Test plan:
Apply only the first patch, run the tests and confirm that the failures
make sense
Apply this patch and confirm that the test now returns green

Starting with YAML 1.30 and YAML::Syck 1.32, these modules don't bless
loaded objects by default. This is not a problem as
C4::BackgroundJob->fetch bless them anyway.
So, instead of testing what's in the session, test the result of
C4::BackgroundJob->fetch, which is what's used everywhere else
Test plan:
1. Install latest version of YAML::Syck (or YAML if YAML::Syck is not
installed)
2. prove t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t => should FAIL
3. Apply patch
4. prove t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t => should PASS
5. Verify that background jobs are still working (for instance,
tools/batchMod.pl)

git grep AutoCommit t | grep 1
highlights that 1 test use AutoCommit set, it should not
The other change removes the FIXME should has been fixed.
Test plan:
prove t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t
t/db_dependent/Patron/Borrower_Discharge.t
should still return green

Some tests were wrong and not executed in a transaction.
Lot of sessions were created in DB because the session was never
flushed.
TEST PLAN
---------
$ mysql ...
> delete from sessions;
^Z
$ prove -v t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t
...
$ fg
> select id from sessions;
-- There will be lots of ids (10, if I recall)
^Z
$ git bz apply 13606
...
$ prove -v t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t
...
$ fg
> select * from sessions;
-- there should only be the one orphaned job.
You can tell it is correct by the "making new job".
> quit
Run the koha-qa test tools.

This adds unit test for the new methods in C4::BackgroundJob. One
of the tests verfies that setting extra values does not scribble over
data that is mean to be internal to the C4::BackgroundJob object.
To test:
Verify that prove -v t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t passes.

perl t/db_dependent/BackgroundJob.t
All tests complete successfully.
Note: Test 11 does not tell what it's about, but it has been there before.
This moves the DB-requiring tests out of the way, with the exception of
00-load.t which is used by the git hooks. For it, it makes it skip
loading problematic modules. This allows 'make test' to complete successfully
without a database configured, wich is a required part of making packages.
This has been tested against the v3.02.03 tag and the master branch.
