1570af154f Bug 29771: Remove trivial cases
I squashed the patches because they are too trivial to have a test plan.
Or it is too much work to write the test plan for such trivial cases. I
leave the original commit messages just in case.

Generally, this are all cases in which CGI::param is being called in a
trivially identifiable _list context_. i.e. they are assigned to a
@variable.

I left one case out on purpose: admin/auth_subfields_structure.pl

Paul introduced this:

my @kohafield = ''.$input->param('kohafield');
and then:
my $kohafield = $kohafield[$i];

My intuition says it is forcing scalar context on the first assignment
so the list contains a single element and then inside the loop some
$kohafield assignments should lead to undef, and even warnings. I leave
it for a separate patch because it is not that easy testable and is a
sensible area.

Bug 29771: Remove warning from acqui/finishreceive.pl

This patch removes a warning that shows when receiving.

To test:
1. Do the acq workflow up to the receive step.
2. Once you choose the items and click on Finish
=> FAIL: There's a warning in the logs
3. Revert receipt
4. Apply this patch
5. Receive
=> SUCCESS: No more warnings
6. Sign off :-D

Bug 29771: Remove warning from svc/members/add_to_list

To test:
1. Run:
   $ tail -f /var/log/koha/kohadev/*-error.log
2. Generate a patron list
3. Perform a patron search that gives you a few
4. Select some, and choose to add them to the list
=> FAIL: The logs show the infamous warn:
CGI::param called in list context from /kohadevbox/koha/svc/members/add_to_list
5. Apply this patch
6. Restart plack and repeat 4
=> SUCCESS: No warn!
7. Sign off :-D

f808671295 Bug 29111: Remove unused indicator modification code for items
The indicator value for 952 was hard coded in every case to " ". In
order to achieve that we can simply pass undef to TransformHtmlToXml()
and it will set the indicator values to " ".

To test:
 1) Make sure the submission of (at least some) the modified files
 still work, e.g. test that making a new item via
 cataloguing/additem.pl works.

9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

6180725e61 Bug 20212: Use the DT column filtering provided by the wrapper
Bug 27402 is adding it, we do not longer need the query_from_filters JS
function.

This patch also remove the filters on the left. As we have DT
remembering the filter on the table we don't need them anymore.

Technical note:
Prior to this patch, the search on biblio.author, biblio.title and
biblio.isbn was done by adding hidden columns. Now we are using:
  "data": "biblio.author:biblio.title:biblio.isbn"
to tell the wrapper we are going to build a search on these 3
attributes.

Another trick is to pass a default_filters parameters to the wrapper, to
tell it we want to filter on the orders of a given vendor (this is a
bugfix, the original implementation was returning all the orders).
However We should not use /acq/orders?vendor_id=42 but /acq/vendor/42/orders instead (which does not exist yet),
otherwise (with bug 27353 ) we are going to display the wrong number of non-filtering rows.

The change in Orders.pm is only formatting to match what's done in

Bug 23596: Edit suggestion's reason when receiving
This patch displays and let the librarian edit the suggestion.reason
information when receiving an order.

Note that if no reason was given the edit is not possible (easily
modifiable if needed but it seems that we do not want to display too
much details unnecessarily)

Test plan:
- Create a suggestion and fill the reason
- Create an order from this suggestion
- Close the basket and start receiving the order
=> The reason is displayed and editable
- Modify the reason and click Save
- Receive again
=> The reason has been correctly modified
- Play with the "Others..." option and give a specific reason

c7f47ea36a Bug 18723: Change dot into comma
This fixes the regression that multiplies the amount entered by 100
when CurrencyFormat is set to FR. It replaces the last dot with a
comma before dealing with the value of ActualCost and ReplacementCost.

Test Plan:
a)Replicate the issue:
    0- Set CurrencyFormat to FR
    1- Go to Acquisitions
    2- Search for a Vendor
    3- Click on "New basket"
    4- Give basket a name and click "Save"
    5- Click on "Add to basket"
    6- Add an order through preferred method
    7- In Accounting details, enter a vendor price with dot decimal (i.e. 19.44)
    8- Save your order line
    9- Click on "Close this basket"
    10- Confirm closing of basket by clicking on "Yes, close"
    11- Click on "Receive shipment"
    12- Enter an invoice number and click "Next"
    13- Click on "Receive" to the right of your order
    14- In Accounting details, notice the Actual cost is written with a decimal dot.
    15- Change the Actual cost, using a dot decimal (i.e 20.99)
    16- Receive the order
    17- Click on "Save"
    18- In "Already received" notice the price is multiplied by 100 (i.e. 2099,00)
    19- Click on "Cancel receipt"
    20- Click on "Receive" to the right of your order
    21- In Accounting details, change the Actual cost, using a comma decimal (i.e. 20,99)
    22- Receive the order
    23- Click on "Save"
    24- In "Already received", notice the price is correct.
b)Apply the patch
c)Test the patch:
    1- Click on "Cancel receipt"
    2- Click on "Receive to the right of your order
    3- Change the Actual cost/Replacement cost, using a dot decimal (21.99)
    4- Receive the order
    5- Click on "Save"
    6- Notice that the Actual cost and the Replacement cost use commas
    7- Change the Actual cost, using a comma decimal (21,99)
    8- Click on "Save"
    9- In "Already received", notice the price is still correct.

40267be085 Bug 21467: Allow several receipts for a given subscription
When a new order is created from a subscription the quantity is set to 1
and cannot be modified.
The idea was to order 1 subscription.
This behavior leads to a limitation: it is not possible to mark a
receipt as partially received. However it is how it works in real life,
the vendors send invoices throughout the year. The number of items can
also be changed.

The idea is be to rethink the "quantity" value for an order created
from a subscription and use it to track the number of invoices already
paid.

FIXME: This approach will not cohabit with standing orders.
This patch is a first draft to get feedback on the idea.

FIXME: What about cancelled orders?

Test plan:
- Create a new order from a subscription
- Enter the number of items you think you will receive for this
subscription (for instance 1 per month: 12)
- Close the basket
- Receive 3 items (a trimester) and create a specific invoice for this
receipt. Note that the price are per unit.
If you want to receive items with different prices you should make
split the receipt
- Receive more items. This time you will notice that the previous order
will be displayed on the "order receive" under a new block "Receipt
history for this subscription"
- Note that the "Quantity to receive" has been decrease by the number of
items you previously received
- Also you can notice that this "Quantity to receive" can be modified.
Indeed it can happen that the number of items to receive changed during
the year
- Go to the detail of the subscription and notice that the orders have
been grouped by "parent ordernumber"
- Continue to receive items until all have been received

b29493265b Bug 15685: Allow creation of items (AcqCreateItem) to be customizable per-basket
This adds a new basket attribute (create_items) that can optionally be
set to override AcqCreateItem.

The following have been modified to reflect this (with the value of
create_items that causes them to behave differently in parentheses):
  * Cancelling receipt of an order (receiving)
  * Creating an order by hand or from MARC (ordering)
  * Receiving an order (receiving)
  * Showing orders with uncertain price (ordering)
  * Showing orders (receiving)
  * Showing acquisition details in the OPAC (ordering)

Test plan:
  1) Create baskets with "Create items when:" set to ordering,
     receiving, cataloging and unset.
  2) Test each of the above for each of these baskets, verifying that
     the basket-specific attribute overrides AcqCreateItem if set and
     falls back to the syspref otherwise.

NOTE: A check of AcqCreateItem in opac-detail.tt was removed because it
was redundant; the code path in question cannot be triggered unless
create_items/AcqCreateItems is set to the correct value anyway.

3aeb1fc7e8 Bug 19256: Make Koha::Acq::Order using Koha::Object
At the moment we have 2 different modules for acquisition orders:
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and Koha::Acquisition::Order
The later has been added before the creation of Koha::Object.
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] has been created to make the TT syntax for notices
works with acquisition order data.

This patch removes the temporary packages Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and adapt
the code of Koha::Acquisition::Order[s] to be based on Koha::Object[s].

It also overloads Koha::Object->new to add the trick that was done in
Koha::Acquisition::Order->insert. This is needed because acqui/addorder.pl
is called from several places and CGI->Vars is used to retrieved order's
attributes (and so much more). To avoid regression, the easiest (but not
cleanest) way to do is to filter on aqorders column's names.
This is *not* a pattern to follow!

5c0dfe8523 Bug 13726: Make Koha::Acq::Bookseller using Koha::Object
This patch create a Koha::Acquisition::Booksellers module and
Koha::Acquisition::Bookseller::Contract[s] modules.

All code in the acquisition module is adapted to use the CRUD methods of
Koha::Object[s].
The former C4 routines are removed.

Test plan:
Since a lot of files are impacted by this patch, try a complete
acquisition workflow and try to catch errors.
Be focused on bookseller and bookseller' contacts data.

7e89301ab2 Bug 13321: Fix the prices calculation method
Well, we have finally arrived here \o/

The method where the prices are calculated uses the equations listed on
the wiki page (http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/GST_Rewrite_RFC).

The ecost is calculated from the rrp (using the discount and the tax
rate). That's why we removed the ability to edit this value.

That's why we remove the ability to edit the ecost on ordering in a
previous commit (bug 12840).

The total is now calculated in the scripts. That's why this patch
removes lines in the test file.

In C4::Acquisition::populate_order_with_prices, the calculation on
receiving must depend on the 'invoiceincgst' supplier parameter, and not
listincgst (which is used on ordering).
It also removes the rounding errors, now we store "exact" values in DB
(10^-6).
The values will be displayed using the Price TT plugin it will round the
values for us.

95e2754af6 Bug 9948: fix creation/updating of items when partially receiving an order
Problem summary: when doing partial receives for the given order -
1) if AcqCreateItem is set to 'ordering', various item data (price,
dateaccessioned, replacementprice, replacementpricedate) are getting
erroneously updated on the wrong (yet to be received == not the ones
being currently received) item records
2) if AcqCreateItem is set to 'receiving', newly received
item records are being created without the aforementioned fields
set to the proper values

This (trivial) patch should deal with both cases, hopefully without
breaking enything else.

To test:
- apply the patch,
- create some orders with 2+ quantity
- test partial & non-partial receives for those orders
- ensure the received item records are getting modified
(for AcqCreateItem set to 'ordering') and/or created (for AcqCreateItem
set to 'receiving') correctly for both partial and non-partial receives
- receiving orders with quantity = 1 / receiving orders in non-partial
mode should be still working fine for 1) & 2) scenarios (i.e.,
AcqCreateItem set to 'ordering' / AcqCreateItem set to 'receiving')

6dcc34c1b4 Bug 9224: Make acqui/finishreceive.pl Plack-compatible
Under Plack/mod_perl wrapping, sub update_item() will become a closure,
so after the 1st run it will retain its own private instances of the
following variables: $booksellerid, $datereceived, $unitprice, $rrp,
$biblionumber.

I.e., in case update_item() gets invoked 2nd+ time (inside
the same process, but for different-subsequent receives) it may
incorrectly flag the (old, wrong) biblionumber for Zebra reindexing,
and erronously modify the current item[s] with the previously
used (wrong) values.

This simple patch should make acqui/finishreceive.pl Plack-compatible.

Test plan:
Test patched acqui/finishreceive.pl script (create and receive some
orders w/ items, etc.). Ensure items are gettting added and/or modified

480841965e Bug 10403: add ability to change fund on receipt
Right now there is no way to change the budget or fund when receiving an
item, which is annoying, particularly at the end of the fiscal year when
every item not already received has to be switched to the following
year's budget. This patch adds the ability to change the budget and fund
when receiving.

To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Create an order for a vendor, choosing a fund to use for that order.
3) Receive the order, leaving the fund unchanged. Make sure the fund
   did not change.
4) Create another order for a vendor, choosing a fund to use for that
   order.
5) Receive the order, this time changing the fund. Make sure the fund
   is changed.
6) Run the unit test:
    > prove t/db_dependent/Acquisition.t
7) Sign off.

(Notes: this patch depends on the Acquisitions.t unit test improvements
in bug 10274; the seemingly-unrelated change in SQLHelper quiets an
irritating warning caused by the NewOrder call in ModReceiveOrder)
