This patch adds a 'description' column to the creator_batches table. The
description for a batch can be added and updated using ajax.
To test:
1) Apply patch and update database (you will have to restart memcached)
2) Go to Tools -> Patron card creator -> Manage batches
3) There should now be a Description column next to Batch ID. This
will be empty (as none of the batches have descriptions yet)
4) Click Edit for any batch
5) Notice new Batch description text field. Enter a description for
the batch in here and click Save description. Some text should show
saying the description was saved.
6) If you go back to the manage batches page, the description should
now show under the Description column.
7) Go to Tools -> Label Creator -> Manage labels
8) Repeat steps 3 to 6

This patch adds a custom buttons configuration to the Notices table so
that columns with form controls are not included in copy/print/export
operations.
The DataTables columns settings include file has been modified
to check for an existing buttons export columns configuration before
applying the default.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
Go to Tools -> Notices & slips. The table of notices should have a
DataTables toolbar with a filter form, column visibility, and export
buttons. Test the functionality of all these tools. Only the first four
columns of the table should be included in printouts and exported files.

This patch adds a DataTables toolbar to the Notices & slips table,
including a filter field, column visibility, and data export options.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
- Go to Tools -> Notices & slips
- Confirm that there is a table toolbar with a filter, a "Column
visibility" button, and "Excel," "CSV," "Copy," and "Print" buttons.
- Confirm that showing and hiding columns via the button is working
correctly.
- Confirm that only the first four columns are sortable.
Go to Administration -> Columns settings.
- Expand the "Tools" section.
- Find "id=lettert."
- Make some selections to configure default settings of the reports
table.
- Return to reports and confirm that these defaults are applied.

This patch makes reserve/request.pl display a convenient error
description when a hold cannot be placed due to the new daily limit
configuration.
To test:
- Apply this patchset
- Upgrade
- Configure your circulation rules so there's a daily limit for holds
- Place holds so the patron reaches the maximum
- Place one more hold
- Notice the hold cannot be placed and a convenient error message is
displayed.

This patch adds a min-width property to the first .input_marceditor rule
in order to prevent <selects> styled by Select2 from collapsing at
narrower browser widths.
To reproduce the bug, apply all patches on Bug 20044 except this one.
Open the MARC editor and narrow the browser width to below 768 pixels.
Reload the page and view a tab which contains a <select> styled by
Select2 (942c is often an example). The <select> will have narrowed to
be almost invisible.
Apply the patch and reproduce the steps above. The <select>s should be
fully visible.

This patch makes some changes to addbiblio.css in order to improve
responsive changes to the MARC editor.
Note: This patch does not make changes affecting narrow browser widths.
The changes are focused on adapting to larger layouts affected by the
switch to the Bootstrap grid.
To test, apply the patch and clear your cache if necessary. Open an
existing record for editing in the standard MARC editor. View the page
at various browser widths and confirm that it looks correct.
Note: Because of the way the floating toolbar is displayed it does not
dynamically resize when you resize the browser. Reload the page after
resizing the browser window to confirm that the toolbar adapts at
different widths.

This patch updates several cataloging module templates to use the
Bootstrap grid.
- cataloguing/addbooks.tt - Cataloging - The main page and the
cataloging search results page should look correct.
- cataloguing/addbiblio.tt - Cataloging -> New record - The record edit
page should look correct.
- cataloguing/merge.tt - Cataloging -> Search -> Select two records to
merge. The merge reference selection page should look correct, as well
as the source/destination selection page.
- cataloguing/moveitem.tt - Catalog -> Search -> View record -> Edit ->
Attach item. The barcode submit form and confirmation screens should
look correct.

This patch modifies the include file for the sidebar menu of
bibliographic views so that a count of subscriptions is shown on the
subscriptions tab.
To test you should have bibliographic record with one or more
subscriptions. View that bibliographic record and confirm that the
sidebar menu tab shows the count of subscriptions.

Bug 2696 introduced account_offset_type.inc but 'Lost Item Return' doesn't match what is added on the database. Moreover, bug 20978 added references to this wrong value too in Koha::Account

This patch modifies the stock rotation template so that it include the
catalog search bar include instead of the patrons one.
To test, apply the patch and enable the StockRotation system preference.
- Go to Tools -> Stock rotation.
- Confirm that the search boxes at top are 'Check out,' 'Check in,'
'Renew,' and 'Search the catalog.' 'Search the catalog' should be
selected.

This patch adds local copies of the font files specified in the original
patch. A new JavaScript file has been added, fontfaceobserver.min.js,
which helps gracefully load font assets.

Information about the new assets has been added to the about page.
When using web fonts, there can be a delay, while the browser loads the
font files, between the time the page loads and the time the fonts
render. Font Face Observer allows us to specify a default font for the
initial page render, and then apply the web font after it has loaded.
To test, apply the patch and regenerate the OPAC css. View any page in
the OPAC and confirm that the custom font renders properly.
View the About page in the staff client and confirm that the new license
information looks correct.
Patch applies and OPAC and license look good. Looking forward to this.

This patch modifies the subscription detail page markup to eliminate a
confusing bordered <legend> tag. It is replaced with an <hr> to
delineate the sections and an <h3> tag to serve as the heading.
To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS.
- Configure one or more additional subscription fields.
- View the detail page for a subscription and confirm that the
"Additional fields" section is clearly labeled.

This patch changes the label of the "New fields" button on the
subscription add fields page to read "New field," making it consistent
with similar buttons in the staff client.
Also changed:
- Add missing id to <select> to make label clickable.
- Remove custom DataTables configuration in favor of defaults.
To test, apply the patch and go to Serials -> Add subscription fields.
- The button in the toolbar should read "New field."
- The DataTables' functionality of the table of existing custom fields
should be correct.
- Click the "New field" button.
- Cliking the "Authorised value category" label should put the focus
on the dropdown.

This patch also removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from

modified templates.

Some report wizards are missing row/column defaults, which sometimes return blank
pages (borrowers_stats.pl) or results always equalling 0, which a non-discerning
user may interpret incorrectly.
If the DEBUG environmental variable is enabled, missing row/column choices will
actually cause fatal software errors as well, which is also undesirable for users.
This patch adds default choices for row and column on
report wizards that had no radio buttons selected, so that a user
can't submit the form without choosing a row and column. This
prevents errors.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Visit /cgi-bin/koha/reports/issues_avg_stats.pl
3) Visit /cgi-bin/koha/reports/borrowers_stats.pl

The idea of output_and_exit_if_error (added by bug 18403) is to make sure
parameters are valid before executing the script.
If not (old or broken URLs), we shortcut everything coming next to display a
generic error ("object does not exist", "you do not have permission to do that", etc.)
This bug report fixes the scripts under serials/*.
Test plan:
Hit the script under the serials directory with an invalid subscriptionid parameter
and confirm you get an error instead of the normal view with empty values.
The goal is not to be exhaustive during the first iteration, but at least to fix
the most common views.

The authority editor (authorities/authorities.pl) does not have
a 'Cancel' button. Also, it has two 'Save' buttons.
This patch fixes that by:
a) adding a 'Cancel' button to the floating toolbar at the top
b) removing the 'Save' button from the bottom of the page
Test plan:
1) Go to Home > Authorities and launch the authority editor by
clicking on 'New authority'. Notice how the editor doesn't
have a 'Cancel' button. Also notice the two 'Save' buttons.
2) Apply the patch.
3) Re-launch the authority editor, and hit cancel; you should
be taken back to Home > Authorities.
4) Edit an existing authority, and hit cancel; you should be
taken back to the details page for the authority you chose.
5) Edit an authority as new (duplicate), and hit cancel; you
should be taken back to Home > Authorities (this behaviour
is mimicking the bibliographic editor: when duplicating a
biblio the 'Cancel' button will take you back to Home >
Cataloging).

This patch removes the custom javascript form validation from three
templates: Budgets, budget planning, and contracts. Validation via the
validation plugin is done instead.
This patch also removes use of event attributes like onclick and
onchange. Also changed: I added the "Required" text next to required
fields as necessary.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Budgets.
- Test the budget creation process for adding, editing, and duplicating
budgets. In all cases:
- The start date and end date should be required
- You should be warned if you enter an end date which falls before the
start date.
- The description should be required
- The budget amount should be required to be a number
To test the budget planning page:
Note that much of the JS removed from this template was unused. It
looked for inputs by the name 'est_total' which don't exist.
- When viewing the table of funds for a budget, select a choice from the
'planning' toolbar menu.
- Verify that after entering a numeric value in any cell, the
'remaning' value at the end of the row is correctly updated.
- Verify that after entering non-numeric data an error is displayed.
- Verify that clicking the 'auto-fill' button at the end of the row
works to fill any empty or zero-value fields with the remaning funds
available.
To test the vendor contracts page:
- Go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Contracts
- Add or edit a contract
- Confirm that name, start date, and end date are required.
- Confirm that you are warned if you enter an end date which falls
before the start date.

The RoutingListNote system preference works like other prefs
allowing you to insert your own content on the routling list
template using HTML. The default text even uses HTML, so it
looks broken without this patch.
To test:
- Add a subscription
- Add a new routing list to it
- Add some patrons to it
- Save
- preview routing list
- Verify that the note shows and is formatted correctly.

This patch modifies templates where a pop-up window is used to display
patron search results. A link has been added to the patron name which
triggers a modal window displaying more details about that patron. With
each page in the test plan, check that clicking linked names in search
results triggers a modal with the correct data.

This patch adds columns configuration and print/export options to two
tables: The table listing courses and the table listing titles reserved
for a course.
To test you should have more than one course and multiple title reserved
for at least one course.
- Apply the patch and go to Course reserves
- In the table of courses, confirm that all DataTables controls work
correctly: paging, filter, column visibility, export, etc.
- View a course with multiple titles reserved. Test all DataTables
controls on this table too.
- Go to Administration -> Columns settings
- Change the settings for the courses and reserves table and confirm
that these changes are applied correctly.

Sometimes libraries want to see internal notes on the overdue
reports page, this patch adds the notes.
Additional fixes:
- Library column was always empty, now library displays
- Replacement price was not formatted according to CurrencyFormat
To test:
- Make sure you have some overdue issues in your system
- Circulation > Overdues report
- Make sure everything displays as it should
- Verify internal item note shows
- Verify price is correctly formatted (syspref CurrencyFormat)
- Library shows
- Download list of overdues

This patch modifies the DataTables CSS which styles "full_nubmers"
controls which are disabled: First and Previous buttons on the first
page of results, Next and Last buttons on the last page of results.
These buttons should have gray icons instead of blue.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary. View
a page which uses a "full_numbers" DataTables configuration, e.g.
- Administration -> Cities
- ILL requests -> List requests
- Circulation -> Holds to pull
Confirm that buttons in their disabled state have a gray icon and text
instead of blue.

In inventory, optional filters are build from authorize values categories used for items.notforloan, items.itemlost, items.withdrawn and items.damaged.
The bug is that description of value 0 is always "For loan".
This seems to be only for "notforloan".
Second bug is that if a description exists for "notforloan" value 0, it is not used.
This patch corrects by adding "For loan" only for "notforloan" authorized values and if there is no 0 value.
It changes the description added by code from "ignore" to a more unlikly user defined "__IGNORE__".
Test plan:
1) Make sure you have authorized values defined on items.notforloan, say "NFL" category, with at least a value and description but no 0 value

This patch adds CodeMirror syntax highlighting to the SQL reports
editor. Newly added is a file containing the sql-specific syntax
highlighting code, in both compressed and uncompressed versions.
Unrelated changes:
- Some JavaScript has been moved from inside the body of the page to
the footer.
- Paths to some assets have been corrected to no use relative paths.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved SQL reports
- Edit an existing report and confirm that the SQL is correctly
highlighted and that there are no display problems when editing.
- Confirm that changes are saved successfully.
- Perform the same test when creating a new SQL report.
- View an existing report and confirm that the SQL is syntax-highlighted
but is read-only.

The stock rotation feature adds a batch process to automate rotation of
catalgue items with a staff client page under tools to manage rotas/schedules.
Once a rota is configured, and your staff user has the right permissions
to allocate items, then an additional tab will appear on biblio records
allowing the management of of which rota, if any, individual items belong to.
It also includes a cron script to process the items on a daily basis.

Test plan:
1) Ensure that you have four users:
a) A superlibrarian
b) A user with all `parameters` permissions (the toplevel `parameters`
box is checked).
c) A user with the `manage_circ_rules` permission (and, of course,
`catalogue`).
d) A user with the `manage_circ_rules`, `manage_circ_rules_restricted`
and `catalogue` permissions.
2) As all four users, load the "Circulation and fine rules"
administration page (admin/smart-rules.pl).
3) The page should be unchanged for the first three users. It should be
possible to view and edit the circ rules for all libraries.
4) The last (restricted) user should only be able to view and edit the
circ rules for their own library.

Bug 21076 fixed a Javascript error on article requests page when patron is found.
There is also an error when patron is not found, with message :
Patron not found
No patron with this name, please, try another
This patch fixes by replacing TT condition by a JS condition testing the existance of the patron input.
Test plan:
1 - Do not apply patch
2 - Enable article requests
3 - Search on staff client and click 'Request article'
4 - Search for a patron that does not exist
5 - You get a yellow message "Patron not found"
6 - View error in console
7 - Apply patch
8 - Reload
9 - Not error is gone
10 - Search for a patron that does exist
11 - Check there is no error in console
12 - Check that autocompletion works

This patch removes the erroneously added workflow that requires staff
users to agree to the copyright clearance declaration defined in the
ILLModuleCopyrightClearance preference. Only OPAC users should be
required to accept the declaration.
To test:
1) Ensure you have at least one ILL backend available:
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/ILL_backends
2) Ensure you have the "ILLModule" preference enabled
3) Add some text to the "ILLModuleCopyrightClearance" preference
4) As an OPAC user make an ILL request:
a) Navigate to a search results page in the catalog
b) Click the "Make an Interlibrary Loan request" link at the bottom
c) Choose "Create a new request", then select a backend
d) Observe the text you added earlier is displayed with buttons for
agreeing or disagreeing
5) As a staff user, select the "ILL requests" button on the front page of
the intranet site
a) Choose "Create a new request", then select a backend
b) Observe that you are NOT prompted to agree to the text you added
earlier

This patch makes minor changes to the text of hold confirmation buttons
in the checkin process in order to make them more consistent.
Also changed: Removed the "danger" class from the "Ignore" button for
readability and consistency's sake.
To test, apply the patch and check in an item which is on hold for a
patron at your logged-in library. The hold confirmation dialog's buttons
should read "Confirm hold," "Print slip and confirm," and "Ignore."
Confirm the hold, then check in the same item again.
In the dialog, the buttons should read "Confirm hold," "Print slip and
confirm," and "Cancel hold."

Pages with DataTables' four button pagination use the wrong
icon for 'First' and 'Last'. Also, the icons for all four
buttons are truncated at the bottom.
This patch fixes that.
Test plan:
1) Go to a page that uses four button pagination (e.g. Home >
Administration > MARC frameworks) and notice how the
pagination icons for First/Previous and Next/Last are the
same. Also notice all four icons are clipped at the bottom.
2) Apply the patch.
3) Refresh the page; the First and Last buttons' icons now
include a vertical bar, and there is no clipping visible.
4) For completeness, check other affected pages as well.

When clicking Create EDIFACT Order on /acqui/basket.pl, an EDIFACT message will not be generated if aqbasket.branch does not match edifact_ean.branchcode. This failure does not generate any sort of error message, it just fails to produce a message.
We should allow ean's to not require a branch to be set, then if we don't find a branch specific each, we can look for the default version of the ean.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Verify you can create a Library EAN without setting a branchcode for it
4) Verify you can use this EAN to send an EDI order where the basket has a branchcode set

This patch corrects an error in the staff client CSS which was causing
overdue items on the checkout screen to not be highlighted.
To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Check out to a patron who has overdues. The overdue items should have
due dates styled bold and red.

This patch makes the XSLT logic add the $g subfield in the 773 display
in both the OPAC and staff interface MARC21 record detail pages.
The XSLT chooses between different ways to create the link for the
related content, but then it only adds the $g in two of the cases.
There's no obvious reason for a different display.
To test:
- Have a record with:
=773 $tHost title $gp4.
=> SUCCESS: Notice the Detail view shows:
In: Host title p4.
- Have another record with:
=773 $tHost title $gp4. $w100
- Enable UseControlNumber (only to cover the case):

'Standard number' indicates that you can search ISBN, ISSN and other
standard numbers, but we are using the wrong index and only get a
very limited search for biblionumber instead.
This patch changes the index from sn to ident.
To test:
- Check both staff and OPAC advanced search:
- Search for Standard number = ISBN
- Search for Standard number = ISSN
Both should work.
Toggle [Intranet|OPAC]NumbersPreferPhrase system preferences
- Check the label creator
- Add a new batch
- Use 'add items' option and search for Standard number

The 'authname' field required for OverDrive can differ per branch.
This patch adds Koha Objects for dealing with OD info and submitting
authnames per branch. The description is left open so future branch info
can be added.
To test:

This is the first step in the circulation rules revamp as detailed

This patch moves the recent max_holds rule to the new circulation_rules table.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Go to the circ rules editor, note the new max holds rules
by patron category in the "Checkout limit by patron category".

4) Create find a patron that is allowed to place a hold, count the

We should have plugin hooks for the staff interface just like we have for the OPAC as detailed on bug 20181.
Test Plan:

2) Download and install the Kitchen Sink plugin ( v2.1.19 or later )

This patch removes the "|html" filter from some variable declarations in
the template used to display the list of lists in the staff client.
To test you should have at least one list. Apply the patch and go to
Lists.
In the table of lists, the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons should look
correct and work correctly.

This patch adds an "IN" option to the AmazonLocale setting, allowing
Indian libraries to use their Amazon Affiliate ID in Koha's links to
Amazon.
To test, apply the patch and run updatedatabase.
- Go to Administration -> System preferences -> Enhanced content.
- Enable the OPACAmazonCoverImages preference.
- Enter a dummy ID in the AmazonAssocTag preference.
- Confirm that you can select "Indian" for the AmazonLocale preference.
- Select "Indian" and save.
- Open a record in the OPAC and confirm that the cover image links to
Amazon.in and includes the ID you entered in AmazonAssocTag.
- Do the same with a record in the staff client.

This patch modifies several reports templates to use the
Bootstrap grid instead of YUI.
This patch also removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from

This patch also removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from

What we were doing was wrong and is still wrong. The output_pref should not be done
in modules or script, only template side.
Much more work would be needed to clean the situation. This patch provides less changes
as possible to, hopefully, not introduce side-effects.
To recreate:
1 - Enable decreaseLoanHighHolds, set to 1 day and more than 0 holds
2 - Set TimeFormat to 12 hour
3 - Find or create a record with two items
4 - Place a hold on one of them
5 - Checkout the other to a different patron
6 - Note the warning message display correct time
7 - Confirm the checkout
8 - Note the item is due at 11:59AM

WebService::ILS::RecordedBooks::PartnerPatron
RecordedBooks* sysprefs
Nothing functional to test with this patch yet.

Add a form under report's result that allow to configure and draw a
chart (pie, bar, line and combination).
Pie: Usefull only for a two-column report's result
bar: Horizontal: Can be horizontal or vertical (check/uncheck
horizontal checkbox),
Group: allows to group columns (stacked bar chart),
Line: show some columns as line in a bar chart (combination)
line: line chart :)
This patch adds 2 new js libraries: d3js and c3js:

This patch adds the vendor and internal note from the acquisition order
to the subscription detail page
Test plan:
- Create an order from a subscription, fill the internal and vendor
notes
- Go to the subscription's detail page
- Confirm that the columns are displayed in the "Acquisition details"

This patch makes it possible to add an extra column to Z3950 search results.
The system preference AdditionalFieldsInZ3950ResultSearch decides which MARC field/subfields are displayed in the column.

The prices were not formatted correctly on the printed receipts
for fines and payments in the patron account.
This patch introduces the use of the Price TT plugin to those
templates.
Also:
- Fixes a few capitalization errors
- Removes spaces in front of :
- Updates accounttype-to-description list to the one used
in other templats as a lot of values were missing (Credit etc.)
To test:
- Create several fines, use some .00 and some with other values
- Pay some fines
- Create a manual credit
- Use print button for all of those (credit, fee, payment)
- Verify that:
- prices ending in .00 are displayed without the decimal part
- instead of Credit only C is shown in the description
- Apply patch
- Print invoices and receipts again
- Verify that:
- prices are now formatted according to CurrencyFormat system
preference, decimal part always included
- verify that correct description for Credit is shown

The advanced MARC editor, Rancor, doesn't obey MarcFieldDocURL.
Make it do so.
Test plan:
1) Enable EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor
2) Set MarcFieldDocURL to eg. http://{MARC}.example.com/{LANG}/{FIELD}
3) Go to Cataloging -> Advanced editor
4) Go to any field and press Ctrl-H
5) Marc field documentation on www.loc.gov or ifla.org should open

When a book seller (vendor) does not have EDI account information configured
the basketgroup display still shows a button to generate EDIFACT output which
results in 500 error when clicked. This patch fixes two aspects of this:
a) it stops the button being displayed in the first place, replacing it with
a message that explains there is not EDIFACT configuration for the vendor.
b) if, somehow, an edifact print operation is passed to the basketgroup
script it detects the lack of an EAN and redirects back to the basket group
display page with a warning message.
To test:
1) Create a vendor with no EDI details.
2) Create a basket with some items in, then close it and add it to a basket
group for this vendor.
3) Go to that vendor's basket groups, click on the "Closed" tab and then
click on the 'generate edifact order' button. You should get a 500 error.
4) Apply this patch.
5) Repeat 3, except this time you should find that the 'generate edifact
order' button has been replaced with a note that there is
"No EDIFACT configuration for <vendor>".

Keeps the selected framework, allows selecting another and validates the record using the correct framework. Contains additional minor tweaks to display proper error messages.
To test:
1. Add a record with a non-default framework in the basic editor.
2. Switch to advanced editor and make sure the settings menu displays the correct framework.
3. Save the record and confirm that the framework code did not change.
4. Change the framework and save the record again.
5. Verify that the framework code changed.
6. Change one framework to make an extra field mandatory.
7. Make sure that the field is required in the editor when the framework above is selected but not when another framework is selected.

The "html" filter that is being applied to these variable declarations
is inappropriate and has been removed.
I've also simplified things by removing two of the extraneous variable
declarations.
To test:
- Before applying the patch, on master, view the "Manage request" page
for an ILL request
- TEST: Observe that, apart from the "Edit request" button, the various
available action buttons do not display correctly
- Apply the patch
- TEST: Refresh the page and observe that the buttons now display
correctly

This patch moves the Save and Cancel controls on the vendor edit form
into a toolbar which sticks to the top of the screen as you scroll.
To test, apply the patch and Acquisitions -> New vendor.
- Confirm that as you scroll down the page, the toolbar with the Save
and Cancel buttons sticks to the top of the screen.
- Test that the Save and Cancel buttons both work correctly.
- Perform the same tests when editing an existing vendor.

This patch adds Bootstrap button styles to two links: View MARC and
Order.
Unrelated: A "modal-wide" class has been added to the View MARC modal to
give more room for the MARC view.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket ->
Add to basket -> From an existing record.
In the record search results, confirm that the View MARC and Order links
are now Bootstrap buttons. Test the View MARC button and confirm that
the modal preview fills most of the screen.

This patch adds a workflow for adding to a basket from a file. It
removes the need to stage the file before going to the basket and allows
you to stage the file and return to the basket
To test:
1 - Have basket in acquissitions
2 - Click add to basket
3 - Note new option to 'Add from new file'
4 - Click it
5 - You will be sent to the record import tool
6 - Stage your file
7 - There is a link after staging 'Add records to basket'
8 - Click it
9 - Your items should be added

barcode of each item links to the item details page.

When permission 'manage_patron_lists' is off, there is no checkbox on
/cgi-bin/koha/members/member.pl to merge patrons.
Test plan:
Remove permission manage_patron_lists
Add permission edit_borrowers
Search for patrons
=> Without this patch you will not be able to select patrons to merge
(checkboxes are not displayed)

This patch removes members-menu.inc and replaces the last functional use
of it with a call to circ-menu.inc.
An invalid use of members-menu.inc has been removed from member.tt.
To test, apply the patch and open a patron record for editing. The
sidebar menu should look correct and all sidebar links should work
correctly.
View the patrons home page and confirm that nothing has broken.
Search the Koha codebase for references to members-menu.inc. There
should be none.
