This patch updates the patron search bar and pages to default search
method to that defined by DefaultPatronSearchMethod system preference.
Test plan
1) Prior to this patch confirm that regardless of what you set
DefaultPatronSearchMethod to, the search in /members/member.pl,
members/members-home.pl and the search from the patrons search top bar
all default to 'contains'.
2) Apply the patch
3) Confirm that the system preference now affects the default option for
match type upon page load.

* Link a patron to a guarantor
* Verify on the details tab the options for showing fines
and checkouts show and are missing colons on the label
* Edit the patorn and verify the same is true for the form
* Apply patch
* Verify missing colons have been added :)

This patch adds some JavaScript to the patron entry form which adds a
hint if the logged-in librarian tries to change their own username. It
warns them that they will be logged out.
To test, apply the patch and log into the staff interface.
- Locate and edit your own patron record.
- In the "OPAC/Staff interface login" section, change the value in the
username field. When focus leaves that form field a hint should
appear, "You will be logged out if you modify your username."
- Change the username field back to your original username. The hint
should disappear.
- Confirm that submitting a username change works correctly: You should
be logged out, and when you log in again your username should be
updated.

This patch updates the checkout and patron details templates so
that they use the new WRAPPER directive to build tabbed navigation.
The markup for the tab navigation and tab panels is moved into its own
include file since the templates were duplicating essentially the same
code.
To fully test you should have patrons with checkouts, fines, holds,
recalls, and article requests.
Apply the patch and go to the checkout page in the staff interface. With
each tab, test as much functionality as you can within that tab.
- Checkouts
- Holds
- Recalls (with UseRecalls enabled)
- Claims (with a LOST value defined in ClaimReturnedLostValue)
- Restrictions
- Article Requests (with ArticleRequests preference enabled)
- Clubs (with at least one club defined)
- Relatives' checkouts (patron must have a guarantee linked to their
account).
Perform the same tests on the patron details page. Note that the
"Charges" tab is shown on the patron details page but not the checkout
page. This is not a change made by this patch.

This patch changes the "Account" and "Key" display so that
you can manually enter two factor authentication details into
an authenticator app.
The details are the same as those provided by scanning the QR code.
Test plan:
0. Apply patch
1. Go to

2. Change setting to "Enable"
3. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=51
4. Click "More" on record toolbar and choose "Manage two-factor authentication"
5. Click "Enable two-factor authentication"
6. Scan the QR code into an authenticator app and note it creates an entry called
"Centerville: Centerville_koha"
7. Manually enter an entry into an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator)
7a. Add the "Account" as shown on the Koha screen
7b. Add the "Key" as shown on the Koha screen
8. Note that the entries added by QR code and manual entry have the same

I believe where we're allowing a user to set a new password instead of
using autocomplete="off" we should be hinting to the brownser that it's
a new password box with autocompelte="new-password".
I also correct a couple of missing instances.. Honestly, I'm not sure
how much this helps these days as most browsers offer to save passwords
regardless.

This patch updates the markup on the patron API keys page so that it
uses standard classes for dialogs and page sections.
To test you must have RESTOAuth2ClientCredentials enabled.
- Apply the patch and locate a patron record.
- From their checkout or detail page, choose More -> Manage API keys
- Click "Generate a new client id/secret pair"
- Enter a description and click Save.
- You should see a message in a standard message-style dialog, "Make
sure to copy your API secret now. You won’t be able to see it again!"

This patch adds the ability to send selected patrons for batch
modification. It does this by adding a hidden form which is populated
from the borrowernumbers stored in the browser's localStorage when
selections are made.
To test, apply the patch and perform a patron search in the staff client
which will return multiple pages of results.
- Select a patron on the first page of results.
- The "Add to patron list" and "Batch patron modification" buttons
should become active, and the "Patrons selected" box should show "1"
- After checking another checkbox the "Merge selected patrons" button
should activate and the "selected" count should increment.
- Test making selections on other pages of results. The "selected" count
should continue to increment.
- Test the "Batch patron modification" button, confirming that all the
patrons you selected are correctly passed to the batch patron
modification tool.
- Test that the "Clear" control works correctly to clear all checkboxes
and disable all other buttons.
- Test that the "Select all" and "Clear all" controls work correctly,
enabling all buttons and correctly incrementing the "selected" count.

- Each tab should work correctly: The checkouts tab showing only regular

Patron Attributes have no identifying info in the template page, no stable ID to
style or effect with javascript, so when new patron attributes are added or
removed, their order may change, requiring extra work to make sure CSS and
javascript don't change the wrong patron attributes.
Test plan:
0) in intranet:
1) create patron attribute types with different codes:
"TESTPA", "test2 PA", and "At%tr:X"
2) add those patron attributes to a patron, with some values
3) in a browser, go to a patron information page, and inspect
the page source where the patron attributes are
4) note how the PA entries have no identifying information usable
to css or javascript
5) apply patch
6) inspect the page source, note how the patron attributes have
data-pa_code -value with the following values:
"TESTPA", "test2PA", and "AttrX"
(The attribute codes are sanitized to remove possibly problematic
characters; those shouldn't be used in PA codes anyway)
7) Go to the page where you edit the patron's Additional attributes
and identifiers, and repeat 6 for that page.

The "Make a payment" page uses unusual navigation for the switch between
the "Pay" and "Write off" views: Bootstrap nav pills. The style on these
is a little muddled because a mix of Bootstrap and custom CSS is at
work.
This patch adds some CSS specific to nav pills and removes some
ambiguous CSS. Two links in the template get a dummy "#" href attribute
to make them work better with default styles.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
- Locate a patron who has outstanding charges (lost item charge,
account renewal fee, overdue fine, etc.).
- From the patron checkout or detail page, click the "Accounting" tab
in the left hand sidebar.
- Click the "Pay" button on one of the oustanding charges.
- On the "Pay an individual fine" page, confirm that there is a button
and a link at the top of tab panel: "Pay" and "Write off." The
"Pay" button should green with white text, the "Write off" button
should be white with green text.
- Click the "Write off" button and the styles of the links should be
reversed.
- Confirm that the CSS changes do not affect the appearance of the main
navigation bar at the top of the page.

This patch drops the superflous div from the ill-list-table include and
instead opts to wrap calls to it with a more appropriately positioned
div instead.

A tag that only contains 0 is turned into an empty tag by
the translation scripts. This turns "Claims ( 0 0 )" into
"Claims ( )" in translated templates.
To test:
* Install an additional language (fr-FR, es-ES) and activate
it in the system preferences
* Look at the checkouts and details tabs in any patron account
in the staff interface
* Verify the claims tab shows without the zeros as described above
* Apply the patch
* Update the translation so the templates are recreated with the change
* Verify that the 0 0 now show correctly.

* Search for any patron
* Go to their patron account
* Switch to Housebound tab
* Edit details
* Verify 'Save changes' is not yellow
* Apply patch
* Verify the button has changed

To test:
1. Apply patch and restart_all
2. Find the system preference PrefillGuaranteeField
3. Look for the Surname option and add it
4. Go to a patron account and add a gaurantee
5. See that the surname is properly populated for the gaurantor's surname field
Note:
This patch replaces borrower_data.surname with patron.surname. There seems to be a mismatch here so I filed Bug 32458.
