This patch corrects the ID on the table showing holds on the holds
ratios page so that it matches the DataTables initialization and
configuration. I'm not aware of any bug with the functionality, but
consistency is good.
The patch also wraps the table in a "page-section" div, an update which
includes indentation changes.
To test, apply the patch and if necessary, place multiple holds on a
title so that the hold ratios page will display results.
- Go to Circulation -> Hold ratios.
- The table of hold ratios should look correct.
- Click the "Configure" button at the top of the table.
- On the table settings page, change the default visibility of some
columns.
- Return to the hold ratios page to confirm that the correct columns are
hidden by default.

To test:
0. Turn on hold cancellation requests in Administration -> Circulation rules.
1. Have some holds that are waiting, waiting over expiration date, and cancelled waiting holds. In order to create holds waiting over expiration date, if you are in ktd, you can use SQL to update the expirationdate in reserves: UPDATE reserves SET expirationdate="2022-01-01" WHERE reserve_id=1; (make sure it's the correct reserve_id!)
1a. If you are not using ktd, you will need to set ReservesMaxPickUpDelay to 0 days, then return the reserved item and then wait one day before it will be marked as over expiration date.
1b. In order to create cancelled waiting holds, you will need to send a cancel request over the OPAC, that is, reserve something after logging in to the OPAC, return it in the staff interface, and then go to the OPAC -> Your Account -> Holds -> click Cancel on the waiting hold.
2. Notice the differences between the 3 tables and their related buttons:
-Holds waiting
-Holds waiting past their expiration date
-Holds with cancellation requests
-Holds waiting includes a 'Canceled selected' button at the top of the table. It is with in a #toolbar.
-Holds waiting past their expiration date includes a 'Cancel selected' and a 'Cancel all' button. None are within a #toolbar. The 'Cancel selected' here lacks a Bootstrap .btn class. The 'Cancel all' button does have a .btn class.
-Holds with cancellation requests has neither a 'Cancel selected' or a 'Cancel all' button.
3. APPLY PATCH
4. Look again and the tables/buttons should be more consistent.
5. The 'Holds with cancellation requests: X' tab should now include a 'Cancel selected (X)' button. Make sure is works.
6. Make sure TransferWhenCancelAllWaitingHolds is set to "Don't transfer" and make sure the hint displays well in the Holds over table.

This patch makes two categories of changes:
1. CSS changes to accommodate changes in DataTables default CSS and
markup structure. I've tried to make sure all of our Koha-specific
styles are still applying.
This change necessitates a rebuild of staff interface CSS.
2. DataTables option names: In this version of DataTables you can't
override a default which uses CamelCase (e.g. "pagingType") with one
in "Hungarian" notation, e.g. "sPaginationType." Since we define many
default options in prog/js/datatables.js in camel case, any template
which previously used a Hungarian notation option to override the
default has now been updated to use the CamelCase version.
See https://datatables.net/upgrade/1.10-convert#Options for a summary
of the different option name changes.

Add the 'on-site checkout' checkbox to the 'Batch checkout'. To verify the functionality, follow these steps:
1) Before the modification is added, enable the 'OnSiteCheckouts' and 'BatchCheckout' system preferences.
2) In the 'BatchCheckoutsValidCategories' preference, select all categories.
3) Find a user in the system. For example, Henry Acevedo.
4) In the 'Check out' section, you can see that the 'Checkout settings' option displays the 'On-site Checkout' checkbox when clicked.
5) Check the 'On-site checkout' option. This will display the current date with a runtime deadline of 23:59.
6) Enter a barcode (for example 39999000011418).
7) Click the 'Check out' button. This will show that the loan was made on-site.
8) Check the 'Batch checkout' section. This section does not hace the 'On-site checkout' checkbox.
When loading the patch with the addition of the 'on-site checkout' checkbox in 'Batch checkout' starting from step 3), you can already find the checkbox in the 'Batch checkout' section. To use it, you can try the barcodes 39999000006179 and 39999000008494 together. Then continue from step 5).
When viewing the loans, you will see that both items (39999000006179 and 39999000008494) will appear with the label 'On-site checkout'.
If this patch is deactivated, the functionality will remain the same as it was before this change.

This patch makes a minor simplifying change to the check-in template
around how to style the barcode input field in dropbox or fine-exempt
mode.
To test, apply the patch and go to Circulation.
- If necessary, check some items out to patrons so that you have items
to check in.
- Go to the check-in page and click the icon inside the barcode field to
expand the panel of options.
- Check the "book drop mode" checkbox. The barcode field should now be
highlighted yellow.
- Check in an item. When the page redisplays, the barcode field should
have the same highlighted style.
- If necessary, enable the finesMode system preference.
- On the check-in page, in the panel of options, check the "Forgive
overdue fines" checkbox. Test checking in again, confirming the same
style consistency in the barcode field.

This patch fixes automatic tab selection by location.hash in the MARC
subfield editor. This allows links which target a specific subfield to
open the page with the subfield tab selected.
I've put this into a global function since it can be reused in multiple
places: The about page and the checkout page have variations of this
functionality which can be replaced with this function.
The patch also corrects two links in Koha pointing to the About
page which included the wrong location hash (changed in the switch to
Bootstrap tab wrappers).
To test, apply the patch and go to Adminstration -> Bibliographic
frameworks.
- View the MARC structure for any framework.
- In the "Search for tag" input field, submit a tag and subfield which
will be found in that framework, e.g. "245$a"
- When you submit the form you should be sent to the MARC subfield
structure page for that tag with the subfield tab automatically
selected.
- View the MARC subfield structure for any framework.
- In the table of subfields, click the subfield link in the first
column. You should be taken to the edit form with the corresponding
tab selected.
- Go to Circulation and check out to a patron. Append a tab anchor to
the URL, e.g. "#holds_panel" and submit. You may have to shift-reload
the page to see the change. (As far as I know no links in Koha take
advantage of this)
- Perform the same test on the patron detail page
- Go to the About page and perform the same test with a tab anchor like
"#team_panel" or "#sysinfo_panel"
