6c45192a5f Bug 29759: (follow-up) Fix TemplateToolkit.t
This patch makes the tests set debit_id to undef instead of random data.
This way tests don't break when $article_request->cancel is invoked and
a refund is tried.

To test:
1. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/Letters/TemplateToolkit.t
=> FAIL: Boo, tests fail, random garbage is not a debit
2. Apply this patch
3. Repeat 1
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
4. Sign off :-D

89ade834d6 Bug 24387: Rename "News" with "Additional contents"
One big patch for one big move.

The "News" feature (opac_news) has been hijacked to handle some system
preferences (bug 26050). The goal was to take profit of the UI (editor)
and the ability to translate the value.

Disclaimer: This patch is NOT offering the best implementation but, as
we still don't have bug 24975, it cannot be done now. And no, we don't
want to wait for it to move forward here. This patch is going into the
right direction anyway.

This enhancement is going to rename the "News" with a more genertic
"Additional contents". We have two different "categories" of content:
"news" and "html customizations".

What does it bring?
- A split on the UI for disambigate the two types of content (news and
syspref/html customizations)
- A simplification of the edit form: all languages will be translatable
on the same view (like the "notice templates")
- Ground will be prepared for different types of content (if needed later)
- Staff news can be translated

How was the "News" area working before this patch?
The opac_news DB table contained a (very inconsistent) 'lang' column.
The different values were:
- '' => news to display at the OPAC and staff interfaces
- 'koha' => news for staff only
- 'slip' => news for slip notices
- $lang => news for OPAC only, translated in $lang ('en', 'es-ES', etc.)
- "$location_$lang" => A syspref moved to this "news" area. The syspref
is $location, and is translated in $lang. Eg. OpacLoginInstructions_en,
OpacLoginInstructions_fr-FR, opacheader_es-ES

This patch is improving the DB structure with the following changes:
- renaming 'opac_news' with 'additional_contents'
- new 'category' column
 => 'news' or 'html_customizations'
- new 'location' column
 => For 'news': 'staff_and_opac', 'staff_only', 'slip'
 => For 'html_customizations': the old syspref name (eg. 'OpacLoginInstructions').
- new 'code' column (see later for more info)
- the 'lang' column will only contain the language code ('en', 'es-ES',
etc.). BUT a 'default' entry will ALWAYS exist for fallback behaviour.

We are getting closer to the 'notice template' table structure because
we want to match its UI. The 'code' column will bring us the ability to
group the different 'additional_contents' rows. The code for a given
news will be the same, but the (lang, title, content) will differ.
Examples:
  News 1 will have, for each of the translated versions
  (category, code,    location, branchcode)
  ('news',   'News1', $location, $branchcode||undef)
  And the 3 following columns will differ:
  (title,              content,               lang)
  ('title for news 1', 'content for news 1', 'default')
  ('titulo para 1',    'contenido para 1',   'es-ES')

Note that the "category" is not strictely necessary, but it seems better
to have the ability to split the different content by category/type
easily.

Additional changes:
- Syspref 'NewsToolEditor' is renamed 'AdditionalContentsEditor'
- Koha::NewItem => Koha::AdditionalContent
- Koha::News => Koha::AdditionalContents
- Script and template renamed from koha-news to additional-contents
- Foreign keys have been renamed
- Subpermission edit_news has been renamed edit_additional_contents
- The UI can now be accessed via a "News" or "HTML customizations" link
from the tools module. The related contents will then be displayed (both
categories are now split)

Changes not done here:
- Primary key 'idnew' could be renamed 'id'

Limitations of the upgrade:
News cannot be grouped by a unique code for existing translations.
=> A given news will be now displayed several times on the translated
interface
Any ideas to improve the upgrade behaviour?
We will have to add a warning in the release notes to tell libraries to
review their news.

Test plan:
0. Don't apply the patches
1. Translate the interfaces in some languages
. Create some news for staff and OPAC
. Create some content for different entry of HTML customizations
Note that you are forced to define a 'default'.
Also note that you are only forced to fill the title (not the content).
This is certainly problematic (see FIXME in the code) as sometime only
the content is displayed.
. Play with the interface (edit, delete, filter)
. Go to the different places the news are displayed, and confirm they
are displayed correctly (staff home, opac home, opac rss)
. Create 1+ news for 'slip', check an item out and 'print slip' (from
the circulation page). You must see the news.
. Go to the different places you are expecting the HTML customizations
to be present and confirm that you see them.
. Switch the lang of the interface and confirm that you now see the
content in the translated version
. Generate the templates in another language, don't translate the
content
. Use this language for the interface and confirm that the 'default'
version is displauyed.

9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

dc2c19bd51 Bug 25629: Fix capitalization in sample notices
This fixes the capitalization in sample notices files to
follow coding-guidelines. Only applies to English, translations
remain unchanged.

Additional fixes:
- Overdues slip added the letter code as subject instead of the description
- Opac changed to OPAC for self-registration verification emails

German (de-DE) file was not changed, as there is a pending translation
bug that will take care of these (bug 25129).

To test:
- Verify changes by running the web installer for the changed
  files and verify sample notices install without error
- Verify subjects and notice descriptions are correct

be4f624b32 Bug 17966: TT syntax for notices - Prove that ISSUESLIP is compatible
Here we go, you will notice at the dependency list that this one is a
bit different.
In our former syntax we have 2 custom tags <checkedout> and <overdue>.
These tags were allowed to permit loop on the checked out items and the
overdue items.

In this patch, we will use the "loops" parameter, introduced by bug
17971, to pass the list of checkouts and overdues to the template.

Note that Kyle suggested another approach on bug 15283: all the
checkouts were send into the same array and each element of this
array calls the is_from_today method, to know if the checkout is an
overdue.
I don't think we should rely on the Koha API, that's why I suggest to
pass 2 differents object list, 1 which contains the checkouts and
another one with the overdues.
Note that we do rely on the Koha API, we call the Koha::Checkout->item
and Koha::Item->biblio to propose an equivalent TT notice. But I think
we can accept that.

Test plan:
Define the ISSUESLIP and ISSUEQSLIP notice templates to generate the
same notices you generated with the historical syntax.

b28d25e9cd Bug 17975: TT syntax for notices - Prove that HOLD_SLIP is compatible
Here we need to test <<today>>.
We already pass a value, but it was wrong. We must pass a string, not a
DateTime object, otherwise the KohaDates plugin will not display the
hours part if we need it.

Test plan:
Define a HOLD_SLIP notice template to match your need.
Do not forget to use
  [% today | $KohaDates %]
or
  [% today | $KohaDates with_hours => 1 %]
To access data from the reserves table, use the 'hold' variable

Tested both patches together with several date formats, works as expected.

a740e773c6 Bug 17965: TT syntax for notices - Prove that DUEDGST is compatible
This notice template have the particular feature of using <<count>>.
This value is substitued during the process of the notice template.
For the TT syntax, all what we need is to send the values to substitute to the
template.

Note that items.content can also be used in these template, you can have
a look at bug 17967 to see a better alternative to this marker.

Test plan:
Generate DUEDGST and DUE notice messages.
You should be able to generate the same messages with the TT syntax.

From the CHECKIN and CHECKOUT templates you should be able to access the
following information: item, biblio, biblioitem, patron and library

Test plan:

You should be able to define them using the TT syntax to produce the

3ee3cf10e6 Bug 17971: TT syntax for notices - Add support for plurals
On of the awesome things we will be able to do with the TT syntax is the support of plurals.

For instance we will be able to send a list of items, checkouts, etc. to the notice template.
That way we will get rid of our custom syntax like <<items.content>> or <item></item> for instance.

The existing code already has the playground for that but it is not used.

Basically the idea is to add a "loops" key which can contain a list of
object to retrieve from the DB and send to the template.
For instance:
    loops => { overdues => [ $itemnumber_1, .., $itemnumber_N ] }

will send a variable "overdues" to the template. It will contain the
Koha::Checkout objects relative to the id passed.

There is one quite big inconvenient to this approach so far: since we
are still supporting the historical syntax, the objects can be fetch by
a script, then the script will send the id to GetPreparedLetter which
will refetch them.
This must be improved, but I suggest to do that later.

95e6f6a612 Bug 17963: TT syntax for notices - Prove that AR_* are compatible
Nothing new here since bug 17962, the AR_* notice messages are quite
simple. They send the article_request, patron, biblio, biblioitem, item and
library linked to the article request.

All the fields from these 6 tables should still be accessible using the
TT syntax.

Test plan:
Define TT notice templates for AR_PENDING, AR_PROCESSING, AR_COMPLETED
or AR_CANCELED.

You should manage to create a template to generate the same result as
the historical syntax.

c6e0d42521 Bug 17962: TT syntax for notices - Prove that ACQ_NOTIF_ON_RECEIV is compatible
To make ACQ_NOTIF_ON_RECEIV TT compatible, we need to expose data from
the aqorders table. We already have a package for it in the Koha
namespace but it is based on Koha::Object[s].
The other path creates dummy Koha::Tmp::Order[s] packages to make it
usable. Of course we should use a valid Koha::Acquisition::Order[s]
based on Koha::Object, but it's outside the scope of this bug report.

This notice template is quite simple, and it's a good one to start.
From C4::Acq::NotifyOrderUsers, GetPreparedLetter is called with 4
elements: the library, the patron to notify, the biblio and the order
information.
Note that prior to this patch aqorders was filled from GetOrder, which
retrieved a lot of information from the acquisition table (aqbasket,
aqbookseller). The idea with the TT syntax is to access the data from
where it really exists. So if a user wants to display the basket name,
[% order.basket.basketname %] should be used instead.
Note that this will not work at the moment, the basket method is not
defined in the order package.

However the basic template should work as before.
The test added to TemplateToolkit proves that.

Test plan:
Use the default ACQ_NOTIF_ON_RECEIV to notify a patron that an order has
been received.
That generated template should be exactly the same as prior to this
patch.

ea7bd9c4ad Bug 17246: Do no support arrayref to define multiple FK
Currently you can call GetPreparedLetter like:

$prepared_letter = GetPreparedLetter(
    (
        module      => 'test',
        letter_code => 'TEST_HOLD',
        tables      => {
            reserves => [ $fk1, $fk2 ],
        },
    )
);

It assumes that $fk1 is a borrowernumber and $fk2 a biblionumber.
It seems hazardous to do this guess.

I suggest to remove this feature and only allow hashref indeed.

Test plan:
Use different way to generate letters and make sure you do not reach the croak

6f599652b1 Bug 13215: The same letter code can be used for several libraries
This patch fixes a major issue introduced by the
commit 5c4fdcf Bug 11742: A letter code should be unique.

The interface should let the possibility to create a default template
letter and some specific ones, with the same letter code (letter.code).

The patches submitted on bug 11742 tried to fix an issue based on a
(very bad) assumption: letter.code should be considered as a primary key and
should be uniq.

This patch reintroduces this behavior.
Note that the interface will block a letter code used in different
module (this is consistent not to have the same letter code used for different
needs).

This patch is absolutely not perfect, it just tries to change as less
change as possible and to use new tested subroutines.

Test plan:
1/ Verify that the problem raised on bug 11742 does not appears anymore.
2/ Verify there are no regression on adding, editing, copying, deleting
letters.
3/ Verify you are allowed to create a default letter template with a letter
code and to reuse for a specific letter (i.e. for a given library).
