Allow translating two strings in the OAI set config:
"setDescription" and "Remove"
Test plan:
1) Go to Home -> Administrator -> OAI sets config -> Add a new OAI set
2) Click on "New set"
3) Click on "Add description"
4) Note the "setDescription:" and "Remove" -texts
5) Install patch, update language, translate the new strings
6) Redo 1-4, note how the strings in part 4 are now translated

The template included an else branch where a value not equal to 0 or -5
was interpreted as 0 (Show all).
This effectively converted hidden values 1 and 8 to 0.
This patch removes that else branch.
Test plan:
Toggle a authority field between Hide all and Show all. Check what happens.

This patch adds the same feature as bug 10858 for the OPAC interface:
after a search, librarians will be able to browse selected results.
The results can be selected from several pages.
By extension it is possible to add results from several pages to a list
or the cart.
When at least one result is selected, a new "Browse selected records" button
becomes usable and change the behaviour of the existing browser.
The whole feature can be turned off with the pref BrowseResultSelection.
Test plan:
- Launch a search (on the staff interface)
- Check some biblios
- Go on another page
- Check some biblios
- Come back to a page you already check results and confirm that they are
still checked
- Click on the "Browse selected records" button
- Check that you are able to browse results you had checked.
You can also:
- add them to the cart
- add them to a list
QA note: the browsers at the OPAC and the one at the staff interface are completely different
That's why the code is not mimicking what has been done on bug 10858.
The behaviour must stay the same anyway.

Before this patch set, we used KohaTable to display a table with the
column visibility plugin, and an usual dataTable initialisation for the
filters.
For the lost items report table we will need both.
To do so we need to reorganize the code a bit
We cannot pass a selector but the id of the node which represents the
table. Indeed it is how works currently the filters (we may want to
improve that later)

In order to simplify and make uniform the code, the controller scripts send
a Koha::Patron object to the templates instead of all attributes of a patron.
That will make the code much more easier to maintain and will be less
error-prone.
The variable "patron" sent to the templates is supposed to represent the
patron the librarian is editing the detail.
In the members module and some scripts of the circulation module, the
patron's detail are sent one by one to the template. That leads to
frustration from developpers (making sure everything is passed from all
scripts) and to regression (we got tone of bugs in the last year because
of this way to do).
With this patch set it will be easy access patron's detail, passing only
1 variable from the controllers.
Test plan:
Play with the patron and circulation module and make sur the detail of
the patron you are editing/seeing info are correctly displayed.

interdependent, affecting a couple of module-wide include files.

With this syspref enabled scanning a patron barcode into the item
barcode field during circulation will redirect you to the patron's
circulation page.
This allows circulation with only a barcode scanner.
Testing:
- Enable the AutoSwitchPatron syspref
- Navigate to a patron's check out screen
- Enter a patron barcode into the "Enter item barcode" field
Result
- Browser should be redirected to the entered patron

Instead of basing the group searches on the group name, which is an
inherently touchy system, we should use the same checkbox style that
Jonathan introduced for the patron limits by group feature.

Add a checkbox to enable/disable the feature for given group of
libraries.
Important note: Only the top level node can turn the feature, the idea
is to avoid confusion, ease testing (by limiting the number of cases)
and force libraries to define one tree per feature (Maybe this is wrong,
but maybe good to start)

When saving the "Did you mean?" setting, a popup with the
message "Successfully saved configuration" is shown, but
it cannot be translated. Make it translatable.
Test plan:
1) Go to Home -> Administration -> Did you mean?
2) Change the settings, click on "Save configuration"
3) Popup with "Successfully saved configuration"
4) Apply patch, update po-files, etc.
5) Check that the msgid "Successfully saved configuration"
is in fi-FI-staff-prog.po, and translate the message
6) install the fi-FI language
7) Change your UI language to finnish
8) Repeat 1, 2, 3. You should now see the same popup
message translated.

In javascript, using indexOf to test if a number exists in an array
of strings doesn't work, and makes it possible to add the same user
multiple times into the same budget fund.
Make borrowernumber into string and compare that instead.
Test plan:
1) Go to Home -> Administration -> Budgets -> Funds -> Add Fund
2) Add a user to the fund
3) Try to add the same user again to the same fund. No error.
4) Apply patch
5) Do 1, 2, and 3 again. You should now get an error message
saying the user is already in the list.

When a user has been added to the fund, the link to "Remove" that user
is not translatable.
Test plan:
1) Install language xx-YY
2) Go to Home -> Administration -> Budgets -> Funds -> Add Fund
3) Add a user to the fund
4) Notice how the "Remove" link after the user's name is not translated
5) Apply patch
6) Look in xx-YY-staff-prog.po, and if needed, translate the msgid
"Remove"
7) Update and reinstall the language
8) Do 2 and 3 again. The "Remove" link should now be translated.

This patch updates the template for printers administration according to
current interface guidelines.
- Custom JavaScript form validation is removed in favor of the built-in
form validation plugin.
- Printer-specific header search form is removed, along with server-side
pagination code. The functionality of both is now taken care of the
adding DataTables sorting and pagination to the table.
- Edit and delete links are styled as Boostrap buttons with Font Awesome
icons.
- Confirmation dialogs are updated to use Font Awesome icons.
To test properly you will need to add multiple printers.
- Apply the patch and open /cgi-bin/koha/admin/printers.pl (there is no
menu link for the page).
- When no printers exist you should see a message dialog saying so.
- Add a new printer. Confirm that printer name and queue are required
fields.
- After adding multiple printers, confirm that the table of printers is
correctly sorted and searched by the DataTables plugin.
- Delete a printer and verify that the confirmation dialog is correctly
styled.

This patch adds sorting and filtering to the Koha to MARC mapping table
using DataTables.
Also changed: Font awesome icons on "Add" and "Remove" buttons; Minor
markup correction to breadcrumbs.

- Table should be sorted by default on Koha field.
