This is a first step towards more consistency and possibly supporting
multiple input formats as well in the future. It marks all input fields
for monetary values, such as prices, replacement prices etc. with a class
that is linked to a check for number format with the jQuery Validator plugin.
To test:
For any input field to test, try adding various false entries, like "abc" or "1,00".
It should only accept inputs with decimal dot, like: "1.00"

Currently when editing a suggestion, the document type will preselect to the
first entry as we don't have an empty entry.
This can lead to data errors easily.
Test plan:
Create a new suggestion
=> Notice that "document type" is empty by default, pick one
Edit it again
=> Notice that the value is kept and empty can be picked, pick empty
Edit again
=> Empty is selected and saved in DB

The FontAwesome class "fa-pencil-alt" works in v.6 but is actually a v.5
class. We should use "fa-solid fa-pencil" instead.
This patch also corrects some leftover instances of "fa-edit"
To test, apply the patch and view some pages in the OPAC and staff
interface which have updated icons, e.g.
- Administration -> Libraries
- Catalog -> Bibliographic details
- OPAC -> Bibliographic details
Confirm that the pencil icon looks correct. Checking all modified
templates is probably too much, but inspecting the patch should show
that only fa-pencil-alt and fa-edit icons are affected.

This patch updates the suggestions template so that it uses the new
WRAPPER directive to build tabbed navigation.
To test, apply the patch and go to the suggestions page in the staff
interface.
- By default you suggestions should be organized by status, with a
separate tab for each status (pending, accepted, etc).
- Use the "Organize by" form in the sidebar to change how suggestions
are listed. In each case confirm that the tabs are redisplayed
correctly.

The handler for suggestion batch operations looks for clicks on
"button[type='submit']" which is not very specific. With the new staff
interface this ends up including the header search form.
This patch modifies the markup of the batch operations section of
the template and makes the click handler more specific so that only the
right buttons are affected.
To test, apply the patch and go to Suggestions.
- In the header search form, perform a catalog search. You should be
able to click the submit button to successfully initiate the search.
- Without checking a checkbox associated with any open suggestion, test
the batch operation buttons at the bottom:
- Change status
- Change item type
- Update manager
- Delete
- Archive
All should trigger a JS alert, "Please select at least one suggestion"
- Test each batch operation with one or more suggestions selected and
confirm that the operation completes successfully.

As per Bug 32744: Fieldsets with the class "action" should be placed
outside of the fieldset containing the main body of the form. This
report covers a few templates in rotating collections, suggestions, and
tools.
To test, apply the patch and check the following pages to confirm that
changes to form structure look correct:
- Tools -> Rotating collections. Create a collection if necessary, then
click "Action" -> "Manage items." Check the form on the manage items
page.
- Suggestions -> Sidebar filter. Check that different sets of filters
expand and collapse correctly.
- Tools -> Batch item modification (initial form)
- Tools -> Inventory (initial form)
- Cataloging -> Stage records for import (initial form)
- Tools -> Upload (upload and search forms)

In Suggestions management, in the table displaying all suggestions, add
a column to display suggester category. This way, it is possible for
example for the librarian managing suggestions rather to prioritize
suggestions coming from teachers than those coming from students.
TEST :
1. Apply the patch.
2. Acquisition > Suggestions.
3. There is a new column 'Suggester category'. It can be
displayed/hidden.

This patch makes some changes to the suggestions template in order to
make the sidebar filter form and bulk action table footer forms more
usable and readable.
Some global changes to <fieldset class="brief"> style are made.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
- Go to Suggestions.
- Confirm that the sidebar contains two sections: Organize by and Filter
by.
- Test that the links under "Filter by" work to expand and collapse the
different sections (bibliographic, suggestion, and acquisition).
- Below the table of existing suggestions you should see the section
"Change selected suggestions."
- Each form should look good, with labels in bold above each form field,
with "primary" style submit buttons.
- Because some global styles have been modified, check that fieldsets
with the class "brief" are still displayed correctly in other areas:
- In sidebar forms: Patrons, Acquisitions order and invoice searches,
overdues and holds to pull in Circulation.
- In other areas: The Quick spine label creator; the upload plugin
form; the calendar's add holiday form.

The idea rely on the KohaDates TT plugin for the date formatting. We
should not have any output_pref calls in pl or pm (there are some
exceptions, for ILSDI for instance).
Also flatpickr will deal with the places where dates are inputed. We
will pass the raw SQL value (what we call 'iso' in Koha::DateUtils), and
the controller will receive the same value, no need to additional
conversion.
Note that DBIC has the capability to auto-deflate DateTime objects,
which makes things way easier. We can either pass the value we receive
from the controller, or pass a DT object to our methods.

The C4::Suggestions::SearchSuggestion subroutine is badly written and
can be replaced by calls to Koha::Suggestions->search.
The hard part in this patch is suggestion.pl, the other occurrences have
been replaced easily.
Test plan:
The idea is to test the whole suggestion workflow.
1. Create a suggestion on OPAC
2. Create a suggestion on the staff interface
3. Edit suggestions
4. Filter suggestions (use the different filters and "organize by"
values)

of querying the DB each time they need to. In the case of

translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.

basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to

7. Make sure on each of the tables you can see the column 'Patron reason'

This patch updates the suggestions page to use Bootstrap tabs

It looks like this problem was caused by code from bug 25033, we were attempting to have the
dropdown either be the current branch filter, or the suggestion's branch code, but the variables here are confusing and it didn't work
This explicitly sets the branchcode when creating a new suggestion to allow fixing current behaviour and
show the correct value when creating new
To test:
1 - Be signed in as branch A
2 - Browse to suggestions and limit to branch "Any"
3 - Click 'New suggestion"
4 - Defaults to Any

When editing a suggestion, the library will be reset to the currently
logged in librarian's homebranch, no matter what the libray was before.
This fixes this, the library selection will remain at the db value when
edited.
To test:
- Create a suggestion with Any library.
- Edit the suggestion - it will show your homebranch as library
- Change to any library but your homebranch
- The summary should show the correct value after saving
- Edit the suggestoin again - it's set back to your homebranch again
- Apply patch
- Repeat the steps, the pull down should now show the correct library
at all times.
Caveat: I think there is a somewhat separate issue/bug in that once a library
was saved, you cannot switch back to "Any". I haven't been able to fix this and
suggest to maybe file a separate bug.

This patch corrects the date field configurations for the suggestions
sidebar filter. These fields are now linked Flatpickr widgets instead of
jQueryUI datepickers.
To test, apply the patch and go to Suggestions.
- In the sidebar, click "Suggestion information" to expand the form.
- Test these linked date fields:
- "Suggested date from" and "to"
- "Managed date from" and "to"
- "Accepted by from" and "to"
- Each should trigger Flatpickr calendars which are linked, i.e. you
can't select a "to" date which is before a "from" date.
- Test that the dates submit correctly to filter as expected.

This patch replaces the use of jQueryUI's datepicker on various
unrelated pages.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm
that datepickers work correctly. "Linked" date fields should prevent a
"to" selection which preceeds the selected "from" date.
- Tools -> Patron clubs -> New club: Linked "start date" and "end date"
fields.
- ILL requests: Two linked pairs of date fields in the sidebar, "Date
placed between" and "Updated between." Each pair should work correctly
and table filtering by date should work correctly.
- Tools -> Label creator -> Manage -> Layout batches -> Edit a batch ->
Add items. This should trigger a popup window with a linked pair of
date fields, "Added on or after date," and "Added on or before date."
- Point of sale -> Transaction history: "From" and "To" linked date
field in the "Older transactions" section.
- Acquisitions -> Suggestions -> Add a suggestion: "Created by,"
"Accepted on," and "Managed by" fields.
- Tools -> Tags -> Filter tags by date.

We have specific meanings for the different dates in suggestions
Managed - means the status was changed or the suggestion edited, but doesn't change if item type updated
Modification - implies an edit of the subscript, not updated if status changed alone
Updated - this is the date field in the DB, which is actually a timestamp
The cronjob purge_suggestions.pl uses teh 'date' field
For a user, a suggestion can look old in the interface, but be considered recent by the script
To clear the confusion we should show the timestamp as well
To test:
1 - Add a suggestion
2 - In the DB, pretend you set it in the past:
UPDATE suggestions SET manageddate='2021-01-01', suggesteddate='2021-01-01', date='2021-01-01 12:12:12';
3 - Click 'Go' In Organize by: Status
4 - Note the suggestion looks old now
5 - Check the box, and click 'Update item types with:' -> Submit
6 - Prganize by status again
7 - No change?
8 - Check the DB:
SELECT date FROM suggestions;
9 - The field is updated
10 - Apply patch
11 - Organize by status again
12 - See the 'Last updated' ate set to today

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the suggestion and tags folders are swapped around to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

This patch corrects the missing colon on the 'Edit purchase suggestion'
page.
To test :
- go to Acquistions > Suggestions
- edit a suggestion
- on 'Suggestion management' bloc, see the colon missing after the
'Reason' label
- apply patch
- refresh the page
- colon should now be displayed

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a
screen-reader.
Made the block of breadcrumbs be a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb"
class="breadcrumb"> with an ordered list inside. The last breadcrumbs
also has aria-current="page" to specify that it is the current page.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Build scss file
3) Ensure each of the files in the rotating_collections, serials,
suggestion and tags folders have breadcrumbs that are in a <nav aria
label="Breadcrumb" class="breadcrumb"> block
4) Ensure that there is an ordered list in the block of breadcrumbs
5) Ensure that the last breadcrumb has aria-current="page"
6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol
is replaced with '/' and the last breadcrumb has bold text
7) Ensure that when the last breadcrumb is clicked it takes you to the
page you are currently on

Prior to 20.05, suggestions on /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl sorted by
suggesteddate by default. On 20.05 and later, they're sorting by title instead.
We should go back to the previous behavior.
Test plan:
Create some suggestions
Edit the suggestions.suggesteddate in the DB
List the suggestions and confirm that there are sorted by oldest first

When looking at an accepted suggestion in suggestion.pl, under 'Suggestion management', the displayed cardnumber in parenthesis is the wrong one. It displays the "suggestedby"'s cardnumber instead of the acceptedby.
Test:
- create a suggestion in OPAC or staff client with user A.
- In staff client, go to accept it with User B.
- Click Edit
- Under section "Suggestion management", you have a "Accepted on".
- In the By column, the cardnumber in parenthsis is not the B one.
- Apply patch, refresh.
Looking at the code patch is self-explanatory.
