This change validates the "type" sent to the barcode/svc. Without this
change, we pass the user input directly to GD::Barcode, which passes
the input into an eval{} block without any validation of its own.

1. koha-plack --reload kohadev
2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?type=bad&barcode=123456
3. Note that a Code39 barcode is provided for an invalid type
4. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?type=Code39&barcode=123456
5. Note that a Code39 barcode is provided
6. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?type=UPCE&barcode=123456
7. Note that a non-Code39 barcode is provided (presumably UPCE)

This patch appends or prepends an asterisk on Code39 barcodes if
they are missing from the input. This is so that they form correct
Code39 barcode images.
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. koha-plack --reload kohadev
2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/labels/barcode-print.pl
3. Type 39999000001310 into "Barcode" and click "Show barcode"
4. Note that the barcode text on the right includes asterisks around it

The previous patch makes check_cookie_auth return the session instead of
$sessionID, so we are adjusting the different calls to prevent
confusion.
However they are mainly used to check the authentication status and
don't care about this second variable.

If we add a script to Koha that can be passed a barcode, we will be able
to easily embed item and patron barcodes into html printable slips and
notices. This can be very helpful for librarians, as it means scanning
an image instead of typing in the barcode manually.
This patch adds a barcode image generator that can be passed a barcode
and an optional type ( defaults to Code39, all GD::Barcode types should
work ). This image can be embedded in html slips and notices.
( e.g. <img src="/cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?barcode=<<items.barcode>>"></img> )
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Browse to /cgi-bin/koha/svc/barcode?barcode=123456789 on your server
3) Note the barcode image
