dc2c19bd51 Bug 25629: Fix capitalization in sample notices
This fixes the capitalization in sample notices files to
follow coding-guidelines. Only applies to English, translations
remain unchanged.

Additional fixes:
- Overdues slip added the letter code as subject instead of the description
- Opac changed to OPAC for self-registration verification emails

German (de-DE) file was not changed, as there is a pending translation
bug that will take care of these (bug 25129).

To test:
- Verify changes by running the web installer for the changed
  files and verify sample notices install without error
- Verify subjects and notice descriptions are correct
- Run tests in t/db_dependent/Letters*

ee838b1716 Bug 24165: Add ability to send any item field in a library chosen SIP field
Some SIP devices need access to item fields that are not sent as item information in the checkin, checkout and item information responses.
It makes sense to allow these fields to be sent in an arbitrary and configurable way, rather than hard code in each special case.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Edit your SIP2 config file, add the following within the login stanza:
   <item_field field="XX" code="<item field 1>" />
   <item_field field="XZ" code="<item fied 2>" />
   where <item field 1> and <item field 2> are item table columns of your choosing
3) Using the sip cli emulator, run checkout, checkin and item information
   messages using that item.
4) Note the values you set for the item columns are sent in the
   corrosponding fields!

884b3e71d8 Bug 23391: Hide finished ILL requests
Currently, the main table of ILL requests will display all ILL
requests in the database, regardless of their status. For libraries
with active ILL this quickly leads to a lot of requests being displayed,
and the main page of the ILL module taking a long time to load. This
patch proposes to fix this by introducing the ILLHiddenRequestStatuses
syspref, which can take a pipe-separated list of ILL statuses that
will be hidden from view in the ILL module. This means that the
only way to find a hidden request will be through a report.

To test:
- Apply the patch and make sure the atomic database update is run
- Make sure you have a few ILL requests, with at least two different
  statuses
- Check that all requests are still displayed in the main table of
  ILL requests
- Add one of the statuses* you have in your database to the
  ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref, reload the ILL module frontpage
  and verify that requests with the given status are not displayed
- Change the syspref to another status and verify requests with
  that status are now hidden
- Change the syspref to hold both statuses, separated by the pipe
  symbol (e.g.: A|B). Verify that no requests with the given
  statuses are now displayed
- Run the ILL REST API tests, e.g.:
  $ sudo koha-shell -c "prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/illrequests.t" kohadev

* = The ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref should hold status codes, like
"REQ" and "NEW", not their human readable counterparts.

f59475a360 Bug 24152: Add the ability to purge pseudonymized tables
anonymized_* tables have been added by bug 24151, this patch adds the
usual way to purge data from them.

The cleanup_database.pl script has been adjusted to take new parameters
that will help to delete pseudonymized data.

Test plan:
Call the scrip with the new parameter to remove pseudonymized data
* --pseudo-transactions DAYS will remove entries from pseudonymized_transactions older
than DAYS day
* --pseudo-transactions can be used without the parameter DAYS but with
-- pseudo-transactions-from and/or --pseudo-transactions-to instead, to provide a
range of date

You can use the patch from bug 24153 to make the tests easier, data will
not be deleted if the new --confirm flag is not passed.

7bb31cffae Bug 24379: Make login_attempts not nullable
While the column defaults to 0 in Koha::Object->store we set to NULL if NULLABLE

When trying to reset a patrons password we check that the account is not administratively locked:
login_attempts != -1

This query does not return rows where login_attempts IS NULL. It will return accounts where login_attempts = 0

Let's default to 0 like we intend

To test:
1 - Create a new patron
2 - Note their login_attempts is NULL
    SELECT login_attempts FROM borrowers ORDER BY borrowernumber DESC LIMIT 1
3 - Enable  OpacResetPassword
4 - Attempt to reset password before logging in, you cannot
5 - Apply patch, updatedatabase, restart_all, update schema
6 - Create another patron
7 - Their login attempts should be 0
8 - Attempt to reset password, it works!

Bug 24379: Fix the test

First we create a patron using TestBuilder to get a hashref of valid
info. Then we delete it and create a new patron using Koha::Patron->new
Once stored, we should call discard_changes to make the calculated
values available in the currenct object.

Bug 24379: Don't drop default of 0 for login attempts

When moving the column we drop the default, this means that DBs upgraded form earlier versions
get the wrong values set

To test:
1 - Checkout 16.11.x
2 - Reset all
3 - Checkout master
4 - updatedatabase
5 - SHOW CREATE TABLE borrowers;
6 - Note the column login_attempts defaults to NULL
7 - Apply patch(es)
8 - Repeat
9 - Now it defaults ot 0 (and has NOT NULL if applied all)

7b66b90fe7 Bug 25750: fix fallback to ecost_tax_included/ecost_tax_excluded
If 'Actual cost' has not been set then it has the value of 0.00 which
Perl evaluates to true so this patchset resets it to 0, so the fallback
to ecost_tax_included/ecost_tax_excluded happens.

Test plan:
1. Add item to acquisition basket (make sure the vendor has: tax rate: 15%, 'List prices: Include tax', 'Invoice prices: Include tax')
2. Set 'Vendor price' = 10 and do not set 'Actual cost'
3. Save order
4. Observe basket.pl shows 'Total tax exc.' has a value of 0.00 and GST
column has value of -8.70

5. Jump into the database:
select tax_value_on_ordering from aqorders where
ordernumber=<ordernumber>;
[You can get the ordernumber from clicking on the 'Modify' line the item
is listed in]
6. Observe a negative value: -8.70

7. Apply patch and restart plack
8. Add a second item to the basket
9. Set 'Vendor price' = 10 and don't set 'Actual cost'
10. Save order
11. Observe basket.pl shows 'Total tax exc' has value of 8.70 and GST
has value of 1.30
12. Repeat step 5 and observe tax_value_on_ordering = 1.30
13. Run t/Prices.t unit test:

b168f4a2e9 Bug 21395: Make perlcritic happy
This patch adds a .perlcriticrc (copied from qa-test-tools) and fixes
almost all perlcrictic violations according to this .perlcriticrc
The remaining violations are silenced out by appending a '## no critic'
to the offending lines. They can still be seen by using the --force
option of perlcritic
This patch also modify t/00-testcritic.t to check all Perl files using
the new .perlcriticrc.
I'm not sure if this test script is still useful as it is now equivalent
to `perlcritic --quiet .` and it looks like it is much slower
(approximatively 5 times slower on my machine)

Test plan:
1. Run `perlcritic --quiet .` from the root directory. It should output
   nothing
2. Run `perlcritic --quiet --force .`. It should output 7 errors (6
   StringyEval, 1 BarewordFileHandles)
3. Run `TEST_QA=1 prove t/00-testcritic.t`

0c04b397a4 Bug 24156: Make sort order and number of items to display configurable (basket page)
This patch is the main patch of this patchset, you will find the
description and the test plan.

The idea of this new enhancement is to add the ability to define the
default sort order and the default number of rows displayed on the
acquisition basket page.
The existing "columns settings" feature was replaced by a
"tables settings" feature. To prepare the ground, there were some
works that were needed:
  * rename variables and files
  * Modify the structure of the yml files
  * Create a new DB table to store the tables settings

Test plan:
0)
  a. Execute the update DB entry to create the new table
  b. Restart all (to get a new version of the yml file, that is cached by
   memcached)
  c. Create several orders for a given basket
1) Go to the basket view page
=> The default values are the same than without this patchset, the
number of entries to display is set to "20" and the table is sorted by
basket number (first column)
2) Go to the "Columns settings" page
3) Unfold the "Acquisition" tab
=> Notice the 2 dropdown lists at the bottom of the basket table
4) Select different values for "Default display length" and "Default
sort order"
5) Refresh the basket view page
=> Notice that the default settings are now effective on the table

QA note: We can decide to replace the different occurrences of "Columns settings"
by "Tables settings" if needed.

de54267510 Bug 24156: move ColumnsSettings to TablesSettings
We are preparing the ground with this patch. As the "Columns settings"
page will now add the ability to modify settings for the whole table, it
makes sense to rename the file and the variables.

Note that the controller script (admin/columns_settings.pl) and the yml
(admin/columns_settings.yml) files have not been moved to not break
shortcuts and abits people could have. But if QA decides, it could be
easy to do.

f1e248fad8 Bug 24159: Move useDaysMode pref to circulation rules
Moving the useDaysMode system preference to a circulation rule will add
much more flexibility in the calculation of the due date.

The initial request was to make hourly loan returned on closed when
(when checked out on the same close day).
To do so we do not want to take into account the calendar.
However the calendar need to be taken into account for other loan item types.

Other scenarios are possible, for instance depending on the branch.

This patchset will add a new "Days mode" column (next to "Loan period")
to the circulation rules page, with the different values of the
"useDaysMode" system preference + a "default" value, to default to the
system preference value.

Test plan:
- Define a long loan item type (like 10 days) that will use the calendar
(or default to the pref value, if the pref is not set to "ignore the
calendar")
- and a hourly loan (like 2 hours) that will ignore the calendar
- Create items with those item types
- Mark today as a closed day
- Check the items out
=> The hourly loan is due the same day
=> The other loan is due on an open day

QA note:
There is the need to force the "days_mode" option when Koha::Calendar is
initiated for the due date calculation. To make sure devs will not
forget it, the methods that need have it defined will throw an
exception.

465e5562fc Bug 25232: Add ability to skip trapping items with a given notforloan value
This is a companion/alternative to bug 25184, in that it allows an
explicit workflow for placing returned books into temporary storage for
a few days for decontamination purposes.

The idea here is to create a specific notforloan value for "In
Decontamination" or something along along those lines. This notforloan
value would never be trappable. At the end of decon,
UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin could be used to remove the
notforloan status and allow checkins to be trapped to fill holds.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Restart all the things!
3) Give an item a negative notforloan value
4) Place a hold on the item
5) Check the item in
6) Note the item is trapped for hold
7) Set SkipHoldTrapOnNotForLoanValue to the same notforloan value
   you used in step 3
8) Check the item in again
9) Note Koha did not ask you to trap the item for hold!

Bug 25502: Adapt Advanced macros routes to current guidelines
The original development started before the changes we introduced in the guidelines in late 2019, and the major code changes that took place in January 2020.

- Attribute mapping logic is now on the Koha::Object-level (the patches implement that, but are not using it)
- Related to the above, some helper methods like to_api and to_model are kept, the same for the mappings in the controller, they should all go away
- Related to the above, set_from_api and new_from_api should be used instead of using helper to_api and to_model methods in the controller
- $c->objects->search doesn't use the to_model and to_api params
- Response status codes need to be changed, at least for DELETE operations

Those are fixed by this patch.

Bug 8132: Adding a new message 'last_item_for_hold' blocking item deletion
If an item is the last one of a biblio that have biblio-level hold
placed on it, we should block the deletion.
It takes effect if the hold is found (W or T), to follow existing
behavior for item-level holds.
If we want to block deletion for any holds we should deal with it on a
separate bug report.

Test plan:
0/ Setup
Apply the patches
Create Biblio B1 with 1 item
Create Biblio B2 with 2 items
Create Biblio B3 with 1+ item
Create Biblio B4 with 1+ item
Create Biblio B5 with 1+ item
Place a biblio-level hold on B1 and B2
Place an item-level hold on B3 and B4
Confirm the item-level hold for the items of B3 to mark it waiting.

1/ Delete those 6 items in a batch
=> delete of item from B1 is blocked on first screen - only 1 item left
and there is a biblio-level hold on the record
=> delete of items from B2 is *not* blocked on first screen - One of
them will block the deletion, but so far we are not aware of that
situation
=> delete of item from B3 is blocked on first screen - there is a
waiting item-level hold placed on the item
=> delete of item from B4 is *not* blocked - there is a hold but it is
not found
=> delete of item from B5 is *not* - there is no reason to block its
deletion

Note that you can only select items from B2, B4 and B5

2/ Select them and confirm the deletion
=> Nothing happened and you get a message saying that one of the 2 items
from B2 is blocking the whole deletion process

3/ Remove the biblio-level hold from B2
4/ Repeat 1
=> The deletion has been effective!

=> Note that there is something a bit weird as we are blocking items
from a biblio that has biblio-level holds on it (not found), but we
do not blocking the deletion of an item with a waiting item-level hold

Bug 25184: Items with a negative notforloan status should not be captured for holds
Negative notforloan statuses should allow holds to be placed but not captured.

Due to coronavirus, we have libraries setting all returned materials to a negative notforloan value of Quarantine for several days.
They're using UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin to set that status automatically. However, those items are still capturing for holds,
even though those items cannot be checked out until the notforloan status is removed.

In cases like an On Order item where we do want the hold to fill at checkin,
UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin should be used to clear that notforloan status so the hold can fill.

In master, if I set an item to a not for loan but holdable status ( < 0 ) I can place the hold,
capture the hold and set it to waiting, but *not* check it out to the patron!
This does not make sense. I should not be able to trap an item for checkout unless it can be checked out.

Test Plan:
1) Set an item's notforloan value to -1
2) Place a hold on that item
3) Check in the item
4) Trap the item for that hold
5) Attempt to check the item out to the patron, you will be unable to
   because it is notforloan
6) Apply this patch
7) Restart all the things!
8) Repeat steps 1-3
9) The screen should no longer ask if the item should be trapped
   to fill the hold!

fdea245e99 Bug 23185: ->update can only be called on instantiated classes
Since our use ok Koha::Objects, there's been an implicit instantiation
happening in ->search that has somehow hidden the fact that classes need
instantiation...

This change in ->delete and ->update made it clear because of the
failures/hangs on the tests.

This patch instantiates Koha::Patron::Categories before attempting to
call ->update.

The original patches for this bug are correct and the only issue here is
that we need to document better than for some methods, instantiation is
not implicit and is required first. This is awkward and I would prefer
to force everyone to call ->new first. But I understand it would be
inconvenient.

To test:
1. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/Template/Plugin/Categories.t
=> FAIL: Notice it hangs, Ctrl+c to abort

Bug 24161: Keep tracks of late orders claims
So far we only record the number of claims and the date of the last
claim, in the aqorders table.
To keep track of the different claim dates, this patchset is going to
make the following DB changes:
  * Create a new table 'aqorders_claims' (id, ordernumber, claimed_on)
  * Remove the two columns from the aqorders table: claims_count and
  claimed_date

This will allow to display the different claim dates where needed: on
the late orders page, and the basket page.

To avoid additional fetches of Koha::Acquisition::Orders, GetLateOrders
has been moved to Koha::Acquisition::Orders->filter_by_late
That way we are going to add consistency, robustness, and cover the
feature with new tests.

Test plan:
0/ Create a bunch of new orders. Make sure they are from different
vendor (with different delivery time).
1/ Go to the late orders page and claim some orders
2/ Reclaim some of those orders
3/ Confirm that you can see the different claim dates for a given orders
(the history of the late orders claims is kept and displayed)

4/ Bonus point: Regression tests:

a. Modify the closedate of the basket in the database. That
will allow you to make sure the patch set did not introduce regressions.
It would be good to test the different filters on the late orders page:
 * delay
 * Estimated delivery date from/to
 * Vendor

b. Confirm that the subtotal and the total values from the late orders
page is correct.

c. Test the update database entry: do not apply these patches, claims
some orders against master. Apply the patch, execute the update DB entry
then confirm that the number of claims is correct (note that the dates
will not as it is not possible to guess them).

QA note: the branchcode parameter has been removed from filter_by_late.
At first glance it seems that it was not used.

Bug 20816: Add ability to define custom templated fields in SIP patron responses
To test:
 1 - You will need to enable SIP on your testing instance
    cp etc/SIPconfig.xml /etc/koha/sites/kohadev/
    sudo koha-start-sip
    add a user listed in the SIPconfig to your system and give them permissions (superlibrarian works)
    on koha-testing-docker you should be able to start sip with user koha/koha without any adjustments
 2 - If you copied the above file you should be set to get custom field DE with dateexpiry
     Otherwise edit the sip login for the user to have a custom section like:
		  <login id="koha"   password="koha"  delimiter="|" error-detect="enabled" institution="kohalibrary" encoding="utf8" >
			  <custom_patron_field field="DE" template="[% patron.dateexpiry %]" />
		  </login>
 3 - send a status test using the sip cli tester:
     perl misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -a 127.0.0.1 -p 6001 -su koha -sp koha -l kohalibrary --patron 23529001000463 -m patron_status_request
 4 - send an information test using the sip cli tester:
     perl misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -a 127.0.0.1 -p 6001 -su koha -sp koha -l kohalibrary --patron 23529001000463 -m patron_information
 5 - confirm you receive the DE field with a dateexpiry
 6 - Add your own custom fields and confirm it works with several
         <custom_patron_field field="EW" template="Phone: [% patron.phone %] Email: [% patron.email %]" />
 7 - prove -v t/db_dependent/SIP/Patron.t
 8 - prove -v t/db_dependent/SIP/

Bug 13518: Delete patron's modifications along with the patron
The table borrower_modifications has no FK constraint on the borrowernumber
and will remain untouched when the patron is deleted.
If the borrowernumber doesn't exist in the database, the modification entry is no longer visible in Koha.

The problem is that this table is used for the borrower modifications and the self-registration features.

So far borrowernumber is the PK (int(11) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0'), for the self-registration feature we can have borrowernumber that is not defined (0 is used)

Ideally we would like to have borrowernumber a DEFAULT NULL, and use NULL for self-reg, but then we will loose the PK (PK cannot be NULL).

As we cannot keep the correct constraints at DB level anyway, we will need to handle consistency at code-level.

Test plan:
Create a new patron
Do some modification at the OPAC
Delete the patron
Confirm that the modifications as been removed (directly in DB)

Bug 23727: Editing course reserve items is broken
Adding an item to course reserves and trying to edit any values in a second step does not work. Values are not saved and the table shows all values as "Unchanged".

This patch set adds two new sets of columns to the course_items table.

The first set determines if the specified column should be swapped or
not. The was previously 'implied' by the column being set to undef which
has been the root problem with that way of knowing if a column should
swap or not.

The second set of new columns are for storing the item field values
while the item is on course reserve. Previously, the column values
were swapped between the items table and the course_items table,
which leaves ambiguity as to what each value is. Now, the original
columns *always* store the value when the item is on course reserve,
and the new storage columns store the original item value while the
item is on reserve, and are NULL when an item is *not* on reserve.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Add and edit course items, not the new checkboxes for enabling fields
3) Everything should function as before

Bug 21901: Add FK on subscription and serial tables
In order to improve performance in the serial modules and add DB constraints,
this patch is going to add missing foreign key on the following columns:
 * serial.biblionumber
 * serial.subscription
 * subscriptionhistory.biblionumber
 * subscriptionhistory.subscriptionid
 * subscription.biblionumber

Once done, some code can be removed from the Del* subroutines, as the ON
CASCASE clause will make the RDBMS handles the deletions.

Test plan:
0/ It would be useful to test the update DB entry on a big and old
production DB, to make sure the constraints will be added correctly.
We could remove the entries before creating the constraints, but it can
be unecessary
1/ Make sure you can recreate a fresh install with the kohastructure.sql
from this patch
2/ Make sure you can upgrade from a master install
3/ Create a subscription, serial, etc. and delete the biblio
=> The subscription/serials should have been deleted from the DB
4/ Create a subscription, serial, etc. and delete the subscription
=> The serials should have been deleted from the DB

Bug 25044: Remove the need to define koha_object[s]_class for standard object class names
In Koha::Object[s]->prefetch_whitelist, there is a call to the koha_object[s]_class DBIC resultset class. We should not, otherwise those 2 methods will have to be defined all the time, even when we can guess it easily.

Koha::Item <> Schema::Result::Item => standard
Koha::Acquisition::Order <> Schema::Result::Aqorder => non-standard

sub _get_object_class {
    my ( $type ) = @_;
    return unless $type;

    if( $type->can('koha_object_class') ) {
        return $type->koha_object_class;
    }
    $type =~ s|Schema::Result::||;
    return ${type};
}

Test plan:
 % prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Object.t t/db_dependent/Koha/Objects.t

Bug 25008: Regression tests
This patch highlights a behaviour of Koha::RecordProcessor that is
unexpected: if you change the original options using ->options, the
loaded filters don't pick the change. That's because the filter objects
are loaded on ->new, and they are never updated.

To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/RecordProcessor.t
=> FAIL: Test prove ->options doesn't update the filters!

Bug 24840: Replace DateTime->now with dt_from_string
We should use Koha::DateUtils instead of Date::Time directly

This patch simplay replaces calls to now() with a call to dt_from_string()

Bug 7046: Implemented subscription renewal dropdown sub length element
To make this work I moved the _get_sub_length function from
subscription-add.pl to C4/Serials.pm so that the subscription-renew.pl
script could also call it to store the sublength for the appropriate
field of the subscriptions database table.

Test plan:
1. Create a subscription and notice that there is a dropdown box for sub
   length containing the values: issues, weeks, months
2. Renew the subscription and notice that there are 3 input text boxes:
   'number of num', 'number of weeks' and 'number of months'
3. Input a 'Number of weeks' value of 2
4. Query the subscription database table and notice that the value of 2
   has been stored in the weeklength field for the subscription record you
   just renewed
5. Apply the patch
6. Renew the subscription and notice that there is now a sublength
   dropdown box containing issues, weeks and months
7. Set the month value to 3
8. Query the database and notice that 3 was stored in the monthlength
   field for the subscription record
9. Create a new subscription and select the sub length values of issues
   and 3
10. Query the database and notice that the numberlength field for the
   subscription you just created is set to 3 showing that the sublength
   dropbox is still working for creating a new subscription

Bug 24900: Checks in MARC mod templates for when from field does not equal conditional field
When MARC modification template actions are applied, they assume that
the from field is the same as the conditional field. This patch adds
checks for this, as well as tests to confirm the behaviour is correct.

CASE 1: Delete 1st field 020 if 651$z exists
BROKEN BEHAVIOUR (before patch): deletes the 2nd instance of 020 instead
                                 of 1st
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR (corrected by patch): deletes the 1st instance of 020

CASE 2: Delete 1st field 020 if 651$z matches Berlin. (must include '.')
BROKEN BEHAVIOUR (before patch): deletes the 2nd instance of 020
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR (corrected by patch): deletes the 1st instance of 020

CASE 3: Delete field 020 if 650$2 does not match fast
BROKEN BEHAVIOUR (before patch): deletes all 020 fields even though
                                 650$2 does match fast
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR (corrected by patch): does not delete 020 fields
