Removing the ability to remove several cover images, it was not used.
FIXME - Note that I am getting randomly a failure when uploading an image and
seeing the following error in the log:

I squashed the patches because they are too trivial to have a test plan.
Or it is too much work to write the test plan for such trivial cases. I
leave the original commit messages just in case.
Generally, this are all cases in which CGI::param is being called in a
trivially identifiable _list context_. i.e. they are assigned to a
@variable.
I left one case out on purpose: admin/auth_subfields_structure.pl
Paul introduced this:
my @kohafield = ''.$input->param('kohafield');
and then:
my $kohafield = $kohafield[$i];
My intuition says it is forcing scalar context on the first assignment
so the list contains a single element and then inside the loop some
$kohafield assignments should lead to undef, and even warnings. I leave
it for a separate patch because it is not that easy testable and is a
sensible area.
Bug 29771: Remove warning from acqui/finishreceive.pl
This patch removes a warning that shows when receiving.
To test:
1. Do the acq workflow up to the receive step.
2. Once you choose the items and click on Finish
=> FAIL: There's a warning in the logs
3. Revert receipt
4. Apply this patch
5. Receive
=> SUCCESS: No more warnings
6. Sign off :-D
Bug 29771: Remove warning from svc/members/add_to_list
To test:
1. Run:
$ tail -f /var/log/koha/kohadev/*-error.log
2. Generate a patron list
3. Perform a patron search that gives you a few
4. Select some, and choose to add them to the list
=> FAIL: The logs show the infamous warn:
CGI::param called in list context from /kohadevbox/koha/svc/members/add_to_list
5. Apply this patch
6. Restart plack and repeat 4
=> SUCCESS: No warn!

The previous patch makes check_cookie_auth return the session instead of
$sessionID, so we are adjusting the different calls to prevent
confusion.
However they are mainly used to check the authentication status and
don't care about this second variable.

This patchset adds the ability to attach cover images at item level.
This commit message will explain the different patches that are
following.
The main idea is to have cover images for a given item. This is useful
for a bibliographic record linked with a subscription. Each item could
have the cover image for the serial numbers.
In this first patch there is a limitation to allow only 1 cover per
item, but a later patch will remove it. That way we will take advantage
of the recent work done to display nicely cover images (bug 25031), and
reuse it in this development (staff interface only).
In order to use a flexible and robust code, the legacy C4 code
(C4::Images) has been moved to Koha::CoverImages. Also the DB table
biblioimages has been renamed cover_images.
Test plan (for the whole patch set):
0. Turn off AllowMultipleCovers
1. Create a new bibliographic record and items
2. Attach a cover image to the bibliographic record
3. In the item list of the bibliographic detail page, you will notice a
new "Upload image" action. Select it
4. Select an image
=> Notice the new column in the item table
5. Upload another image
=> You cannot upload 2 images, you are going to replace the existing one
6. Turn on AllowMultipleCovers
7. Attach another image to the image
=> Notice the 2 images are displayed nicely, with navigation controls
8. Confirm you can view an image if you click on it and you can delete it
9. Test the OPAC view now
=> Cover image for items are displayed in the table, there is no
navigation controls here however.

This patch:
- displays a js alert if a problem occurred on deleting the
image on the server.
- adds a class for the new span (in order to avoid future problem, if
someone adds a new span).
- adds a title for the [X] link.
- deal with the upload_local_cover_images permission (don't display the
delete link if the logged in user does not have it).
- changes the license version.

This patch adds the ability to delete local cover images from the
detail page. It adds an 'X' button to trigger the deletion. It occurs
using a new SVC script called cover_images that accepts the following
parameters:
- action
- biblionumber (used for checking imagenumber validity)
- imagenumber (repeatable)
It then deletes all valid images passed and returns a JSON object
containing the imagenumbers and the deletion status (1/0). The operation
is triggered using jQuery.ajax, and with the response the corresponding
images get deleted.
Note: currently one image is deleted at a time, but the code is there to
be used.
To test:
- Open the detail page fr a biblionumber containing one or more cover
images, go to its images tab.
- Apply the patch, reload the page, go to the images tab.
- Thumbnails should look better than before ;-)
- An 'X' button should show below each cover.
- Clicking the 'X' button should trigger an alert message asking for
confirmation.
a) Cancel: nothing happens, reload the page and check nothing got
deleted.
b) Accept: the deleted image should be gone, reload the page to check
it doesn't exist anymore and is not a browser/DOM manipulation trick.
- Signoff
Note: check having more cover images than those that fit the width and
see it wraps fine.
P.S. I chose not to implement every possible action on the svc script, but
another bug could be filled for more improvements.
