This patch modifies various templates to add or improve coverage of the
Bootstrap grid.
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages, confirming that
they look correct at various browser widths:
- Administration -> Item circulation alerts
- Authorities -> Authorities search -> Merge records
- Catalog -> Bibliographic details -> Rota (StockRotation must be
enabled)
- Tools -> News: Main and add/edit view

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
mechanism, it will be tedious
This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
<link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

This patch updates several single-column Authorities module templates to
use the Bootstrap grid.
- authorities-home - The home page of the Authorities module.
- authorities.tt - The authority add/edit page.
- blinddetail-biblio-search.tt - Not really testable -- It's the small
popup window which appears during the process of linking an authority
to a MARC record.
- detail.tt - The authority detail page. Search for an authority record
and click on the "details" link in the search results.
- merge.tt - From a list of authority search results, select "Merge"
from the Actions menu of two authority records. Test both the initial
selection screen and the source/destination merging view.
- searchresultlist.tt - The authority search results page.
Each of these pages should look correct, with a single centered column
with wide margins on either side. At lower browser widths the margins
should disappear.

This patch makes the following changes:
[1] Removes Default from the template list. We should not merge with the
Default framework, since it does not have a reporting tag.
[2] Rearranges the error section in the template. It is confusing to have
two error sections in this template. The error CANNOT_MOVE is not used.
The error FRAMEWORK_NOT_SELECTED is replaced by WRONG_FRAMEWORK.
[3] Do not allow to merge a record with itself.
[4] Check if the merge reference record still contains any MARC tags.
[5] Additional polishing: Simplify passing frameworks to template. Remove
an unused Koha::Authority::Types->search. Remove obsolete POD header
for functions from the script.
Test plan:
[1] Select two authorities to merge. Verify that you cannot select Default
anymore as framework for the reference record.
[2] Reproduce error WRONG_COUNT by adding another authid=999 in the URL
after you selected two authority records for merging.
[3] Remove the third authid from the URL and change the first or second
authid into an unexisting record id. You should generate an Internal
Server Error. The log should show the exception message.
[4] Merge two authorities. Deselect all MARC tags. Should trigger the
error EMPTY_MARC in the template.
[5] Select the same authority record twice for merging. Should trigger the
error DESTRUCTIVE_MERGE in the template.

This patch removes unused Greybox markup from two templates.
To test, apply the patch and go to Authorities.
- Perform an authority search which will return multiple results.
- Select two records to merge.
- On the "merging records" page, an earlier version used Greybox to show
a preview of the selected authority records. Confirm that authority
number link for the two records triggers a pop-up window instead.
- From the authorities home page, choose 'New from Z39.50'
- Perform a search which will return multiple results.
- Confirm that there is only a 'MARC' preview link. A
forever-commented-out 'Card' link has been removed.

These 2 subroutines are now not necessary anymore, we can use
Koha::Authority::Types to retrieve the authority types.
This patch won't be easy to test. Indeed, a lot of file are updated.
To test it I would suggest to focus on the merge authority
You should also confirm that the authtypecode and the authtypetext
values are correctly displayed when navigating in the authority module.

When rebasing the patch for this, I accidentally moved the line
setting the mergereference when merging from breeding to *before*
I checked whether we were merging from breeding. Needless to say,
this caused problems. This patch fixes that, and:

* Adds a missing authtypesloop argument for the template.

This patch gives Koha the ability to merge authority records using the
same interface used by bibliographic records, though slightly different
methods for selecting which records to merge. The two ways to select
records are as follows:
1) Records can be selected from authority search results by clicking
the "Merge" link for two records.
2) Authority records can be merged from the reservoir by clicking the
merge-related links in the Manage staged MARC batch screen.
To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Do a search for an authority record that will turn up multiple
identical records (or at least two records that you don't mind
merging).
3) Click the "Merge" link for the first record.
4) Click the "Merge" link for the second record.
5) Choose which fields from which record you want to appear in the
resulting record.
6) Confirm that those are the fields that exist in the resulting record.
7) Stage an authority record (for example, an authority record you
saved from your catalog.
8) Search for a record to merge with it using the "Search for a record
to merge in a new window" link.
9) Merge these records, confirming that the resulting record (after
going through the entire merging process) matches your expectations.
10) Set up a matching rule for authorities, and export an authority from
your catalog that will match based on that rule. For MARC21, the
following is a good choice for a rule:
Matching rule code: AUTHPER
Description: Personal name main entry
Match threshold: 999
Record type: Authority record
[Match point 1:]
Search index: mainmainentry
Score: 1000
Tag: 100
Subfields: a
11) Stage the record you just exported, choosing the matching rule you
just created.
12) Merge the record using the "Merge" link, confirming that the
resulting record (after going through the entire merging process)
matches your expectations.
