This patch change Koha::Cron to be a more generic Koha::Script class and
update all commanline driven scripts to use it.

- Apply patch
- Set syspref CronjobLog to "Log"
- Set syspref PurgeSuggestionsOlderThan e.g. to 20
- From console, run misc/cronjobs/purge_suggestions.pl
- Check entry in cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?op=search&searchfield=log
- Verify that log entry contains number of days (20, same as in syspref)
- From console, run misc/cronjobs/purge_suggestions.pl -days 100
- Verify that log entry contains number of days (100, same as in param -days)

Cosmetic changes.
And: adding a confirm flag (see earlier comment too). Without this flag but
with having a filled pref, the script would purge when you do not pass any
parameter. This might not be appreciated.

The system preferences value is used whenever purge_suggestions.pl is called without the 'days' parameter.
This patch uses the preference description suggested by comment #9.
This version should now be cleanly applicable.
I Apply the patch
II Run updatedatabase.pl
a) Run purge_suggestions.pl without the days parameter
- validate that there is an error message
b) Run purge_suggestions.pl with the days parameter
- validate that there is no error message
c) Insert a number of days in the system variable PurgeSuggestionsOlderThan
d) Run purge_suggestions.pl without the days parameter
- validate that there is no error message

This patch adds information about cron jobs performed and make it viewable
under Home > Tools > Logs ("Browse system logs")
To test:
Apply patch
- Got to system preferences and set 'CronjobLog' to: [Log] information from
cron jobs.
- Run some cron jobs
- Go to Home > Tools > Logs
- Verify that you have a selection 'Cron jobs' in drop-down 'Module'. Select it
with Action "All" and Submit.
- Output should show Date/time and info about Cron jobs

This patch is a new script that delete suggestion that have be processed by librarians.
It take on argument, it's a number of days to keep suggestions. Suggestions olders than TODAY - $days will be deleted.
This script should be used to purge suggestions and clean the table in intranet.
