This patch addresses the request from Julian that api keys are expected
to be client id/secret pairs.
It does so by
- Adding 'client_id' and 'secret' columns
- Removing 'value'
Tests got adjusted and so controller scripts and templates.
Both libs and tests changes have been squashed. This ones remain in
order to keep Owen's attribution on the template changes and avoid
rebase conflicts.

This patch makes some interface changes to bring things better in line
with existing interface patterns. This patch also re-indents the
modified templates with 4 spaces instead of 2 and makes <input>s
self-closing.
Also changed: Corrected system preference check in opac-apikeys.pl.
To test, apply the patch and:
In the staff client:
- Open a patron record and choose More -> Manage API keys.
- There should be a standard message dialog containing a link to
"Generate a new key."
- Clicking the link should show the form for adding a new key.
- Test that clicking the "Cancel" link hides the form.
- Test that creating the new key works correctly.
- You should now see a table showing existing keys and a "Generate a
new key" button above it.
- Test that the "Delete" button asks for confirmation, and that
confirming and denying both work correctly.
- Test that "Revoke" and "Activate" actions still work correctly.
In the OPAC:
- Set the AllowPatronsManageAPIKeysInOPAC system preference to "Allow."
- Log in to the OPAC and click the "your API keys" link in the sidebar.
- Clicking the "Generate new key" button should display the form for
adding a new key.
- Clicking the "cancel" link should hide the form.
- Submitting the form should add a new key.
- You should now see a table showing existing keys.
- Test that the "Delete" link asks for confirmation, and that
confirming and denying both work correctly.
- Test that "Revoke" and "Activate" actions still work correctly.
- Set the AllowPatronsManageAPIKeysInOPAC system preference to "Don't
allow."
- Log in to the OPAC and confirm that the "your API keys" link in the
sidebar is no longer visible.
- Confirm that navigating directly to /cgi-bin/koha/opac-apikeys.pl
results in a 404 error.

This patch makes the OPAC interface for API keys management work
with the new lib. Verify all actions work for a logged user.
Users without login should be redirected to an error page.

This introduces the concept of API keys for use in the new REST API.
A key is a string of 32 alphanumerical characters (32 is purely
arbitrary, it can be changed easily).
A user can have multiple keys (unlimited at the moment)
Keys can be generated automatically, and then we have the possibility to
delete or revoke each one individually.
Test plan:
1/ Go to staff interface
2/ Go to a borrower page
3/ In toolbar, click on More -> Manage API keys
4/ Click on "Generate new key" multiple times, check that they are
correctly displayed under the button, and they are active by default
5/ Revoke some keys, check that they are not active anymore
6/ Delete some keys, check that they disappear from table
7/ Go to opac interface, log in
8/ In your user account pages, you now have a new tab to the left "your
API keys". Click on it.
9/ Repeat steps 4-6

in ILLModuleCopyrightClearance preference when placing ILL requests from
the OPAC. Handling of the copyrightclearance stage was missing,
this has been added.
To test:
1) Ensure you have at least one ILL backend available:

2) Ensure you have the "ILLModule" preference enabled
3) Add some text to the "ILLModuleCopyrightClearance" preference
4) Navigate to a search results page in the catalog
5) Click the "Make an Interlibrary Loan request" link at the bottom
6) Choose "Create a new request", then select a backend
7) Observe the text you added earlier is displayed with buttons for
agreeing or disagreeing (prior to this patch, this screen displayed

At the moment, when no holds are possible, the OPAC reads something
like:
Sorry, none of these items can be placed on hold.
No items available.
This is confusing to the patrons, because the records have items,
but they are not showing. The record also may have available items,
they are just not permitted to place holds on them.
Changes:
- Only display the first message, when somoene tried unsuccessfully
to place holds on multiple records.
- Change first message to: Sorry, none of these titles can be placed on hold.
- Change the second message to read:
No items available to be placed on hold.
- Remove <strong> around Sorry for better translatability.
To test:
- Try to place a hold on single record, where no hold is possible.
- Try to place a hold on a single record, where a hold is possible.
- Try to place holds on multiple records where no hold is possible.
- Try to place holds on multiple records where at least one hold
is possible.

This alternate patch defines a width of 100% for text inputs and selects
inside sidebar fieldsets. The scope of this style is limited to the
sidebar by unsetting the width for fieldsets within "#yui-main," the
main body of the page.
This patch also removes inline styles from two templates which are now
unnecessary.
To test, apply the patch and clear your cache if necessary.

The include file blocking-errors.inc has been created to by-pass regular
processing and display an error that should block the elements of the
view.
For instance you call a patron's page with invalid borrowernumber => we
do not want the app to crash (500) or the page to display with broken
elements.
It worked well on bug 18403 but it's now broken, a blank page is
displayed instead.
It may be caused by the move of the JS to the bottom of the page.

This adds a checkbox column in serials-search.pl tables that allow to edit
selected subscriptions.
The following fields can be modified:
- Bookseller
- Location
- Library
- Item type
- Public note
- Nonpublic note
- "Create item when receiving" flag
- Expiration date
+ the additional fields defined in serials/add_fields.pl
Test plan:
1. Go to Serials module
2. If there is no additional fields defined, define some (at least one with an
authorized value and one without)
3. Start a subscription search
4. Select some results using the checkboxes and click the "Edit" button above
the table
5. Select values for some fields (not all) and click "Start batch edit"
6. Verify you are being redirected to the previous search results
7. Verify that the fields for which you selected a value were modified and that
the others fields weren't
8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 but this time, modify the other fields.

The goal to this enhancement is to add the ability to cancel a hold and
mark items as lost from the 'Holds to pull' page.
A new pref is added to control the behaviour, default is off
To mark items as lost you need to set the new pref CanMarkHoldsToPullAsLost to one of these two values:
- "Allow to mark items as lost"
=> The item will be marked as lost and the hold will be cancelled
- "Allow to mark items as lost and notify the patron"
=> Same as previously but the patron will be notified as well.
The notification is done using a new notice template (code=CANCEL_HOLD_ON_LOST).
Feel free to suggest another default wording.
To update the values of the items when one of these 2 buttons are used, you need to
fill the UpdateItemWhenLostFromHoldList with something like: 'itemlost: 1'
Test plan:
1/ Place holds on some items
2/ Go to Home > Circulation > Holds to pull
From here you can cancel the hold or
3/ Mark the items as lost
=> You will receive feedback messages depending on different situations:
* The CANCEL_HOLD_ON_LOST does not exist
* The patron does not have an email address (but the notice has been
enqueued! It is the current behaviour with other notices)
* The notice has been enqueued
* The hold has been cancelled

Bug 20400: Display new tab in OPAC only for patrons with routing lists
The visibility of the routing list tab in the OPAC depends
on the system preference RoutingSerials and the existence
of routing list entries for the patron.
Some libraries only offer routing lists to certain user groups and
would not want it generally visible. As there are currently no
actions you can perform from the list, this appears to be a
reasonable behaviour.

It would be great if there were a merge patrons feature. If you
accidentally end up with one patron with two cards it would be nice to
merge their records together so that you don't lose their history or
holds or anything.
This patch adds a basic patron merge feature. It attempts to relink all
patron related tables from the patron(s) to be merged. It does not
attempt to relink librarian account related tables at this time. This
feature does not attempt to automatically resolve issues such as
duplicate holds. Such a feature could build upon this one though.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Find two or more patrons
3) Perform a patron search that will bring them up on the same page of
results, or add them all to a list of patrons.
4) Use the 'merge' button to begin the merging process
5) Choose a patron to keep
6) Verify the deleted patrons data ( checkouts, holds, etc )
are now linked to the kept patron

If item-level_itypes is turned off and XSLTResultsDisplay is turned on,
biblio-level itemtype images are not shown in staff client search
results. This patch corrects the problem.
This patch also adds some markup and CSS to the itemtype image to make
it look a litte cleaner and work better in result sets in which some
titles have images and some don't.
To test, apply the patch and view the staff client search results page
with various settings:
- XSLT turned on and off
- item-level_itypes turned on and off
- noItemTypeImages turned on and off
Confirm that item type images are shown or not shown correctly according
to each setting.
The difference between this patch and the other patch currently on this
bug is that this patch continues the practice of hiding biblio-level
itemtype information when item-level_itypes is ON.

When receiving several issues for a subscription (Serials > Serial
collection > Multi receiving), the reception date is always identical to the
publication date.
In some use cases we would like to set this "date received" value to
today.
Note: "date received" refers to the DB column serial.planneddate
To make this possible this patch replaces the JS prompt with a modal
dialog asking for
1. the number of issues to receive
2. if the received date must be set to today
Ergonomic note: bootstrap styled buttons are used, but they do not display correctly
We may need to improve that (later)
Test plan:
- Receive 1 or more serials using the "Multi receiving" buttons
Note that this button appears twice, on the "serial collection
information" and the "serial edition" pages
- Try with and without the new checkbox ticked and confirm the behaviour
is correct (i.e. date received is set to today or set to the publish
date)

The RLIST sample notice is used to send an email to patrons who have
subscribed to be notified when a new issue for a subscription arrives.
This is a feature that is totally independent and not related to the
use of routing lists. In the GUI however, this was misleading so far.
- Rename RLIST to SERIAL_ALERT and fixes the sample notices
- Fix explanations in the helf files
- Fix name of the module in letters from 'serials (routing list)'
to 'serials (new issue)'
Note: There is no logic to be changed as the notice template
to be used is defined for each subscriptions and this is just
the sample notice. I've also opted against a database update, to not
interfere with existing installations, reports etc.

Add a new system preference MarcFieldDocURL. Setting it to some URL
will make all the MARC documentation links point to that in
the MARC edit UI. Leaving the value empty will use the old defaults
(http://loc.gov for MARC21 and http://archive.ifla.org for UNIMARC).
There are some possible substitutions usable in the URL:
- {MARC} is replaced with either "MARC21" or "UNIMARC"
- {FIELD} is replaced by the MARC field number, eg. "000", "048", ...
- {LANG} is replaced by the UI language, eg. "en", or "fi-FI"
To test:
1) Go to Cataloguing > New record
2) Clicking on the question mark links in the MARC edit will
open a window to either loc.gov or archive.ifla.org
3) Install patch, run updatedatabase, etc
4) Redo parts 1, and 2.
5) Set the value of MarcFieldDocURL to
http://example.com/?field={FIELD}&marc={MARC}&lang={LANG}
6) Redo parts 1 and 2
7) Clicking on the question mark links in the MARC edit will

There are many tables in Koha where it would be useful
for librarians to easily copy, download or print the table
for various purposes. These functions are available via
DataTables button plugins.
Test Plan:
1) Clear your browser cache ( just in case )
2) Apply this patch
3) Browse to boraccount.pl ( or another page using DataTabes )
4) Note the new Excel, CSV, Copy and Print buttons
5) Test each button to ensure they work

This patchset allows for use of a separate Novelist profile for the
staff client and opac. This allows Novelist to determine links and
special styling for each. Testing is best with novelist credentials,
however, confirming that values are set and used correctly and nothing
is broken should suffice.
To test:
1 - Apply patches
2 - Update database
3 - View detail pages for some records on opac and staff client and ensure no changes have been
made
4 - Enable NovelistSelectStaffEnabled (and enter or have info in the Profile and password)
5 - Set NovelistSelectStaffView to 'above'
6 - View detail pages for some records, verify that if novelist info is
available it is displayed and nothing is displayed if not
7 - Repeat with all staff view options

Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
mechanism, it will be tedious
This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
<link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

This patch is a first step to provide a preview mode for notice
templates.
CHECKIN, CHECKOUT and HOLD_SLIP are supported so far.
Maybe more, but I have not tested yet and the interface will not allow
you to generate the preview.
The idea is to provide an idea of how will render the messages generated
from a notice template.
A new "Preview" button is added close to each textarea on the editing
notice templates view.
For each notice template code (letter_code), we will need some input
data to produce the preview.
For instance, for CHECKIN we need an barcode. From the barcode we
can guess all the other data.
For CHECKOUT we will need the borrowernumber and the barcode.
Note that the way to enter the data for the preview is not really
user-friendly, for CHECKOUT you will have to fill
'borrowernumber|barcode', but the placeholder will help you to know how
and what to fill.
In the modal window, you will see 4 blocks:
1/ the content of the letter (with the placeholds << >>)
2/ the generated message (with the data filled)
3/ if the letter contained historical syntax markers, the screen will
try to generate a notice template using the TT syntax
4/ the generated message from this TT syntax
=> You will be able to compare the 2 generated messages.
What is the goal of this first patchset:
- Show this first POC and get feedback from other developpers
- Add a way to easily visualise the differences between the 2 syntaxes
- Confort users with the TT syntax and the migration step from the
historical syntax.
I'd like to get opinions before going further.
The possibilities:
- Mock data to get fully working generated messages for any notice
templates. For instance, for CHECKIN and CHECKOUT, the item is not
checked in/out yet. So we cannot access the issue's information.
(I have no idea how to do that)
- Browse the data to get the ones we want to use for the preview (big).

A new bug has been highlighted since:
commit b830349f45
Bug 19453: Incorrect jQuery selector for fund drop down validation
Prior to bug 19453 the check on the existence of the fund did not work
as expected, no select with name='budget_code' existed and the error was
never raised.
Now it works but expect a fund to be selected for every record to
import.
This check must only be done if there is no default value selected.
Test plan:
- Create an order from a staged file
- Do not select any funds
=> You must get a warning
- Select a specific fund for some of the records
=> You must get a warning
- Select a default fund in the last tab
=> You must not get a warning and the records must be imported and
inserted with the correct fund

This patch adds the possibility to define default indicators in
the MARC frameworks. It adds 2 columns in the marc_tag_structure table in
the database in order to accomplish this. All files that reference this
table have also been updated to reflect these added fields.
Test: Add or edit a MARC framework. In the Field list should be 2 extra
columns. It should be possible to add default indicators (1 character)
in these fields. Nothing else should have changed in the meantime.
The default indicator values are not yet visible in the cataloguing module.
The default values are also loaded in the cataloguing form.
Test: Define default values in some MARC framework. Go to cataloguing
and create a new record using this framework. Verify that the defined
defaults are visible when set. Verify the default is empty (as before)
if no default was set. Verify that if the default is changed, the
record is saved with the manually changed value. Verify that upon
changing such a new record, the manually set indicator value is used
and not the default one from the framework.

The ACQ MARC framework is only used for the ‘Item’ block.
This patch add the ability to define biblio fields (!= 995 or 952) to
customize the display of the bibliographic details when ordering.
This new feature is controlled by a new pref:
UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords
Test plan:
- Create a new installation to populate the ACQ framework correctly
- Set the pref UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords to "Use"
- Create a new order
=> You will see the lib from the ACQ framework
- Add/remove/update biblio subfields in the ACQ framework
- Create a new order
=> You should see the new subfields displayed
Note for QA: I though I would be able to refactor existing code to make
it more flexible, but it is a bit messy and lost a lot of time. I
finally decided to copy/paste the existing code. I simplified it as, I
think, we do not want the plugin, etc. like in the full biblio editor.
