22a33b7868 Bug 16215: Missing closing quote in checkout template
This patch adds a missing closing quote to the circulation template.

To see the affect of this bug:

- Log in to Koha with an account which does not have the
  'force_checkout' permission.
- Locate a barcode which is checked out to a patron.
- Open a different patron account for checkout.
- Try to check out the barcode to that different patron.

You see a "Cannot check out" dialog which breaks the structure of the
rest of the page.

To test, apply the patch and repeat the steps above. The issue should be
fixed.

fb0d0ddf39 Bug 15630 - Make Edifact module pluggable
Koha's EDIFACT module works great for many European vendors,
but does not work will for US vendors, which have a much different
interpretation of 'standard'. In fact, each vendor may require
different arrangements of values in EDIFACT messages. It would be
impossible to encompass all these requirements within Koha's EDIFACT
module itself. Instead, we should allow the module to be pluggable, so
versions of the module can be developed for vendors that require EDIFACT
messages that don't conform to the standard set by Koha's EDIFACT
module.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Enable Koha plugins
4) Install the Edifact stub plugin available at
   https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-edifact-stub
5) Edit the EDI Vendor account, assign the plugin to a Vendor EDI account
6) Test EDI functionality ( ORDER, INVOICE ), there should be no errors
or changes to the EDIFACT message input or output

e2e9916348 Bug 7736: Support Ordering via Edifact EDI messages
Add support for processing incoming Edifact Quotes, Invoices
and order responses and generating and transmission of
Edifact Orders.
Basic workflow is that an incoming quote generates an aquisition
basket in Koha, with each line corresponding to an order record

The user can then generate an edifact order from this (or another)
basket, which is transferred to the vendor's site

The supplier generates an invoice on despatch and this will
result in corresponding invoices being generated in Koha
The orderlines on the invoice are receipted automatically.

We also support order response messages. This may include
simple order acknowledgements, supplier reports/amendments
on availability. Cancellation messages cause the koha order
to be cancelled, other messages are recorded against the order

Which messages are to be supported/processed is specifiable on a
vendor by vendor basis via the admin screens

You can also specify auto order i.e. to generate orders from quotes
without user intervention - This reflects existing
workflows where most work is done on the suppliers website
then generating a dummy quote

Received messages are stored in the edifact_messages table
and the original can be viewed via the online

Database changes are in installer/data/mysql/atomicchanges/edifact.sql
Note new perl dependencies:

621742d4c6 Bug 10612 [Follow-up] Combine and clarify menu items
This follow-up patch for Bug 10612 moves all list operations into one
menu while (hopefully) clarifying the labels for each.

Also in this patch: Changed datatables sorting configuration to use the
"nosort" attribute.

To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Patron lists.

- On a patron list with no patrons, confirm that the "Actions"
menu lists "Add patrons," "Edit list," and "Delete list."
- On a patron list containing one or more patrons, confirm that the
"Actions" menu /also/ has these options: "Print patron cards," "Batch
edit patrons," and "Batch delete patrons."
- Confirm that the "actions" column is not sortable.
- Test logging in as a user who has various combinations of permission
to batch edit and batch delete.

7f9d5b27ae Bug 10612 - Add ability to delete patrons with batch patron deletion tool
This patch adds the ability to select a patron list for deletetion
when using the Batch patron deletion/anonymization tool. It also adds
buttons to the the patron lists table to access both the batch deletion
and batch modification directly from the lists view.

This is a squash of previous patches but now adds a patron_list_id
parameter to C4::Members::GetBorrowersToExpunge and uses that routine to
fetch patrons from a list.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Create a list of patrons with the new Patron Lists feature
3) Try using the batch edit link form the lists table
4) Try using the batch delete link from the lists table
5) Verify previous functionality has not changed

19f9673a3b Bug 15931: Removing link to records if authority is not used by any records
EDIT:
Fixing typo: records(s) -> record(s)
On details page, if authority is not used in any records, the page will display a more used friendly message: "This authority is not used in any records."

To test:
1) Do an authority search on authorities-home.pl. Notice that authorities not used in any records have a clickable link (under 'Used in:' column) which redirects to a catalog search with no results
2) Go back to your authority search results on authorities-home.pl and click 'Details'. Notice that under the auth name, there is a 'Used in X records' link that again returns a catalog search with no results.
3) Apply patch
4) Repeat steps 1, 2. Authorities not used in any records should no longer have clickable links and links to authorities which are used in records should work as expected.
5) Confirm it now says record(s) instead of records(s)
6) Confirm that on detail page for an authority which is not used by any records, it now says more friendly message.

5ebad00493 Bug 15793 - UX of circulation patron search with long lists of returned borrowers
Okay how about this:
This patch has no floating toolbar or names styled as links. I've removed the radio buttons. The row is clickable and will redirect you to the user's page.

EDIT: This patch makes the cursor a pointer when hovering over the patrons. The row will also be highlighted on hover to make it even clearer.
EDIT2: Removes unnecessary 'Select' button

2) Select a patron by clicking anywhere on the row - confirm you are taken to the correct patron page

93a6e31439 Bug 16100 [Alternate] Buttons in patron toolbar are styled differently
This patch makes modifications to the global CSS file in order to make
font rendering in buttons more consistent. The Bootstrap CSS is setting
font styles which are not being consistently overriden by the staff
client's CSS.

To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
Check several places to confirm that the changes look correct and don't
go too far:

- Go to the "Patrons" home page. The "New patron" and "Patron lists"
buttons should look consistent with each other.
- Locate a patron and view their detail page. Toolbar buttons should
  look correct.
- Go to Administration -> Libraries and Groups and click the "Delete"
button on any library. Verify that the warning dialog buttons look
  correct.
- Go to Cataloging and open the advanced editor. Confirm that toolbar
  buttons look correct.
- Go to Tools -> Stage MARC records for import and confirm that the
"Upload file" button looks consistent with other generic submit
  buttons.

Applied alternate patch only, followed test plan, buttons display as expected.

870104ce11 Bug 13464 - Standardize the pagination class
There are a few template which use a different wrapper class for the

6ecf823300 Bug 15672 [Revised] Show descriptions instead of codes on the hold ratios report
This patch revises the hold ratios report so that it uses template
plugins to display descriptions instead of codes for item holding
branch, item home branch, item type, and shelving location.

To test you should have multiple items on the hold ratio report (set the
ratio to a small number to increase the number of results). It should
include one or more items which have a shelving location set.

View the hold ratios report and confirm that library names, shelving
location descriptions, and item type descriptions are shown instead of
codes.

This revised patch steals from Bug 15560 to enable the correct display
of multiple home libraries, holding libraries, shelving locations, item
types, and call numbers. To properly test you should have records in
your report which have multiple values for each of those fields.

e19546d09a Bug 16062 - Remove CSS and images related to old "approve" and "deny" button styles
Now that confirmation dialogs have all been udpated to use Font Awesome
icons, the old CSS for styling "approve" and "deny" buttons can be
removed along with the associated images.

To test, apply the patchs for Bugs 16061 and 16064 if necessary.

- Search the templates for instances of the "approve" or "deny" class
which don't have a Font Awesome icon associated with it. There should
  be none.
- Confirm that there are no other references to the files "approve.gif"

2e82e781f9 Bug 16071: Use Font Awesome icons in authority duplicate warning dialog
In the authority editor, when a duplicate record is suspected a
dialog is shown. This patch updates the template to show Font Awesome
icons in this dialog.

Also changed: Using <h3> instead of <h4> in dialog so that it is

indicate that a new window will be opened.

39597b86ae Bug 15773: Fix and standardise checkboxes code in framework
When creating a new subfield for an authority framework, the checkboxes
don't behave as they should.
If you click on the 'repeatable', 'mandatory' or 'is url' checkbox's
label, the checkbox from the second tab will be checked/unchecked.
This is caused by a non-unique id of the input element.

I have found this bug when working on the removal of CGI::checkbox in
both admin/auth_subfields_structure.pl and
admin/marc_subfields_structure.pl scripts.

This patch remove the use of CGI::checkbox as well as the generation of
html code from these 2 pl scripts (which should be avoided).
The code these scripts are now pretty similar.

Test plan:
Add/modify/remove subfield for a MARC framework and an Authority
framework.
Use as many field as possible and confirm that the values are correctly
inserted/displayed.

4cfee1fb9e Bug 16078 [Revised] Remove unused YUI CSS
The YUI CSS file "skin.css" is no longer relevant to the staff client
templates and can be removed. Other references to YUI-related classes,
with the exception of grids, can also be removed.

This patch removes references in CSS to:

.yuimenuitemlabel
.yui-button
.yui-menu-button

...and removes the "yui-skin-sam" class from two templates' body tag.

skin.css is also included in a list of assets cached by the offline
circulation page. It can be safely removed.

To test, apply the patch and clear your cache if necessary. Look around
and confirm that the style of the staff client is unchanged.

Search for references to the listed classes and confirm that none are
found.

Revised patch squashes in the follow-up as well as a missing commit
removing skin.css from staff-global.css.

dfb8982ca7 Bug 16025 [Revised] Use Font Awesome icons on item types localization page
The item types localization page uses a Glyphicon. This patch converts
it to a Font Awesome icon.

Also changed in this patch: "Delete" text has been added to the delete
link, and a dummy "href" attribute has been added to the link so that it
triggers the right kind of cursor. The deletion confirmation JavaScript
has been edited to ignore the default click action.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Item types.

- Edit any existing item type and click the "Translate into other
  languages" link.
- If there is not an existing translation, add one. Close the modal
window and click the "Translate into other languages" link again to
  redisplay it.
- Confirm that there is a "Delete" link next to your translation which
  is styled correctly.
- Confirm that the behavior of the "Delete" link is correct both when
  confirming and when canceling.

Revision adds the "actions" class to the table cell with the delete link
to prevent a line break between the icon and the text.

101ba17685 Bug 16066 - JavaScript error on new patron form when duplicate is suspected
When a new patron is submitted which is suspected to be a duplicate, the
entry form is redisplayed with a new name attribute, "form_nodouble."
Other scripts on the page still look for a form named "form," so there
is an error.

This patch removes the use of "form_nodouble" on the assumption that it
is unnecessary to name the form something different when a duplicate is
suspected. All the same validation scripts should be run on the form
either way.

974ea0c8bd Bug 16064 - Remove use of image to indicate approval in tags moderation
This patch updates the tags moderation template to use text labels to

ad8e96b83b Bug 16065 - Use Font Awesome icons in dialog when duplicate patron is suspected
This patch updates the new patron template to use Font Awesome icons in
the dialog which is shown when a duplicate patron is suspected.

The patch modifies the CSS rules for a dialog button with "white-space:
pre-line" so that line breaks in button text markup are treated as line
breaks on display. Allowing the text to wrap prevents the buttons from
being too wide and stacking one below the other.

To test, apply the patch and go to Patrons -> New patron.

- Attempt to save a new patron with details matching an existing patron
in order to trigger the duplicate patron warning.
- Confirm that the resulting dialog is styled correctly.
- Confirm the behavior of both the 'Edit existing' and 'Save as new'
  buttons.

Followed test plan, works as expected.

6c1b39b4cb Bug 16095: Remove target="_blank" when a link refer to an external link
If you click on a link that opens a new tab/window to another site, that tab
has access to the original window through JavaScript. The browsing context is
related, even if the domains are totally different.

The tab retains access to the original window's object via window.opener, even
if you navigate to another page or domain, in the new or original window.
Access to the Window object means the new window can use Window.location to
open a different URL in the original window, perfect for phishing attacks.

Depending on the site's Same-Origin Policy settings, the new window may have
access to other parts of the original window's DOM as well.

Any 'A HREF' that contains a target of of '_blank' or '_new' or a fixed name
is vulnerable. Previous security best practice often suggested creating a random
fixed name for an unpredictable namespace - that won't help with this problem!
Targets of '_self' and '_parent' are safe.

We do not use _new (at first glance) but several _blank. Some are used
to refer internal url, we do not need to update or remove them. Others
are used to satisfy OPACURLOpenInNewWindow, in these case, we should add
the rel="noreferrer" attribute to the a tags.
In other cases, we can simply remove them and let the users discover
that a mouse has more than one button (we are in 2016, they can do it!)

dc03bca76c Bug 15111 - Koha is vulnerable to Cross-Frame Scripting (XFS) attacks
Web pages that can be embedded in frames are vulnerable to cross-frame
scripting attacks. Cross-frame scripting is a type of phishing attack
that involves instructions to an unsuspecting user to follow a specific
link to update confidential information in an online application.
Because the link leads to a legitimate page from the online application
that is embedded in a frame hosted by the attackers' server, the
attackers can capture all the information that the user enters.

bff0ca0b0b Bug 15656: Move guarantor/guarantees code - GetGuarantees
2 subroutines of C4::Members deal with guarantor/guarantees:
GetGuarantees and GetMemberRelatives.
Since we already have a Koha::Patron->guarantor method, it makes sense
to move these 2 subroutines to this module.

This first patch deals with GetGuarantees.

Test plan for the entire patch set:
1/ Create 5 patrons A (adult), B (child), C (child), D (child), E
(child), F (adult)
2/ Add relation between them: A is father of B, C and D.
E does not have a guarantor
F does not have guarantees
3/ Check some items out for all of these patrons
4/ On the "Check out" and "Details" tabs, you should not see any
differences with these patch applied : The "Relatives' checkouts" tabs
should list all of the guarantor/guarantee/siblings checkouts

3352ca6a70 Bug 15886 - Revise layout and behavior of audio alerts management
This patch changes the behavior of the audio alerts management page so
that sections of the page are shown or hidden based on what the current
task is. Other changes include:

- Moving JavaScript to a separate file
- Adding a toolbar with a "New alert" button.
- Enabling or disabling the "play sound" button based on the value of
  the sound file field.
- Enabling or disabling the "delete" button based on whether there are
  checkboxes checked.
- Switching the patron category administration header search form for
  the "generic" catalog search one.
- Adding "Required" classes to required fields so that the staff
client's built-in JS validation library can be used.
- Styling the add/edit form in a way which is consistent with other
  interfaces in Koha.
- Removing the invalid "border" attribute from images.
- Adding better alt attributes to images.

To test, the AudioAlerts system preference must be enabled. Apply the
patch and go to Administration -> Audio alerts.

- Confirm that the add/edit form is hidden initially. A toolbar with a
"New" button should appear with existing audio alerts in a table
  below.
- Confirm that the "New alert" button works:
  - The table should be hidden and an empty "add" form displayed.
  - Confirm that an empty form cannot be submitted.
  - Confirm that typing or selecting a sound enables the "Play sound"
button and that it works to play the sound.
  - Confirm that adding valid data works.
  - Confirm that clicking the "Cancel" button hides the form and
    redisplays the table.
- Test the "edit" button for an existing sound:
  - Confirm that the edit form is displayed and populated with the
    correct data.
  - Confirm that edits are saved correctly.
- When viewing the table of existing alerts, confirm that checking one
of the checkboxes "enables" the delete button.
- With one or more checkboxes checked, test that clicking the delete
button triggers a deletion confirmation. Test both confirm and cancel
  operations.
- With no checkboxes checked, test that clicking the delete button
triggers an alert that checkboxes must be checked.
- Ponder whether all this is an improvement or not.

765535c09a Bug 16048 [Follow-up] Making notices actions buttons
This followup adds a "td.actions" style with "white-space:nowrap" and

introducted by the previous patch's column changes.

To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.

- Go to Tools -> Notices and confirm that even at narrow browser widths
the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons stay side by side.
- Confirm that all columns are sortable except "Copy notice" and

859e3ce41b Bug 15936 - Revise layout and behavior of SMS cellular providers management
This patch changes the behavior of the SMS cellular providers management
page so that sections of the page are shown or hidden based on what the
current task is. Other changes include:

- Moving JavaScript to a separate file
- Adding a toolbar with a "New SMS provider" button.
- Adding the "generic" catalog search header form to the top of the
  page.
- Adding "Required" classes to required fields so that the staff
client's built-in JS validation library can be used.

To test, the SMSSendDriver system preference must be set to "Email."
Apply the patch and go to Administration -> SMS cellular providers.

- Confirm that the add/edit form is hidden initially. A toolbar with a
"New SMS provider" button should appear with existing SMS cellular
providers in a table below. If there are no existing providers a
  message dialog should say so.
- Confirm that the "New SMS provider" button works:
  - The table should be hidden and an empty "add" form displayed.
  - Confirm that an empty form cannot be submitted.
  - Confirm that submitting valid data works.
  - Confirm that clicking the "Cancel" button hides the form and
    redisplays the table.
- Test the "edit" button for an existing provider:
  - Confirm that the edit form is displayed and populated with the
    correct data.
  - Confirm that edits are saved correctly.
- When viewing the table of existing providers, confirm that clicking
the "Delete" button triggers a confirmation dialog. Test both
  cancelling and confirming that dialog.
- Ponder whether all this is an improvement or not.

01994e2c48 Bug 14306: Changes for basket and detail templates
A simple regex is added to the basket and detail templates to select the
URLs passed separately from MARC21 555$u by GetMarcNotes. Note that the
regex tests if a note starts with http:// or https:// and does not contain
any whitespace in order to be considered as a url.
These URLs are put in an anchor tag.

This touches four places:
[1] opac detail, tab title notes
[2] catalogue detail, tab Descriptions
[3] opac basket, more details, notes
[4] staff basket, more details, notes

Test plan:
[1] Edit a record. Add a 500$a, 555$a and a URL in 555$u.
Put "http://this is not a url" in the 500$a (whitespace!).
[2] Check opac-detail, tab Title Notes. Check the URL.
[3] Do the same for catalogue/detail.
[4] Add record to cart in OPAC. Open basket. Check More details.
[5] Repeat previous step in staff.

f2dd831542 Bug 14694 - Make decreaseloanHighHolds more flexible
This patch allows for more flexibility for determining when the number
of holds a record has should trigger the reduction of the loan length
for items on that record.

This patch adds a new system preference decreaseLoanHighHoldsControl,
which defaults to 'static', the original behavior of the feature.
It also has a new behavior 'dynamic' which makes the feature only
decrease the loan length if the number of holds on the record exceeds
the number of holdable items + decreaseLoanHighHoldsValue.

It also allows items to be filtered from the list of items based
on the damaged, lost, not for loan, and withdrawn values even if
those values would have allowed holds ( i.e. values < 0 )

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Set decreaseLoanHighHolds to Enable
4) Set decreaseLoanHighHoldsControl to "over the number of items on the record"
5) Set decreaseLoanHighHoldsDuration to 1
6) Set decreaseLoanHighHoldsValue to 3
7) Create a record with 5 items
8) Please 8 or more holds on the record
9) Check out one of the items to a patron
10) Note the loan length is reduced to 1 day
11) Set decreaseLoanHighHoldsValue to 3 to 2
12) Check out one of the items to a patron
13) Note the loan length is *not* reduced
14) Enbale all the filters possible in decreaseLoanHighHoldsIgnoreStatuses
15) Set one item to be damaged
16) Note the loan length is reduced
17) Unset the damaged status
