Notice a red hint message is displayed.
Change 'Category'='Public' and notice the hint is removed
12. Log into the OPAC as User C. Notice the 'Staff only' option is not
available when creating a list

This patch modifies the patron search results page so that the toolbar
with results-related controls "floats" when the user scrolls down. This
gives access to the controls for adding patrons to a list and for
merging patrons.
Other templates are modified to incorporate a change to the CSS which
changes "#searchheader" to ".searchheader," enabling multiple instances
of a <div> styled with the .searchheader class.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Patrons in the staff interface.
- Perform a patron search which will return many results.
- Scroll down the page far enough to trigger the floating toolbar.
- Confirm that the toolbar is positioned correctly when paging through
results.
- Confirm that the patron list and merge controls still work correctly.
- Confirm that other pages which used the "#searchheader" id are still
styled correctly:
- Catalog search results
- List contents
- Patron list contents
- Add orders from MARC file

This patch removes the jquery.checkboxes plugin from the staff client.
It also removes some leftover instances of the "checkboxed" class which
was used in some cases to enable the checkbox plugin on selected
elements.
To test, apply the patch and check that the jquery.checkboxes plugin no
longer exists in /intranet-tmpl/lib/jquery/plugins.
To test changes to the templates, confirm that "Check all" and "Check
none" links still work on these pages:
- The tags review page. See the test plan for Bug 26120.
- The inventory page. See the test plan for Bug 26150.
- The list contents page. See the test plan for Bug 26204.

served no purpose:
- Serials -> Serials collection
- Labels -> Edit label batch
- Patron cards -> Edit card batch
If you search the Koha codebase for instances of "checkboxed" the only
results should be from the OPAC (if Bug 26805 hasn't been applied) and
in Z39.50 templates where the class is still used by JavaScript.

headers. The markup changes allow the standard DataTables CSS to apply
to this table even though it is not a DataTable.

- The list should be sorted by default according to the list's

To my understanding we need to escape first html chars then to JSON.
If this patch works we will need to rethink the 'To' TT plugin.
It was originally designed to have several escape methods, but with
these changes it will not make sense to name it 'To' if used only to
escape JSON
IIRC we should keep the 2 different ways to use it:
* [% To.json( string ) %]
* [% string | $To %]
otherwise it will be hard to use it when called in argument of
patron-title.inc (`git grep To.json`)

In record detail page, item location is displayed with CSS using class "shelvingloc".
Many many places at intranet and OPAC can use this class.
It allows to change display in all places using CSS customisation.
This patch removes the CSS "display:block" for class "shelvingloc".

So it will be inline by default and it can be changed by custom CSS, on all places or depending on a selctor.

DataTables are used on enough pages in the staff client that it
doesn't make sense to put inclusion of the CSS into each template
where it is needed. This patch moves includes of datatables.css from
individual templates into the global header file.
To test, apply the patch and view various pages which have DataTables.
View various styles of DataTables, e.g.
- Full pagination, like item search results
- Four-button, like Saved SQL reports
Everything should look the same as it was.

This patch replaces the fixFloat jQuery plugin with a new one: HC-sticky
(https://github.com/somewebmedia/hc-sticky). This plugin provides the
same functionality without the page-reflow problems fixFloat suffers
from.
To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS. Test the
behavior of the floating toolbar on these pages:
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Vendor details
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> View basket
- On both these pages, test toolbar behavior before and after
expanding the "Orders search" options at the top of the page.
- Administration -> System preferences
- Authorities -> Create or edit an authority
- Catalog -> Advanced search
- Search results
- Catalog -> Item search
- Cataloging -> Add or edit a record
- Open the plugin window for the 008 field
- Tools -> Label creator -> New label batch -> Add items -> Search ->
Results
- Patrons -> New patron
- Test before and after expanding the patron search options at the
top of the page
- Test editing a patron too
- Tools -> Automatic item modifications by age -> Edit
- Tools -> Notices & slips -> Edit
- Lists -> View list
Check that the About page has been updated with information about the
plugin.

This patch modifies the staff client lists page so that the
barcode/biblionumber entry form from the left hand sidebar into a modal
window, triggered by a button in the toolbar.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- View the contents of a list in the staff client, logged in as a user
who has permission to add items.
- Click the "Add items" button. A modal window should appear with the
barcode/biblionumber entry form.
- Submit barcodes and/or biblionumbers and confirm that the correct
titles are added to the list.
- Log in again as a user who does not have permission to add to the
list. Confirm that the button isn't present.

This patch modifies several assorted templates to use the
Bootstrap grid instead of YUI.
This patch also removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from
<script> tags and "text/css" attributes from <style> tags in the
modified templates.
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages, confirming that
they look correct at various browser widths:
- Administration -> Plugins
- Tools -> Comments
- Acquisitions -> Suggestions
- Lists

No need to add a new line to escape this variable that is never used,
better to remove it
`git grep shelfoff` will prove that it is not used anywhere else.

We should be on the safe side without this patch because shelfnumber and
type comes from the DB and are integer or varchar. It may be better to
show good examples to start, and escape everything anyway.

This patch removes the "|html" filter from some variable declarations in
the template used to display the list of lists in the staff client.
To test you should have at least one list. Apply the patch and go to
Lists.
In the table of lists, the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons should look
correct and work correctly.

If there are no private lists the public lists are not displayed.
Test plan:
1) Add 10 public lists (This is when the 'More lists' menu item becomes
view-able)
2) Select an item
3) Click Add to list
4) Select 'More Lists' menu item
5) Note that 'Select an existing list' is an available option

This patch is a little fix for a much bigger hidden issues.
The original issue:
1. Set the firstname and surname values of a paontr to utf-8 characters
("wide characters"), for instance 月月
2. Use this patron to login at the staff interface
=> In the header the logged in patron's info (concat of firstname and
surname) are displayed correctly
3. Hit whatever link
=> In the header the info are now displayed incorrectly
("ææ")
What happens?
After that the user loggin, loggedinusername is set with the value from
the DB (borrowers.userid)
On next hits it is picked from the session (which contains the decoded
utf8 value, see first lines of C4::Context->set_userenv)
From C4::Auth::checkauth:
834 $s_userid = $session->param('id') // ''
The quick fix is to use the logged_in_user variable in the template, but
it seems that issues may occurred if external authentication is used
(ldap, shib, cas). Could someone test this?
Test plan:
Make sure the original issue is fixed
