92dbe80902 Bug 27004: Prevent claim resolution to fail
If the account of the patron who created a claim is removed, then the
claim won't be resolvable.
Trying to resolve the claim will result in a 500:
[2020/12/21 10:05:55] [ERROR] PUT /api/v1/return_claims/1/resolve: unhandled exception (Koha::Exceptions::Checkouts::ReturnClaims::NoCreatedBy)<<[created_by is mandatory]>> Koha::REST::Plugin::Exceptions::__ANON

We should not check if created_by exist when we update an existing hold,
only when we create it.

Test plan:
- Login with patron A
- set a value to syspref ClaimReturnedLostValue
- Check an item out
- Claim returned it
- Login with patron B
- Delete patron A
- Resolve the claim
- ERROR in api-error.log an UI never confirming the resolution
- apply patch & restart services
- Resolve the claim
- it works

69c01ee0f2 Bug 27117: Only place_holds permission is needed to adjust pickup locations
The GET /pickup_locations route is requesting the whole reserveforothers
permission whereas only the subpermission place_holds is needed.

Test plan:
0. Don't apply this patch
1. Set the subpermission place_holds but modify_holds_priority
2. Edit a hold and click the pickup library dropdown list
3. You get a JS alert and log displays
  GET /api/v1/app.pl/api/v1/holds/5/pickup_locations
  403 Forbidden
4. Apply this patch
5. Reload the page, click the dropdown list, modify the pickup location
and save

884b3e71d8 Bug 23391: Hide finished ILL requests
Currently, the main table of ILL requests will display all ILL
requests in the database, regardless of their status. For libraries
with active ILL this quickly leads to a lot of requests being displayed,
and the main page of the ILL module taking a long time to load. This
patch proposes to fix this by introducing the ILLHiddenRequestStatuses
syspref, which can take a pipe-separated list of ILL statuses that
will be hidden from view in the ILL module. This means that the
only way to find a hidden request will be through a report.

To test:
- Apply the patch and make sure the atomic database update is run
- Make sure you have a few ILL requests, with at least two different
  statuses
- Check that all requests are still displayed in the main table of
  ILL requests
- Add one of the statuses* you have in your database to the
  ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref, reload the ILL module frontpage
  and verify that requests with the given status are not displayed
- Change the syspref to another status and verify requests with
  that status are now hidden
- Change the syspref to hold both statuses, separated by the pipe
  symbol (e.g.: A|B). Verify that no requests with the given
  statuses are now displayed
- Run the ILL REST API tests, e.g.:
  $ sudo koha-shell -c "prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/illrequests.t" kohadev

* = The ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref should hold status codes, like
"REQ" and "NEW", not their human readable counterparts.

Bug 24229: Avoid fetching ALL items in test
I'm not sure what we need to test here, besides we get results. I'm
pretty sure we shouldn't allow a plain GET return all objects because it
could cause a DOS very easily. But it certainly belongs to a separate
bug/discussion.

In this case, I put a constraint on the items domain (by using
_per_page=10 in the query params) so it won't happen that under certain
conditions the user agent used by Test::Mojo time outs.

Bug 25502: Adapt Advanced macros routes to current guidelines
The original development started before the changes we introduced in the guidelines in late 2019, and the major code changes that took place in January 2020.

- Attribute mapping logic is now on the Koha::Object-level (the patches implement that, but are not using it)
- Related to the above, some helper methods like to_api and to_model are kept, the same for the mappings in the controller, they should all go away
- Related to the above, set_from_api and new_from_api should be used instead of using helper to_api and to_model methods in the controller
- $c->objects->search doesn't use the to_model and to_api params
- Response status codes need to be changed, at least for DELETE operations

Those are fixed by this patch.

To test:
1. Apply this patch

Bug 14711: Change prototype for AddReserve - pass a hashref
The number of parameters of AddReserve makes it hard to read and

This patch replace it with a hashref, which will make the calls more

Moreover the bibitems has been removed as it was not used by the

Bug 24543: Fix wrong test in api/v1/checkouts.t
In t/db_dependent/api/v1/checkouts.t we define a circulation rule with renewalperiod=7.
But then the expected due date is today+14 days.
However, at the beginning of the script, the due_date of the issue is today+14 days.

That highlight that the renewal period is not taken into account.

The circulation rule is created with renewalperiod and renewalsallowed,
however GetLoanLength check the existence of issuelength to return the rule.
GetLoanLength finally return the default rule, with renewalperiod=0

Note that this has been found working on bug 18936, code will be cleaned on that patchset.

Bug 23584: Add the controller method and tests
This patchset adds endpoints for the patrons to change their privacy
settings regarding their guarantors.

The following endpoints are added:

  PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_charges
  PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_checkouts

They can only be used by the patron themselves with valid sessions. And
enforce the AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor and
AllowPatronToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor system preferences when
required.

All this is covered by unit tests.

To test:
1) Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

ee2931a7b0 Bug 22061: Add a /public namespace that can be switched on/off
This patch adds a check in Koha::REST::V1::Auth::under to catch all
routes that begin with 'public' (inside /api/v1). If they match, and the
RESTPublicAPI syspref is off, then an exception is thrown, rendering a
403 error to the consumer.

Otherwise the routes are processed as usual. This is THE on/off switch
for the public REST API. The target use case: people not wanting an OPAC
or public interaction with the API besides privileged users.

In order to test, the rest of the patches are needed because the only
way to test a route is having it in the spec.

To test:
- Apply the patches
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/auth.t
=> SUCCESS: tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

2067b8e3f8 Bug 22071: Regression tests
The authenticate_api_request() behaviour needs more tests. This patch
adds tests for the stashed Koha::Patron object. It highlights the bug in
the OAuth authentication case.

To test:
- Apply this patch
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/auth_authenticate_api_request.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail in the OAuth case, pass in the cookie-based auth
case.

85be5a8188 Bug 11897: Stockrotation
The stock rotation feature adds a batch process to automate rotation of
catalgue items with a staff client page under tools to manage rotas/schedules.

Once a rota is configured, and your staff user has the right permissions
to allocate items, then an additional tab will appear on biblio records
allowing the management of of which rota, if any, individual items belong to.

It also includes a cron script to process the items on a daily basis.

d19d8ec049 Bug 20944: Add route to add credits to a patron's account
This patch adds the /patrons/{patron_id}/account/credits endpoint, that
can be used to add credits to a patron's account. It is implemented so
the new credits are used to pay existing debts.

To test:
- Run:
  $ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons_accounts.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Make your favourite REST testing tool (RESTer on Firefox?) do:
  POST /api/v1/patrons/{patron_id}/account/credits
{
  "amount": 100
}
- Play with other possible attributes on the credit object.
