This patch moves C4::Biblio::GetMarcNotes to
Koha::Biblio->get_marc_notes. This is so get_marc_notes can be
used in templates and notices.
To test:
1. Find a record that has a note (3xx for UNIMARC, 5xx for MARC21).
Confirm the notes still show as normal under the Descriptions tab.
2. Add the record to the cart.
3. View your cart and click 'more details'. Confirm notes show as
normal.
4. Log in to the OPAC. Find the record and add it to the cart
5. View the cart and click 'more details'. Confirm notes show as
normal.
6. View the record detail page and confirm the notes show as normal
under the Title Notes tab.
7. Confirm tests pass:
- t/Biblio.t
- t/db_dependent/Koha/Biblio.t

This patch updates the OPAC and staff client carts to use CSS to
control print output, removing a print parameter which was passed to the
script.
Currently, when you click "Print" on the OPAC basket, it navigates to
a new page and initiates window.print() followed by a
window.location.href change again. Unfortunately, due to differences in
IE, Chrome, and FF, it will either show the print options, navigate away
without showing them, or refuse to navigate away after printing. By
changing to using print CSS, we don't navigate away from the basket in
the first place, so we prevent this irregular behavior.
TEST PLAN
1) Apply the patch
2) Create an OPAC basket by clicking "Add to cart" on multiple items
3) Using Chrome, IE, and Firefox (of any version), click the "Print"
button
4) You should see the relevant print menu without the OPAC basket
re-loading in any way.
5) After printing is complete, you should still be on the OPAC basket
pop-up
6) Perform the same tests in the staff client

This patch adds display of subtitles to the staff client cart.
To test you should have some values mapped to subtitle in Administration
-> Keyword to MARC Mapping.
1. Apply the patch.
2. Add some records to the staff client cart which have subtitles.
3. Open the cart and onfirm that subtitles display correctly in both the
brief and "More details" view.

Ok I am silly, we needed to replace to use the cache mechanism for
search_by_koha_field, not find_by_koha_field...
Let's create another subroutine

This patch replaces the call to C4::Koha::GetKohaAuthorisedValues with
Koha::AuthorisedValues->search_by_koha_field
Test plan:
AV descriptions should be displayed on the following pages:
- XSLT view - location and ccode
- Bibliographic detail, moredetail and OPAC pages - location, ccode, copynumber
- returns - location
- opac-basket - ccode, location
- The 3 reports: catalogue_stats.pl, issues_stats.pl and
reserves_stats.pl - location, ccode

This subroutine returned the csv profiles for a given type.
This could be done easily with the new Koha::CsvProfiles->search method.
Test plan:
To do at the OPAC and staff interface!
1/ Export a list using a CSV profile
2/ Export your CART using a CSV profile
Note that only MARC profiles should be available.

The borrow permission was used but uselessly.
For instance, at the opac, the flagsrequired parameter was set to
'borrow' but the 'authnotrequired' was set also (which means no auth
required).
At the end, this permission was used at only 1 place: for the basket,
intranet side.
This can be replaced with the catalogue permission (which is used to
search).
Test plan:
1/ Confirm that you are able to show/download/sent the cart (intranet side)
with the catalogue permission.
2/ At the OPAC, you should be able to access the same pages as before
with any other permissions.
Concretely it is quite difficult to test this patch, you should have a
look at the code.

If a record is placed in the basket and deleted, the basket view
exploded with:
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/koha/src/basket/basket.pl line 73.
Test plan:
1/ Add some records to the basket
2/ Delete one of them
3/ Look at your basket
It should not exploded
Note that the number of items in the basket is now wrong.
Works as expected.

When the cart in the staff client pulls description data for
items.location and items.ccode it pulls the value designated for the
OPAC--probably a cut-and-paste error when the feature was added to the
staff client.
This patch removes the 'opac' parameter from GetKohaAuthorisedValues.
To test you must have at least one LOC authorized value configured to
have different descriptions for staff and OPAC. Locate or edit an item
with that shelving location and add that record to the cart in the staff
client.
When you view the cart, the shelving location description in the "Items"
column should show the description for the staff client, not the OPAC.

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

This patch moves the staff client Cart download choices into a toolbar
menu button instead of requiring that the user make the choice via a form
in the pop-up window.
To test, add items to Cart in the staff client. Open the cart and
choose a download option from the Download menu. Your download
should complete correctly without the page changing or reloading.

Note that this new include builds only the first half of the
anchor tag (<a>). Because title and subtitle are output differently
on some pages, rendering of the second half of the tag is left
to individual pages.
Includes fixes for staff client templates.
Change to basket.pl fixes a bug wherein the OPAC's bibliodefaultview
preference was being checked instead of the staff client's.
