Bug 22969: fix biblionumber on 001 in UNIMARC XSLT
In UNIMARC default configuration the 001 is linked to biblio.biblionumber.
In some XSLT files, 090$a is used.
This is by default biblioitems.biblionumber so it usually works but it may not be the same and var biblionumber is used to create hyperlinks to record detail page.

Test plan :
1) Use UNIMARC database
2) Set default in all XSLT system preferences
3) At OPAC, perform a search and click on a result
4) Check displayed page shows the correct biblio record
5) Same at intranet

Signed-off-by: Bernardo Gonzalez Kriegel <bgkriegel@gmail.com>
Tested on clean UNIMARC install.
Before insert new records: "alter table biblioitems AUTO_INCREMENT = 5"
Added two records, with result:
+--------------+------------------+
| biblionumber | biblioitemnumber |
+--------------+------------------+
| 1 | 5 |
| 2 | 6 |
+--------------+------------------+
Without patch, OPAC results shows for first record
  http://opac/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=5, Wrong!
with patch result is correct

Works, no errors

Bug 24803: Remove JS error when clicking "Log in to your account"
This patch removes the "data-toggle" attribute from the login link in
order to avoid a JavaScript error. Since we have a custom click handler
to trigger the modal we don't need Bootstrap's "automatic" modal
handling.

Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Open F12 dev tools
3. Click "Log in to your account" on OPAC

Bug 24746: Duplicate id in opacheader markup
This patch removes '<div id="opacheader">' from masthead.inc
because the same markup is generated by koha_news_block.

To reproduce the bug, make sure there is an opacheader news block
defined. Add this to the OPACUserCSS system preference:

View the main page of the OPAC. You should see two blue borders around
the opacheader content.

Apply the patch and reload the OPAC page. There should now be only one
blue border.

Tested whith OPACUserCSS -> #opacheader { border: 1px solid blue; padding: 1px; }

Bug 13327: OPACPopupAuthorsSearch doesn't work with XSLT views
This patch reimplements the OPACPopupAuthorsSearch feature so that it
will work in the XSLT view.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).

 - View the detail page for a bibliographic record in the OPAC.
   Test under the following conditions:

 - OPACPopupAuthorsSearch ENABLED, OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay "default"
 - OPACPopupAuthorsSearch ENABLED, OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay empty
 - OPACPopupAuthorsSearch DISABLED, OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay "default"
 - OPACPopupAuthorsSearch DISABLED, OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay empty

In each of these cases, test the detail page's listing of additional
authors/contributors and subjects. Test records which have both multiple
contributors or subjects and which have only one author or subject.

When OPACPopupAuthorsSearch is turned on, verify that the author/subject
selection modal appears and that your selections are correctly combined
to build a search string.

Note that OPACPopupAuthorsSearch feature has a problem with terms
containing parentheses. The issue predates this patch.

Also note that the QA tools will give a false positive about Bootstrap
button styles. This rule only applies to the staff client.

Bug 22880: (follow-up) Define OpacHeader variable for conditional
This follow-up uses the updates introduced by Bug 23253 as a model for
improving the display of opacheader. Adding the OpacHeader variable
allows the template to check for its existence and display some
container markup around opacheader if it exists. This will help ease the
transition for libraries who depend on the #opacheader id for styling.

To test, apply the patch and test the OPAC with an 'opacheader' item
defined. The content should be displayed on the page inside '<div
id="opacheader"></div>.'

Delete the 'opacheader' news item and reload the OPAC page. There should
no longer be an #opacheader div.

Bug 22880: (follow-up) Loose ends: Better DB update, global inclusion, etc.
This patch makes a number of improvements and ties up some loose ends
where the old system preference usage wasn't getting replaced.

 - Removes news-specific code for defining the language of news
items queried for the OPAC home page. An identical language variable
   is already defined globally.

Previous to this patch an 'opacheader' news item would only appear on
the OPAC home page. Now it should appear on all OPAC pages.

 - Changes the database update so that 'opacheader' news
items will be inserted with a default title, matching the interface's
requirement that the title field be populated.

 - The database update will also now insert the old opacheader system
preference contents into the news item for all active languages as
defined in the 'opaclanguages' system preference. This helps match
the previous behavior in which the opacheader contents were the same
   for all languages.

 - Adds support for the new opacheader news item to the self checkout,
self check-in, and OPAC maintenance pages.

 - Updates sysprefs.t which was using the opacheader preference to test
on. I've changed it to use URLLinkText instead.

 - Removes the addition of the opacheader system preference from the
   installation SQL file.

Bug 22880: Convert opacheader system preference to news block
This patch builds on Bug 22318 to move the opacheader system preference
into the Koha news system, making it possible to have language- and
library-specific content.

It extends the original patch by adding an option to the template plugin
specifying whether the content title should be shown (probably should be
a flag in opac_news). It also adds a wrapper div with the content
location as the ID (e.g. 'opacheader'). This will make it slightly more
backwards-compatible with CSS customizations.

To test you should have some content in the opacheader system
preference. Apply the patch and run the database update process.

 - Go to the OPAC and confirm that the content which was previously in
the opacheader system preference now displays correctly where it was
   before.
 - In the staff client, go to Tools -> News and verify that the content
from opacheader is now stored in a news item with the location
   'opacheader_en.'
 - Go to Administration -> System preferences and confirm that the
   opacheader preference has been removed.

Bug 14567: Add a browse interface to the OPAC
This is an interface for quick and efficient browsing through records.

It presents a page at /cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl that allows you to
enter the prefix of an author, title, or subject and it'll give you a
list of the options that match that. You can then scroll through these
and select the one you're after. Selecting it provides a list of records

4 - Enable the new syspref OpacBrowseSearch
5 - Have ES running and some records in it
     SearchEngine syspref set to Elasticsearch
6 - Browse to opac home, click 'Browse search' link
for your site)
7 - Test searching for author, title, and subject
8 - Verify that results are returned in expected order
 9 - Experiment with fuzziness

Bug 17221: (follow-up) Orphan comma in shelf browser
This further improves the display if no location or no
collection has been set. Example output:

Browsing Centerville shelves, Collection: Non-fiction

Also changes 'Collection code' to 'collection' and takes
care of additional spaces before the comma.

To test:
- Make sure your OpacShelfBrowser pref is set to "Show"
- Search for a record with items and callnumbers in your OPAC
- "Browse shelf"
- Navigate back and forth, verify the information showing on
top of the list is correctly formatted
- Try different combinations for the following prefs:
  - ShelfBrowserUsesCcode
  - ShelfBrowserUsesHomeBranch
  - ShelfBrowserUsesLocation
- Verify the display is always nicely formatted

Note: fixing capitalization here is tricky, as it also
depends on what was displayed before. If you have no
homebranch, you would want "Shelving...", if you have one
we'd like "shelving...". Left as I found it for now.

Bug 24249: OPAC lists page should require login for login-dependent operations

Bug 24530: Show a number for title notes on opac-detail
A number (just as on most other tabs) tells more than a boolean (i.e. the
tab does not appear for zero marc notes). Intuitively, you might be misled
by "Holdings (1), Descriptions" and think there are none.

Test plan:
Verify that the number of title notes on opac detail page matches your
expectations.

Bug 7611: (follow-up) separate positive and negative statuses as in the past
This patch preserves someting closer to previous functionality.

Negative not for loan are in the 'unavailable' section in red, positive ones are in the 'reference' section in green. Itemtype level will also be in green in reference

Item specific status will override an itemtype level.

The line break between 'reference' and 'unavailable' existed before and is preserved - negative not for loan and checked out items appear here

Bug 7611: Change negative notforloan as well
This makes the changes apply to both positive and negative notforloan values

The extra line generated before is removed

Some spans are added and cleaned up and labels moved to CSS to allow for easier altering where needed

Itemtypes marked notforloan remain as reference, the label can be changed via css

To test:
1 - Have a record with items in various statuses, ideally
   - 3 available, with 2 in one branch, 1 in another
   - 3 with itemtype not for loan, 2 in one branch, 1 in another
   - 3 in a positive not for loan status, 2 and 1 as above
   - 3 in a negative not for loan status, 2 and 1 as above
   - 1 in a different positive loan status, but with the same opac description as the negative above
2 - Search the opac to include this record, take a screenshot
 3 - Apply patch
4 - Restart all and refresh
5 - Compare to screen shot
 6 - Differences include:
   - Positive statuses are now on separate line with opac description showing
   - Unavailable (not for loan items) now include callnumber and branch in display
   - Positive and negative notforloan with same description are combined where branches match
   - Inspect the elements, note new spans around 'Items available for
loan/reference'
 7 - Add to OPACUserCSS:
  .ItemSummary .ItemBranch{
    display:none;
  }
  .unavailable .ItemSummary .CallNumber,.unavailable .ItemSummary .LabelCallNumber{
    display:none;
  }
8 - Note the branches are hidden, and callnumbe rhidden for unavailable
items

Bug 7611: Show the NOT_LOAN authorised values for item status in XSLT OPAC search results
Added : Call number for all not for loan status

XSLT Results template improvement : Use the NOT_LOAN authorised values

Improvement : Use the NOT_LOAN authorised values when showing items status in the OPAC search results.
Before this patch, these items were only considered as "unavailable".

Note : This patch only affects the OPAC XSLT search results template for MARC21 records. This patch was not tested on UNIMARC or NORMARC records. I won't be able to support these formats, so I'm hoping someone could do the same for these other record formats.

closely reflect what the process is achieving by replacing 'RETURNED'

Bug 21156: Add plural translation capabilities to JS files
It adds Javascript equivalent of Koha::I18N's exported subroutines, and
they are used the same way.

String extraction is done only on *.js files and require gettext 0.19
(available in Debian jessie, and also in wheezy-backports)

It adds Javascript library Gettext.js for handling translation and a
Perl script po2json to transform PO file into JSON.

Gettext.js and po2json both come from Locale::Simple.
There are several tools named po2json. It's simpler to integrate this
one into Koha than to check if the good one is installed on the system.
Locale::Simple is not needed.

To avoid polluting the global namespace too much, this patch also
introduce a global JS object named Koha and add some stuff in Koha.i18n

Test plan:
1. Add a translatable string in a JS file. For example, add this:
alert(__nx("There is one item", "There are {count} items", 3,
     {count: 3}));
   to staff-global.js
2. cd misc/translator && ./translate update fr-FR
3. Open misc/translator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po, verify that your
string is present, and translate it
4. cd misc/translator && ./translate install fr-FR
5. (Optional) Verify that
   koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/fr-FR/js/locale_data.js exists and
   contains your translation
6. Open your browser on the staff main page, change language and verify
   that the message is translated
7. Repeat 1-6 on OPAC side

Bug 23784: Show subtitle, number and part in course reserve list of records
At the moment only the title will display in the course reserves
details, but not the information from other title fields. For
series with multiple volumes that can lead to confusing display.
The patch makes use of the new include to display 245$abnp.

To test:
- Add mulitple records to a course reserce course
Make sure you have some with different combinations of 245$b$n$p
- Look at the course details in the OPAC
- Verify only $a displays
- Apply patch
- Reload
- Verify now the full information displays

Depending on your installation, you might want ot check that the 245
are correctly mapped and save the record once so the database
fields are correctly filled.

Bug 10879: OverDrive should check for OverDriveLibraryID before performing search
This patch modifies the OPAC search results template to check for three
populated system preferences before performing an OverDrive search:
OverDriveLibraryID, OverDriveClientKey, and OverDriveClientSecret.
Previously OverDriveLibraryID was not checked, but without it the
interface reports an error performing the search.

To test you must have credentials for the OverDrive API as defined
in OverDriveClientKey, OverDriveClientSecret, and OverDriveLibraryID
system preferences.

 - With OverDriveLibraryID defined, the catalog search results page in
the OPAC should show a link to results in the library's OverDrive
   collection.

 - With no value in the OverDriveLibraryID preference the catalog
search page should not show any message about an OverDrive
   collection.

Bug 24560: Remove No public list text from OPAC
On the OPAC, the dropdown for Lists always includes
the heading Public Lists, even if no public lists exist.
This is sub-optimal for libraries that want VirtualShelves
enabled for private lists but don't want to use public lists.

TEST PLAN:
1. have no public list and look at the List dropdown on the OPAC. It says No Public Lists.
2. Apply patch
3. It should now not say anything about public lists but still be formatted nice.
4. Add some public lists and confirm that everything looks normal.

Bug 23915: Replace OPAC list sort menu with Bootstrap menu button
This patch adds JavaScript to the list contents page which converts the
resort form's <select> menu into a Bootstrap dropdown menu. This allows
for a more compact and consistent display.

To test, apply the patch and regenerate the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
