This patch updates the call to overdrive_proxy to allow passing a version
and updates the code to use V2 for availability
To test:
1 - Enable OverDrive integration by setting the sysprefs
2 - Log in to your overdrive account in the Koha opac
3 - Perform a search and note availability display
4 - Confirm you can checkout/hold/return books
5 - Apply patch
6 - Repeat search and test functionality
7 - Note that title with '0 out of 0 copies available' now say 'Currently unavailable'

prefs)
2 - Search on the opac - verify you get results (or search error) on
first page of results'
3 - Go to second page of results - OD and RB are not searched
4 - Apply patch
5 - Verify nothing has changed
If you have valid credentials:
1 - Enable RB prefs
2 - Sign in with an account that has an email matching your registered
account for recordedbooks
3 - Confirm you RB account loads on opac-user.pl
Otherwise:
Read the patches, verify it all makes sense

This patch simply replaces the ';' in the param passed to OverDrive
with '&'
To test:
1 - Enable overdrive (requires an account)
2 - Perform an opac search
3 - Note the number of overdrive results reported
4 - Click the link to view the actual overdrive results
5 - Note the result numbers don't match
6 - Apply patch
7 - Repeat 1-4 and note results numbers match and results are relevant
8 - Test a search with a ';' to ensure this patch isn't breaking
searches

When calling the overdrive_proxy service, if for some reason the
credentials are not accepted by OverDrive, return HTTP status 400
(as intended) rather than an internal server error.

Show any relevant results from the OverDrive ebook/audiobook service
on the OPAC search. This is done by showing a link with "Found xx
results in the library's OverDrive collection" at the top of search
results and linking to a page that shows the full results.
This requires an OverDrive developer account, and is enabled by
setting the OverDriveClientKey and OverDriveClientSecret
system preferences. In addition, this patch adds the
OverDriveLibraryID system preference.
