The OPAC webservice IdRef display was broken.
The call returns results but citations where empty.
Maybe the webservice has changed.
This patch corrects the fetch of datas in result.
Also fixes a small HTML missing tag tr.
Also adds a comment with link to official doc :

Test plan :
1) Enable system preference IdRef
2) Choose an existing PPN like 032581270

5/ This patch makes Koha::Illrequest->load_backend raise an exception
if the passed backend is invalid. This way we will catch more errors introduced.
The patch also disables the 'New Ill request' when no backends are available. Gets
rid of a related warnings.
Both OPAC and Intranet now display a warning message when no backends
are available.
Tests are added for the load_backend changes.
4/ This patch fixes the path for the checkboxes jquery plugin, and removes the include
for tablesorter, as this implementation uses Datatables. This is obviously code for older
Koha, ported to master.
TODO: There's something wrong on the styling. My idea is to get rid
of the custom column visualization tool, and have it display as regular
DataTables. We can then introduce the use of colvis on a separate bug
report.
Note: POD coverage for the exceptions file is wrongly tested. It is a false positive.

This Commit is at the heart of adding an interlibrary loans framework
for Koha. The framework does not prescribe a particular workflow.
Instead it provides a general framework that can be extended &
implemented by individual backends whose responsibility it is to
implement a specific workflow.
The module is largely self-sufficient: it adds new tables to the Koha
database and touches only a few files in the Koha source tree.
Primarily, we add our files to the Makefile and the koha-conf.xml,
define ill paths for the REST API, and introduce links from the main
intranet, opac pages & user permissions.
Outside of this we simply add new files & functionality.

[1] The template sco/printslip.tt is in the regular modules directory.
Should not be prefixed with a slash.
Test plan:
[1] Try to find another occurrence just like the one corrected in

get_template_and_user. I already tried several regex variations
while git grepping template_name, but you may still find one..

Similar to the full path test in sub themelanguage, this patch makes a
change in _get_template_file. This allows you to pass a template
outside the modules directory to get_template_and_user. (Note: the sub
badtemplatecheck already blocks bad paths.)
Especially, this would be helpful for plugins using templates. As can be
seen in Templates.pm, a change was made earlier to overwrite the filename
for a plugin in sub gettemplate. This exception can now be removed.
Also note the small change in Koha/Plugin/Base.pm; mbf_path is already
absolute and if we pass a full path, we do not need it. This allows use of
a regular Koha template or a shared template between plugins (as long as
badtemplatecheck allows the path).
What are the side-effects of this change?
[1] We should not pass absolute paths if we mean relative ones.
A follow-up patch deals with one occurrence in the codebase.
No regressions for regular use.
[2] Plugins can call get_template_and_user directly or go via get_template
in Koha/Plugin/Base (absolute paths don't go via mbf_path).
Note: replaced two single quotes in Auth.pm to show template name in test
description.
Test plan:
[1] Open some page on OPAC or staff client to trigger a template.
[2] Run t/db_dependent/Auth.t to verify not allowing some bad templates.
[3] Run t/db_dependent/Templates.t to verify an absolute path.
[4] Run t/db_dependent/Plugins.t to verify using templates in a plugin.

This patch adds the option to show shelving locations on a separate
column. This is controlled by a new syspref, 'OpacLocationOnDetail',
which replaces 'OpacLocationBranchToDisplayShelving', adding a
conveniente 'column' option.
The new 'Shelving location' column is conveniently added to the columns
configuration entry added by bug 16759 for this purpose.
The current behaviour is preserved.
To test:
- Apply this patches
- Run the upgrade:
$ sudo koha-shell kohadev
k$ cd kohaclone
k$ perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
=> SUCCESS: Upgrade doesn't fail
- Have an item with shelving location set to something not void
- Have the item set home and holding libraries for testing purposes.
- Set 'OpacLocationBranchToDisplay' to 'home and holding libraries' [*]
- Visit the OPAC detail page for the record containing the item
=> SUCCESS: Both home and holding libraries are displayed.
- Loop through all OpacLocationOnDetail options (except from 'column', we leave it for later).
=> SUCCESS: Works as expected.

Now that we have a check client-side, nothing prevents us from a smart guy to
bypass it and force an invalid password.
This patch adds two new subroutines to Koha::AuthUtils to check the
validity of passwords and generate a password server-side. It is used
only once (self-registration) but could be useful later.
Moreover the 3 different cases of password rejection (too leak, too
short, contains leading or trailing whitespaces) were not tested
everywhere. Now they are!
This patch makes things consistent everywhere and clean up some code.

This adds a new basket attribute (create_items) that can optionally be
set to override AcqCreateItem.
The following have been modified to reflect this (with the value of
create_items that causes them to behave differently in parentheses):
* Cancelling receipt of an order (receiving)
* Creating an order by hand or from MARC (ordering)
* Receiving an order (receiving)
* Showing orders with uncertain price (ordering)
* Showing orders (receiving)
* Showing acquisition details in the OPAC (ordering)
Test plan:
1) Create baskets with "Create items when:" set to ordering,
receiving, cataloging and unset.
2) Test each of the above for each of these baskets, verifying that
the basket-specific attribute overrides AcqCreateItem if set and
falls back to the syspref otherwise.
NOTE: A check of AcqCreateItem in opac-detail.tt was removed because it
was redundant; the code path in question cannot be triggered unless
create_items/AcqCreateItems is set to the correct value anyway.

While PayPal is fairly universal, there is a plethora of online

This is accomplished by adding 3 system preferences.

- GoogleOpenIDConnectDefaultCategory

The subroutine C4::Biblio::GetBiblioFromItemNumber was wrong for several
reasons:
- badly named, we can get biblio info from a barcode
- SELECT * from items, biblio and biblioitems
makes things hard to follow and debug, we never know where do come from
the value we display
- sometimes called only for trivial information such as biblionumber,
author or title
This patchset suggests to replace it with calls to:
- Koha::Items->find for item's info
- $item->biblio for biblio's info
- $item->biblio->biblioitem for biblioitem's info
Test plan:
Item's info should correctly be displayed on the following pages:
- circulation history
- transfer book
- checkin
- waiting holds

C4::Circulation::GetItemIssue returned all the issue and item
informations for a given issue. Moveover it also did some date
manipulations. Most of the time this subroutine was called, there
additional information were useless as the caller usually just needed
the basic issue's infos 'from the issue table).
This first patch updates the simple calls, ie. the ones that just need
the issue's infomations.
Test plan:
The following operations should success:
- transfer a book
- create a rule for on-site checkouts and confirm that a patron cannot
check more items out that it's defined in the rule.

Allow patrons to enter either their library card number or user name in the "Log in" box for password recovery.
Most patrons at our library use their card number to log in and are unaware of what their userid is. However there are some who have set a
customized userid and would prefer to use that. This patch would allow either to be entered for password recovery.
To test:
1. Enable the password recovery feature.
2. In the OPAC, click on "Forgot you password?" link and enter a valid library card number.
3. The error message "No account found with the provided information" appears.
4. Apply the patch.

This patch replace the different calls to GetReservesFromBorrowernumber
with a calls to Koha::Patron->get_holds.
In some places we need to get a restricted set of holds, that's why we
process a search on this holds returned by ->get_holds (on the found
status for instance).
The changes are quite trivial and reading the diff should be enough to
catch bugs.
Test plan:
I would suggest to test this patch with patches from bug 17736 and bug 17737,
to place different kind of holds (biblio and item level, future and
past).
Then do a whole workflow to detect bug, view a record, delete record,
order, place a hold on an item which has been ordered, etc.
The hold's informations should always be the same without or without
these patches.
Tested both patches together, works as expected.

Resolve warning from members/summary-print.pl:
"my" variable $itemtype masks earlier declaration in same scope
Test if find returns a Koha object in GetDescription.
Test if find returns a Koha object too in shelves.pl. While testing, I had
a crash on a biblioitem with itemtype NULL (bad record, but these things
tend to happen somehow.)
Can't call method "imageurl" on an undefined value at virtualshelves/shelves.pl line 253.
Same for opac/opac-shelves.pl.
Note: Did not add tests everywhere but generally, I have the impression that
we do not sufficiently test on the results of Koha::Object->find. Mostly we
just assume that it will find a record. Several reports include fixes to
resolve that wrong assumption.

The C4::Koha::getitemtypeinfo subroutine did the almost same job as
GetItemTypes. On top of that it returned the imageurl value processed by
C4::Koha::getitemtypeimagelocation.
This value is only used from the 2 [opac-]shelves.pl scripts. Then it's
better not retrieve it only when we need it.
Test plan:
Play with the different scripts touched by this patch and focus on item
types. The same description as prior to this patch must be displayed.
Note that sometimes it is not the translated description which is
displayed, but that should be fixed on another bug report. Indeed we do
not expect this patch to change any behaviors.

The two new columns as mentioned in the commit message of the table
revision must be used in the codebase now.
Highlighting some changes in Koha::VirtualShel[f|ves]:
[1] Additional methods is_public and is_private.
[2] Method add_biblio did not check permissions. Does now. No impact on the
interface, but one call in the unit test was affected.
[3] Method remove_biblios is signficantly simplified. Removed a FIXME.
[4] Method can_biblios_be_removed now redirects to can_biblios_be_added.
A followup report may deal with unifying those routines.
[5] Condition in get_some_shelves changed.
[6] The reference to allow_add in get_shelves_containing_record can simply
be removed.
opac-shelves.pl and shelves.pl now pass the default setting of Owner only
to the template.
Templates shelves.tt and opac-shelves.tt now include the new permission
field with three choices as mentioned in the table revision patch.
opac-addbybiblionumber.pl and addbybiblionumber now need a check on
allow_change_from_owner; search conditions slightly adjusted to the new
permission scheme.
Test plan:
When we refer to visibility in the test plan, please check the Add to-combo
on opac search results and staff results. And check opac-addbybiblionumber
by clicking Save to Lists from opac results.
The step 'Check delete' means: open the list in opac and check if you see
the Delete button below the entries (only check, do not delete).
[ 1] Create private list I01 (perm=Owner)
[ 2] Check visibility: Seen.
[ 3] Add a book. (Change by owner should be allowed.)
[ 4] Check delete: Yes.
[ 5] Edit list I01, set perm=Nobody
[ 6] Check visibility: Not seen.
[ 7] Check delete: No.
[ 8] Share list I01 with another patron.
[ 9] Check visibility for the other patron: Not seen.
[10] Check delete for the other patron: No.

[14] Let owner delete the same book again (change allowed).
[15] Create public list U01 (perm=Owner)
[16] Check visibility: Seen.
[17] Add a book. (Change by owner should be allowed.)
[18] Login as other user. Check visibility: Not seen. Check delete: No.

GetItemTypesCategorized can return descriptions that are still undef since
Authorized values does not enforce a description in lib and lib_opac.
When I add one ITEMTYPECAT auth value without descriptions, I can still
generate the string comparison warnings on the itemtypes sort.
In order to prevent the warning, we should add an empty string in the
assignment on line 229.
We do not need to copy the itemtypes hash if we move the sort outside the
@advanced_search_types foreach. There is no need to sort it more than once.
Note that I did not see any reasons btw for corruption of the structure
inside this loop.
Note: If we use ITEMTYPECAT without descriptions, we should probably leave
them out. No need to show a checkbox without description on Advanced Search,
but I would recommend to solve that on its own report. The whole ITEMTYPECAT
functionality has imo not been designed properly.

This features would add the ability to create clubs which patrons may be
enrolled in. It would be particularly useful for tracking summer reading
programs, book clubs and other such clubs.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Ensure your staff user has the new 'Patron clubs' permissions
4) Under the tools menu, click the "Patron clubs" link
5) Create a new club template
* Here you can add fields that can be filled out at the time
a new club is created based on the template, or a new enrollment
is created for a given club based on the template.
6) Create a new club based on that template
7) Attempt to enroll a patron in that club
8) Create a club with email required set
9) Attempt to enroll a patron without an email address in that club
10) Create a club that is enrollable from the OPAC
11) Attempt to enroll a patron in that club
12) Attempt to cancel a club enrollment from the OPAC
13) Attempt to cancel a club enrollment from the staff interface

This patch adds a few lines that check for a rental fee on an item. If
yes, it will show in brackets as a rental fee on the OPAC summary page.
To test:
1) Have a borrower with an overdue item accruing fines, a lost item and
an item with a rental fee. Confirm the Fines column on the OPAC summary
page now shows you what you may expect to see for each item.

to find.
Update: Fixing link to look like button, adding span ID around element
Update: Changing ID to Class
Update: Comment 14 fixes
To test:
1) Add a subscription, attach it to a record and select a notice under
'Patron notification'. Hit Next, fill in some fields and save the
subscription
2) Go to that record detail page in the OPAC. Go to the subscriptions
tab, click 'More details'. Notice how many clicks it takes to see the
'Subscribe' button
3) Apply patch and go back to the details page for the record
4) Notice now there is a 'subscribe' button
5) Confirm this button works as expected and you are redirected to
the detail page
6) Confirm 'Cancel' works and redirect works too
7) Go down to 'More details' and confirm the buttons work and you are
redirected back to the serial-issues plage from here

On the same way of Koha::Biblio->get_holds,
Koha::Biblio->get_holds_placed_before_today and Koha::Patron->get_holds,
this new subroutin will permit to retrieve the holds placed on a
specific item.
Note that at the moment we do not need a Koha::Item->get_holds method:
we do not want to display future holds placed in the future.

The C4::Reserve::GetReservesFromBiblionumber took 3 parameters, the
biblionumber, an optional itemnumber and a "all_dates" flag.
If set, the subroutine returned all the holds placed on a given bibliographic
record, even the ones placed in the future. Almost all of the calls had this
flag set, they will be replaced with a call to Koha::Biblio->holds.
But 5 did not have it:
- C4::Biblio::DelBiblio
-tools/batch_delete_records.pl
=> These 2 were wrong, we want to retrieve the holds to cancel them
before deleting the record. We need to get all the holds, even the ones
placed in the future /!\ CHANGE IN THE BEHAVIOR
- acqui/parcel.pl
=> 1 call per item were made to this subroutine. They have been replaced
with only 1 call to the new method Koha::Biblios->holds_placed_before_today
Then we filter on the itemnumbers.
I think this is wrong: we need the number of holds to know if the record
can be deleted, so even if future holds exist, the deletion should not
be possible.
- serials/routing-preview.pl
- C4::ILSDI::Services::GetRecords
- C4::SIP::ILS::Item->new
=> Seems ok, we just one to display holds placed before today

This patch is more a bugfix than a refactoring.
Indeed the C4::Koha::get_notforloan_label_of behaviors were buggy:
1/ It does not display the opac description at the OPAC, but always the
staff description
2/ It does not care of the framework of the biblio, but retrieve the
first row of the marc_subfield_structure mapped with items.notforloan
These 2 bugs can easily be fixed using the
Koha::AuthorisedValues->search_by_koha_field
Steps to recreate the issues:
- Create 2 authorised value categories for not for loan (NFL1 and NFL2)
with the same values. Define a different description for the OPAC.
- Define link 952$7 to NFL1 for the default framework and to NFL2 for
the BK framework
- Create 2 bibliographic records (B1 using NFL1 and B2 using NFL2) with
2 items each (1 item should have a not for loan value)
- Go to the "Place a hold" view for this record.
- In the item list, you should see the not for loan value
=> The staff description of NFL1 will always be used, even for the OPAC
Test plan:
- Recreate the issues without this patchset
- Apply this patchset
- Recreate the steps to recreate the issues
=> The staff description of NFL2 should be displayed for the B2 item
=> The opac description of NFL2 should be displayed for the B2 item at
the OPAC

The original code on this bug skipped empty-valued attributes. But
emptying attributes is the only way to tell the controller script that
the user wants to delete them.
This patch makes opac-memberentry.pl check the existence of attributes
sharing the code of the empty for the given patron, and it stores the
deletion on the Koha::Patron::Modification as needed. Otherwise
deletions got skipped.

The C4::Members::GetBorrowersWithIssuesHistoryOlderThan subroutine is supposed
to return the patrons with an issue history older than a given date.
It would make more sense to return a list of Koha::Patrons.
On the way, the code from AnonymiseIssueHistory will be moved as well to
anonymise_issue_history.
Note that these 2 subroutines are strongly linked: one is used to know the
number of patrons we will anonymise the history, the other one is used to
anonymise the issues history. The problem is that the first one is not used to
do the action, but only for displayed purpose.
In some cases, these 2 values can differ, which could be confusing.
Case 1:
The logged in librarian is not superlibrarian and IndependentBranches is set:
if 2+ patrons from different libraries match the date parameter, the interface
will display "Checkout history for 2 patrons will be anonymized", when actually
only 1 will be.
Case 2:
If 2+ patrons match the date parameter but one of them has his privacy set to
forever (privacy=0), the same issue will appear.
This patch moves the code from C4::Members::GetBorrowersWithIssuesHistoryOlderThan
to Koha::Patrons->search_patrons_to_anonymise and from
C4::Circulation::AnonymiseIssueHistory to
Koha::Patrons->anonymise_issue_history
Test plan:
1/ Confirm the 2 issues and make sure they are fixed using the Batch
patron anonymization tool (tools/cleanborrowers.pl)
2/ At the OPAC, use the 'Immediate deletion' button to delete all your
reading history (regardless the setting of the privacy rule)
3/ Use the cronjob script (misc/cronjobs/batch_anonymise.pl) to
anonymise patrons.

At the moment users can reserve items and choose any library as a pick up
location, but there is no mechanism to prevent users from reserving items that
are available on the shelf at any given location from reserving the item at the
same location, essentially creating a Fetch and Collect scenario.
This has an impact on staff workloads as they are having to process reservations
and check shelves for items that students can already come and collect from the
open library shelves.
The aim of this enhancement is to decrease the impact on staff workload there
should be a restriction in place that prevents users from requesting items for
collection at a library where the item is currently available.
Implementation:
We first tried to add a new circulation rule adding a 4th
“NotIfAvailableAtPickupLibrary” option to "On shelf holds allowed".
That would make the development more flexible.
But in that case we quickly faced non-trivial problematics:
Let's say you have 3 items I1, I2 and I3. The first one has onshelfholds
set to Yes and 2 others has it set to “NotIfAvailableAtPickupLibrary”.
What would be the expected behavior if a hold is placed at biblio level?
And if a hold is placed at item level for I1?
This second point could be answered by reworking the interface to move
the libraries dropdown list elsewhere (1 list per item) or by adding a
lot of JS code to handle the different situation. But it would be
much more complicated to implement.
So finally I moved back to the simple approach and added a new pref to
handle the behavior globally.
Test plan:
0/ Switch off OPACHoldsIfAvailableAtPickup
1/ Let's say you have 3 libraries L1, L2, L3, create 2 items owned by L1
and L2
2/ Place a biblio level hold. You should only be able to pick it up at
L3
2/ Place a item level hold. You should only be able to pick it up at
L3
3/ Create a third items owned by L3
4/ Now you should not be able to place a hold on this record anymore

C4::Koha::GetItemTypesByCategory can be easily replaced with
Koha::ItemTypes->search({ searchcategory => ? });
So let's replace it where it is used.

When a user gets an email, but doesn't act or visit it within two days,
attempting to create a new one causes a collision. We should just
delete the old one, assuming they still want to reset their
password.
To test:
create yourself a borrower with a userid and password.
Attempt a password recovery on the OPAC
update the entry in the database for that user to have an expired token
e.g. update borrower_password_recovery set valid_until = '2017-01-25
03:25:26' where borrowernumber = 12;
Attempt another password recovery operation - should error
apply the patch
Try it again - no error, new token is generated and additional email
with new link is sent.
Issue reproduced - is resolved by patch

It has been reported that
/cgi-bin/koha/opac-shelves.pl?op=edit&referer=view&shelfnumber=146&owner=4&shelfname=testX&sortfield=titleaaaaaa\`&category=1
Could lead to SQL injection
Actually it explodes because the generated SQL query is not correctly formated.
However it would be good to limit the possible values for sortfield.
This vulnerability has been reported by MDSec.

Class method getCategories has no strict binding to Upload.pm. While
Upload.pm is now restricted to the actual uploading process with CGI
hook, this routine fits better in the UploadedFile package.
Class method httpheaders can be moved as well for the same reason. Note
that it actually is an instance method. The parameter $name is dropped.
Test plan:
[1] Run t/db_dependent/Upload.t.
[2] Check the categories in the combo box of tools/upload.
[3] Check a download via tools/upload and opac-retrieve-file.

The get routine actually returns records from uploaded_files. It should be
possible to replace its calls by direct calls of Koha::UploadedFiles.
This patch is the crux of this patch set. It deals with all scripts that
use Koha::Upload.
In the process we do:
[1] Add a file_handle method to Koha::UploadedFile. This was previously
arranged via the fh parameter of get.
[2] Add a full_path method to UploadedFile. Previously returned in the
path hash key of get. (Name is replaced by filename.)
[3] Add a search_term method too (implementing get({ term => .. }).
This logic came from _lookup.
[4] Add a keep_file parameter to delete method. Only used in test now.
Test plan:
[1] Run t/db_dependent/Upload.t
[2] Go to Tools/Upload. Add an upload, download and delete.
[3] Add another public upload , search for it.
Use the hashvalue to download via opac with URL:
cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=[hashvalue]
[4] Go to Tools/Stage MARC for import. Import a marc file.
[5] Go to Tools/Upload local cover image. Import an image file.
Enable OPACLocalCoverImages to see result.
[6] Test uploading a offline circulation file:
Enable AllowOfflineCirculation, and create a koc file (plain text):
Line1: Version=1.0\tA=1\tB=2
Line2: 2016-11-23 16:00:00 345\treturn\t[barcode]
Note: Replace tabs and barcode. The number of tabs is essential!
Checkout the item with your barcode.
Go to Circulation/Offline circulation file upload.
Upload and click Apply directly.
Checkout again. Repeat Offline circulation file upload.
Now click Add to offline circulation queue.
[7] Connect the upload plugin to field 856$u.
Enable HTML5MediaEnabled.
Upload a webm file via the plugin. Click Choose to save the URL,
and put 'video/webm' into 856$q. Save the biblio record.
Check if you see the media tab with player on staff detail.

Two discussions on koha-devel lead to the same conclusion:
biblioitems.marcxml should be moved out this table
- biblio and biblioitems
http://lists.koha-community.org/pipermail/koha-devel/2013-April/039239.html
- biblioitems.marcxml & biblioitems.marc / HUGE performance issue !
http://lists.koha-community.org/pipermail/koha-devel/2016-July/042821.html
There are several goals to do it:
- Performance
As Paul Poulain wrote, a simple query like
SELECT publicationyear, count(publicationyear) FROM biblioitems GROUP BY publicationyear;
takes more than 10min on a DB with more than 1M bibliographic records
but only 3sec (!) on the same DB without the biblioitems.marcxml field
Note that priori to this patch set, the biblioitems.marcxml was not
retrieved systematically, but was, at least, in
C4::Acquisition::GetOrdersByBiblionumber and C4::Acquisition::GetOrders
- Flexibility
Storing the marcxml in a specific table would allow use to store several
kind of metadata (USMARC, MARCXML, MIJ, etc.) and different formats (marcflavour)
- Clean code
It would be a first step toward Koha::MetadataRecord for bibliographic
records (not done in this patch set).
Test plan:
- Update the DBIC Schema
- Add / Edit / Delete / Import / Export bibliographic records
- Add items
- Reindex records using ES
- Confirm that the following scripts still work:
* misc/cronjobs/delete_records_via_leader.pl
* misc/migration_tools/build_oai_sets.pl
- Look at the reading history at the OPAC (opac-readingrecord.pl)
- At the OPAC, click on a tag, you must see the result
Note: Changes in Koha/OAI/Server/ListRecords.pm is planned on bug 15108.

Persona never really took off, and although many browsers currently
support it, very few services actually implement it.
This has lead to it's founders, Mozilla, to end the project. In their
own words:
=============================================================================
Persona is no longer actively developed by Mozilla. Mozilla has
committed to operational and security support of the persona.org
services until November 30th, 2016.
On November 30th, 2016, Mozilla will shut down the persona.org services.
Persona.org and related domains will be taken offline.
If you run a website that relies on Persona, you need to implement an
alternative login solution for your users before this date.
For more information, see this guide to migrating your site away from
Persona:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Identity/Persona_Shutdown_Guidelines_for_Reliers
=============================================================================
Given the above, and that the Persona authentication methods as a whole
are no longer being actively maintained by anyone anywhere to ensure
ongoing security, we should deprecate the option from koha.
Test plan:
Apply this patch and make sure you do not find any references of Persona
Have a look at patches from bug 9587 and confirm that everything has
been reverted

If the userid of the logged in user contains unicode characters, the token
will not be generated correctly and Koha will crash with:
Wide character in subroutine entry at /usr/share/perl5/Digest/HMAC.pm line 63.
Test plan:
- Edit a superlibrarian user and set his/her userid to '❤' or any other strings
with unicode characters.
- Login using this patron
- Search for patrons and click on a result.
=> Without this patch, you will get a software error (with "Wide
character in subroutine entry" in the logs).
=> With this patch, everything will go fine

The correct way to get the value of BlockExpiredPatronOpacActions from a
patron object is to get the patron category then call the
effective_BlockExpiredPatronOpacActions:
$patron->category->effective_BlockExpiredPatronOpacActions
So this patch applies this change and remove this value from the
GetMemberDetails subroutine.
