6af69c2648 Bug 8992: Interfacing with the Idref webservice
On the detail page (in the opac), if the biblio comes from the Sudoc,
you must have a link (on the right of the author link) which open a popup with
informations about this author (publications by role).

To test:

1/ Switch on the Idref system preference

2/ Simulate a SUDOC record:
Fill a 7..$3 field with a ppn (032581270 for example).
Fill the 009 field with an integer

3/ Go to the opac detail page of this notice.
You should see the IDREF link.
If you click on it, a popup displays a loading icon and after a few
seconds (depending of the productivity of the authority :)), a list of
roles. For each role, a table displays all his corresponding publications.

4/ On the right, you have 2 links: 1 for a koha search for this result
and 1 for a SUDOC link

9ad8b86643 Bug 14016: Restore correct date format on issue date (00:00 vs 23:59)
Introduced by bug 13601, and same fix used in bug 10423 and bug 12847:
the date_due retrieved from the DB is modified.

There are some problems:
1/ There is confusion between the iso and sql formats in the codebase.
2/ Since bug 13601, dt_from_string does not manage the iso format (there
are occurrences of 'iso' but it assumes that both formats are
identical).

To solve the issue, 2 solutions:
1/ Same as bug 10423 and bug 12847: try to get rid of the change done on
date_due in C4::Members::GetPendingIssues, it should be kept as the sql
value.
2/ Too many errors found and another fallback should be added to
dt_from_string (if 'iso' is passed, try sql then iso).

Test plan:
Go on the checkout list at the OPAC and confirm that the due dates are
correctly formatted.

927aedafa1 Bug 10985: [UNIMARC] Fix authority summary
The problem is the template in authority type summary is not respected
at all. It is only read to see which fields and subfields should appear
in the summary.
This patch fixes that.
It also fixes a bug in auth_finder.pl plugin when summary contains
fields other than 2XX.

Test plan:
0/ You must use a UNIMARC setup for those tests
1/ edit an authority type summary with:
     NP : [200a][, 200b][ 200d][-- 152b --][ ; 200c][ (200f)] [001*] [ppn: 009*]
2/ create a new authority with previous fields (it is possible some
   fields don't exist).
3/ search this authority and verify the summary is someting like:
     NP : Name, D.-- NP -- 23849 ppn: my_ppn
4/ Verify some summary for existing authorities and check they are
   correct.
5/ Edit a biblio record and use the plugin auth_finder.pl (for example
   in a 7XX field)
6/ Do a search and verify the summary is correct
7/ Click on 'choose' or one of the numbered links ('1', '2', ... ; you
should have multiple 2XX fields for the numbered links to show up)
8/ Verify that the biblio field is correctly filled.

/!\ For the ppn, it should be defined in the zebra indexes.

In MARC21 and NORMARC setups, this patch should change nothing, please
verify that too (you can check that the auth_finder.pl plugin is still
working and the auth type summary is correctly displayed in authorities
search and auth_finder.pl plugin).

fe2e05fb6f Bug 8033 - Remove unused template file.
All prog related patches were obsoleted from this bug.

Bug 11349 changed the code to have the proper template name
used (sco/printslip.tt instead of sco/printsplit.tmpl).

Bug 12062 moved the hard coded string logic into the template,
and passed the borrower number.

This only leaves the patch to remove the unused receipt.tt file.

TEST PLAN
---------
1) Confirm the file isn't used.
   $ git grep "sco/receipt" | grep -v "\.po:"
-- this should list nothing, because there are still po
files referencing it, but they aren't needed either.
2) ls ./koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/modules/sco/receipt.tt
-- there should be a file
3) apply patch
4) repeat step 2
-- the file should be removed

8905857a47 Bug 12210 - Baker & Taylor book jackets not disabled when BakerTaylorBookstoreURL is not populated
The description of the BakerTaylorBookstoreURL syspref says
"Baker and Taylor "My Library Bookstore" links should be accessed at
https:// isbn (this should be filled in with something like
ocls.mylibrarybookstore.com/MLB/actions/searchHandler.do?nextPage=bookDetails&parentNum=10923&key=).
Leave it blank to disable these links."

Leaving this syspref blank does not disable the links. Instead, they are
populated without the bookstore URL: the cover image for ISBN 1575725738
will cause koha to make a request to http://1575725738, which will, of
course, time out.

Leaving BakerTaylorBookstoreURL blank should disable any URL that
depends on this syspref, as stated in the syspref description.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Enable Baker & Taylor cover images, but *not* BakerTaylorBookstoreURL
3) Perform an OPAC search where you have B&T cover images in the results
4) Note the image links now direct you to the record details

4ad600ffed Bug 9580: (QA followup) add a Coce syspref and fix options for Providers
This proposed followup adds a 'Coce' syspref so it is consistent with
the rest of the enhanced content providers sysprefs (also, there's no
point making the user delete its configuration if disabling his Coce
integration for testing purposes, for example).

It also changes the CoceProviders syspref so it is a 'multiple' type
syspref. It puts some sensible descriptions to the options too.

Feel free to discuss this followup, it is just an idea!

  - OK for the 'Coce' syspref: it's sensible to distinct configuration
    from enabling/disbaling the service.
  - OK also for the multichoices systempreference. If a new service

9570439c50 Bug 9580 Cover images from Coce, a remote image URL cache
Add to Koha support for displaying Book cover requested to Coce, a
remote image URL cache:

  https://github.com/fredericd/coce

With this enhancement, cover images are not fetched directly from
Amazon, Google, and so on. Their URL are requested via a web service to
Coce which manages a cache of URLs.

Three cover image providers are now available: Google Books (gb), Amazon
(aws), and Open Library (ol). Two system preferences enable this service:

  - CoceHost - URL of Coce server
  - CoceProviders - Ordered list of requested providers. For example
gb,aws,ol, will return the first available URL from those providers.

Several advantages to this architecture:

  - If a book cover is not available from a provider, but is available
from another one, Koha will be able to display a book cover, which
    isn't the case now
  - Since URLs are cached, it isn't necessary for each book cover to
request, again and again, the provider, and several of them if
    necessary.
  - Amazon book covers are retrieved with Amazon Product Advertising
API, which means that more covers are retrieved (ISBN13).

Test plan:

- Apply this patch, and test with 'Bootstrap' themes
- You can verify that nothing has changed on OPAC result and detail
page, since new syspref haven't been filled
- Install Code: https://github.com/fredericd/coce
Or ask me directly for the URL of a Coce server
- In sysprefs, tab Enhanced content, modify:
CoceHost -- enter the URL of your Coce server
  CoceProviders -- fill with: gb,aws,ol
- Do a search. On result page, and detail page, you will see cover
images originating from the 3 providers: fly over the image to see its
URL. Try to compare with a Koha with just GoogleJacket or Amazon cover
to confirm that you have more images. Verify that it's quick, and even
  quicker for cached images URLs.
- Check that Browse Shelf functionnality works properly.
- The ID sent to Coce is EAN or ISBN. Try with various type of biblios. DVD
have often EAN, but no ISBN.
- You can try with those sysprefs:
    CoceProviders: aws,gb
    CoceHost: http://coce.tamil.fr:8080
and this EAN (or ISBN): 3333297517744
  => OPACAmazonCoverImages enabled doesn't display a cover because, it's a DVD
=> Coce find and display the DVD cover.

2e4b574074 Bug 5844: Avoid strings cut on unhighlighing
If a user is searching for several words and that one is contained in
another ( "mag ma" ), some characters are cut (removed from the DOM!).

To reproduce:
1/ search for "mag ma m"
2/ The result page contains "Magazine"
3/ "Mag" is highlighted
4/ Click on the "Unhighlight" link
5/ The "Magazine" words become "azine", "Mag" has been cut.
There is no way to show these characters again.

Test plan:
1/ Confirm the bad behavior without this patch
2/ Apply this patch
3/ search for "mag ma m"
4/ The result page contains "Magazine"
5/ "Mag" is highlighted
6/ Click on the "Unhighlight" link
7/ strings are unhighlighted and still in the DOM :)

Note that the Highlight link won't work very well (only "a" will be
highlighted, but considered as minor since this did not work before the
patch neither).

Followed test plan. Strings are no longer cut when unhiglighted.

1ca9adaa56 Bug 13789 - facets with accented utf-8 characters generate double encoded links
Bug 13425 tried to fix XSS in OPAC, by using url filter in template toolkit
on whole generated url. This doesn't work and create double encoded strings
in facets because we are creating url variable by concatenating query_cgi
(which did pass through uri_escape_utf8 on perl side) and other
parameters which have to be escaped in template.

Also, code like

[% SET limit_cgi_f = limit_cgi | url %]

doesn't do anything (at least doesn't apply url filter) so it's not needed.

This patch also fixes encoding of hidden fields used in sort by form.

And lastly, it tries to make facet changes for opac and intranet as same as
possible to simplify future maintencence of this code.

Test scenario:
1. find results in your opac which contain accented characters
2. click on them and verify that results are missing
3. apply this patch
4. re-run search and click on facets link verifying that there are
   now results
5. test sort by form and verify that results are ok
6. verify that facets are still safe from injection by constructing url like
   /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=123&sort_by='"><script>prompt('Happy_Holidays')</script>&limit=123
and verifying that you DON'T see prompt window in your browser

13a16343fa Bug 13729 - Give news in Opac a unique anchor
This patch introduces the use of the idnew-value from the opac_news table as a base for a unique anchor on each newsitem in Opac.

The anchor can be used for linking to specific newsitems and also for improving bug 7843 (RSS stream for news) with a unique link to each item in the RSS stream.

Test plan:
* Make shure you have a few news in the opac. Best is if it's enough to hide a few beneath the bottom of the window.
* Install the patch.
* Verify that you can access newitems with links like mykoha/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl#newsitem4

a7da45099f Bug 13142 - Change "mobile phone" label back to "other phone"
Labeling a phone number field "mobile phone" eliminates the usefulness
of having the labels "primary" and "secondary." Generic labels let the
user populate the fields according to their importance rather than their
type.

To test I recommend editing a patron record so that the values in the
patron record contain a label matching the table column:

borrowers.phone : 555-555-1234 (primary - phone)
borrowers.phonepro : 555-555-5678 (secondary - phonepro)
borrowers.mobile : 555-555-9012 (other - mobile)

View this patron's information in the various affected templates and
verify that the labels correctly match the data:

 - OPAC "your personal details" (opac-memberentry.pl)
 - Submit changes to primary, secondary, and other phone via the OPAC.
In the staff client, view the confirmation for those changes.
 - Patron details in the staff client (moremember.pl)
 - Patron entry/edit in the staff client (memberentrygen.pl)
 - Patron duplicate confirmation in the staff client

f27d454048 Bug 13268 - biblioitems.size value not correctly displayed (more)
Bug partially corrected by Bug 11357.

The size column in biblioitems is a bit problematic when used in TT, because instead of the size value from the biblio column it will give you the size of the variable or current loop.

It's currently used in the templates like opac-topissues.tt :
[% IF results_loo.size %][% results_loo.size %][% END %]

This patch corrects by using item() TT method.
See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2311303/how-can-i-handle-hash-keys-containing-illegal-identifier-characters-in-template.

Test plan :
- Be sure there is a mapping between a MARC field and biblioitems.size
- Create a record A with biblioitems.size defined : like "10x12"
- Create a record B with no value in biblioitems.size
- Check each modified page :

724f77ec43 Bug 13339 - Cart button doesn't open the cart
The link to open the cart no longer triggers the cart popup. Instead, in
order to make it more usable with mobile devices, it triggers a menu
which displays the count of items in the cart -- something which
previously was done with a hover action (something touch-screen devices
don't have). Clicking/tapping this menu item is what opens the cart
window.

Since the cart link is really now a menu trigger rather than just a
link, it seems logical to add the small arrow which the lists link
has indicating that the link triggers a menu.

To test, apply the patch and view any page in a Cart-enabled OPAC.

e0122701aa Bug 13119 - Use XSLT to display tagged titles in the OPAC
This patch updates the display of a logged-in user's tagged titles to
use the same XSLT stylesheet used by search results and Lists. This
would make for a more consistent display of information.

Unrelated change: Corrected "My tags" header to read "Your tags,"
consistent with sidebar navigation.

To test you should have multiple titles in your catalog which you have
tagged in the OPAC.

- Set the OPACXSLTResultsDisplay system preference to 'default'
- Log in to the OPAC and view the "your tags" page.
- Confirm that title information is displayed correctly. Compare to
  search results.
- Empty the OPACXSLTResultsDisplay system preference and reload the
"your tags" page. The display should revert to the old view, showing
title, subtitle (if any) and author (if any).
- Set the OPACXSLTResultsDisplay to a custom path pointing to a custom
XSL file and confirm that the list of your tagged titles changes
  accordingly.

Note: A follow-up will add "action" links ("place hold," "add to cart,"
etc) consistent with other pages.

The OpenLibrary JavaScript includes an untranslated string, "Preview."
This patch move the string to the template so that it can be translated.

To test, apply the patch and test that the translator picks up the
string:

1. From misc/translator run 'perl translate update [lang]' (e.g. de-DE)
2. Edit misc/translator/po/[lang]-opac-bootstrap.po and add a
translation for the updated "Preview" string
3. Remove the "#, fuzzy" marker from that entry
4. From misc/translator run 'perl translate install [lang]'
5. Enable the [lang] translation for the OPAC in system preferences
6. Enable the OpenLibraryCovers system preference.
7. In the OPAC switch to the [lang] translation.
7. View the detail page for a title for which there is an OpenLibrary

Some JavaScript has been removed because it was used only by the prog

following conditions:

OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay is blank and OPACPopupAuthorsSearch is off:

 - Clicking an additional author or subject link should directly trigger
the correct search without an JavaScript error.

OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay is blank and OPACPopupAuthorsSearch is on:

 - Clicking an additional author or subject link should trigger a modal
window where you can select options for searching. Checking boxes and
submitting the form should perform the correct search.

OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay is set to "default" and OPACPopupAuthorsSearch is
on OR off:

 - Clicking an additional author or subject link should directly trigger

535a224b87 Bug 13234 [Follow-up] Make on-site checkouts visible in OPAC

51f0a0b722 Bug 13116 - Make it possible to propagate errors from C4::Reserves::CanItemBeReserved() to the web-templates.
This patch changes the way CanBookBeReserved() and CanItemBeReserved() return error
messages and how they are dealt with in the templates. This change makes it possible
to distinguish between different types of reservation failure.

Currently only two types of errors are handled, all the way to the user, from the CanItemBeReserved():

-tooManyReserves which translates to maxreserves

 #############

2. Get a Borrower who is younger than 16 years.
3. Place a hold for the underage Borrower for the ageRestricted Record.
4. You get a notification, that placing a hold on ageRestricted material is
forbidden. (previously you just got a notification about maximum amount of reserves reached)

((-- MAXIMUM RESERVES REACHED --))
0. Set the maxreserves -syspref to 3 (or any low value)
STAFF CLIENT AND OPAC
1. Make a ton of reserves for one borrower.
2. Observe the notification about maximum reserves reached blocking your reservations.

1. Make a search with many results, of which atleast one is age restricted to the current borrower.
2. Select few results and "Place hold" from to result summary header element.

9042ce4ea5 Bug 10632 [Follow-up] Enable datatables for courses and course details in the OPAC
This follow-up adds some style improvements and corrects some errors in
the previous patch:

- The path to datatables.css has been corrected
- Unused CSS has been removed from datatables.css (particularly related
to pagination controls, which are currently unused in the OPAC).
- Style has been added to datatables.css to make the table search form
  look better.
- The configuration of the course details table has been enhanced to
include a title sort which ignores articles and date sorting according
to the "title-string" method for date format agnostic sorting.
- Unrelated: A message <div> has been modified to have the correct style
  for the Bootstrap theme.

To test you should have multiple courses and at least one course with
multiple reserves. Clear your browser cache if necessary and view the
list of courses in the OPAC. All table sorting should work correctly, as
should the table search form.

View the details of a course which has multiple reserves. All sorting
should work correctly, including title sort excluding articles. Sorting
by date due should work correctly for any dateformat system preference
setting.

View the details of a course which has no reserves. You should see a "No
reserves" message box with a style consistent with similar messages in
the Bootstrap OPAC.

have not negatively affected their appearance: opac-user.pl for

b197d8bf90 Bug 9214 - Show damaged status in the OPAC for items which are not for loan
Item statuses in the OPAC displayed according to a cascading hierarchy:
If something is lost it will appear as lost, "else if" it is checked out
it will appear as checked out, etc. I don't think there is a logical
reason why statuses should appear this way.

This patch modifies the logic in the template so that multiple statuses
can be displayed at the same time. The patch also wraps each status in
its own class so that libraries can apply custom CSS if they wish.

Some tweaks have been made to the LESS file adding some style to the
common "item-status" class for display of item statuses.

To test, apply the patch and view one or more titles in the OPAC which
have items with the following statuses: lost, checked out, damaged, not
for loan, waiting, on order, in transit, withdrawn, and available.

Modify items to have more that one status simultaneously, in particular
not for loan and damaged.

Also test the display of item statuses in the OPAC cart and the OPAC's
course details page (Course reserves -> [Course name]) since these pages
use the same include file.

the visibility of the material type, format and audience information in staff
and OPAC.

Sometimes a library might only want to hide a part of that information - for
example, hide audience but keep the material type icon.

This patch adds CSS classes to make it easier to style this section of the page
and hide parts of the information.

To test:
- Verify that OPAC and staff result lists for various types of materials
  still display nicely.
- Take a look at the HTML and verify, that label and text are now
wrapped into a new span with a results_* class.
- Try hiding a part of the information, for example in OpacUserCSS:

.results_material_type {
  display none;
}

3fb57f34ea Bug 12829: properly skip invalid ISBN when rendering for normal record display
Currently, 020$z (and 010$z fr UNIMARC) occurences are not shown, but the XSLT logic
used introduces punctuation characters for those $z occurences.

This patch adds a check for the existence of subfield a, and only loops

- Open the detail page for the record (on both OPAC and staff).
=> FAIL: the ISBN label and ';' and '.' characters incorrectly shown.

I had been able to reproduce the bug (a regression), and I can confirm that
this patch fix it. But I had to create manualy GoogleIndicTransliteration

necessary to add it. In my opinion, it shouldn't prevent to include this patch.

2e72eb8880 Bug 10860: In-House Use
This patch implements the In-House Use feature for Koha.

It adds:
- 2 new sysprefs:
'In-House Use' to enable/disable this feature
'In-House Use Forced' to enable/disable the feature for *all* users.
- 2 new columns issues.inhouse_use and old_issues.inhouse_use
- Datatable on the circulation history pages (readingrec) at the OPAC
  and the intranet.

A new checkbox in the Circulation tab. If checked, the issue become a
in-house use (in the statistics and issues tables).
When you check it, the due date changes to the today date.

The syspref "In-House Use Force" allows to force the in-house use to
permit the checkout even if the borrower is debarred or others problems.

In the issue table, a new string (in red) marks the issue as "in-house use".

The circulation history contains 3 tabs : "all", "checkout" and
"in-house use" (OPAC and intranet).

The cronjob script:
If AutomaticItemReturn if off, a library would like not to do a transit
operation manually. This script (to launch each night) do returns
for a specific branches.

Test plan:
1/ Execute the updatedatabase entry
2/ Enable the 'In-House Use' pref.
3/ Checkout a biblio for a patron and check the 'in-house use' checkbox.
4/ Check that the due date is the today date (with 23:59) and is not modifiable.
5/ Click on the check out button and check that the new check out
appears in the table bellow with the "(In-house use)" string.
6/ Go on the circulation history pages (readingrec and opac-readingrec)
and try the 3 tabs. In the last one, your last checkout should appear.
7/ Check in.
8/ Check readingrec pages.
9/ Choose a debarred patron and check that you cannot checkout a biblio
for him.
10/ Switch on the 'In-House Use Forced' pref
11/ You are now allowed to checkout a biblio for the debarred patron.

4f6d1c7ae2 Bug 13145 UNIMARC 610 tag isn't displayed in OPAC when there is no $9 subfield
On OPAC detail page, subject fields are not displayed when they are not linked
to authorities ($9 subfield). This is due to a misplelling in UNIMARC XSL
detail page.

TO TEST:

(1) On a Koha UNIMARC, find out a biblio record with a 610 field, without $9
    subfield. Something like:

    610 1 $a Aliment -- Approvisionnement -- Europe -- Histoire

Or add such a field to an existing record.

(2) Check that OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay is set to 'default'

(3) See this record on OPAC detail page. You must see 'Subject: ' => nothing
after the 'Subject' label. If your record contains several 610 fields
without $9, the | character will appear, separating no content.

b72efe9e71 Bug 12655 [Revised] PROG/CCSR deprecation: Correct hard-coded opac-tmpl/prog path in XSLT
Two XSL files in the bootstrap theme contain hard-coded paths to the

OPAC and confirm that there is a magnifying class icon next to the link
for that subject heading. Inspect or right-click the image and "View

1b695f7dd7 Bug 13095: An email will be sent shortly
This patch adjusts two instances where Koha says that an email has
been sent while it is just enqueued (put in the message queue). The
crontab example still suggests to run process_message_queue once an hour
and the manual even speaks about 1-4 hours.

In the process of selfregistration and sharing a shelf, I have adjusted
the text "has been sent" to "will be sent shortly". This covers imo
the one-hour frequency.

When writing this patch, I have examined all calls of EnqueueLetter;
I only found these two occurrences to be of interest.

Note: I would recommend to increase this frequency in the documentation,
but consider that for now to be outside the scope of this report.

Test plan:
[1] Self-register a new user with verification by email required. Look at

c4e218fe20 Bug 12726: Show RDA tag 264 on OPAC Results XSLT view (MARC21)
This patch adds the same information to the Publisher line of OPAC Results

To accomplish this and reduce repeated code, two XSLT routines (named

3151fbe689 Bug 12724: Show RDA tag 264 on OPAC Detail XSLT view
This patch adds selected information from tag 264 to the Publisher line
on the OPAC detail XSLT view (MARC21). This includes a label, and the
subfields abc.

If Publication tag 260 exists, it adds information. If tag 260 does not exist,
it creates a 'publisher' line. (NOTE: Probably, both fields will not both be
present, but this patch can deal with that..)

Instead of showing all 264 tags, it picks the preferred one based on the
following rules (using both indicators; see LOC description):
[1] Try to select a Publisher -- Latest. Pick first one.
[2] Else try to select a Publisher. Pick the last one.
[3] Else try to select an other one (Producer, Manufacturer, ..) with Latest.
Pick the first one of that.
[4] Otherwise: Pick the last 264 tag.

Test plan:
[1] Add one 260 and multiple 264 tags to your record.
[2] Check display in OPAC detail XSLT.
[3] Change some indicators, subfields of the 264s.
[4] Check display again, following the above rules.
Go back to step 3 a couple of times.
[5] Remove tag 260. Check display again.

3c9004357d BUG8446, Follow up: Improve local login fallback
- Local fallback was not very well implemented, this patch adds
better handling for such cases allowing clearer failure messages
- This patch also adds the ability to use single sign on via the
top bar menu in the bootstrap theme.

BUG8446, Follow up: Adds perldoc documentation

- Add some documentation to the Auth_with_Shibboleth module
including some guidance as to configuration.

BUG8446, Follow up: Correct filenames to match guidlines

- Moved Auth_with_Shibboleth.pm to Auth_with_shibboleth.pm to match
other files present on the system.

BUG8446, Follow up: Correct paths after file rename

BUG8446, Follow up: Implemented single sign out

- This follow up rebases the code against 3.16+ which managed to break
  some of the original logic.
- As a side effect of the rebasing, we've also implemented the single
sign out element. Upon logout, koha will request that the shibboleth
session is destroyed, and then clear the local koha session upon
return to koha. Due to the nature of shibboleth however, you will
only truly be signed out of the IdP if they properly support Single
Sign Out (which many do not). As a consequence, although you may
appear to be logged out in koha, you might find that upon clicking
'login' the IdP does NOT request your login details again, but instead
logs you silently back into your koha session. This is NOT a koha bug,
but a shibboleth implementation issue that is well known.

BUG8446, Follow up: Fixed bootstrap login via modal

- The bootstrap theme enable login from any opac page via modal. To
enable this with shibboleth we had to make some template parameters
globally accessible when shibboleth is enabled.

BUG8446, Follow up: Add template rules for Shibboleth and CAS

- Add template rules so that CAS and Shibboleth can coexist.

BUG8446, Follow up: Added default config to config file

BUG8446, Follow up: Embellished perldoc documentation

- Updated perldoc to correct detail about configuring shibboleth
  authentication.
- Updated perldoc to include subroutines and their respective functions.

BUG8446, Follow up: Enable configuration of match field

- Added clearer, more flexible, configuration of shibboleth attribute to
koha borrower field matching for authentication
- Correcting of documentation to make it more clear to the current
  implementation
- Minor refactoring of code to reduce some code duplication

- Use the shibbolethAuthentication syspref to enable Shibboleth authentication
 - Configure the shibbolethLoginAttribute to specify which shibboleth user
   attribute matches the koha login
 - Make sure the OPACBaseURL is correctly set

BUG8446, Follow-up: Adds Shibboleth authentication

the session is a shibboleth one.
 - Do some refactoring: getting shibboleth username is now
   done in C4::Auth_with_Shibboleth.pm (get_login_shib function)

cf2eb49448 Bug 12538: Remove Solr without breaking anything else
Since nobody is currently working on the zebra layer introduced by bug

Some code has been introduced in 3.10 to prove several search engines

6246f2c700 Bug 12162 - Add class="branchcode" to body tag to make OPAC CSS-styleable per branch
This patch adds a branch sepecific class to all OPAC pages.

Example:
If not logged in, opac-main.pl displays:
<body ID="opac-main" class="branch-default" >
If logged in at branch FFL, it displays:
<body ID="opac-main" class="branch-FFL" >

If you log in, opac-user.pl should display
<body ID="opac-user" class="branch-FFL scrollto" >

To test:
1)
Apply patch.

2)
Add to syspref OPACUserCSS something highly visible, e.g. for branch FFL:

9351cde90f Bug 12697 - Surplus closing </div> in OPAC advanced search (bootstrap)
In koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/modules/opac-advsearch.tt template,
there is a surplus closing </div> in line 336 (= line 332, in case
Bug 12521 is applied first):

   336: </div> <!-- / .span4 -->

which causes some minor layout problems for this page - i.e.: page
footer ("Powered by Koha" + custom footer set up in system prefrences -
if any) is "glued" to the bottom (to the language selection bar);
unless Bug 12521 is applied first, this affects the placement of the
2nd search bar as well.

To reproduce:

1/ go to the OPAC advanced search page
2/ zoom out (e.g., use Ctrl-<minus> several times) and obeserve the
result
3/ no need for step 2/ (zooming out) when using a display with
(relatively) high vertical resolution; also, this particullar problem
gets more apparent/more noticeable with MARC21/USMASRC "subtype"
options being hidden in the OPAC advanced search (Bug 9043).

To test:

1/ ensure that Bug 12521 is applied first/already applied
2/ apply patch
3/ confirm that this issue is no longer reroductible

e261343aac Bug 12574 - BiblioDefaultView doesn't affect XSLT results view
The OPAC's XSLT results view does not respect the choice set in the
BiblioDefaultView system preference. This patch adds a check of the
preference to the OPAC's results view for MARC21.

To test you must have the OPAC configured to use the XSLT view for
search results. Perform any search and test the link to a title's detail
page. Switching the values of the BiblioDefaultView should be correctly
reflected in the search results links.

be7009fdb7 Bug 5672: Gives RSS icons to catalog search history placed to the left of saved searches
Test plan:
* Verify that there is no RSS icons for saved searches in opac
* Install the patch
* Verify that there is no RSS icons for saved searches and searches for the current session in Opac.
* Test that the RSS links produce the expected result.

Note: I left out authority searches since I have very little experience with authority searches and didn't feel I could test it properly.

bbfc908fd8 Bug 4045 - No check for maximum number of allowed holds.
Re-add the system preference maxreserves.

All the code using maxreserves is still in place. Though it
is not used in the Reserves module, it is used in all the
scripts where holds are placed.

Also adds a check so that a borrower cannot exceed the maximum
number of allowed holds by using the multi-hold feature via
the opac.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Set maxreserves to 3, set opactheme to bootstrap
4) Log into the opac as a patron
5) Place 3 holds
6) Attempt to place a 4th hold
7) Note you get an error message and cannot place a forth hold
8) Delete two of those holds
9) Attempt to place 3 or more holds as a multi-hold
10) You should see a warning that you cannot place this many holds
11) Try to anyway
12) You should see an alert to tell you to reduce the number of holds
    you are placing.
13) Reduce the number for holds you are placing to 2
14) Your holds should now be placed

opac-bottom.inc already adds opacuserjs, so the additional line
in this template can be removed.
Works as described, no problems found.
