This patch set moves the permissions' descriptions to the po files
instead of having them in the DB.
Test plan:
0/ Apply all patches
1/ Create a new installation
2/ Confirm the userflags and permissions tables are correctly populated
3/ Update the po file for a translated language
4/ Confirm you are able to translate the permissions descriptions
5/ Install the template files for this language
6/ Switch the interface to use this language and confirm the string are

QA Note: At this point we could remove the userflags.flagdesc and

Reasoning
Librarians will be doing label things in the following frequencies, from most frequent to least frequent:
1. Creating new label batches - every day/every few days
2. Managing existing label batches - every day/every few days
3. Managing existing label layouts - as needed, infrequent
5. Managing existing label templates - as needed, infrequent
6. Creating new label layouts - as needed, infrequent
7. Creating new label templates - as needed, infrequent
8. Managing existing printer profiles - possibly once only!
9. Creating new printer profiles - possibly once only!
This change to the label creator aims to make the most frequently used items easily accessible at the top of the main area,
reduces clutter on the page, and makes the label creator fall in line with UI paradigms found elsewhere in Koha.
To test:
Open the label creator: More -> Tools -> Label creator
Note that the toolbar has changed. It should be consistent across all of the label creator (it is an include).
+ New menu:
Label batch
1. make sure it looks ok - toolbar buttons are consistent at the top of the main block.
2. add items both by barcode, and by search (note this patch does not touch the pop up window. Another day.)
3. note that the usual buttons have moved below the textarea, and now have icons.
4. delete and export single items using the buttons corresponding to each item
5. select multiple and use the buttons above the table to remove and export selected items
6. export a full batch
7. deduplicate a batch
There should be no regressions in functionality.
Layout
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "Edit layout" screen.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent
Label template
1. this menu item should take you directly to the "Edit label template" page.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Printer profile
1. this menu item should take you directly to the "Edit printer profile" page.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent.
+ Manage menu:
Label batches
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available batches" page.
2. select a batch to edit using the buttons
3. select a batch to delete using the buttons - it should ask for confirm.
4. select several batches using the tickboxes, and select Export selected. Batches should be exported as normal.
5. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Layouts
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available layouts" page.
2. select a layout to edit using the buttons
3. select a layout to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Label templates
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available templates" page.
2. select a template to edit using the buttons
3. select a template to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Printer profiles
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available profiles" page.
2. select a profile to edit using the buttons
3. select a profile to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent
+ General
* note that sidebar now only has "labels home" instead of the full "manage" list. It seemed redundant with the toolbar tidied up.
Please note that I am happy to take suggestions/amendments to these changes.

This script has the following parameters :
-c Confirm and remove this help & warning
-n send No mail. Instead, all mail messages are printed on screen.
Useful for testing purposes.
-v verbose

the code does not consider the result from the confirmation popup.
This situation happens to our client in their (annual) cleanup.
I. Setup
Create the following if needed:
1) A patron for placing holds and checkouts
2) A test bibliographic record
3) An item for the record. Set the barcode to "DELETEME"
II. Corrupting the Database
1) Checkout the item "DELETEME"
2) Place a record level hold on the test record (next available item)
3) Checkin the item "DELETEME"
4) MySQL: DELETE FROM items WHERE barcode="DELETEME";
III. Deleting the record.
1) On the test record's details page: Edit -> Delete record

- for the rest, you should have, at least:
* a new field named af1, sortable, linked to a category
* a new field named af2, sortable, linked to a marcfield

In authentication pages with CAS, the use of acronym or abbr tags does not allow a correct translation of the text.
See http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5983#c7
It does not help a lot end users to know that CAS is Central Authentication Service, I think. Now one can custom the login page with NoLoginInstructions syspref to describe how to use the authentication.
This patch removes the use of acronym and abbr is authentication pages.
Test plan (example with fr-FR locale) :
- Without patch

- Update translation files : cd misc/translator ; perl translate update fr-FR
- You see in fr-FR-opac-bootstrap.po : msgid "If you have a CAS account, %s please "
- You can now translate it : msgstr "Si vous avez un compte CAS, %s veuillez "
- Same test for intranet authentication page
- Install the translation : cd misc/translator ; perl translate install fr-FR

The issue is that CircAutocompl loads a script element under #header_search
element. When this element is missing, it also messes up the indexing,
because we were calculating the indexing of the found element by subtracting
one from the found element's index (to eliminate the <script> element).
Thats why the shortcut key problem in this bug takes you one too to the left,
because we are still subtracting one from the index even though there is no
<script> element anymore.
This patches selects only the div elements and gets the index from them.
No subtractions needed.
To test keys:
1. Set CircAutocompl system preference to Don't try.
2. Try the shortcut keys. They will work incorrectly like this:
Alt+U = Search catalogue
Alt+R = Check out
Alt+Q = Check in
3. Set CircAutocompl system preference to Try.
4. Try the shortcut keys. They will work correctly like this:
Alt+U = Check out
Alt+R = Check in
ALt+Q = Search catalogue
5. Apply patch
6. Repeat step 1 and 4.
7. Repeat step 3 and 4.
8. Observe that regardless of CircAutocompl, shortcut keys worked correctly.
Followed test plan, works as expected.

If a user modify the library when he's updating a notice, the notice
will be duplicated, instead of modified.
To reproduce:
1/ Go on the notice & slips tools (tools/letter.pl)
2/ Create a notice A for library L1
3/ Edit this notice and update the library with L2
4/ On the list view, you will observe that 2 notices A now exist, one
for L1 and one for L2.
The code in tools/letters.pl should be rebuilt completely, it becomes a
house of cards. To prevent this bug, I suggest to not let the user
modify the library value on editing a notice.
It cans be done by copying the notice to another library and remove the
original one.
Counter patch welcomed.
Test plan:
1/ Go on the notice & slips tools (tools/letter.pl).
2/ Create a notice A for library L1.
3/ Edit this notice: you are not able to modify the library anymore.

neither.

iIf a patron is renewed from the circulation module, the librarian
should be redirected to the circulation module.
This works correctly if the renew is done from the patron module
(members).
This is caused by a typo in the template: desintation vs destination.
This patch also removes the cardnumber parameter to the setstatus.pl
script, it is not needed given that borrowernumber is always passed.
This has a good side-effect, it will fix bug 14691. The cardnumber does
not exist anymore, so no need to escape it :)
Test plan:
0/ Do not apply this patch
1/ Create a patron with a cardnumber with a quote (rm'me) and another
one without a quote (rmme)
2/ Go on the checkouts page (circ/circulation.pl)
3/ Renew the 2 patrons

=> With rmme you are redirected to the member module - nok
4/ Go on the patron detail page (members/moremember.pl)
5/ Renew the 2 patrons
=> you are redirected to the member module - ok
6/ Delete the patrons
=> Nothing happend with rm'me, there is a JS error on the page - nok
=> rmme is deleted - ok
7/ Apply the patch and recreate rmme
8/ Repeat 2, 3, 4, 5
=> You are redirected to the correct module
9/ Delete the patrons

This patch makes the following changes to achieve that:
[1] Use Upload.pm in stage-marc-import.pl, upload-cover-image.pl,
offline_circ/process_koc.pl and enqueue_koc.pl.
[2] A new file-upload.js replaces file-upload.inc in the associated template.
We now use ajax to get progress figures instead of launching perl script
upload-file-progress.
The js changes now also allow for aborting a file upload.
[3] Adds a tools/upload script and template. It allows to upload multiple
files at once.
[4] Makes upload-file return error messages in JSON. For a multiple upload,
we could have some files with errors and others without errors.
The upload is now marked as Failed only if there was no upload at all.
[5] The upload plugin is converted to use tools/upload with plugin param.
Deleting an upload is now presented via the search results form.
NOTE: In editing the process_koc.tt I noticed that the form enqueuefile was
hidden and no longer used (with associated code in process_koc.pl). When a
file has been uploaded, I display the form again (with the Apply directly
button). The code still works.
NOTE: We fix an error in upload-file from one of the patches of bug 6874.
The userid of the Koha admin user is passed to haspermission, but we
should pick the userid from the session.
NOTE: Bug 14686 will add a specific permission for tools/upload.pl, and
will add the tools/upload script to the Tools menu.
For now, you need edit_catalogue to start upload.pl and you will
additionally need a permission like upload_local_cover_images
to successfully upload a new file.
Test plan:
[1] Upload a marc file in stage-marc-import. (This is temp storage.)
[2] Check new entry in table uploaded_files. Look for the file in your
temporary directory (/tmp ?), subfolder koha_upload.
Bonus: Remove permissions on this subfolder. Retry, check error and
restore permissions again.
[3] Upload another (larger) file and abort the upload. Check table and
directory again. You should have a partial file, but no record.
[4] Verify that Stage for import still works as expected.
[5] Test Upload local cover image. (Enable OPACLocalCoverImages.) You can
test an individual image or a zip file including images and a file
called datalink.txt (with lines biblionumber,filename).
[6] Test uploading a offline circulation file:
Enable AllowOfflineCirculation, and create a koc file (plain text):
Line1: Version=1.0\tA=1\tB=2
Line2: 2015-08-06 08:00:00 345\treturn\t[barcode]
Note: Replace tabs and barcode. The number of tabs is essential!
Checkout the item with your barcode.
Go to Offline circulation file upload. Upload and click Apply directly.
Checkout again. Upload again, click Add to offline circulation queue.
[7] Upload three files via tools/upload.pl with a category and marked as
public. Check the results in the table.
Verify that you can download the file in OPAC without being logged in.
[8] Pick one new file and one of the files of step 7. Upload them in the
same category. One upload should succeed. Check for reported error.
[9] Connect upload.pl to field 856$u.
Goto Cataloguing editor.
In an empty 856$u, click the tag editor. Upload a file and click Choose.
Save the record. Open the record in the OPAC and click the link.
Copy this link to your clipboard for next step.
[A] Go back to editor. Click the tag editor on the same 856 field.
Choose for Delete.
Open the link in your clipboard again. Error message?
[B] Check the process of upload, search, download and delete of an upload
with some diacritical characters in the filename. (Bonus points for
adding special chars in the category code.)

On the checkin and checkout page, the checkin will fail if the patron
has requested the privacy and the AnonymousPatron is not correctly set.
This patch adds a warning message on both pages.
Test plan:
0/ Be sure you don't have any patron with privacy=2 (Never)
1/ Set OPACPrivacy, not AnonymousPatron
2/ Go on the checkin, you should a warning (same as before this patch).
3/ Set the privacy=2 for a patron
4/ Go on the circulation page, a warning should appear (for this
specific patron)

Some libraries would like to be able to add arbitrary fields to both the
RIS and BibTeX citation formats that a record can be saved as from the
staff intranet and public catalog. In addition, they would like to be
able to override the default record type and use Koha's itemtype as the
record type for those formats as well.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Add the following to the new syspref RisExportAdditionalFields:
TY: 942$c
LC: 010$a
NT: [501$a, 505$g]
4) Find or create a record with an 010$a (lccn) field, a 501$a field,
a 942$c field, and multiple 505$g fields.
5) Locate the record in the catalog, choose "Save" and select RIS
6) Inspect the downloaded file, note the replaced TY field, the LC
field, and multiple NT fields
7) Add the following to the new syspref BibtexExportAdditionalFields:
'@': 942$c
lccn: 010$a
notes: [501$a, 505$g]
9) Using the previously selected record, choose "Save" and select BIBTEX

On the way, this patch adds a specific message to the intranet if the
librarian try to renew an on-site checkout.
Indeed before this patch a renew was allowed if the barcode was scanned.

2/ Confirm that the checkbox 'renew' is not displayed on the checkout
list tables
3/ At the OPAC, the renew should not be allowed (no checkbox)

Numbered links have incorrect url. Links to result pages
don't work in Receive Shipment List (but fortunately, Next
and Previous buttons work) It's because the booksellerid is
not furnished in the url.
Test Plan :
1) Go to Acquisitions module, enter a bookseller name that you
know you can get many page of invoices for and search for it.
2) click on Receive shipment button.
3) On bottom of the first results page, click on page number 2
link. (cf joined screencast)
You'll see that the results include invoices from other
booksellerid. Indeed, I suppose that you get results from all booksellerid.
Intall patch and redo 3 steps.
NOTE: I did not follow this test plan.
I read the acqui/parcels.pl code.
The template parameter numbers is assigned in a function which has
no reference to booksellerid at all!
Additionally, the booksellerid is set directly elsewhere.
It is also strange that the booksellerid references before and after
this loop do not use the numbers.booksellerid, but just booksellerid.
The change from numbers.booksellerid to booksellerid is correct!

Now that fund name is displayed in the table as a link, you see that arg budget_period_id is never defined in this link.

If IdependentBranches is ON, to edit/delete items from other branches
you need to be superlibrarian.
Currently a "simple" staff user cannot edit them from the edit item page
but from the catalogue detail page.
The edit links should not be displayed on this table.
Test plan:
O/ Set IndependentBranches to "Prevent".
Create a record and add 2 items:
Set homebranch to L1 for item I1.
Set homebranch to L2 for item I2.
1/ With a superlibrarian user, you should be able to edit both items.
2/ With a "simple" user attached to L1, you should only be able to edit
I1. The edit links should not be displayed for I2.

On the edit items page, there is some weird JS code: if the user clicks
on the delete link and then cancel, the item is deleted anyway.
It's caused by the following JS code in browser.js
$('a[href*="biblionumber="]').click(function (ev) {
ev.preventDefault();
window.location = $(this).attr('href') + '&searchid=' + me.searchid;
});
Test plan:
- Do a search with multiple results
- Go to the detail page (make sure results browser shows up!)
- Use the "Edit items" link from the toolbar
- Delete an item (try both way)
- Choose "cancel"
- Delete an item (try both way) and confirm the deletion
You should see the browser after the deletion and the item should have
been deleted correctly.

This patch adds a system preference "UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences" to the Staff Client tab.
By default, it is off, which means that the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor won't be shown for system
preferences with a type of "htmlarea".
However, when it's on, it will show the editor for "Local Use" preferences with a "htmlarea"
type, and for other system preferences in the "Opac", "Circulation", and "Staff Client" tabs,
which I have re-assigned. (Basically, I grepped for HTML and changed the type for all
the system preferences I found except for "IntranetNav", "OpacCustomSearch", and "OPACSearchForTitleIn",
as a WYSIWYG editor would potentially break the output for these system preferences or
add no value to them...)
_TEST PLAN_
0) Run `perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl` after setting your environmental variables
1) Check the Opac tab to make sure that the WYSIWYG is nowhere to be seen
2) Change the "UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences" preference in "Staff Client" to "Show"
3) Refresh the Opac tab and notice that many system preferences now have a WYSIWYG editor
4) Try typing some text into these fields
5) Note that it gets marked as "modified"
6) Save the preference, and refresh the page
7) Note that the content has been saved

This patch adds the ability to use a WYSIWYG editor for system preferences.
The key files that I touch are:
1) admin/systempreferences.pl
2) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences.tt
3) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/systempreferences.tt
I also add:
4) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/wysiwyg-systempreferences.inc
and
5) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/lib/tiny_mce/plugins/advimage
This plugin is part of the TinyMCE distribution. It used to be in Koha, but
then someone removed it. It's useful for preferences like "opacheader" though.
*If you're using anything except IE, this should work super well. If
you're using IE, it'll probably only work for keyboard input and dragging
text within the editor box but not from outside of it. IE has worse
security, so you can probably paste using the context menu paste.
*While I think a WYSIWYG editor can be useful, there might be times
where the content is displayed differently than it is in the editor
because of higher level CSS and Javascript.

4. The reserve in question should be cancelled.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 twice, once after setting
ExpireReservesMaxPickUpDelayCharge to a nonzero value and again
after clicking the "Forgive fees for manually expired holds"
checkbox.
A fine should only be applied when the syspref is enabled and the
checkbox is not checked. Also, the checkbox should only appear after
enabling the syspref. And finally, the checkbox should remember whether
it is checked across multiple checkins, same as the "Forgive overdue
charges" and "Book drop mode" checkboxes.

Display 773 in opac and staff details when ind1 !=1
Test plan
=========
1/ Add a new record which uses the 773 field to an instance running
master code. (the selected MARC framework should have the 773's
relevant sub-fields enabled and visible on staff client, opac and
the editor).
2/ Set ind1 as '0' (zero). The note should be displayed both on OPAC
as well as the staff client.
3/ Reset ind1 with a non-zero value or leave it blank. The display
note should no longer be visible from either client or opac.
4/ Apply the patch.
5/ Repeat step #1 and #2. The note is displayed on staff and opac.
6/ Repeat step #3. The display note should be visible on both staff
and opac.
7/ run koha-qa.pl -c 1 -v 2
Note : For #1 above, the following LoC record was used:
http://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/examples.html#monographic
The patch applied cleanly and performed as expected.
The koha-qa.pl gave OK as results.

If a patron has duplicate accountno's for two different fines in Koha this will trigger the error
usi_escape: Unmatched [ in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/([ <-- HERE ])/ at (eval 133) line 1.
upon attempt to pay. How those accountno's get duplicated is unknown, but considering accountno
is somewhat vestigial at this point in time, it would be much more sensible to use accountlines_id
which is has guaranteed uniqueness at the database level.
Test Plan:
1) Create a patron with 2 fines
2) Edit the accountno's for those fines and set them to 0
3) Attempt to pay one, note the error
4) Apply this patch
5) Refesh the page
6) Attempt to pay one, no error this time!
7) Test Pay, Write off, Pay amount, Write off all, and Pay selected

To test:
1) Go to cgi-bin/koha/errors/errornumber.pl to see the error messages which currently don't make sense (ie cgi-bin/koha/errors/401.pl etc). Have only made changes to 401, 403 and 404
2) Apply patch
3) Go to cgi-bin/koha/errors/401.pl --> Check that it now says "This error means that you aren't authorized to view this page." and "Please log in and try again.". Check that 'log in' redirects to the log in page (mainpage.pl).
4) Go to cgi-bin/koha/errors/403.pl --> Check that it now says "This error means that you are forbidden to view this page."
5) Go to cgi-bin/koha/errors/404.pl --> This page should be very different. Check that the 'Error 404' is now in italics and not bold. Check that the page gives a list of reasons the user may have been given this error and some options for their next step.

The translation script adds quotes ("") around translated string (Edit
for instance).
Which breaks the json structure.
Example:
"dt_action": "<a style=\"cursor:pointer\"><form action='shelves.pl'
method='get'><input class="editshelf" value="Editar" type="submit"
/></form></a>"
Test plan:
1/ On the staff interface create a private list
2/ Go to More > Lists ('Your lists' tab)
3/ Translate the templates to any language like:
$ cd misc/translator/
$ perl translate install es-ES
4/ Enable the translated templates on the sysprefs
5/ Switch to the translated language
6/ Go to the lists page (Mas > Listas in es-ES)
The list should be displayed correctly.
Note: There is a limitation. If a translated string contains a simple
quote ('), it will also break the json.

Bug 13417 allows a librarian to delete any lists if he has the
permission (delete_public_lists).
There is a mismatch in the perm check.
A user can delete a list with the ability to edit (manage) it.
Test plan:
1/ Create a list A with user A
2/ Create a list B with user B
3/ A should be able to manage and delete the list A.
He cans delete B only if he is superlibrarian or has the

When viewing a list, the focus/cursor is no longer on the "add items" field below the list.
This patch moves the "Add Item" form at left part of page so that it is always shown (usefull when there are a lot of items). And adds focus to barcode input so you can enter several items with a barcode scanner.
Test instructions:
1. Create a list
2. Make sure you have an object with an assigned barcode
3. Go to the list
=> The barcode entry interface should be at left and has the focus
4. Enter the barcode and press enter (or use a scanner)
=> The item is added to the list

This patch does:
[1] Some trivial template changes. Modified some comments (POD lines).
[2] Converted plugin to new style.
[3] Table updates: renames id to hashvalue, adds a autoincrement id,
adds filesize, timestamp, owner and category.
RM: This db rev is in a separate sql file in atomicupdate.
[4] Code references to computed hash renamed to hashvalue instead of id.
[5] Removed some code pertaining to exposing upload dir structure. The user
now may choose a category; the uploader takes care of storage.
The list of upload categories is now taken from authorised values; this
might become a separate table in the future. (If there are none,
the upload process creates one default fallback.)
We can add e.g. permissions later, subdir structure, etc. (So dir will
not necessarily be category anymore.)
Test plan:
[1] Run the db revision.
[2] Upload new file. Check the record in the table. Delete it again; check.
[3] Run t/db../UploadedFiles.t.
[4] Run t/db../FrameworkPlugins.t -incl cataloguing/value_builder/upload.pl

Two problems were discovered while doing a fresh install
of Koha. These problems in the kohastructure.sql file are
addressed with this patch.
Clicking the plug-in icon should cause the popup window
to refocus. This adds the refocus code to the upload.pl file.
The path to the jquery.js script was wrong in the
upload_delete_file.tt file. Changed [% themelang %] to
[% interface %].
If a user clones 856$u after uploading a file, deletes the file,
and then clicks the plugin icon on the first 856$u, this will go
immediately to the upload screen with an informative error
message.
After some validation was added, it was extended to include
other cases. This serves to patch 6874 to a state where sign
off should be possible.

New cataloging plugin upload.pl and new system preference 'uploadPath'.
upload.pl provide a way to upload files on the server and store a link
(url) to it in MARC
uploadPath is the absolute path on the server where the files will be
stored. It's possible to have a hierarchy of directories under this path
and the plugin will allow to choose in which directory to store the
file.
Stored value in MARC subfield looks like this:
<OPACBaseURL>/cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=<SHA-1 of the file>
So both 'uploadPath' and 'OPACBaseURL' sysprefs have to be set for this
plugin to work correctly
