This patch makes changes the button markup in patron
module templates so that all submit buttons and any buttons that should
should be styled as primary buttons have the Bootstrap class "btn
btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view patron module pages to confirm
that everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible
changes.

a title to provide explicit info when hoevered

Bug 28786 added the ability to turn on a two-factor authentication,
using a One Time Password (OTP).
Once enabled on the system, librarian had the choice to enable or
disable it for themselves.
For security reason an administrator could decide to force the
librarians to use this second authentication step.
This patch adds a third option to the existing syspref, 'Enforced', for
that purpose.
QA notes: the code we had in the members/two_factor_auth.pl controller
has been moved to REST API controller methods (with their tests and
swagger specs), for reusability reason. Code from template has been
moved to an include file for the same reason.
Test plan:
A. Regression tests
As we modified the code we need first to confirm the existing features
are still working as expected.
1. Turn off TwoFactorAuthentication (disabled) and confirm that you are not able to
enable and access the second authentication step
2. Turn it on (enabled) and confirm that you are able to enable it in your account
3. Logout and confirm then that you are able to login into Koha
B. The new option
1. Set the pref to "enforced"
2. You are not logged out, logged in users stay logged in
3. Pick a user that does not have 2FA setup, login
4. Notice the new screen (UI is a bit ugly, suggestions welcomed)
5. Try to access Koha without enabling 2FA, you shouldn't be able to
access any pages
6. Setup 2FA and confirm that you are redirected to the login screen
7. Login, send the correct pin code
=> You are fully logged in!
Note that at 6 we could redirect to the mainpage, without the need to
login again, but I think it's preferable to reduce the change to
C4::Auth. If it's considered mandatory by QA I could have a look on
another bug report.

This patch updates the checkout and patron details pages, updating
jQueryUI tabs to Bootstrap tabs.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Go to Circulation -> Check out and load a patron record for checkout.
Ideally the patron record should have a variet of data associated with
it:
- Checkouts
- Relative's checkouts (if patron is a guarantor or guarantee to
another patron with checkouts)
- Holds
- Article requests
- Claims
- Restrictions
- Clubs
On the patron's checkout page, test the various tabs corresponding to
the features listed above. Having data to display in those tabs helps
confirm that any table functionality triggered by the tab activation is
working correctly.
The checkouts tab should work correctly whether you have "Always show
checkouts immediately" checked or not.
Test that you can pre-select any tab by appending its anchor to the URL,
e.g.:
/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=123#reserves
Perform the same checks on the patron details page.

This patch refines the JavaScript which is run when the "Select all"
or "Clear all" controls are clicked. The script now checks to see
whether the checkbox is checked before triggering the change function.
To test, apply the patch and perform a patron search in the staff
interface which will return multiple results.
- After the patron search results are displayed, test the "Select
all" control. The visible search results should all be checked,
and the "Patrons selected" counter at the top should be
incremented correctly.
- Clicking the "Select all" control again should have no effect.
The "Patrons selected" counter should not increment again.
- Test the "Clear all" control to confirm that checkboxes are
unchecked and the counter updates correctly.
- Test with multiple pages of patron search results to confirm
that the controls work correctly on any page of results..

The quick add clones the original fields, including ids. This can cause some clash when
other JS is running on the page.
This patch updates the ids of the fields before adding to the form, which prevents bad
copying/clearing of fields
To test:
* Go to patrons module
* Click on Quick add new patron (I chose Patron as category)
* On sample database these fields are marked as mandatory:
* Surname
* Cardnumber
* Library
* Category
* Fill in Surname, leave cardnumber empty
* Save - mandatory message is shown
* Fill in cardnumber - save
* The patron is saved
* BUT: cardnumber is empty!
APPLY PATCH
* Repeat plan above
* Cardnumber is correctly saved

We cannot use data formatted with a decimal comma for
calculations. So we need to make sure that the data- attributes
passed to the modals are in 'database format' with decimal .
This will fix the NaN errors on the forms, but might also
negatively effect formatting in some spots.
Formatting should be fixed separately as this is for sure the
right first step, but we need to put in more work for displays.
To test:
* Set CurrencyFormat system preference to FR
* Go to any patron account > accounting tab
* Create a credit
* On Transactions tab: Payout amount at bottom = Verify NaN in input
* On Transactions tab: Issue payout on the credit line = Verify NaN in input
* Create a manual debit and pay it
* On Transactions tab: Issue refund = Verify NaN in input
* Apply patch
* Repeat test plan
* Now all input fields should be set with the correct amounts

This patch binds the new permissions added in the previous patch to the
tab display on the borrower account page.
Test plan
1) Apply the previous patch and run the database update
2) Configure a user without the new permissions
3) Confirm the 'Create manual invoice' and 'Create manual credit' tabs
no longer appear under the 'Accounting' area when logged in as the
above user.
4) Confirm that you cannot manually navigate to /members/mancredit.pl or
/members/maninvoice.pl when logged in as the above user.
5) Confirm that users with the above permissions are still able to see
the tabs and take actions on them.

This patch fixes following QA issues:
- convert intaller files as .yml
- change column name readonly as is_system
- change column name is_system as default_value
- add column can_be_added_manually (testplan for this below)
- move syspref "PatronRestrictionTypes" to "Accounting > Features" tab
- tweak page title
- tweak tests to apply these changes
Also atomicupdate files have been updated. Issues with delete and tests
is fixed with adding additional schema change file.
To test:
1) Add new restriction type and make it manual.
2) Navigate to patron details page.
3) Add new restriction to patron.
=> Only selectable restriction should be the one
you just created.

This patch modifies the patron search results page to enable checkbox
selections to be remembered in the browser's localStorage. This allows
checkbox selections to persist while navigating through multiple pages
of search results or even across multiple different searches.
Once selected, these values can be added to a patron list or submitted
for merging. Selections can be cleared manually and will be
automatically be removed upon logout.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- In the staff interface perform a patron search in the Patrons module
which will return multiple pages of results..
- Check checkboxes next to several patrons.
- After one checkbox is checked the "Add to patron list" button should
be enabled.
- After more than one checkbox is checked the "Merge selected patrons"
button should be enabled.
- A box should appear in the toolbar above the search results, "Patrons
selected: X"
- Navigate to another page of results. Check more checkboxes. The
"Patrons selected" information should be updated.
- Return to the first page of results. Your original selections should
still be checked.
- Test that the correct set of patrons is used when clicking "Merge
selected patrons" or when using "Add to patron list."
- Click the "Clear" button in the selections information box. Checkboxes
should be cleared on every page of results you previously checked.
- The "Add to patron list" and "Merge selected patrons" buttons should
become disabled.
- After making several selections, log out of the staff interface and
log back in, returning to the same patron search. Your selections
should have been forgotten.

This patch displays the column "Return claims" from the page "moremember.pl" to the page "overdues.pl". Rebase on master.
Test plan:
1) Use a patron with at least 1 item who should be checked out soon
2) Home > Patron > Patron details for [name]
3) Click on the 'Checkout' button down the page to show the full table and notice the "Return Claims" column
4) Now go to Home > Circulation > Overdues
5) Find the patron who has to check out and have a look at the table
6) Apply patch and repeat 4) and 5) -> the "Return Claim" column is now displayed on the table

This patch adds the display of the renewals modal when appropriate. A
"View" link is displayed next to renewals count where appropriate.
Clicking the link opens the modal that displays the logged renewals.

This patch removes the circ/ysearch.pl script used by the jQuery autocomplete widget.
We can now use the /api/v1/patrons endpoint to retrieve the patrons and
generate the patron result list.
Prior to this patch the different occurrences were defining the style
and the list of patron's attributes to display for each option (name,
date of birth, age, address, etc.). Now they are all displaying the same
information.
To acchieve this we had to:
* Make js-date-format.inc and js-patron-get-age.inc available from js_includes.inc
and so available from everywhere, which is certainly a good move. We
could discuss why this code is in include file instead of JS files
however.
* Remove the .ajaxSetup call in tags-review.js to reduce its scope: an
underscore parameter was added to the REST API query (?)
A better solution would have been to extend the existing widget
(https://learn.jquery.com/jquery-ui/widget-factory/extending-widgets/)
but I didn't manage to do it, and I feel like there is a bug in jQuery
autocomplete. The "source" was not taken into account.
We could think about replacing the jQuery autocomplete with something
else, but that's outside the scope of this bug.
Test plan:
Search for patrons and confirm the autocomplete works and that the
"select" action works as before (either a redirect or select the
patrons) on the different views:
* Place a hold
* Search for tags (form on the left)
* In the header, "Check out" and "Search patrons"
* Add instructors to course reserves
* View logs (the "librarian" input)

In input fields we always use the decimal . while the display format
uses the decimal separtor definded by CurrencyFormat. When adding a
manual invoice without this patch, the amount is shown with comma, but
it should be . in the input field.
To test:
1- Go in Administration->Debit types
2- Click on New debit type
3- Fill the form:
Code: USEDBOOK
Default amount: 0.50
Description: Used book
Can be manually invoiced: Yes
4- Save
5- Go to any patron account
6- Go to the "Accounting" tab
7- Click on "Create manual invoice"
8- Fill the form
9- Choose the created debit (Used book)
10- Verify that the format is incorrect (0,50 instead of 0.50)
11- Apply the patch
12- Verify the amount is now using the correct format

The C4::Suggestions::SearchSuggestion subroutine is badly written and
can be replaced by calls to Koha::Suggestions->search.
The hard part in this patch is suggestion.pl, the other occurrences have
been replaced easily.
Test plan:
The idea is to test the whole suggestion workflow.
1. Create a suggestion on OPAC
2. Create a suggestion on the staff interface
3. Edit suggestions
4. Filter suggestions (use the different filters and "organize by"
values)

This patch makes the suggestion-related pages rely on array size instead
of querying the DB each time they need to. In the case of
suggestion/suggestion.pl it goes from 4 COUNT(*) to 1.

translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.

This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:

This slight changes clarifies that "PIN" is an acronym,
and increases user comprehension
To test:
1) Log in as an Administrator
2) Enable TwoFactorAuthentication
3) Log in to a user with superlibrarian permissions.
4) On the user profile page, click the "More" dropdown button,
click "Manage Two-Factor
5) Check that "pin" is displayed in lowercase, in both instances.
6) Apply patch.
7) Refresh the page and observe that "pin" has changed to "PIN"

This patch updates the basket groups interface so that it doesn't rely
on YUI to move baskets in and out of groups. The patch also removes
all YUI assets and many long-obsolete references to YUI-related classes
and IDs.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)
- Go to Acquisitions.
- Locate a vendor with multiple closed baskets.
- Click "Basket groups" in the sidebar menu.
- Create or edit a basket group.
- On the basket group page you should see the basket group form in one
column and ungrouped baskets in another.
- Both grouped and ungrouped baskets should be in a sortable
DataTable.
- Test that when you click the "Add to group" button on an ungrouped
basket the row is removed from the table of ungrouped baskets and
added to the table of grouped baskets.
- The button text on the row should now read "Remove."
- Test the reverse operation: Clicking "Remove" on a grouped basket
should move it to the table of ungrouped baskets.
- Test that when all baskets are moved out of either of the tables a row
is displayed with a message specific to that table, e.g. "There are no
ungrouped baskets."
- Test that the basket group saves correctly when zero or more baskets
are added to the group.

It appears that in my original submission ( Bug 9021 ),
I hid the SMS provider selector unless the SMS::Send
driver was set to "Email", but only on the OPAC,
not on the staff interface!
Test Plan:
1) Set SMSSendDriver to anything except "Email"
2) Note the SMS Provider pulldown shows in the patron editor
3) Apply this patch
4) Reload the page, SMS Provider id should now be gone
5) Set SMSSendDriver to "Email"
6) Reload the page, SMS Provider should now be shown

This patch adds to the configuration of the date of birth field in the
patron entry form so that the calendar widget prohibits the selection of
a date in the future.
To test, apply the patch and open a patron record for editing. Try to
select a birth date in the future using the calendar widget. You should
be limited to a selection of today or before.
Confirm that clicking the "Yesterday" and "Today" shortcuts in the
calendar widget works correctly.

5. Set syspref 'RequireCashRegister' to 'always require a cash register'

This patch updates the pending patron updates page to use Bootstrap
collapse instead of jQueryUI.
This patch contains whitespace changes, so view the diff with this in
mind.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- If necessary, log into the OPAC and submit an update via the "Your
personal details" page. Ideally do this for two or more patrons.
- In the staff client, follow the "Patrons requesting modifications"
link.
- On the "Update patron records" page you should see the headings
representing each of the patrons with pending updates. The first panel
should be expanded.
- Confirm that the panels expand and collapse correctly.
- Follow the "Patron details" link for one of these patrons.
- Click the "Review pending modifications" link on the patron detail
page.
- When the update page opens that patron's panel should be expanded.

parameter in the template and use it to display the warning instead of
the rest of the page content in the 'Manage two-factor authentication'

Instead of using deprecated Google Charts API, and exposing our
secret in a GET parameter, we generate QR data ourselves.
Test plan:
[1] Enable two factor authentication in the prefs.
[2] Login in staff. Go to account. Select Manage 2FA.
[3] Verify that QR code is displayed.
[4] Register the QR in your authenticator app and test 2FA
by logging in again.

For some reason, with the combination of jQuery 3.6.0 and jQueryUI
1.13.1, the way to access the current active tab's link has changed.
Previously the tab activate event would provide information about the
link as "ui.newTab.context." It appears that "context" is no longer
available.
This patch updates the two instances in Koha where this process is
broken.
To test, apply the patch and check out to a patron with holds on their
account.
- When the checkout page loads, confirm that each tab loads its contents

- Check that the correct tab is activated when you append the tab link
to the page url, e.g.
/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=XXX#reldebarments
...which should select the "Restrictions" tab for you. You may need to
try this in a new tab or shift-reload to get the browser to look for
the hash.
- Perform the same tests on the patron details page.

This patchset introduces the Two-factor authentication (2FA) idea in
Koha.
It is far for complete, and only implement one way of doing it, but at
least it's a first step.
The idea here is to offer the librarian user the ability to
enable/disable 2FA when logging in to Koha.
It will use time-based, one-time passwords (TOTP) as the second factor,
an application to handle that will be required.

3. Click Enable, scan the QR code with the app, insert the pin code and
register
4. Your account now requires 2FA to login!
5. Notice that you can browse until you logout
6. Logout
7. Enter the credential and the pincode provided by the app
8. Logout
9. Enter the credential, no pincode
10. Confirm that you are stuck on the second auth form (ie. you cannot
access other Koha pages)
11. Click logout => First login form
12. Enter the credential and the pincode provided by the app

This patch makes some corrections to issues found during testing:
Some duplicate headings, a markup error in labeledMARCdetail.tt, a
change of the transfers heading from "Branch transfers" to "Item
transfers."
This patch also undoes the changes to the position of the toolbar on
several pages. I think those changes don't belong in this bug.

Changed each of the pages in the labels and members folders to have one
<h1> tag showing that describes the page, rather than the <h1>
describing the logo.
The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this
will be dealt with in an additional bug.
To test:
1) Go to the Staff Client
2) Apply patch
3) Go to each of the pages in the labels and members folders and check
that they have an obvious and descriptive heading
4) Ensure that the heading in the page is <h1>

This patch removes the definition of translatable strings out of
templates and into the corresponding JavaScript file, using the new JS
i81n function.
Note: I was unable to trigger the confirmation message in the
check_form_borrowers function. I think the form is now structured in a
way that it is never triggered, thus a candidate for removal.
To test:
- Apply the patch and go to Patrons.
- Add or edit a patron.
- Select a date of birth at least one month in the past and confirm that
the patron's age is displayed in the hint below.
- Test multiple variations to confirm that the singular and plural of
'year' and 'month' display correctly. (e.g. 1 year 9 months, 2 years,
etc).
- Set some patron messaging preferences for the patron.
- Change the patron category.
- You should get a confirmation: "Change messaging preferences to
default for this category?"
TESTING TRANSLATABILITY
- Update a translation, e.g. fr-FR:
> cd misc/translator
> perl translate update fr-FR
- Open the corresponding .po file for JavaScript strings, e.g.
misc/translator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po
- Locate strings pulled from
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/members.js for translation, e.g.:
msgid "%s years"
msgstr ""
- Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing).
- Install the updated translation:
> perl translate install fr-FR
- Switch to your newly translated language in the staff client
and repeat the test plan above. The translated strings should
appear.

This patch updates the circulation history page to replace jQueryUI tabs
with Bootstrap tabs. A minor JavaScript change is required to work
with the new HTML structure.
To test you'll view the staff interface circulation history page with
the OnSiteCheckouts system preference on and off.
- With OnSiteCheckouts off, locate a patron who has current and/or
past checkouts.
- View the "Circulation history" page for that patron.
- The table of checkouts should display with no tabbed interface.
- With OnSiteCheckouts on, the page should show three tabs: All,
Checkouts, and On-site checkouts.
- Confirm that clicking on each tab correctly filters the table, e.g.
the On-site checkouts tab should show only on-site checkouts.

This patch updates templates to include the new version of jQueryUI. It
removes some references to the now unused datepicker widget as well as
the jQuery timepicker addon.
Some minor JavaScript and style updates to fix issues resulting from the
upgrade.
To test, apply the patch and update the CSS in the staff interface AND
in the OPAC
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
IN THE OPAC:
- The OPAC only uses the tabs jQueryUI widget.
- View pages where tabs are used: Bibliographic details, user summary,
advanced search.
IN THE STAFF INTERFACE:
- The staff interface uses four jQueryUI widgets: accordion,
autocomplete, sortable, and tabs
- Test the accordion widget on two pages: Administration -> Table
settings and Patrons -> Patrons requesting modifications.
- Test autocomplete (requires PatronAutoComplete to be enabled) on
various pages. For example:
- From the "Check out" tab in the header search box.
- From the "Search patrons" tab in the header search box, e.g. from
the main Patrons page.
- Place hold -> Search patrons.
- Tools -> Patron lists -> Add patrons to list -> Patron search.
- Test sortable:
- Administration -> System preferences -> Language.
- With more than one language installed you should be able to
drag to re-order the enabled languages. Confirm that your change
is saved successfully.
- Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC structure ->
Edit subfields on a tag with multiple subfields. You should be able
to drag to re-order the tabs at the top of the subfield constraints
edit page. Confirm that your changes are saved successfully.
- Cataloging -> New record. Test that you can re-order subfields
under a tag with multiple subfields and that your changes are
saved.
- Tabs: View various pages with tabs: Check out, bibliographic details,
basic MARC editor. They're everywhere.
Also confirm that the removal of the leftover datepicker doesn't affect
pages which use the calendar include: Test various pages which use
Flatpickr, e.g. check out, renew, reports, etc.
