9916e18534 Bug 34155: Hide 'Next available' at OPAC when item-level hold is forced
This was a regression caused by bug 24860

Test plan:
1. Set up circulation rules so that OPAC users can place holds only on
specific items ("OPAC item level holds" = "force")
2. Try to place a hold at OPAC. The "Next available item" option should
   not appear.
3. Set "OPAC item level holds" to "allow"
4. Try to place a hold at OPAC. The "Next available item" option should
   appear

Bug 31963: Only show hold fee msg on OPAC if patron will be charged
This patch ensures HoldFeeMode is considered when displaying a message
to patrons on the OPAC that says they'll be charged a hold fee when
placing or collecting the hold.

When HoldFeeMode is set to not_always or "only if all items are checked
out and the record has at least one hold already" then the hold fee
message should only show if all items on the record are checked out, AND
the record has at least one hold already - both of these conditions must
be met.

To test:
1. Go to Administration -> Patron categories
2. Edit your patron category and give a hold fee of $1.
3. Go to Administration -> System preferences and search for
HoldFeeMode. Set to 'only if all items are checked out and the record
has at least one hold already' if not already set. Keep this tab open.
4. In another tab, open the OPAC.
5. Search the OPAC for a record with one item which is NOT checked out.
6. Go to place a hold on this record. Confirm you see a message saying
that you will be charged a hold fee, even though not all items are
checked out and the record does not have a hold --> This is the bug.

7. Apply patch and restart services.

Items available, no holds placed

8. Repeat steps 5-6. This time, you should NOT see the hold fee message.

Items available, holds placed

9. In your staff interface tab, find the same record.
10. Place a hold for a different patron on this record.
11. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
should NOT see the hold fee message.

No items available, no holds placed

12. In your staff interface tab, cancel the hold placed on this record.
13. Check out the item to a different patron.
14. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
should NOT see the hold fee message.

No items available, holds placed

15. In your staff interface tab, keep the item checked out to another
patron.
16. Place a hold for a third patron on this record.
17. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
SHOULD see the hold fee message.

Multiple holds

18. Search the OPAC for a record. Make sure your search will return more
than one result, including our test record.
19. Check the checkbox for our test record, plus another record where
the item is not checked out.
20. Click the Place hold button to place holds on all of our selected
records. You should only see the hold fee message above our test record.

21. In your staff interface tab, test setting HoldFeeMode to the other
values and confirm the hold message shows on the OPAC as expected.
22. Confirm tests pass t/db_dependent/Reserves/GetReserveFee.t

Before this patch the date formatting for the due date was done

To test:
* Find or create a record with mulitple items

* Place an item level hold
* Go to the OPAC and start placing an item level hold

Bug 30566: Incorporate link handling in OPAC's biblio-title include
This patch modifies the biblio-title include so that it can be used to
link to the bibliographic record using the default biblio view.

On pages where the biblio-title include was wrapped in an anchor tag, a
link parameter is added: [% INCLUDE 'biblio-title.inc' link=> 1 %]

To test, apply the patch and view the following pages in the OPAC to
confirm that titles are displayed correctly and that the link to the
bibliographic record is correct:

- Log in to the OPAC: On the "your summary" page, check checkouts,
  overdues, holds, and article requests.
- Check the "your holds history" page.
- Locate a bibliographic record and click "Save to your lists."
In the popup, the title should be displayed correctly without a link.
- Place a hold, and check the hold confirmation page.
- Check the "Recent comments" page.
- Locate a record which has a local cover image attached, and view the
  image.

Bug 30733: Simplify translatable strings
And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.

Simplified via wrapping strings with to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.

== Test plan ==
This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected
Category XXXX is in use. Deletion not possible!
   and
   Confirm deletion of category XXXX

Bug 28529: Make biblio-level hold itemtype count against max rules
The current situation is that biblio-level holds can be assigned an item
type, so they can only be fulfilled by items matching that specified
item type (be it item-level itype or the fallback to biblio-level).

But there's the situation in which max holds limits for a specific item
type can be overridden by using biblio-level holds with item type
selection (AllowHoldItemTypeSelection) enabled.

To test:
1. Have a patron of category 'Staff' (S)
2. Have 3 records with items with the 'BK' item type, and maybe others
3. Enable AllowHoldItemTypeSelection
4. Set a limit of 2 max holds for that category+item type
5. In the OPAC. Place bibio-level holds, with item type contraint to 'BK' on those 3 records
=> FAIL: You can place the 3 holds
6. Cancel the holds
7. Apply this patch and restart all
8. Repeat 5
=> SUCCESS: You can only place 2 holds
9. Run:
   $ kshell t/db_dependent/Reserves.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

4616a7147c Bug 29713: Make item table when placing an item level hold sortable
This patch modifies the holds page in the OPAC so that users selecting a
specific item to place a hold on can sort the table of items.

This patch also removes some obsolete JavaScript left over from before
Flatpickr.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Circulation and
fine rules to make sure at least one item type in your system has
"OPAC item level holds" set to "allow."

- Log in to the OPAC as a user who can place holds.
- Search the catalog for items which will accept item-level holds.
- Place a hold on one of the results, and click the "Show more options"
  link on the holds page.
  - Check the "specific item" radio button.
  - A table of items should be displayed. Confirm that the table is
    sortable.
  - The first entry in the table should be selected.
  - Perform the same test when placing a hold on multiple titles.

f2c206f622 Bug 29706: Hide items that cannot be held by default when placing hold on OPAC
This patch adds a 'holdable' and 'unholdable' class to the rows of the table

Additionally I rename the 'backgroundcolor' field to 'onloan' as that is what it contains.
Note: Out of the box, there is no css associated with this class

I add a div around the table to allow hiding the new buttons as well when optiuons are hidden

It would be nice in the future to utilise a Koha table here, however, it is complicated by multi-holds

2 - Set 'Default checkout, hold and return policy'->'Hold policy' to 'From home library'
3 - Sign in to opac and attempt to placehold on the record

5f4e4708a2 Bug 29212: Use Flatpickr on OPAC pages
This patch adds Flatpickr assets to the OPAC (JS and SCSS). A few pages
are updated to use Flatpickr instead of jQueryUI datepickers.

jQueryUI CSS files are updated because they contain some font family
definitions which are simple to remove but overly complicated to
override. Without this change some Font Awesome icons are broken when
they appear inside jQueryUI widgets like tabs.

We don't run the risk of having this change overwritten by a future
jQueryUI upgrade because there won't be any more.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).

- Log into the OPAC and check that date pickers on the following pages
work correctly, including month selection, year selection, forward
and back arrows, and "Clear date" controls:
- Go to the "Your personal details" page.
- Check the "Date of birth" field.
- With SuspendHoldsOpac enabled, view the "Your summary" page for a
  patron with pending holds.
- Click "Suspend" to confirm that the "Suspend until" datepicker
works correctly for more than one hold.
- From the catalog search results page, select multiple results and
  click the "Place hold" link.
- On the hold confirmation page, click "Show more options" to test
the "Hold starts on date" (with OPACAllowHoldDateInFuture enabled)
and the "Hold not needed after" fields.

This patch adds public note to the table of information shown about
items when placing a hold on a specific item in the OPAC.

To test, apply the patch and check Administration -> Circulation and
fine rules. You should have at least one patron category/item type
configured to allow OPAC item level holds.

- Modify an item to add information to the "Public note" field.
- Locate that record in the OPAC and place a hold on it.
- On the "Placing hold" page, click "Show more options" and "A specific
  item."
- In the table of items you should see a "Notes" column showing the
information you added to the item.

43aea684f0 Bug 28101: Update breadcrumb markup in the OPAC for consistency and accessibility
Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a
screen-reader. Also ensured the breadcrumbs were all consistent.

Made the block of breadcrumbs to be a
with an ordered list
inside. The last breadcrumb also has aria-current="page" to specify that
it is the current page.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS (https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)

- Confirm that OPAC templates are updated consistently to use
  breadcrumbs markup beginning with '
'
- Pages in the OPAC should look consistent, with the last breadcrumb
styled as text and with the "aria-current" attribute "page."

d0ab4f292d Bug 28084: Standardize: Cardnumber, Card number, Card
This patch modifies templates so that instances of "cardnumber" are
replaced with "card number."

Some instances where the word "card" is used by itself have been updated
to "library card" to add some context.

To test, apply the patch and view the following pages:

- Circulation -> Built-in offline circulation interface -> Submit the
"Check out" form without entering number. Check the alert message
  which appears.
- Go to Administration -> System preferences and enable the
AutoMemberNum system preference and use the BorrowerMandatoryField
preference to make card number mandatory.
  - Go to Patrons -> New patron. The hint under the "Card number" field
should refer to "card number" instead of "cardnumber."
- Go to Tools -> Import patrons.
  - Under the page heading, the note should read "If a card number
    exists..."
  - Under "Field to use for record matching" you should see a "Card
    number" option in the menu.
  - If you try to import a CSV with an invalid card number you'll see an
error message, "Card number X is not a valid card number."
- Under Tools -> Upload patron images, check the "image file" radio
button. The card number field label should read "Enter patron card
  number."
- Log in to the OPAC as a patron whose card has been marked lost. Try to
place a hold. You should see a message containing "please take your
library card to the circulation desk"
  - On the "your summary" page you should see a message, "Your library
card has been marked as lost or stolen."
  - Try to check out an item to this patron in the self-checkout system.
You should be shown a message, "This library card has been declared
    lost."

d3ab8dbeec Bug 28242: added captions to tables and legends to forms
Ensured that in the OPAC, all tables have relevant captions and all forms have relevant legends.

Many of these have class="sr-only" so they are not visible but will be
available for people who use screen-readers.

To test:
1) Go to OPAC
2) Apply patch and dependencies
3) Check that on all pages, any tables have a caption (many of them will
not be visible, but will be in the markup code)
4) Check that on all pages, any forms have a legend (many of them will
not be visible, but will be in the markup code)
5) Check that the captions are appropriate and relevant

5844622665 Bug 28066: Remove select tag's size attribute where it is 1
This patch removes the "size" attribute from tags where the
value of the attribute is 1. The attribute is unnecessary because the
default value when the attribute is undefined is 1.

This will allow for more careful sizing of tags without a size
attribute while preserving the desired behavior of tags which
have a size greater than 1.

The patch modifies 83 files but makes the same minor corrections to
each. I think examining the diff is sufficent, or testing a
representative set of pages:

- Administration -> MARC frameworks -> MARC structure -> Edit tag:
   The "Authorized value" select.
- Patrons -> New patron: The "Library" select.
- Reports -> Patrons with no checkouts: The "Into an
   application" selects.

If anyone would like help testing any particular template I can

Changed each of the pages in the OPAC to have one
tag showing that describes the page, rather than the
describing the logo.

The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this will be dealt with in a follow up patch or bug.

To test:
1) Go to the OPAC
2) Apply patch
3) Go to each of the pages and check that they have an obvious and

4) Ensure that the heading in the page is

Changed the titles of each page on the OPAC to display the unique
information first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha library
catalog). This is fot accessibility reasons, such as when a
screen reader user is going through tabs, they do not have to waste time
listening to the website name, they can just find the unique page title
first.

1) Go to the OPAC

b1e2693ce5 Bug 26763: Use standard information style for multi-hold message
This patch modifies the markup of the message which is displayed when
the patron tries to place a hold on a title they already have a hold on.
Now the message is styled consistently with other similar messages.

To test, apply the patch and follow the steps used to test Bug 19718:

- In Administration -> Circulation and fine rules, set a rule to allow
  multiple holds on a title.
- Log in to the OPAC as a user covered by the above rule and locate
a bibliographic record on which multiple holds can be placed.
- Place a hold on the record.
- Return to the record details for that title and place another hold.
- You should see a correctly-styled message about having at least one
  other hold on the record.

d10d24e42a Bug 26762: Modify template logic in opac-reserves.tt to avoid error
This patch makes a change to the OPAC hold template to prevent certain
cases where the output is invalid.

To reproduce, perform a search in the OPAC which will return some titles
which can be placed on hold and some which cannot.

- Select all results (some holdable, some not)
- Click the "Place hold" link
- On the "Confirm holds" page the layout will be broken after the
first instance of the message "There are no items that can be placed
   on hold."

To test, apply the patch and repeat the process above. After the patch
has been applied the "confirm holds" page should look correct.
Validating the HTML source should return no errors.

8c99099e8c Bug 26719: Replace MSG_NO_RECORD_SELECTED with translatable string
This patch cleans up some loose ends left by Bug 25351, replacing
instances where the undefined variable MSG_NO_RECORD_SELECTED is used.

To test, apply the patch and perform a catalog search in the OPAC.

- On the search results page, without checking any checkboxes, use the
"Select titles to..." menu to try to add to cart and add to a list. In
each case you should get a "No item was selected" message.
- View a list which contains one or more titles. Click the "Remove
from list" link. You should get a "No item was selected" link.

Other instances have been corrected even though they will only be
triggered if something has broken. For instance, toolbar items in the
cart window which are disabled shouldn't register the click that might
trigger the error. And selecting an item for an item-level hold
shouldn't ever give a warning because at least one radio button should
always be selected.

9cb89b4639 Bug 20168: Update of the OPAC bootstrap template to bootstrap v4
This patch updates the version of Bootstrap in the OPAC from 2.3.1 to
4.5.0. The Bootstrap JavaScript files have been replaced with custom
builds of the 4.5.0 JavaScript source files. The Bootstrap CSS is now
built into the OPAC CSS by loading the required Bootstrap 4.5.0 SCSS
files in node_modules.

OPAC SCSS now starts with Bootstrap customizations:

/* Bootstrap variable customizations */
$headings-color: #727272;
...

Followed by loading the necessary Bootstrap SCSS files:

/* Bootstrap imports */
@import "../../../../../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/functions";
@import "../../../../../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/variables";
...

Followed by our CSS. The build process for generating compiled CSS now
creates a file which bundles Bootstrap CSS and ours. Removed from the
Koha source: Bootstrap CSS files, Bootstrap "glyphicons" images.

The upgrade to Bootstrap 4 involved a lot of markup changes to conform
with new Bootstrap classes, especially in classes related to the grid.
Besides duplicating the grid we used before, this upgrade adds some new
features made possible by Bootstrap 4.5's use of flexbox as a layout
tool. This includes custom ordering of columns based on class names:
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/layout/grid/#order-classes.

Other areas where the most changes have been made: Navigation menus,
breadcrumb menus, buttons, dropdowns.

Bootstrap's JavaScript file is now "bootstrap.bundle.min.js" to reflect
the fact that a required JavaScript asset is now distributed separately
in Bootstrap 4. The "bundle" version includes Popper.js.

Unrelated changes: Indentation corrections, removal of invalid
"//" markers, removal of invalid script type attributes.

To test, apply the patch and run 'yarn install' to install Bootstrap as
an npm module. Run 'yarn build --view opac' to regenerate the OPAC CSS.

Test as many aspect of the OPAC as possible, viewing pages at various
browser widths to confirm that everything adjusts well. Test with
various OPAC interface system preferences enabled and disabled.

Test self checkout and self checkin.

Known issues: RTL support has not been updated.

1a96ede5f1 Bug 25239: Fix semantic heading for opac-reserve.tt
Prior to this patch, the opac-reserve contained semantically incorrect headings.

Test plan
1/ Perform a search which yields some results in the OPAC
2/ Attempt to place a hold on an item.
3/ On the resulting screen, note that the headings are:
H1 (Koha page title) > H3 (Confirm holds for) > H5 (Hold levels)
4/ Apply this patch and reload the page
5/ Re-inspect the elements in question note the heading semantics are now:
H1 (Title of page) > H2 (Confirm holds for) > H3 (Hold levels)
6/ Note the appearance of the box is still reasonable
7/ Signoff

Bug 25166: Add "aria-hidden = true" to Font Awesome icons in the OPAC
Font Awesome's accessibility guidelines
(https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/accessibility/) suggest that we include
'aria-hidden="true"' in the icon markup. This prevents screen
readers from trying to read the icon. This patch adds the attribute.

Bug 4944: Add OpacNoItemTypeImages system preference
At the moment noItemTypeImages pref controls staff and OPAC
display. With this patch, there will be a separate OpacNoItemTypes
preference that allows to control display of each separately.

To test:
- Apply patch and run database update
In Administration:
- Search for 'noItemTypes' preferences
- Verify the settings of both prefs match
- Toggle prefs, verify everything works ok
- Go to the item types configuration page
- Try different settings for both prefs:
  - Both set to No: Only a message with a link to the prefs should show
  - Both set to Yes or either set to Yes: image configuration options
    should show
In the OPAC:
- Check the following pages with item-level_itypes = record
  - advanced search
  - detail page
  - place hold page
- Check the following pages with item-level_itypes = item
  - result list
  - a list (opac-shelves)
  - checkouts and overdues tabs in patron account
(Note: this didn't work right before, but will now.)
