Bug 34478: Frameworks - first subfield delete button has incorrect op value
From the list of a tag's subfields (e.g.
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/marc_subfields_structure.pl?tagfield=245&frameworkcode=)
the delete button is a GET operation to a second form for confirmation.

This script should be checking for op=delete_confirm, not
cud-delete-confirm.

Bug 34393: Fix inconsistencies in MARC bibliographic framework page titles, breadcrumbs, and header
This patch fixes some inconsistencies in the MARC bibliographic
framework administration page, making sure the page title, breadcrumb
navigation, and page headers are consistent with each other.

The file admin/marc_subfields_structure.pl is modified so that it
provides the framework name to the template.

Test each page to confirm that page title, heading, and breadcrumbs are
consistent:

- MARC bibliographic frameworks
  - New framework
  - Edit framework
  - Delete a framework which is not used
  - Delete a framework which is in use
  - Framework MARC structure
    - New tag
    - Edit tag
    - Delete tag
    - View subfields
    - Edit subfields

Bug 30848: Add an ExpandCodedFields RecordProcessor filter
This patch introduces a RecordProcessor filter for MARC::Record objects
that replaces Koha codes with descriptions in the MARC::Record passed to the processor.

Target usage:

  my $biblio = Koha::Biblios->find(
      $biblio_id,
      { prefetch => [ metadata ] }
  );

  my $record = $biblio->metadata->record;

  my $processor = Koha::RecordProcessor->new(
    {
        filters => ('ExpandCodedFields'),
        options => {
            interface     => 'opac',
            frameworkcode => $biblio->frameworkcode
        }
    }
  );

  $processor->process( $record );

e5b206b3dd Bug 30489: Convert MARC and authority subfield edit tabs to Bootstrap
This patch updates the MARC and authority subfield edit interface to
replace jQueryUI tabs with Bootstrap. The code for handling
drag-to-reorder tabs is updated to accommodate the new markup.

To test, apply the patch and restart_all.

- Go to Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> Default
  framework and choose "MARC structure" from the Actions menu.
- In the row for 000 LEADER, click Actions -> View subfields.
- Click "Edit." On the edit page the tabs should look correct and work
  correctly.
- Return to the list of tags and click "View subfields" for the 245 tag.
- Click one of the "Edit" buttons for any but the first subfield, e.g.
  "a".
- On the "Tag 245 Subfield constraints" page the "a" tab should be
  pre-selected.
- Click any of the subfield tabs and drag it to re-order it in the
  sequence of tags.
- It should stay in the correct slot when you release it.
- Save and confirm that the new sequence of subfields has been saved.

Perform all the same tests under Administration -> Authority types.

9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

b387502eaf Bug 8976: Add the ability to sort subfields for the MARC frameworks
This new enhancement adds the ability to change the default order the subfields.

Both bibliographic and authority MARC subfield structure are taken into
account. And so the item edition as well (in the different screens when
item can be added/edited).

This will answer the following needs that have been listed in the
comments of the bug report:
- $i in 7xx fields should be the first subfield in the sequence
- 300 fields are sorted number first when cataloguers enter the letter fields first
- 100 field, it's commonly $a, $q, $d.

Test plan:
1. Edit a MARC frameworks, field 300
2. Resort the subfield (drag and drop the tab of the subfield) as you
like
3. Save
=> Notice that the list of fields are displayed following the order you
chose
4. Edit it again
=> The order is correctly kept!
5. Create a new bibliographic record
6. Notice that the subfields are order in the same sequence
7. Fill different subfields, not all
8. Save, edit again
9. Note that the subfields that have been filled are listed first, then
the empty ones. But the sequence defined at the framework level is kept.
10. Do the same for an authority framework and create/edit an authority
record
11. Modify item (952) subfields order
12. Create an item and confirm that the order is correct
13. Modify the ACQ framework, 952, modify the order of the subfield
14. Create a new order and confirm that the item form has the subfield
ordered following the sequence defined at the framework level

QA: Note that this patch is about bibliographic records only, next
patches deal with authotiries and items.

This patch tweaks the UI so it forbids changing the hidden values when
they are correct (i.e. when they are not hidden in OPAC and intranet).

To test:
1. Apply the first patch
2. Play with the hidden values of the subfield you have mapped to

   in MARC21, and 001 in UNIMARC.
=> SUCCESS: When you verify the about.pl, it mentions issues when you
hide in some of the interfaces
3. Apply this patch and reload everything

e520d69910 Bug 21740: Show @ when editing fixed-length fields on bibliographic frameworks
This is a consistency issue: we store '@' as the subfield for

This patch restores the '@' everywhere.

18f4a89ce6 Bug 19096: Do not allow changes to kohafield within MARC frameworks
This patch makes two changes in the script for managing the MARC
frameworks in order to support making the Default authoritative
as for Koha to MARC mappings:

[1] Disable the kohafield select combo. Add a hidden input to save value.
[2] When a new subfield is added, the kohafield is still empty and should
    be overwritten with its Default counterpart.
    Note: Although we could leave the field empty, since Koha looks at the
    Default framework only, it does not cost much to keep these fields in
    sync with Default and perhaps catch a bug when someone somewhere looks
    in the wrong framework.

Note: The description of Koha to MARC mapping on admin-home has been
adjusted accordingly (removing last two lines).

Test plan:
[1] Add a new tag and subfield in Default.
[2] Map it to a kohafield in koha2marclinks.pl
[3] Add the same tag and subfield in another framework.
    Verify that the kohafield is updated after you saved the subfield.

590cae04fd Bug 19096: Make Default authoritative in core modules
After feedback from the dev mailing list, it seems appropriate here to
propose making the Default framework authoritative for Koha to MARC
mappings. This implies checking only the Default framework in the
routines:

[1] GetMarcFromKohaField: The parameter frameworkcode is removed. A
    follow-up report (19097) will update the calls not adjusted here.
    This is safe since the parameter is silently ignored.
[2] GetMarcSubfieldStructureFromKohaField: Framework parameter is removed
    and calls are adjusted. Includes acquisitions_stats.pl.
[3] TransformKohaToMarc: The parameter is removed; all calls are verified
    or adjusted.
[4] TransformMarcToKoha: The parameter is no longer used and will be
    removed in a follow-up report (19097). It always goes to Default now.
[5] TransformMarcToKohaOneField: The parameter is removed and all calls
    are adjusted. Including: Breeding, XISBN and MetadataRecord modules.
[6] C4::Koha::IsKohaFieldLinked: This routine was called only once (in
    C4::Items::_build_default_values_for_mod_marc. It can be replaced by
    calling GetMarcFromKohaField. If there is no kohafield linked, undef
    is returned. (Corresponding unit test is removed here.)
[7] C4::Items::ModItemFromMarc: The helper routine
    _build_default_values_for_mod_marc does no longer have a framework
    parameter. The cache key default_value_for_mod_marc- is no longer
    combined with a frameworkcode. Three admin scripts are adjusted
    accordingly; some tests will be corrected in the next patch.

Test plan:
See next patch. That patch adjusts all tests involved.

172ebfe520 Bug 16431: Use Koha::Cache to cache marc subfield structure
The marc subfield structure is currently cached using a global variable
of C4::Context. The infos are retrieved every time a new context is
created.
This patch suggests to use Koha::Cache instead.

To achieve this goal, a new subroutine is created
C4::Biblio::GetMarcSubfieldStructure, it will be called from code which
needs to get the marc subfield structure. GetMarcFromKohaField,
GetMarcSubfieldStructureFromKohaField, TransformKohaToMarc and
_get_inverted_marc_field_map are modified accordingly and the cache is cleared
when the table is updated (from the 3 pl scripts modified by this patch).

The caching done in C4::Context (marcfromkohafield) is removed.

Test plan:
Play with the marc subfield structure (in the administration module),
then add and edit records and make sure everything went fine.

8c14c25521 Bug 13074: Use Koha::Cache to cache the defaults values of a MARC record
With the global %default_values_for_mod_from_marc variable, the changes
made to the marc_subfield_structure table and especially the links
between MARC and DB fields are not safe and might be outdated (if a
field is linked/unlinked)

Test plan:
Under Plack:
- Link the barcode field, edit a record and set a barcode.
- Remove the mapping for the barcode field and then update again the
  barcode of the record.
The items.barcode DB field must not have been updated.

Without this patch, the field should have been updated.

39597b86ae Bug 15773: Fix and standardise checkboxes code in framework
When creating a new subfield for an authority framework, the checkboxes
don't behave as they should.
If you click on the 'repeatable', 'mandatory' or 'is url' checkbox's
label, the checkbox from the second tab will be checked/unchecked.
This is caused by a non-unique id of the input element.

I have found this bug when working on the removal of CGI::checkbox in
both admin/auth_subfields_structure.pl and
admin/marc_subfields_structure.pl scripts.

This patch remove the use of CGI::checkbox as well as the generation of
html code from these 2 pl scripts (which should be avoided).
The code these scripts are now pretty similar.

Test plan:
Add/modify/remove subfield for a MARC framework and an Authority
framework.
Use as many field as possible and confirm that the values are correctly
inserted/displayed.

454becb78f Bug 9006: Remove AUTOLOAD in C4::Context
Happily this was only used for intranetdir.
It's time to remove it and replace existing calls.

I used the following commands to catch calls to C4::Context:
git grep 'C4::Context\->' | grep -v 'C4::Context->preference' | grep -v
'C4::Context->config' | grep -v  'C4::Context->userenv' | grep -v
'C4::Context->IsSuperLibrarian' | grep -v 'C4::Context->dbh' | grep -v
'C4::Context->set_preference' | grep -v '_syspref_cache' | grep -v
_userenv | grep -v 'C4::Context->interface' | grep -v
'C4::Context->Zconn' | grep -v 'C4::Context->queryparser' | grep -v
'C4::Context->tz' | grep -v 'C4::Context->boolean_preference' | grep -v
'C4::Context->memcached'

NOTE: I applied 14428, and then did what I suggested in comment #2.
      Only intranetdir references appeared.

      I applied this patch, and repeated.
      Nothing appeared. This means the autoload references are
      properly removed.

      koha qa test tools complained about whitespace, I just fixed
      those. Though, we may wish to perltidy

71ba269136 Bug 11842 - fix framework caching with memcache/plack
This changes the existing framework caching, which was using memoisation
if memcached was available, and memory in all cases, to use the
Koha::Cache system. This uses memcache if possible, and in-memory
otherwise. However it also clears the cache when the framework updates,
making sure that the changed version will be picked up.

Note that the in-memory cache clears itself after 10 seconds, so that if
memcached isn't available, this is the longest that old versions will
hang around.

Test plan:
* work through
  http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11842#c0
  and make sure that the erronious result doesn't occur.

Note:
* The patch on bug 12041 is required for this to work.

e31add0b7b Bug 12615: Remove CGI::scrolling_list from marc_subfields_structure.pl
This patch removes all instances on this file.

Also re-enable editor feature to show/change kohafield value, can't find when or why it was removed.
Up to QA or RM for consideration, simply to remove.
But is strange to have a non editable field on auth frameworks.

To test:
1. Apply the patch
2. Go to Administration > MARC frameworks
3. Clic MARC structure of any auth fw
4. Clic subfield on any tag, e.g. 020
5. Clic 'Edit subfields' button

Now the tests proper

6. On any subfield, check pulldown
'Managed in tab', was replaced, so test
if it works and search for regressions
Change, save, load, change again

7. Clic on 'Advanced constraints'
(2) scrolling list removed
At the bottom, check 'Koha link', was changed
Check assign/remove/save/load values, search for regressions

8. Clic on 'Other options' box
Eight(6) scrolling_list removed, they use to
feed three pulldowns, so check each one

'Authorised value',
'Thesaurus'
'Plugin'
Check assign/remove/save/load values, search for regressions
Check adding a new subfield

b5eab7c20b Bug 8018: (followup) make the default more explicit
This patch:
- Makes the new subfield tab show maxlength=9999 as default (instead of
  empty-then-zero).
- Updates the help to make exlpicit that 0 or empty defaults to 9999.
- Assumes all the subfields created with maxlength=0 inadvertedly are
  meant to mean "no limit" and hence update the database to reflect
  that.

To test (this patch and Pablo's):
- Edit a MARC framework, edit some field's subfields.
- Use the 'New' tab to create a new subfield (choose an unused letter).
- See in "More constrains" that the "Max length" field is empty. Leave
  it as-is.
- Save the changes (the new subfield).
- Edit the field again, verify that "Max length" is 0.
- Try tu use the framework and the the field/subfield just created
  > FAIL
- Apply the patches, upgrade
- Try to use the framework/field/subfield > SUCCESS (0 was converted to
  9999)
- Repeat from the begining, "Max length" should show 9999 on the new
  subfield tab.
- Leave it empty, it is saved as 9999.

Edit: small typo

1ebbf40ecc Bug 8018: MARC framework max subfield length should default to 9999
The default value for the marc_subfield_structure.maxlenght is 9999
in the DB. Currently the template passes an empty value which is casted to
0 by the CGI.

This simple patch validates the input and converts to the default (9999)
