9a77c4a38c Bug 11347 - PROG/CCSR deprecation: Remove opacsmallimage system-preference
The opacsmallimage system preference is unused in the bootstrap theme.
It can be removed now that prog and ccsr are deprecated. This patch does
so.

To test, apply the patch and run updatedatabase. Confirm that the OPAC
works properly and the preference can no longer be found.

526af4ea07 Bug 12542: Tabs inconsistency in different circ-menu.inc uses
Differences between circ-menu.tt and circ-menu.inc always crop up when a
new menu item is added--usually only to circ-menu.inc as happened with
Bug 9261.

Other sidebar differences are present due to differences in the patron
data passed by various patron-related script to their templates. This
patch also irons out some of these inconsistencies.

To test, apply the patch and check out to a patron whose record has more
than just basic data: othername, country, patron attributes, street
number, road types, etc. View the following pages and compare the patron
data and visible tabs to confirm that they match:

circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/boraccount.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/files.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/mancredit.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/maninvoice.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/member-flags.pl?member=X
members/member-password.pl?member=X
members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/notices.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/pay.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/paycollect.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/purchase-suggestions.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/readingrec.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/routing-lists.pl?borrowernumber=X
members/statistics.pl?borrowernumber=X
tools/viewlog.pl?do_it=1&modules=MEMBERS&modules=circulation&src=circ&object=X

The only difference I've found which is not fixed by this patch is the
display of extended patron attributes in the sidebar of moremember.pl.
This is a piecemeal fix for a problem which really deserves a
centralized solution, but at least it gets us back to consistency for
the moment.

d020e0a5a1 Bug 12559: Wrong message if all cover images deleted
If a record contains a (one or more) local cover image and it is deleted, a wrong message is presented in the UI.

To reproduce:
 - Have LocalCoverImages set to "Display" and AllowMultipleCovers set to "Allow".
 - Go to the detail page of a record that has no images attached.
 - The 'Images' tab conveniently shows the following message:
   "No images have been uploaded..."
 - Use the "upload" link to add a local cover to the record
 - Complete the process, and "view final record".
 - The 'Images' tab shows the added cover.
 - Delete the cover image using the link below the cover.
=> FAIL: 'Click on an image...' message still shows instead of 'No images have been...'

To test:
 - Apply the patch
 - Repeat the previous steps
=> SUCCESS : 'No images have been...'

Bonus points: previous code didn't show a message at all if the user didn't have
permissions to upload local cover images. I've split the message in two:
 - 'No images have been...' (for everyone)
 - 'Please upload (link)...' (for those with the right permissions :-D

Regards
To+

Edit: I used JavaScript to inject the 'No images...' message to aid localization.
It can be improved once we fix some stuff in the translation scripts to better support
placeholders/variables in the templates.

0bd14c7e8e Bug 12265: [QA Follow-up] Replace DBIx search by find
This patch replaces DBIx search by find at two places in z3950servers.pl.
Furthermore, it adds testing on the results of the find method, passing
a not-found-message to the template whenever needed.
The function ServerSearch is adjusted to use HashRefInflator instead of
manually mapping the columns of result objects.
An additional defined-test in _form_data_hashref prevents shifting of
names and values in the result hash.

afb6d14f25 Bug 12265: Improve Z39.50 servers administration
This patch makes a few tiny improvements on the form, does some
housekeeping/tidying up, and replaces SQL code by DBIC statements.
In detail:
- Adds an id parameter (more precise than searchfield).
- With the move from searchfield to id, you can rename a server now.
- A Copy button is added to clone a server.
- Confirming a delete is moved to javascript. No additional form anymore.
- A message about an insert, update or delete is shown in a div dialog
alert above the table instead of a separate form.
- Remove offset parameter, Next/Prev button and associated logic.
- All SQL statements are replaced by DBIC.
- Function StringSearch is renamed to DBICified ServerSearch.
- Remove tabs from script and template. Adjust some indentation.

Test plan:
- Test adding, editing and deleting Z3950 servers.
- Test searching for a server with the top search box (not table).
- Add a server with quotes in the name. Search for it. Edit or delete.

Followed tet plan. Patch behaves as expected.

f001cc32a3 Bug 11638: Remove HTML from addbiblio.pl
This patch extracts variables with HTML from addbiblio.pl

As it changes how MARC editor show input fields, I prefer
not add patches for other cases mentioned on Comment #1

1. Verify there are no regressions on MARC editor
Add/Edit records, modify values
2. Update translation file for a language,
check new string 'Tag editor'

About the error message on error when deleting biblio,
it must be localized but the script is not trying to

82275fa2db Bug 11703 - Convert checkouts table to ajax datatable
When a patron has many checked out items, circulation.pl can take a very
long time to load ( on the order of minutes in some cases ). This is
primarily due to the processing of the previous checkouts list. If we
convert to this table to a datatable that fetches its data via ajax, we
can make circulation.pl far more responsive. The same should be done
with relative's checkouts as well.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Observe that the checkouts and relatives' checkouts tables
   are now loaded asynchronously
3) Observe and verify the renew and return actions are now
ajax based and function in a manner equivilent to how they
   used to.

d0d54d8a92 Bug 12451 - circulation rule cant be edited if itemtype contains a space character
When an itemtype description contains a space character like " Book"
(often used to set this itemtype as first in sorted lists), the edition
of an existing circulation rule does not work, it selects the default
itemtype. Same for patron category.

It's because the JavaScript code performs a trim on value existing in
table itm = itm.replace(/^\s*|\s*$/g,''); This patch adds trim on select
options in editing line.

Test plan :
- Create an itemtype with a leading or trailling space in description :
  ie " Book"
- Go to cgi-bin/koha/admin/smart-rules.pl
- Create a rule with this itemtype, Unit=hours and Hard due date=Exactly
  on 31/12/2015 (any date)
- Click on Edit on this rule line
=> Without this patch, the default itemtype is selected in edition
     line
=> With this patch, the correct itemtype is selected in edition line

Check others selects are ok :
  - Create a rule with Unit=hours and Hard due date=Exactly on
    31/12/2015 (any date)
  - Click on Edit on this rule line
=> The correct options are selected

When doing a staff client catalog search with more than 1 page of results

638b7225ae Bug 9811: Fixing JSON validation error for non-javascript string literal characters
Issue:
When a patron has backslashes in his circulation notes, the JSON transportation
layer cannot send the message because it will fail JSON validation when trying to
validate backslashed non-literal characters (\s \d ...).
This causes the whole search to fail when even one Borrower has a non-literal
backslashed character in his notes.

Solution:
The Borrowers' circulation notes are filtered through a regexp which doubles all
backslashes to prepare them for the JSON validation routine.

Result:
Backslashes pass through unchanged.

24d6d83ada Bug 9811: Patron search improvement
This patch add DataTables using server-side processing for the patrons
search.

It adds:
- 1 module C4/Utils/DataTables/Members.pm
- 2 services svc/members/search and svc/members/add_to_list
- 1 template members/tables/members_results.tt
- 1 new practice which is to add template for DataTables in a
  subdirectory named 'tables'.

Impacted scripts: members/members-home.pl and members/members.pl

To go further: We can imagine that all patrons searches use the same
service with no big changes: 1 little template creates a JSON file and
to implement DataTables on the template page, that's all.

Amended patch: Since bug 10565 has been pushed, these patches don't
apply cleanly. I had to rewrite a part of the patron list feature.
I removed the choice to add all resultant patrons from a search. I think
this choice is useless with this patch: we are able to display the
number of patrons we want and to select all of them.

Test plan:
- Check that there is no regression on searching patrons.
- Try filters on the left of the screen.
- Try to sort each column.
- Try the "Browse by last name" links.
- Check that the "Clear" button clears yours filters.
- Try with IndependantBranches ON and OFF.

Bug 9811 - multilines notes brakes JSON

In new patron search feature, the search results are fetched using Ajax and returned in JSON format.
The JSON is created by TT using koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/members/tables/members_results.tt.
One of the fields is the borrower notes. When this notes contains several lines, the JSON is broken.

This patch uses TT fileters to consert in notes linefeeds into HTML line break (html_line_break) and then remove linefeeds (collapse).

Test plan :
- perform a member search that does not return a borrower with a circ note
- edit one of the borrowers returned by this search
- enter serveral lines of text in "Circulation note" and save
- reperform the member search
=> circ note is well displayed on several lines

Bug 9811: use count(primary_key) instead of count(*)

Bug 9811: A limit clause should be always added.

By default, we want to retrieve 20 first results.

Bug 9811: Load the page without any data.

table is hidden and no record is retrieved by default.

6d77304c98 Bug 11357 - biblioitems.size value not correctly displayed in list emails sent from OPAC and intranet
The size column in biblioitems is a bit problematic when used in TT, because instead of the size value from the biblio column it will give you the size of the variable.

It's currently used in the templates for sending shelves from OPAC and intranet and maybe also in other places:

[% END %]
   [% IF BIBLIO_RESULT.size %]
   , [% BIBLIO_RESULT.size %]
[% END %]

This patch corrects by using item() TT method.
See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2311303/how-can-i-handle-hash-keys-containing-illegal-identifier-characters-in-template.

Test plan :
In each display :
=> Without this patch you see biblioitems.pages and then a number
=> With this patch you only see biblioitems.pages

- Create a record with biblioitems.pages defined (like "12p") but without biblioitems.size defined
Same for OPAC and intranet :
- Add it to the cart
- Open the cart
- Check the "Title" column
- Click on "More Details"
- Check the "Details" row

54e1ae7ed3 Bug 12025 - Inventory tool fails with "Could not reads headers", or sometimes a timeout
For libraries with large numbers of records, using a file of barcodes in
the inventory tool without selecting filters to limit the catalog
selection to compare against can result in an error of "could not read
headers" or a page timeout.

When you upload a file of barcodes, and do not specify any filters on
the rest of the form, it effectively runs GetItemsForInventory() such
that *every* item in the database is returned. On a large enough
database, this takes so long that the script times out.

The current documentation in the manual implies that if you upload a
file of barcodes, the *only* thing it does is set the date-last-seen
field. This is not entirely true; it also tries to compare the list of
scanned items to what is expected to be seen in the list of items.

The work-around for libraries with a large number of item records is to,
when uploading a file of barcodes, to also set the filters (e.g.,
library, shelving location, call number range, etc.) to
specify the range of items that the file of barcodes corresponds to.

This patch adds a warning when a librarian attempts to upload a
barcode list file for comparison without selecting any filters
to limit the catalog selection.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Browse to the inventory tool
3) Click the "Choose File" button, select a file
4) Click the "Submit" button
5) You should see a warning message
6) Click "Cancel"
7) Select one of more filters
8) Click the "Submit" button
9) This time the script should proceed without triggering the warning.

789c562e18 Bug 11014 - Slip Print Problem in Chrome
Currently, slips cannot be printed in circulation, members, or the
self check out when using Chrome.

This patch adds a timer of 1ms which allows Chrome's custom code to
prevent "window.close" occuring before the user has dealt with the
print window.

This patch also allows admins to use the 'IntranetSlipPrinterJS'
system preference to override the slip printing code by centralizing
all the slip printing code in slip-print.inc, and including this JS
anywhere it's needed in the staff client.

I haven't used this include in the OPAC SCO but perhaps it would make
sense to do so as well (even if it isn't referred to in the syspref's
name).

_TEST PLAN_

8967427ee2 Bug 11629 - Add ability to update not for loan status on checkin
Some libraries would like to streamline the cataloging process my
automatically updating notforloan values on checkin. For example, an
item is set to notforloan of -1 ( ordered ). The item, is received,
processed, and checked in for the first time before being shelved.
The checkin automatically changes the nfl value from -1 to 0. The
same workflow could be used for damaged items as well.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Set the new system preference UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin
   to the following:
-1: 0
0: 1
4) Create an item, set its notforloan value to -1
5) Check in the item, note its not for loan value is now 0
6) Check in the item again, note its not for loan value is now 1
7) Check in the item again, note its not for loan value reamins 1

09ce37d349 Bug 7720: add options for controlling display of an item's home and/or holdings location
Currently, in opac-detail.pl, there exists a column named 'Location'.
This column lists the name of the holding branch, and the item's
location description. This can cause confusion to borrowers, as
they may assume that the holding branch is the *owning* branch
(homebranch) of an item.

This could cause a situation where a borrower waits for an
item to be returned to his or her library, only to find that
the library never owned that item, and it was transferred back
to its homebranch. It could also lead a borrower to falsely
assume that his or her home library does not own a copy of a
particular item because the borrower does not see an his or her
home library listed for any of the items on the record.

In addition, even when the holding branch is different
than the home branch, the item's shelving location is displayed,
even though that branch may not use that location.

This commit makes the item details table equivalent to the intranet
details page by adding a "Home Library" column, which displays the
item's home library, as well as the shelving location.

If singleBranchMode is enabled, this column disappears and the
"Location" column displays the shelving location only.

This commit adds two new system preferences:

OpacLocationBranchToDisplay, which defines whether
to display the holding library, the home library,
or both for the opac details page.

OpacLocationBranchToDisplayShelving, which defines
where the shelving location should be displayed,
under the home library, the holding library, or both.

aa6117da36 Bug 12230: Set a maximum suspension days as a new issuing rule
This patch adds a new issuing rule: maxsuspensiondays.

A new column "Max. suspension duration (day)" appears in the main table
of the issuing rules.

If this value is filled, on returning an item, a patron won't be
suspended longer than this cap.

Test plan:
1/ Set "suspension in days" to 2.
2/ Check an item out to a patron and specify a due date to today - 10
days.
3/ Check the item in and verify the patron is suspended until today + 10

c8f38bfb3d Bug 7825: Changed OPACItemHolds syspref to be no|yes|force choice
Currently, the Koha system preference OPACItemHolds allows a library
system to choose to allow patrons to place bib and item level holds from
the OPAC, or to allow patrons only to place bib level holds only from
the OPAC.

This patch set adds a third option, "force", which *requires* that
patrons place item level holds from the opac, with no option of making a
bib level hold.

This patch modifies the system preference OPACItemHolds to be of the
type "Choice", with the choices being "no", "yes", "force". The patch
does not alter the currently set value of OPACItemHolds for database
updates, only adding the additional option.

Test Plan:
1) Set OPACItemHolds to "no". Check that OPAC holds behave as it is now
(no "Place On" column, no "Select a specific copy" table, making a
reserve is successful)
2) Set OPACItemHolds to "yes". Check that OPAC holds behave as it is now
( "Place On" column is there, "Select a specific copy" table shows when
"A specific copy" is selected, making a reserve is successful)
3) Set OPACItemHolds to "force". Check that OPAC holds behave as follows:
  - no "Place On" column is present
  - "Select a specific copy" table is opened
  - making a reserve is successful

480847e81c Bug 3050 - Add an option to upload scanned invoices #1/3
(part #1: new module w/ UT + script + template)

New feature, adds an ability to attach arbitrary files to
acquisition records (currently: to the invoices - but it can
be extended to baskets, basketgroups, budgets etc.).

Note: this code is (heavily) based on "Bug 8130 - attach PDF
files to a patron record" by Kale M Hall, main difference being
that new table (misc_files) and new module (Koha/Misc/Files.pm)
are intended to be a little more generic solution - they allow to
store and manage files associated with great many kinds of records,
from arbitrary tables.

Test plan:
1) Apply patch[es]
2) Run installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
3) Enable system preference 'AcqEnableFiles' in acquisition
4) New option 'Manage invoice files' appears in the invoice
detail page
5) Upload/view/download/delete some files for some invoices
6) Try to delete invoice with files attached (files should
get deleted as well)
7) Try to merge 2+ invoices with files attached; after merge,
all files previously attached to individual invoices being
merged should be attached to resulting invoice (merge destination)

page (acqui/invoice.pl).

27f1df0670 Bug 9088: if there is only one active order, pre-select it when creating new orderings
This patch makes the following changes to the template:

[1] If you add an order line, and you have one active fund (and zero or
more inactive funds), the only active fund is preselected.
[2] If you modify an order line while its fund is inactive, it now shows
the label (inactive) behind the fund name. (Note that other inactive funds
may come up when clicking 'Show all' as they did before.)
[3] Corrected some indentation in this template part.

Test plan:

[1] Add an order line while having one active fund. Is it selected?
[2] Add an order line while having two or more active funds. No fund
    should be preselected.
[3] Modify an order line with an active fund. Is it still selected?
[4] Modify an order line with an inactive fund F2 (while having one active
fund F1; note that this test explicitly wants F1 to be before F2).
Check if F2 is selected and is labeled inactive.
[5] (Bonus points:) Modify an order line that refers to a deleted fund.
If you edit this order, the fund combo should say: Select a fund.
(Note: if you delete a fund, the budget_id in aqorders remains.)

036f2a50e1 Bug 10500: (follow-up) disable AggressiveMatchOnISBN if UseQueryParser is on
The original patch did not correctly construction ISBN phrase

I discovered that there's a deep bug in QP that makes it generate
incorrect search queries when combining more than two atoms

f2ad0d7424 Bug 10195: hide bib details page for OPAC-suppressed bibs
Records hidden with OpacSuppression are filtered from the search
results, but the opac-detail page is still visible if you know the
biblio number. This patch hides the detail page for suppressed biblios
by redirecting (controlled by the syspref OpacSuppressionRedirect)
either to opac-blocked (default), explaining that the record is blocked
(including optional explanatory text from the syspref
OpacSuppressionMessage) or to Koha's 404 page, giving no hint that a
biblio with that number exists in the system.

Test plan:

Make sure you have at least one record with 942$n == 1.
Set OpacSuppression to "Don't hide".

Do an OPAC search that should bring up your hidden record and other
records.
Observe that your record is found.
Open the detail page for the record.
Observe that it is accessible. Copy the URL for later(!).

Set OpacSuppression to "Hide".
Leave OpacSuppressionByIPRange blank.
Set OpacSuppressionRedirect to "an explanatory page ('This record is
blocked')."
Leave OpacSuppressionMessage blank for now.
Disable queryparser(!) (because of bug 10542).

Do a full zebra reindex.

Do an OPAC search that should bring up your hidden record and other
records.
Observe that your record is not found.
Open the opac-detail URL of the record (the one you copied before).
Observe that you are redirected to opac-blocked and it displays a
short standard message.

Edit OpacSuppressionMessage and input some text.
Open the opac-detail URL of the record again (the one you copied
before).
Observe that the text you entered in OpacSuppressionMessage is
displayed under the standard text you have seen before.

Set OpacSuppressionRedirect to "the 404 error page ('Not found')."

8e364c4c6a Bug 11262: Don't require hardcoded translations for seasonal numbering pattern to work
This patch removes the use of POSIX::strftime which is based on the
locales of the system.

The DateTime module translates month and day name with success, without
any locale installed.

For the saesons, I use the way used in Koha: write the word in
templates. On this way the translate script will match them and allow
translators to translate them.

This patch adds a regression: the season names are not translated
following the locale selected.
This could be done when bug 8044 will be pushed.

Test plan:
0/ Update your po files and translate the season name.
1/ Create a numbering pattern using season.
example:
Name: Seasonal
Numbering formula: {X}
X: Season, Add=1, Every=1, Set back to 0 when more than 3, formatting
"name of season"
And test the prediction pattern with:
frequency: 1/3 month
First issue : 2013-09-21
length: 12 months
X begins with 2 (21th Septembre is Fall)
2/ Click on the test pattern button, you should get:
Fall 21/09/2013
Winter 21/12/2013
Spring 21/03/2014
Summer 21/06/2014

Change the locale and verify the season names are *not* translated.
Change the Koha language and verify the season names are translated.

3/ Create a numbering pattern using day or month name.
example:
Name: day
Numbering formula: {X}
X: day, Add=1, Every=1, Set back to 0 when more than 6, formatting "name
of day"
Frequency: 1/day
First issue: 2013-11-18
length: 1 month
X begins with 0
You should get:
Monday 18/11/2013
Tuesday 19/11/2013
Wednesday 20/11/2013
[...]
Sunday 15/12/2013
Monday 16/12/2013
Tuesday 17/12/2013

change the locale and verify the day names are translated.

99dbc5cdf7 Bug 7442: fix crash when selecting an authority with 200$x or 200$y (UNIMARC)
From a biblio record, if one wants to add a 600$a information, a pop-up
appears. On this new window, on search terms typed and validated, a table
result is displayed, with a column "Get It!" allowing the selection of an
authority. From here, different cases:

1) If we have a simple authority with 200$a and 200$b subfields, a link
   "choose" is displayed, working correctly.

2) If the authority has different occurences of 200$a/200$b, numeric links (1 2
and so on) are displayed, one for each occurence. In the example of my
screenshot, the line with a "Paul, Korky -- Pauline, Korkette" summary
possesses two links : "1" will add "Paul, Korky" whereas "2" will add
"Pauline, Korkette" (couldn't come up with a better name ;)).

3) If the authority has 200$x or 200$y subfields defined, several links are
also created, when it should not be the case. In our example, "Niclausse,
Paul -- Expositions" will create a link "1" for "Niclausse, Paul" and a link
"2" for "Expositions". Clicking on the 2nd link leads to the following
error: Software error: Can't call method "subfields" on an undefined value
   at
   /home/asaurat/workspace/versions/community/authorities/blinddetail-biblio-search.pl
line 86. Only the cases 1 and 2 should be handled. The creation of links
for subfields like 200$x or 200$y should be removed.

This problem is caused by the use of " -- " has separator of authorities with
several headings, but also in some heading between main part and subdivisions.
This patch corrects this by using an array in authorities summary so that
presentation is computed in template. I've choosen to use the pipe separator
between authorities with several headings. This may be changed to be
configurable.

Test plan :

- Edit an authority type summary : for example subject (heading on 250) :
  summary "[250a][ -- 250x]"
- Create an authority A1 with one heading and a subdivision : for example a
  subject : 250$a "History" 250$x "20th century"
- Create an authority A2 with several headings. for example a subject : 250$a
  "History" 250$a "Legends"
- Rebuild Zebra queue
- Go to OPAC and click on "Authority search" and search on "History"
  => You will find A1 and A2 :
    History -- 20th century
    History | Legends
- Go to intranet autorities search and search on "History"
  => You will find A1 and A2 :
    History -- 20th century
    History | Legends
- Edit a record using this autorities type as thesaurus : for example on 606$a
- Click on thesaurus link and search on "History"
  => You will find A1 and A2 :
    History -- 20th century ; 0 times ; choose ; Edit authority
    History | Legends ; 0 times ; 1 2 ; Edit authority
- Click on link "2" to chosse "Legends"
=> You get "Legends" in heading field : for example 606$a

by the currency sign, it's now valid wherever the symbol is situated.
As symbol you may enter a pure currency sign as well as a string
including it like '$US'. Moreover, an 'isocode' column had been
added in currency table (editable in the staffo interface from
Administration/Currencies and exchange rates). So the active
currency can be picked either through its symbol or through its iso
code.

2f2d7b9368 Bug 7180: Order from staged file improvements
This patch adds:
- 1 syspref MarcFieldsToOrder
- 1 Ajax script acqui/ajax-getauthvaluedropbox.pl
- 1 routine C4::Budgets::GetBudgetByCode

Before this patch you were not able to order 1 or all the records from
your staged file. You were allowed to specify some information ("Import
All" and "Accounting details" areas) for the order.

With this patch, the previous behaviour still exists.
But now you can *select* which records you want to ordered.
For these ones you can specify independently quantity,
price, budget, sort1 and sort2.

The cherry on the cake is that you can pre-fill these fields with
values from the MARC record.

Test plan:
1. Fill the new syspref MarcFieldsToOrder with something like:
==BEGIN==
price: 947$c
quantity: 969$h
budget_code: 922$a
rrp: 010$d
discount: 969$d
sort1: 923$a
sort2: 924$a

==END==
The empty line at the end is mandatory!
The budget (corresponding to your budget_code) can be filled with
authorized value categories (statistic 1 and 2).
The sort1 and sort2 values can be filled with the an authorized value
(of the category previously selected)

2. Choose randomly one or more biblio(s) and fill fields with what is
   relevant.

3. Export the biblio and import it (with the "Stage MARC records for
   import" tool).

4. Go on a basket and add an order from a staged file. Select your
   staged file.

5. Well. Now you can see your biblio (or biblios if your had exported
more than one). For each one, fields should be pre-filled with the
biblio values. The budget should be selected on the budget
corresponding to the budget_code (in the field 922$a) and the
"planning values" too (with fields 923$a and 924$a).
You can modify these values (or not) and choose a default value for
budget and planning values (in the "Accounting details" area).

6. Save and check the prices values. Modify the order and check that
   budget and sort* are good

Prices are calculated following some parameters:
if there is no price => listprice = 0
else =>
  - the gstrate value for your order is the gstrate value of the bookseller
  - discount = if filled : the discount value / 100
else: the discount value of the bookseller
  - if the bookseller includes tax( List item price includes tax: Yes )
        if a discount exists:
            ecost = price
            rrp   = ecost / ( 1 - discount )
else: # a discount does not exist
            ecost = price * ( 1 - discount )
            rrp   = price
else # the bookseller does not include tax
        if a discount exists:
            ecost = price / ( 1 + gstrate )
            rrp   = ecost / ( 1 - discount )
else: # a discount does not exist
            rrp   = price / ( 1 + gstrate )
            ecost = rrp * ( 1 - discount )
  - in all cases:
listprice = rrp / currency rate
        unitprice = ecost
        total = ecost * quantity

7. Retry with different parameters

8. Check the 'Import all' action still works

0519c428ef Bug 11665: An ability to place orders directly from hold ratios list
This enhancement introduces a possibility to place orders
from hold ratios list:

- new option "Add order to basket" -> "From titles w/ highest hold ratios";
(user gets redirected from acqusition to "hold ratios" list in circulation)

- "N to order" in "Items needed" column now becomes a link - when clicked,
user gets redirected back to acquisition, directly to order form for
a choosen title (suggested quantity "N to order" is being preserved)

- in the "Items needed" column, there is an additional indication if
there are any pending (not yet received) orders for a given title

This solution is not exactly ideal.. most important drawback: to use
it librarian needs both acquisition & circulation priviledges; if not
having both - new options will not show / wouldn't be active. But it
requires relatively small amount of changes in the code.

To test:
- apply patch,
- test new functions (try to place some orders using an newly added
option, examine resulting order records etc.)
- check modified hold ratios list for possible problems (for user
with only circulation priviledges, additional information regarding
pending orders should be still visible, but not the link
to order form)
- ensure the two following existing options for adding orders to basket
("From an existing record", "From a new (empty) record") a still working
properly.

1b618cac3d Bug 10694 - Allow arbitrary backdating of returns
Sometimes libraries need to backdate returns further back in time than
Koha's dropbox mode will allow. The returns backdating will check in an

any fine accordingly.

This feature is activated by a new system preference, SpecifyReturnDate.

Test Plan:

3) Run fines.pl to generate the fine
4) Browse to returns.pl
5) Specify a return date of the day after the specified due date
6) Check the borrowers issue history, you should see the backdated

7fba4e3ef8 Bug 12089: Remove use of dt_add_type_uk_date() - Acquisitions
This patch removes instances of dt_add_type_uk_date() from acquisitions
templates and updates sorting configurations according to current
guidelines.

In cases where a formatted date was passed from a Perl script, the
script has been modified to pass an unformatted date.

Several instances of the no longer valid align attribute have been
removed from <td> tags in favor of an existing "data" class which is
suitable for display of currency values.

To test, view the following pages in Acquisitions. Columns containing
dates should sort correctly regardless of dateformat system preference
setting. Columns containing bibliographic titles should ignore articles
when sorting.

- Add to an order from a staged file: The table of staged files should
sort correctly. After clicking "add orders" for one of the staged
files, the table of titles in that staged file should also be sorted
  correctly.

- Add to an order from a subscription. The table of subscription search
  results should sort correctly.

- Orders search results should sort correctly.

- Late orders should sort correctly.

- Search for a vendor. Click on the vendor name to view the vendor
detail page. The table of contracts on this page should sort

Bug 10649 introduced a new include file for adding DataTables-related
JavaScript assets. This patch adds use of this include file to all
serials-related pages which use DataTables.

Apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm that table

which will return more than one subscription. The expiration date
column is now sorted using the "title-string" filter for sorting based
on the unformatted date. The "anti-the" filter has been added to the
title column to exclude articles when sorting.

- Serials collection (serials/serials-collection.pl): View the serial

adbbefe720 Bug 12127: fix incorrect DataTable types in Holds to Pull list
This patch explicitly sets the sType in the Holds to Pull list table
for the libraries, itypes, and locations columns. It appears that the
type is automatically being set to "html" when it should be set to
"string".

It needs to have a sType of "string", since DataTables will strip out
the <br> tags when using "html", and we need them for the regexp
we use to create a more precise filter search.

_TEST PLAN_

Before applying:

1) Place a "next available" hold on a record with an item available
from one library/branch (e.g. "Branch A")
2) Place a "next available" hold on a record with an item available
from two different libraries/branches
3) Place a "next available" hold on a record with an item available
from three different libraries/branches - one of which is the same
as the library/branch from Step 1.
4) Go to the Holds to Pull List
5) Filter the branches by "Branch A".
6) You should only see the hold from Step 1 - not Step 3.
7) Try filtering on a branch for a hold that has multiple
libraries/branches. (They shouldn't appear when filtering, except
when using the "None" filter).

Apply the patch.

After applying:
1) Repeat Steps 4-7 from above. When filtering on "Branch A", you
should be able to see all holds that are available at "Branch A",
even if they are available at other branches (i.e. the holds has
multiple libraries listed).

9e9088049c Bug 12138 - Use placeholders in translatable Javascript strings
Currently translating Javascript strings with variables in them is hard,
because the strings are created from separate parts. For example:

 _("Are you sure you want to delete the") + " " + count + " " +
_("attached items?")

This is translated in two different parts, and the translator cannot
affect the place where the count-variable is.

Now, if the javascript strings allowed placeholders, similar to how the
template strings do, the above could be written as:

_("Are you sure you want to delete the %s attached
items?").format(count)

This would make translation much easier.

Attached patch adds a Javascript string formatter, and changes all the
concatenated translatable JS strings used in intranet to use that.

To test:
1) cd misc/translator
2) perl translate update xx-YY
3) grep ^msgid po/xx-YY-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po | sort | uniq >
xx-YY-pre
4) apply patch
5) perl translate update xx-YY
6) grep ^msgid po/xx-YY-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po | sort | uniq >
xx-YY-post
7) compare the files: diff -Nurd xx-YY-pre xx-yy-post | less
should show the javascript strings that changed.
8) Test the UIs where the formatted js strings are used.

I tested *most* of the changed files. There were some instances where it
wasn't clear to me how to trigger the warnings which were modified,
especially tags/review.tt, admin/manage-marc-import.tt, and holidays.tt.
Everything I was able to test worked correctly.

d3a36c6612 Bug 11497: remove TT construct for picking a default string that i18n toolchain fails to pick up
The i18n toolchain fails to pick up constant text defined inside
[% ... %]. In particular, in a construct like this

  [% var OR "string" %]

the string "string" will not be available to be translated.

This patch fixes all the cases I could find.

To test:
1. Update your preferred language
(cd misc/translator; perl translate update fi-FI)

2. Count headers for example
egrep "^msgid.*Koha online" misc/translator/po/fi-FI-* | wc -l

3. Apply the patch

4. Repeat 1 and 2, now there are more lines
Or translate to some lang and visit every touched page and look the title

baa2fb2fba Bug 10823: add class info to enumchron data in detail.tt, for better styling
This patch adds spans to style parts of the enumchron and serialseq
information in the holdings table in the taff interface:

These include:

- items.enumchron
- the separator used
- serial.serialseq
- items.publisheddate

TEST PLAN
---------
1) Apply patch 10825
2) Find a biblio where the enumchron and serialseq are different.
   -- in MySQL:
      SELECT items.biblionumber,items.enumchron,serial.serialseq
      FROM items,serial,serialitems
      WHERE items.itemnumber=serilaitems.itemnumber
        AND serialitems.serialid=serial.serialid;
3) In the staff client, view the source for that item.
-- It should be one class for the entire <td> cell.
4) Apply patch 10823
5) Refresh the page
6) Look at the source for that item again.
-- It should have <span> tags around the 4 things listed
      above.

45ce7431d4 Bug 12105 - Remove duplicated plugin jquery.dataTables.columnFilter.js
This patch removes a redundant copy of the DataTables plugin
jquery.dataTables.columnFilter.js and corrects two templates.

The path to the plugin has been modified in acqui/parcel.tt:

- Go to Acquisitions and search for a vendor.
- Open the detail page for that vendor.
- Click the "Receive shipments" button.
- Select an invoice to view.
- In the table of titles, confirm that the column header search forms
  work to filter column data.

In the template for the Staged MARC management page the plugin has been
removed as it is unused. A couple of markup corrects have been made.
Confirm that table sorting is unaffected by going to Administration ->
Staged MARC management, clicking a staged MARC file, and viewing the
table of items in that batch.

There should be no more remaining instances of this path in the
templates:

[% themelang %]/lib/jquery/plugins/jquery.dataTables.columnFilter.js

8a124f8951 Bug 12094: fix default tab selection broken by jQueryUI upgrade
The recent upgrade to jQueryUI didn't take into account the new method
for forcing selection of a tab by adding a class to the tab markup. This
patch corrects this by updating the class name.

This patch also updates one instance where it was necessary to switch to
the new function for selecting a tab by ID, introduced by Bug 12075.

To test, view the following pages:

- Perform a catalog search in the staff client. On the search results
page the "Search the catalog" tab should be selected.

- In Acquisitions, view the basket groups page for a vendor which has
  open and closed basket groups
  (/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/basketgroup.pl?booksellerid=X). Append
"&listclosed=1" to the URL. The "Closed" tab should be selected.

- In Administration -> Authorized values, modify an authorized value for
which an icon has been selected. When the edit form loads the
corresponding icon tab should be selected.

- In Administration -> Item types, modify an itemtype for which an icon
has been selected. When the edit form loads the corresponding icon tab
  should be selected.

- In Cataloging, open an existing record and select any tab besides the
first one. Choose "Save and continue editing" from the Save menu. When
the page reloads you should be returned to the tab you selected
  before.

- In Suggestions, markup for selected the tab has been removed because
it didn't appear to be performing any function. The first tab is
selected by default. The template doesn't need to explicitly add a
  class to make it so.

- In Tools -> CSV profiles, choose an existing profile for editing. When
the page loads the "Edit existing profile" tab should be selected.

Signed-off-by: Mark Tompsett <mtompset@hotmail.com>

NOTE: Unable to duplicate Cataloging step issue, but there is no
visible regression with the patch. The second part of the
addbiblio.tt portion of the patch is clearly correct,
because it is the same type of change as made in the other
      sections.

b7d47ac66b Bug 10859: Alert if a borrower already has an issue for the same biblio
This patch adds a new system preference, AllowMultipleIssuesOnABiblio.

If this system preference is OFF, an alert is raised if a patron
tries to check out an item even when they already have a different
item checked out from that bib.

The librarian can force the checkout anyway.

It doesn't alert the librarian if the biblio is a subscription

Test plan:
1. Create a biblio with at least 2 items
2. Checkout the first item for a borrower
3. Set syspref AllowMultipleIssuesOnABiblio to OFF.
4. Try to checkout the second item with the same borrower. A message
should appear telling you that this borrower already borrowed an item
from this biblio.
If you have the permission 'force_checkout' You should also see two
buttons to confirm (or not) the checkout
5. Click on 'No'. The checkout is not done
6. Repeat step 4 and click 'Yes', the checkout is done.
7. Return the second item.
8. Set syspref AllowMultipleIssuesOnABiblio to ON
9. Try to checkout the second item with the same borrower. This time
the checkout is done without warnings.
