This patch makes some style and structure changes to the patron
cartegory entry form:
- Margin added to the enrollment period fieldset so that it aligns with
the rest of the form.
- Informational text inside the form wrapped in <div class="hint"> like
it is on other pages.
- Converted heading tag to legend tag in the messaging preferences
fieldset.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Go to Administration -> Patron categories -> New category and confirm
that the style updates look good.

This patch enhances the display of patron attribute information on the
attribute management page.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Patron attribute
types.
- If necessary, add multiple patron attributes so that there is data to
display. Include:
- Some which are mandatory
- Some which are linked to an authorized value category
- Some which share a class.
- The tables showing your attributes should each have DataTables
sorting and controls (except for column configuration, which isn't
added by this patch).
- Confirm that DataTable controls work correctly for each table.
- The table should include columns showing authorized value category
and whether the attribute is mandatory.
- If you are logged in as a user with permission to manage
authorized values, the data in the authorized value category
column should be linked to that category on the authorized values
page.

This fixes an issue in the way we calculate the check for hold policy 'from_home_library'
Currently we change the comparison based on ReservesControlBranch, however, that should
only control the rule we fetch, not how we compare
When ReservesControlBranch is set to "patron's home library" we compare the patron's branch to
the patron's branch, this is useless and means we pass the check for all branches all of the time
We should instead compare the patron's branch to the item's branch, and only fetch the rule using ReservesControlBranch
To test:
1 - Have a record with an item from library A and library B
2 - Set the 'Default checkout, hold and return policy'->Hold policy->From home library for all libraries
and ensure you have no branch specific/itemtype specific rules set
3 - Attempt to place a hold on the record for a patron from library B
4 - Note that only the library B item is holdable - place a title level hold (do not choose an item)
5 - Check in the item from library A
6 - It fills the hold - This is incorrect - ignore the hold
7 - Apply patch
8 - Restart all the things
9 - Check in the item from library A
10 - No hold found
11 - Check in the item from library B
12 - Hold found, correctly

This patch adds the "empty" parameter to the PROCESS directive which
builds the "Class" dropdown. This allows the user to choose a blank
option when creating or editing a patron attribute.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Patron attribute

This commit allows librarians to choose whether they want to query the
homebranch, holdingbranch or homebranch AND holdingbranch when they set
a library or library group search condition in the staff client and OPAC
advanced searches.
Test plan:
1. Apply patches, update database, restart services
2. Set up a record with one item. Edit the item so that:
home branch = Branch A
holding/current branch = Branch B.
Note the barcode of your item.
3. Go to Administration -> Library Groups. Create a library group that
only contains Branch A.
= homebranch and holdingbranch =
4. Go to Administration -> System preferences and find the new
SearchLimitLibrary syspref. Confirm it is set to 'homebranch and
holdingbranch' by default. Keep this tab open.
5. Go to Advanced Search in the staff client in another tab. Under 'location and
availability', select your library group from the dropdown. Under
'search for', select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.
6. Submit the search and confirm you are taken to your item as expected.
7. Go back to Advanced Search. Under 'location and availability', select
Branch A from the individual libraries dropdown. Under 'search for',
select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.
8. Submit the search and confirm you are taken to your item as expected.
9. Go back to Advanced Search. Under 'location and availability', select
Branch B from the individual libraries dropdown. Under 'search for',
select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.

availability', select your library group from the dropdown. Under
'search for', select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.
13. Submit the search and confirm you are taken to your item as expected,
because the syspref is set to homebranch and the library group contains our item's
homebranch.
14. Go back to Advanced Search. Under 'location and availability', select
Branch A from the individual libraries dropdown. Under 'search for',
select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.

17. Submit the search and confirm you are NOT taken to your item and your item
does not show in the search results.
= holdingbranch only =
18. Go back to your System preferences tab. Set the SearchLimitLibrary
syspref to 'holdingbranch'. keep this tab open.
19. Go to Advanced Search in the staff client in another tab. Under 'location and
availability', select your library group from the dropdown. Under
'search for', select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.
20. Submit the search and confirm you are NOT taken to your item and your
item does not show in the search results, because the syspref is set to
holdingbranch and the library group does not contain our item's holdingbranch.
21. Go back to Advanced Search. Under 'location and availability', select
Branch B from the individual libraries dropdown. Under 'search for',
select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.
22. Submit the search and confirm you are taken to your item as expected.
23. Go back to Advanced Search. Under 'location and availability', select
Branch A from the individual libraries dropdown. Under 'search for',
select the barcode option and enter your item's barcode.

advanced search.
