Bug 23506: Display correct icon in staff client and OPAC
When the leader6 is set to 'i' the MARC21slim2intranetDetail.xsl
attempts to display 'SO.png' which does not exist.

TEST PLAN:
1. Find or create a record with an 'i' as the 6th position in the 000 leader.
2. Do to the OPAC detail page and staff detail for an item in that record.
3. Notice the material type icon does not display because SO.png does not exist.
4. Apply patch and restart_all
5. Look at the opac detail and staff detail page again after clearning the browser cache.
6. The material type icon now displays (MU.png), this is the same icon used on the OPAC results page.

Bug 22884: Show separator between 440 and 490 fields
This adds a ; as separator between 440 and 490 fields used in the
same record. Currently we loop first 440 and then 490. 490 is displayed
depending on the indicator.

So after we finish the first loop, we check for existence of 490 on the
same record now to decide if a separator is needed.

To test:
- Look at various records using one or multiple 440 and 490 fields
- Verify the display is correct, especially when both appar on the
same record in both OPAC and staff

Bug 22884: Remove field ending . from XSLT templates
Currently Koha very inconsistently adds a . at the end when
outputting MARC fields on the detail views.

This patch removes the few cases where we add in .
Keeping the end user in mind, I believe it's not needed and
the added consistency will be nice. ISBD should be added on
cataloguing or by templates, but we should not mix when possible.

To test:
Catalog the following fields, if repeatable, add more than one:
- 020
- 022
- 111
- 242
- 245
- 246
- 250
- 300
- 440
- 490
- 700/710/711 with $i
- 700/710/711 ind.2 = 2
Verify both on staff and OPAC detail pages that there is no
additional . at the end of the line.

Bug 21058: Added HTML class to showRDAtag264
Adds the HTML class "rda264" to the span generated by the XSLT function
showRDAtag264.

To test, same as previous, using a notice with a 264 tag. Both patches
only apply to MARC21.

I was unsure how to name the class, so I've chose the simplest, most
explicit name.

Bug 21058: Added HTML classes in MARC21slim2_Detail.xsl
This is a very small patch. I've simply added the following classes to
their respective spans in the detail XSLs for both interfaces.

- in_note (773$n)
- preceeding_entry_note (780$n)
- succeeding_entry_note (785$n)

To test:

1. Apply patch
2. Open details page of notice with a 773$n, 780$n or 785$n field
3. Inspect element. The class should be visible.

Bug 21518: Material type "three-dimensional artifact" displays as "visual material"
This patch makes a few corrections to the staff client MARC21 XSLT so
that the correct material type icons are displayed for pictures and
realia. The more-specific material type handling has been adapted from
the corresponding XSL files in the OPAC.

To test you must have default XSLT enabled and the DisplayIconsXSLT and
DisplayOPACiconsXSLT system preferences enabled.

- Apply the patch and locate records with "type of record" specified in
   the leader as 'g', 'k', and 'r'.

A sample MARC file will be attached to the bug report with one of
each type of record. Import the records and search your catalog for
   "Bug_21518."

- View the records in search results and their detail pages, both in
the OPAC and the staff client. In all cases the correct material type
   icon should be displayed.

0c4bf00c30 Bug 20823: UNIMARC XSLT add subfield t for subjects
In UNIMARC, 604 contains subfield t, see http://multimedia.bnf.fr/unimarcb_trad/B604-6-2011.pdf.

76c10a5dcd Bug 22085: fix UNIMARC default XSLT broken by Bug 14716

7b16603b31 Bug 21644: better UNIMARC XSLT display of 210 in intranet
In intranet default UNIMARC XSLT display of 210 is tricky.
It tests each subfield with a complex conditional prefix.
In OPAC default UNIMARC XSLT display 210 is simply displayed with a loop on all subfields.

I propose to use the same code as OPAC in intranet.
It allows to display $f and removes strange middle-score character.

Test plan:
1) Doni't apply patch
2) Use an UNIMARC database
3) Use default XSLT in all displays
4) Configure a framework to allow 210 subfields from 'a' to 'h'
5) Edit a record with this framework
6) In each 210 subfield enter its letter : $a a, $b b ...
7) Save record
8) Look at record in OPAC, you see : "Publication: a, b : c, d, e, f : g, h"
9) Look at record in intranet
10) You see : ""Publication: a, b : c, d - e : g, h

This patch makes the XSLT logic add the $g subfield in the 773 display

The XSLT chooses between different ways to create the link for the

This patch modifies the OPAC and staff client's XSL template for the

To test you should have multiple titles in the same series with matching

5dc0d1c8bc Bug 20347: Add missing classes to search results elements
The MARC21 XSLT doesn't add html classes to distinguish between
certain elements, and there's no way to rely on the element
positioning, making it impossible to style the elements with CSS.

Add the missing classes to distinguish the elements.

Test plan:
1) Apply patch
2) Search for any biblios
3) Check the search result page table HTML to see that the
"Publisher", "Edition", "Source", "Other title", and "Online access"
are wrapped in a span with class of results_summary and one
of "publisher", "edition", "source", "other_title", and
   "online_access"
4) Check that the search results of the elements above looks correct
when compared to the other elements

d5ea914f4d Bug 17827 - Untranslatable "by" in MARC21slim2intranetResults.xsl
Signed-off-by: Serhij Dubyk {Сергій Дубик} <serhijdubyk@gmail.com>

The "by" after the title was not translatable in the result
lists of the intranet. This patch fixes it by removing
a comment, that caused a problem with the translation
scripts.

To test:
Test:

Before this patch in file en-GB-marc-MARC21.po present next paragraph:

msgid "by "
msgstr " by "

According string "by " in the file MARC21slim2intranetResults.xsl can not be translated (in other languages).

After applying this patch performed next command:
cd /usr/share/koha/misc/translator
sudo env KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/sites/mykohainstance/koha-conf.xml PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib perl -I /usr/share/koha/lib "./translate" update

Now in the file en-GB-marc-MARC21.po present the following (modified) paragraph:

msgid "by "
msgstr " by "

7b7ffef53d Bug 15140: Add MARC21 776 to OPAC and staff display
Adds code to opac and staff detail XSLT in order to show 776$t (or $a) and
a link based on 776$w (record control number). $w should be in the form:
    (MARCOrgCode)Record-number
For instance: (NL-AmRIJ)12345

Note: You should have enabled default opac/intranet XSLT view.

Test plan:
[1] Add two 776s (one with $t and $w and one with $t only)
[2] Verify that you see "Additional physical formats" on opac-detail. Does
    the link for $w work?
[3] Check intranet detail too.
[4] Empty 776$t and put text in $a. Check detail page again.

f38a9927a3 Bug 16608 - Missing entity nbsp in some XML files
The special character "non breaking space" is not contained in XML syntax by default.
So we add it in the file header :
<!DOCTYPE stylesheet [<!ENTITY nbsp " " >]>

Even if the source code files do no contain this character, it can be that translated files contain it.
French for example "Titre :".

This entity is missing in all files in koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/data/ and in some files of koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/xslt.

Test plan :
  - generate French templates:
    cd misc/translator
    ./translate install fr-FR
    cd ../..
  - run test:
    prove -v t/00-valid-xml.t
    you get failing error message
  - apply this patch
  - translate again
  - run test again: it passes

0073a0c3f8 Bug 16343: 7XX XSLT subfields displaying out of order
This patch respect previous css classes
.authordates and .relatorcode but also include .titleportion

.authordates {display: none;}
.titleportion {display: none;}
.relatorcode {display: none;}

To test:
- Stage the two record attached with titles:
  - Surface & coatings technology.
  - Women crime writers.
- Reindex zebra (necessary to Opac and Itranet results)
- Leave empty the OPACUserCSS and IntranetUserCSS sysprefs
- Go to the new records in OPAC and Intranet detail page
- See the wrong display of dates
- Apply patch and refresh the page
- Test in OPACUserCSS and IntranetUserCSS the css stated before
- Play deleting or adding the classes
- Test with multiple records with 700 (with and without dates, etc;
  710 and 711)

NOTE: dates in 710 and 711 can be hidden with .titleportion class;
dates in this kind of heading go with another data for example:
