NEW
5) Check in the item, note its location is now FIC
6) Check in the item again, note its location is now GEN
7) Check in the item again, note its location remains GEN
8) Test using _ALL_, _BLANK_ and _PERM_ for updates
9) Try entering various incorrect syntax in the pref and note you are warned

63d942d84f Bug 22764: More YUI grid cleanup
This patch cleans up a few places where templates still contain YUI grid
markup. Some other minor markup problems are also fixed.

 - additional-fields.tt:
   - Converts YUI grid to Bootstrap
   - Replaces obsolete <tt> tag with styled <span>
   - Adds _() function to string in embedded JavaScript

 - detail.tt:
   - Fixes some stray YUI grid classes
   - Fixes corresponding JavaScript to enable page adjustments

 - moredetail.tt:
   - Removes unnecessary YUI grid markup

To test, apply the patch and view the affected pages, confirming that
everything looks correct and that the page adjusts well to various
browser widthds.

When testing the bibliographic detail page, enable AmazonCoverImages and
view a record with and without an Amazon cover image. The layout should
work in both cases.

d6e1c6ffe6 Bug 22318: Example implementation: OpacNavRight system preference
This patch implements a Koha news system replacement of the OpacNavRight
system preference. The changes to koha-news.tt enable the selection of
"OpacNavRight" as a location for the content. opac-main.pl is modified
to ensure that the user's selected language is passed to the template
for use by the KohaNews plugin.

The database update process takes the contents of Koha's OpacNavRight
system preference and adds it to the Koha news system. The OpacNavRight
system preference is then removed from the database.

When the new entry is added to Koha news, the language is set based on
the top selected language in the "opaclanguages" preference. The entry
is added to "All libraries" without an author, title, or expiration
date.

Note that this patch doesn't change the way OPAC news is displayed. I
think it's best to keep existing markup and code for that since it
handles details like branch selection and RSS.

To test, apply the patch and run the database update.

 - In the staff client go to Tools -> News and confirm that there is now
an entry with the location "OpacNavRight_en" (assuming an "en"
   English interface).
 - Confirm that the previous contents of OpacNavRight were added
   correctly.
 - Go to Administration -> System preferences -> OPAC and verify that
the OpacNavRight preference has been removed.
 - In the OPAC, confirm that the correct content is displayed in the
region previously defined in the OpacNavRight system preference.
 - Test that the language and library-specific nature of news items is
reflected in the behavior of this content area:
   - Define different text based on language and location. Confirm that
switching translations and logging in to the OPAC both trigger the
     correct display of different content.

37970eead1 Bug 14457: Integrate LIBRIS spellchecking
This patch makes it possible to configure LIBRIS spellchecker as a
"did you mean" feature. When searching for a word or phrase and misspelling
the query will be sent to LIBRIS and if they have a suggestion it will
be shown in the yellow did you mean box in the results page.

The API is not very quick so this type of implementation was chosen to not
disrupt the real-time feeling of the search.

To test:

1. Apply the patch.
2. Go to http://api.libris.kb.se/bibspell/, enter the koha servers IP and click
on the "Generera nyckel" button.
3. Under "Nyckel" you can copy the value that looks like this: E47B44829E265607274B677BC17B8D78,
and enter it into the LibrisKey syspref (cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=searching).
4. In cgi-bin/koha/admin/didyoumean.pl check the box for using the LIBRIS API. It is only implemented for OPAC.
5. Perform some searches:
tset - Did you mean should suggest: test
jeg är på smester - suggestion: jag är på semester
dantes inferna - suggestion: dantes inferno

698efcc0aa Bug 21582: Use CodeMirror for *UserJS & *UserCSS
This patch adds CodeMirror syntax highlighting by default to JS and CSS
system preferences. HTML preferences will use CodeMirror editors if
UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences is disabled.

Three new CodeMirror files are added to support three new syntax
highlighting modes: XML (for HTML), CSS, and JS.

A new option is added to *.pref file configurations for textareas which
are intended for HTML, JS, or CSS: syntax. This option is passed to the
CodeMirror configuration to control syntax highlighting mode.

Textareas without a syntax option specified will not have CodeMirror
enabled.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> System preferences.

Test the behavior of several preferences which use <textarea> as their
input. For example:

- OPACUserJS (JS)
- IntranetUserCSS (CSS)
- OpacHeader (HTML)
- BibtexExportAdditionalFields (no highlighting)

Text entry in each of these should have the correct syntax highlighting
applied to them. All data should be saved correctly.

b47e01cdc2 Bug 18235: ES - Facets configurable
This patch adds a new section 'Facet order' in the Biblio tab of the
'Search engine configuration' admin page of the Elastic mappings.
The idea is to let the librarians define the facet to display and order
them as their needs.

The ergonomic is not perfect and I am open to any suggestions.

Test plan:
Move up and down the field list to order the facets
Hide/show some facets
Rebuild index
At the OPAC and the staff interface you should see the changes on the

a344b8cf8c Bug 22023: Further improve responsive layout handling of staff client menu bar
This patch makes a number of changes in order to improve the way the
staff client's header menu adjusts at narrower browser widths:

 - Updated version of Bootstrap 3.3.7 which includes the "collapse"
   JavaScript plugin.
 - Modified default Bootstrap CSS using Bootstrap's customization tool.
These changes facilitate the removal of some custom CSS (overriding
   Bootstrap) from staff-global.scss.
 - Added Bootstrap config file for loading customizations at
   https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/customize/
 - Revised button classes for buttons in Bootstrap-styled toolbars.

The modified default CSS resets the base font size in Bootstrap to
better match our global CSS. A side-effect of this is that toolbar
buttons ended up looking smaller than they should. Changing the
   button class solves this.

 - Restructure the header menu in order to allow different rules to
govern the appearance of the navigational part of the menu
(Circulation, Search, etc) and the user menu (Set library, My
   account, Log out).

 - Modify the cart JS to so that the popup works well at narrow widths.

To test, apply the patch, regenerate the staff client CSS, and clear
your browser cache.

 - Log in to the staff client and observe the layout of the header menu
as you adjust the browser to various widths.
   - Confirm that sections of the menu "collapse" as the window gets
     narrower.
   - Confirm that dropdown menus behave correctly and that links work.
   - Confirm that the Cart link works as expected when the cart empty
     and when it has items.
- Install and enable multiple translations, including at least one
  set of sub-languages (e.g. fr-FR and fr-CA).
  - Test the appearance of the language menus in the footer at
    various browser widths.
- View pages with button toolbars and confirm that they appear unchanged
(e.g. biblio detail page, patron detail page).

NOTE: While this patch is intended to make improvements to staff client
responsiveness, it does so within a limited scope. There are still many
pages which do not work well at narrower browser widths.

660d7bbd5e Bug 22337: Make it clearer that language preferences can be re-ordered
This patch makes markup and CSS changes to the system preference
interface so that it is visually clearer that language preferences
(language and opaclanguages) can be re-ordered by the user to control
the sequence of their appearance in language-selection menus.

This patch makes some minor markup changes (including some whitespace
fixes -- diff accordingly) in order to make it easier to apply these CSS
changes.

To test you should have more than one translation installed. Apply the
patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.

 - Go to Administration -> System preferences -> I18N/L10N
 - The 'language' and 'opaclanguages' system preferences should show the
   new style.
   - Each language should show a "move" cursor when the mouse hovers
     over the "box."
   - Dragging and dropping the languages should work correctly, and
changes should be reflected in language menus.

6c7c97f67c Bug 22015: Move DataTables CSS to global include
DataTables are used on enough pages in the staff client that it
doesn't make sense to put inclusion of the CSS into each template
where it is needed. This patch moves includes of datatables.css from
individual templates into the global header file.

To test, apply the patch and view various pages which have DataTables.
View various styles of DataTables, e.g.

 - Full pagination, like item search results
 - Four-button, like Saved SQL reports

Everything should look the same as it was.

e142e85d65 Bug 22198: Add granular permission setting for Mana KB
This patch adds a separate permission for managing Mana KB.

To test, apply the patch and update the database.

 - Open the permissions page for a patron with staff client privileges

d0a8d0e55a Bug 22196: Clean up Mana KB administration template
This patch makes language changes to the Mana KB administration
template, and corresponding language changes to the Web Services
preference file.

Some markup errors have been fixed:

 - Correct title and breadcrumbs, copied and pasted from another
   template
 - Add ids to form fields to match their label "for" attributes
 - Make <input>s self-closing
 - Correct class names on alert dialogs
 - Wrap text in JavaScript with _() to make it translatable

Also changed: Some language revisions to the Mana dialogs on the
Administration home page.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Share content with
Mana KB.

Test the process for enabling and configuring Mana KB. Check that
forms work correctly and that the language of instructions and labels
reads well.

Go to Administration -> System preferences -> Web services, and confirm
that the language changes to the Mana KB preference look good.

This patch replaces the fixFloat jQuery plugin with a new one: HC-sticky
(https://github.com/somewebmedia/hc-sticky). This plugin provides the
same functionality without the page-reflow problems fixFloat suffers
from.

To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS. Test the
behavior of the floating toolbar on these pages:

   - On both these pages, test toolbar behavior before and after
expanding the "Orders search" options at the top of the page.
 - Administration -> System preferences
 - Authorities -> Create or edit an authority
 - Catalog -> Advanced search
   - Search results
 - Catalog -> Item search
 - Cataloging -> Add or edit a record
   - Open the plugin window for the 008 field
 - Tools -> Label creator -> New label batch -> Add items -> Search ->
   Results
 - Patrons -> New patron
   - Test before and after expanding the patron search options at the
     top of the page
   - Test editing a patron too
 - Tools -> Automatic item modifications by age -> Edit
 - Tools -> Notices & slips -> Edit
 - Lists -> View list

3f7b2fa418 Bug 21241: (follow-up) Syspref to control fallback to SMS when no email is defined
This patch adds a new system preference (FallbackToSMSIfNoEmail)
which if enabled Koha will send suggestion notices by SMS if a borrower
has a defined SMSalertnumber and no email.

The use of the syspref prevents automatic fallback to sending suggestion notices as SMS when there's no defined email.

Test plan:
1. Chose a patron who has no email address set, but does have a
smsalertnumber set (this value is set in the Patron messaging
preferences section after the SMSSendDriver syspref is set)

2. Log into the OPAC with that user and submit a suggestion

3. In the staff client go to Acquisitions->Suggestions and tick the
suggestion and set its status to 'Accepted'

4. In the database query the message_queue and notice the
message_transport_type of the message is set to 'email' even though the
patron has no email address set.

5. Apply patches, restart memcached and plack

6. Check the 'FallbackToSMSIfNoEmail' syspref
is disabled

7. Repeat steps 2,3 and observe in the message_queue
table the message_transport_type = 'email'

i.e. If the syspref is disabled then the message is still sent by email
to borrowers with defined smsalertnumber and no email address

8. Enable the 'FallbackToSMSIfNoEmail' syspref
and repeat steps 2,3 and notice the
message_transport_type = 'sms'

i.e. If the syspref is enabled then the message is sent by sms to
borrowers with defined smsalertnumber and no email address

9. Repeat steps 2,3 with a patron with an email
address and no smsalertnumber trying with the 'FallbackToSMSIfNoEmail' syspref
enabled and disabled and notice in both cases the
message_transport_type = email.

i.e. If a borrower has an email address defined the suggestion
notice will always be sent via email

10. Repeat steps 2,3 with a patron with no email or smsalertnumber trying with the 'FallbackToSMSIfNoEmail' syspref enabled and disabled and notice in both cases the message_transport_type = email

i.e. If the borrower has no smsalertnumber and no email defined then the
suggestion notice will be sent by 'email'

11. Run t/db_dependent/Suggestions.t

96adab7af8 Bug 22030: Use preference to determine username sent to overdrive
Overdrive configuration generally defaults to cardnumber, however, they
have confirmed that some libraries use usernames. We need to allow for
both scenarios.

To test:
1 - Have an OverDrive account setup with SIP authentication
Note: You can apply for a testing account at developer.overdrive.com
    and setup an environment
2 - Fill in all your OverDrive system preferences
3 - Test with a patron whose username is their cardnumber
4 - Confirm their overdrive account tab on opac loads
5 - Change the username to be another value like "borked_wont_work"
6 - Note the overdrive account tab won't load
7 - Apply patch, update database, not new system preference
OverDriveUsername (default to 'cardnumber)
8 - Note the OD account loads successfully
9 - Change the system preference to 'user name' - the account load fails

5cacb50239 Bug 21736: Allow translating the localization widget messages
The widget used to translate the item type names to other
languages has few javascript messages that cannot be translated.
Add the mechanism to enable their translation.

Test plan:

1) Install and update a language
2) Check the po-files, there's no msgid for
"A translation already exists for this language."
3) Apply the patch
4) Install and update a language
5) There should be a msgid for the one in 2, and
   couple other messages from localization.tt
6) Translate those messages, update the translated templates
7) Go to Administration -> Item types -> Modify item type ->
   Translate into other languages
Add a new translation, check that the message given by the widget
   was in correct language.

5389ffa38a Bug 19893: Alternative optimized indexing for Elasticsearch
Implement optimized indexing for Elasticsearch

How to test:
1) Time a full elasticsearch re-index without this patch by running the
   rebuild_elastic_search.pl with the -d flag:
   `koha-shell <instance_name> -c "time rebuild_elastic_search.pl -d"`.
2) Apply this patch.
3) Time a full re-index again, it should be about twice at fast (for a
couple of thousand biblios, with fewer biblios results may be more
   unpredictable).
