Bug 32014: Tweak style of checkout settings panel
This patch makes some minor changes to the CSS controlling the way the
checkout settings panel displays, as well as the panel showing the last
checked-out item.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.

- Go to Circulation and locate a patron to check out to.
- On the checkout page, click the "settings" icon in the barcode field.
- The checkout settings panel should display. Confirm that the spacing
  looks good.
- Check out an item to the patron.
- Confirm that the panel showing the last checked out item information
looks correct: A green-bordered box with a white background, no
  rounded corners.

Bug 32038: Sidebar and footer style improvements on suggestions page
This patch makes some changes to the suggestions template in order to
make the sidebar filter form and bulk action table footer forms more
usable and readable.

Some global changes to <fieldset class="brief"> style are made.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.

- Go to Suggestions.
- Confirm that the sidebar contains two sections: Organize by and Filter
  by.
- Test that the links under "Filter by" work to expand and collapse the
different sections (bibliographic, suggestion, and acquisition).
- Below the table of existing suggestions you should see the section
  "Change selected suggestions."
- Each form should look good, with labels in bold above each form field,
  with "primary" style submit buttons.
- Because some global styles have been modified, check that fieldsets
with the class "brief" are still displayed correctly in other areas:
  - In sidebar forms: Patrons, Acquisitions order and invoice searches,
overdues and holds to pull in Circulation.
  - In other areas: The Quick spine label creator; the upload plugin
form; the calendar's add holiday form.

Bug 31664: Display pending transfer information on details page
If a transfer is requested, but not sent, we should display this information on biblio details for staff

This patch also removes nocancel parameter that was not used, passes transfer object directly to template

To test
1 - Manually transfer an item
2 - Note the item shows in transit on details page
3 - Remove the datesent to emulate a pending transfer
    UPDATE branchtransfers SET datesent = NULL itemnumber=1;
4 - View details page - no info on transfer
5 - Apply patch
6 - Item shows 'Transit pending'

Bug 32022: (follow-up) Ensure action background takes presidence
The action class sets the background to transparent, but because it's
often used in conjunction with the fieldset which includes the card

Test plan
1. Consider the same cases as the original patch
2. Confirm that the last test now shows the buttons outside of the card

Bug 30407: Add ability to syspref UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin to show only the notforloan values description
This can be used to instruct staff how the item should handled when
it's checked in. For example items notforloan status has been
changed as "Invoiced item" while item has been on loan. When it's
checked in staff sees that they should put item aside for further
processing.

To test:
1. Apply patch and update database if needed
2. Set items notforloan status as -1 (or create new one)
3. Add line "-1: ONLYMESSAGE" to UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin
4. Check item out for patron.
5. Check item in.
=> Description of notforloan status should be displayed.
=> Confirm notforloan status hasn't changed.

Bug 31991: Restore style of sidebar forms
This patch restores the aside{} section of staff-global.scss from before
the staff redesign and makes some tweaks to make it consisten with the
redesign. The goal is to make the spacing of the form more compact but
still readable, and to correct some layout inconsistencies.

The patch also modifies the order filter form to fix the layout of some
checkboxes.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.

Test various pages with sidebar forms to confirm that the form looks
readable and usable. For example:

- Patrons
- Acquisitions -> Invoices
- Tools -> Tags
- Serials -> Subscription search results
- Overdues

Bug 31973: Restore background color to message-style alerts
This patch restores the background color to message-style alerts, those
which use the markup <div class="dialog message">. These alerts should
stand out more to the user.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.

- Test areas which use the message-style dialog. Perhaps the easiest
example is to try to view a bibliographic record which doesn't exist:

  /cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=1234567890

- It can also be found as a confirmation when deleting a basket in

Bug 31905: Fix button spacing on holds page
This patch makes minor modifications to the holds template in order to
improve the display of the hold buttons related to existing holds.

The patch also adds "display:none" to the hold cancellation fieldset so
there isn't a flash of content before JavaScript hides it.

To test, apply the patch and locate a record in the catalog.

- Place one or more holds on the record.
- View the holds for that record.
- Under the "Existing holds" heading there should be a toolbar of
buttons which sits above the page-section div. The buttons should be
  well spaced.
- If you have cancellation reasons defined in authorized values, the
"Cancel selected" button should correctly trigger a modal with the
option to specify a cancellation reason.
- The display should work well for any setting of the HoldsSplitQueue

Bug 25387: The order of authority subfield is not sent over to bibliographic record
When creating an authority record there is the possibility to reorder

Bug 31609: JavaScript error on Additional contents main page
This patch makes a minor modification to the JavaScript
on the Additional contents page to prevent an error when
there are no tabs present on the page.

The JS needs an additional check so that it doesn't run

Bug 23012: Apply processing fee return policy when lost item found
This enhancement gives the ability to set a policy for the lost item
processing fee that may get charged additional to the lost item
replacement cost. The processing fee can be:
- refunded
- refunded if unpaid
- kept

To test:

Set-up

1. Find an item, Item A. Go to Administration -> Item types and edit the
item type for Item A. Add a default replacement cost and a processing
fee and Save.
2. Go to Administration -> system preferences and set the following:
- WhenLostChargeReplacementFee: Charge
- BlockReturnOfLostItems: Don't block
3. Scroll down to the default lost item fee refund on return policy. Set
the refund lost item replacement fee policy to 'refund lost item charge'.
4. Edit Item A and set a replacement cost.

Reproduce

5. Check out Item A to Patron A.
6. Click the barcode to view Item A's information. Edit Item A and set
the Lost status to 'lost'.
7. Go back to Patron A's checkouts. The item should now be checked in
with two new charges applied - a lost item fee (the item's replacement
cost) and a lost item processing fee (set in item types).
8. Check in Item A to mark it as found.
9. Go back to Patron A's account. Notice the lost item fee has been
refunded, but the processing fee remains.
10. Manually pay or write off the processing fee. This enhancement
removes the need for this manual step.

11. Apply the patch and restart services

Test with lost item - refund

12. Go to Administration -> circulation and fines rules. Scroll down to
the default lost item fee refund on return policy. Notice there is now a
refund lost item processing fee policy. Set this to 'refund lost item
processing charge'.
13. Repeat steps 6 to 9.
14. Go back to Patron A's account. Both the lost item fee and processing
fee should have been refunded.

15. Repeat steps 6 to 8 (do not check it yet).
16. Go back to Patron A's account. Pay the processing fee.
17. Repeat step 9.
18. Go back to Patron A's account. Both the lost item fee and processing
fee should have been refunded (you'll now be in a credit because the
paid processing fee was also refunded).

Test with lost item - refund_unpaid

19. Go to Administration -> circulation and fines rules. Scroll down to
the default lost item fee refund on return policy. Notice there is now a
refund lost item processing fee policy. Set this to 'refund lost item
processing charge (only if unpaid)'.
20. Repeat steps 6 to 9.
21. Go back to Patron A's account. Both the lost item fee and processing
fee should have been refunded.

22. Repeat steps 16 to 19.
23. Go back to Patron A's account. The lost item fee should have been
refunded but not the processing fee, as this was already paid.

Test with lost item - leave

24. Go to Administration -> circulation and fines rules. Scroll down to
the default lost item fee refund on return policy. Notice there is now a
refund lost item processing fee policy. Set this to 'leave lost item
processing charge'.
25. Repeat steps 6 to 9.
26. Go back to Patron A's account. The lost item fee and processing fee
should have been refunded but not the processing fee.

Bug 22321: Allow managing the borrowernumber tied to ILL request
Sometimes an ILL request is connected to the wrong borrower, and it
would be nice to be able to connect it to the right one.

In Swedish ILL the cardnumber of the patron connected with an ILL
request is entered into the central Libris system and then propagated
to Koha through the Libris API. This can lead to errors, and we have
created a dummy "ILL patron" to catch these. It would then be good
to be able to connect the ILL to the right patron in Koha.

This commit makes it possible to edit illrequests.borrowernumber.

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Create two patrons, A and B
3. Create a new ILL request for patron A
4. Add a hold for patron A where biblionumber is the biblio tied
   to this ILL request
5. Go to
cgi-bin/koha/ill/ill-requests.pl?method=edit_action&illrequest_id=161
6. Observe Patron ID is editable
7. Change borrowernumber to patron B's borrowernumber
8. Click save
9. Observe ILL request is now for patron B
10. Go to patron B's details at
cgi-bin/koha/members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=B_borrowernumber
11. At the bottom section of the page, click 1 Hold(s)
12. Observe the hold you placed at step 4 has transferred to
    patron b

2. Select multiple languages in the 'OPACLanguages' system preference.

3. Go to: Tools > News.

4. Create a new news item. Switch between the different language tabs.

5. Confirm you can always input into the content field in all languages.

6. Edit an exiting news item. Switch between different language tabs.

7. Confirm you can always input into the content field in all languages.

Bug 31906: Fix alignment of managed by button on basket summary page
This patch makes a couple of changes to CSS which affect, globally, the
alignment of labels in forms. With lables corresponding to text areas or
other multi-line controls, the label should be aligned with the top of
the control.

This patch also changes the inline style attribute on the control that
lets a user add an additional manager to a basket in acquisitions. It
requires an update to work with the new default form layout.

To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Baskets.

 - View the details of a basket.
 - You should see a line labeled "Manged by." The label should be
top-aligned to match the "Add user" link next to it.
 - Test that the link works correctly and that the layout is correct
   after adding additional managers.

View other forms in the staff interface to confirm that the changes
work correctly and have not broken layout anywhere else. For instance,
in the patron add/edit form, the "Contact note," "OPAC note," labels etc.

Bug 31834: Replace incorrect "table" class from MARC imports table
The table containing staged MARC record batches has a "table" class
added to the <table> tag, which is inconsistent with other tables in the
staff interface. The class pulls in default table styles from Bootstrap
which aren't consistent.

There are a few other non-DataTable tables have the the class
"dataTable" added in order to make them more consistent. I think this
table should have that class too. The template is also modified to give
the table a <thead> and <tbody>, with indentation corrected accordingly.

To test, apply the patch and go to Cataloging -> Manage staged records.

The table of staged records should look correct, with style matching
DataTables elsewhere in Koha, e.g. Administration -> Libraries.

Bug 31879: Convert mainpage.css to SCSS
This patch creates a new SCSS file to be used to generate mainpage.css,
the stylesheet used specifically for the staff interface home page.

The patch makes visible changes in only two places: Removing borders
from two elements to make them consistent with the new staff interface
design:
 - div.pending-info, where pending actions like patrons requesting
   modifications are shown.
 - div#area-userblock, where the contents of the IntranetmainUserblock
   system preference are displayed.

Otherwise the changes are all for the purpose of properly nesting
elements according to SCSS rules and other fixes related to stylelint
rules.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.

- Go to Acquisitions.
- In the header search form, click "Orders search"
- Click the icon in the search form to expand the additional options.
- You should see an "Advanced search" link which is the same style as
  other standard links.
- The link should take you to the order search form.

Bug 31813: Specify white-space: normal for spans styled as labels
This patch is necessary to override a CSS property being inherited from
Bootstrap. Allowing a <span> with the "label" class to wrap will keep

- If necessary, stage a batch of MARC files (Cataloging -> Stage MARC

Bug 30588: Add the option to require 2FA setup on first staff login
Bug 28786 added the ability to turn on a two-factor authentication,
using a One Time Password (OTP).
Once enabled on the system, librarian had the choice to enable or
disable it for themselves.
For security reason an administrator could decide to force the
librarians to use this second authentication step.

This patch adds a third option to the existing syspref, 'Enforced', for
that purpose.

QA notes: the code we had in the members/two_factor_auth.pl controller
has been moved to REST API controller methods (with their tests and
swagger specs), for reusability reason. Code from template has been
moved to an include file for the same reason.

Test plan:
A. Regression tests
As we modified the code we need first to confirm the existing features
are still working as expected.
1. Turn off TwoFactorAuthentication (disabled) and confirm that you are not able to
enable and access the second authentication step
2. Turn it on (enabled) and confirm that you are able to enable it in your account
3. Logout and confirm then that you are able to login into Koha

B. The new option
1. Set the pref to "enforced"
2. You are not logged out, logged in users stay logged in
3. Pick a user that does not have 2FA setup, login
4. Notice the new screen (UI is a bit ugly, suggestions welcomed)
5. Try to access Koha without enabling 2FA, you shouldn't be able to
access any pages
6. Setup 2FA and confirm that you are redirected to the login screen
7. Login, send the correct pin code
=> You are fully logged in!

Note that at 6 we could redirect to the mainpage, without the need to
login again, but I think it's preferable to reduce the change to
C4::Auth. If it's considered mandatory by QA I could have a look on
another bug report.

Bug 17170: Add admin page for filters and ability to edit/save existing filters
This patchset adds a new ability to save searches on the staff client, and display them in the results
page on staff or opac as a new filter.

New filters can be added from the resuilts page after a search, and there is an admin page for updating
deleting and renaming filters

There is a new permission to control management of these filters

New filters can be added that are not displayed along with facets, this allows for building custom links
using these filters to keep URLs shorter

Due to bug 30528 testing in ES is recommended

To test:
1 - Apply patches and update database and restart all
2 - Enable new system preference 'SavedSearchFilters'
3 - As superlibrarian perform a search in staff client, something broad like 'a'
4 - Note new 'Save search as filter' link on results page
5 - Click it, save search as new filter, check 'Staff client' visibility
 6 - Perform another search
7 - Note the filter now appears above facets
8 - Click to it filter results
9 - Note results are limited by the new filter, and it is checked in the facets
10 - Confirm click the [x] removes the filter
11 - Go to administration->search filters
12 - Confirm the filter appears
13 - Edit and mark as OPAC visible
14 - Test OPAC to ensure it shows and can be applied/removed
15 - Copy URL with filter applied
16 - In adminsitration mark filter as not visible on staff or opac
17 - Confirm link above still works
18 - Create a new staff with catalogue and search filters permission
19 - Ensure they can access/save filters
20 - Remove filter permission and ensure they cannot
21 - Disable system preference
22 - Confirm links to search filters page are removed from admin home and admin sidebar
23 - Confirm filters do not appear on results and cannot be created
24 - Enable pref
25 - Create a filter
26 - From search filters page, click 'Edit search'
27 - Confirm you are taken to advanced search page letting you know which filter you are editing
28 - Confirm you can change searhc options and save
29 - Confirm you can perform the search from this page

Bug 31848: Correct margin and padding on action fieldset in aside
This patch makes a minor modification to the padding and margin of
<fieldset class="action"> nested in a .brief fieldset. This markup is
seen most often in sidebar filter form. The change allows the submit
button to line up better with other form fields.

The patch also corrects and inconsistency by modifying the holds queue
template so that the .action fieldset is inside the .brief fieldset.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)

- If necessary, place one or more holds for pickup at your logged-in
library and rebuild the holds queue
  (misc/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl)
- Go to Circulation -> Holds queue.
- The form should look correct.
- Submit the form and check the form in the sidebar. It should look
correct as well, with the submit button aligned left with the other
  form fields.
- Check pages with similar sidebar forms, e.g.:
  - Administration -> Budgets -> Funds -> Planning
  - Circulation -> Overdues
  - Circulation -> Holds to pull
  - Acquisitions -> Invoices -> Search results

Bug 31753: Dialog boxes inside of modals don't seem wide enough
This patch makes some tweaks to the style of Bootstrap modals in the
staff interface, including making a correction to the style of .dialog
<div>s within modals.

The patch makes a correction to the modal markup generated by the guided
reports template for SQL previews so that the modal footer displays
correctly.

The patch also removes CSS which makes links inside headings the same
color as the heading text. The effect of this was to make links
invisible in the headings of hold confirmation modals.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).

- Test the hold confirmation modal in check-in:
  - Place a hold on an available title.
  - Check in an item from that record and confirm that the modal
looks correct. The "Check in message" box should take up the whole
width of the modal, and the links in the modal header should be the
    standard green.
- Test the SQL preview modal in reports:
  - Go to Reports -> Use saved.
  - Click the actions menu associated with one of your saved reports and
choose "Preview SQL." The modal should look correct.
- Other modals which might be tested: MARC previews from the
bibliographic detail page, the cataloging search page, the Z39.50
  search page, etc.

Bug 14783: (follow-up) Move pickup library form into modal
This patch attemps to simplify the list of holds by moving the form for
changing a hold's pickup library into a modal dialog.

This patch also makes minor tweaks to the CSS for the "X" close button
shown in modal in windows. Instances where modal markup used "x" have
been updated to use the Bootstrap 4 standard "&times;"

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC
SCSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)

- Turn on the OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch system preference.
- Log in to the OPAC as a user with holds.
- In the view of your holds, confirm that each hold which can be
  modified shows a "Change" link.
- Clicking the link should show a modal window with the title of the
item on hold shown in the header.
- Confirm that changing the pickup location works correctly.

Bug 14783: Change pickup location from opac.
This patch allows users to change the pickup location for their holds
from the opac. A syspref (OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch) controls at what
stage a hold can be changed.

To test:
1. Set up holds with diffrent statuses for a patron (pending, waiting,
   in transit, suspended)
2. No pickup locations for any hold should be able to be changed.
3. Turn on and off the different options under
OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch. Make sure that only the corresponding
holds can be changed from the opac. Check eg in the staff client that
   pickup location has changed.
4. The available pickup locations should respect any transfer
   restrictions. (Same as the
holds list for a biblio in staff client)
5. For an in-transit hold: Check in the item at the original pickup
   location.
6. Note that it will be redirected to the new location.

Bug 31807: Context for translation: Filter (verb) vs. Filter (noun)
This patch add the context 'noun' to the 'Filter' string in
marc-overlay-rules.tt. This will separate that instance of 'Filter' from
the other ones, where it is meant as a verb.

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Visit Administration > MARC overlay rules, make sure the page works
(no errors) and that there is a column called 'Filter'
3. Update the po files

gulp po:update --lang xx-XX

for example, gulp po:update --lang fr-CA

4. Check the xx-XX-messages.po file (e.g.
misc/translator/po/fr-CA-messages.po), there should be an entry for
'Filter', with a line msgctxt that gives the 'noun' context
5. Update the file with a random word for the 'Filter' translation
for example, I translated 'Filter' by 'Filter as a noun', just to see
the difference

\#: koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/marc-overlay-rules.tt:83
msgctxt "noun"
msgid "Filter"
msgstr "Filter as a noun"

6. Install a new language
6.1. Run the following commands in the terminal, replacing xx-XX with
the language code (e.g. fr-CA)

cd misc/translator
./translate install xx-XX

6.2. In the Koha staff interface, go to Administration > Global system
preferences
6.3. Search for language
6.4. Check the box next to the new language
6.5. Save

7. View the MARC overlay rules page in the new language, the 'Filter'
column heading should be whatever you put in step 5

Optional test
8. In the staff interface in English, view one or more of these pages,
the 'Filter' should be unchanged
- Acquisitions > Late orders (Filter button)
- Aquisitions > Search for vendor > Receive shipments (Filter heading on
the left and Filter button)
- Acquisitions > Search for vendor > Click vendor's name > Uncertain
prices (Filter button)
- Administration > Budgets > Click budget's name > Planning > Plan by
... (any option) (Filter heading on the left)
- Reports > Use saved (Filter heading on the left)
- Reports > Acquisitions statistics wizard (Filter column heading)
- Reports > Patrons statistics wizard (Filter column heading)
- Reports > Catalog statistics wizard (Filter column heading)
- Reports > Circulation statistics wizard (Filter column heading)
- Reports > Holds statistics wizard (Filter column heading)
- Reports > Average loan time (Filter column heading)
- Tools > News (Filter heading on the left)

9. View these same pages in the other language, the Filter should NOT be
changed to whatever you put in step 5

Bug 30487: Convert checkout and patron details page tabs to Bootstrap
This patch updates the checkout and patron details pages, updating
jQueryUI tabs to Bootstrap tabs.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).

Go to Circulation -> Check out and load a patron record for checkout.
Ideally the patron record should have a variet of data associated with
it:

 - Checkouts
 - Relative's checkouts (if patron is a guarantor or guarantee to
   another patron with checkouts)
 - Holds
 - Article requests
 - Claims
 - Restrictions
 - Clubs

On the patron's checkout page, test the various tabs corresponding to
the features listed above. Having data to display in those tabs helps
confirm that any table functionality triggered by the tab activation is
working correctly.

The checkouts tab should work correctly whether you have "Always show
checkouts immediately" checked or not.

Test that you can pre-select any tab by appending its anchor to the URL,
e.g.:

/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=123#reserves

Perform the same checks on the patron details page.

Bug 30952: Harmonize tabs style
- Reduce border width from 3px to 2px
- Active tab is white on "primary" green (WCAG AA ✓)
- Other tabs are black (#111) on "secondary" green (WCAG AA ✓)
- Font weight is normal

The patch also removes some useless/redundant CSS properties related to
tabs

Bug 30952: (follow-up) Fix style of floating toolbars
This patch makes some changes to floating toolbars, both hc-sticky
toolbars and DataTables floating toolbars. The changes fix some bugs in
the display (incorrect z-index, unwanted margins) and proposes a
different style for .searchheader-style toolbars (e.g. patron search
results).

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS. Test pages
with various kinds and combinations of floating toolbars, e.g.:

- Administration -> System preferences
- Patrons -> Patron search results
- Administration -> Libraries
- Catalog search results
