This patch applies the OPACURLOpenInNewWindow system preference
to item-level urls (in addition to the pre-existing bib-level url
handling).
_TEST PLAN_
Before applying:
1) Set OPACURLOpenInNewWindow to "don't" and click on an item-level url
2) Note that the current tab changes to that url
3) Set OPACURLOpenInNewWindow to "do" and click on an item-level url
4) Note that the current tab changes to that url
Apply the patch.
After applying:
5) Click on an item-level url
6) Note that the url opens in a new tab (as OPACURLOpenInNewWindow
should be set to "do")
7) Set OPACURLOpenInNewWindow to "don't" and click on an item-level
url
8) Note that the url opens in the current tab
9) Repeat the above steps 5-8 alternating

This response doesn't work in firefox (where it reports page not found) nor in chrome (where it returns lines below 60 on screen).
In the template the hidden input 'basketno' is listed twice. What the cgi script reads in the parameter, what is does is concat the values of the multiple basketno instances together createing what is likely an invalid basketno. For reasons beyond my understanding this is what triggers this error!

Fields < 010 were systematically unchecked during target rebuild because
they have no subfields (unchecking manually all subfields of a field
automatically uncheck the field)
When user check a field or a subfield, we have to uncheck it before
calling (sub)field_can_be_added. Otherwise, field is treated as if it
was already in target record, and this is a problem for non-repeatable

- In the list check some biblios and click on 'Merge selected records'
- Choose the biblio which will be kept, all others will be deleted
- On the next page you have all biblios you chose in tabs (left side

Bug 13789 has fixed this issue for the facet links (select/unselect) but
not for the "Show more" facets link.
This patch reuses the "url" variable, generated for the facets, for
these links. A new "local_url" variable is used to build links for each
entry.
Test plan (for OPAC and intranet):
- Search for a very common term
- Filter the results using facets
- You should get more than 5 entries for a facet and 1 selected:
Author
author 1
author 2 [x] # Selected
author 3
author 4
author 5
Show more # you see this link if there is 5+ values for this facet

Only superlibrarian users and users with superserials permission
can override this limitation.
This patch adds a new subroutine C4::Serials::can_claim_subscription.
Signed-off-by: Paola Rossi <paola.rossi@cineca.it>
The upgrading of the DB was as required:
for each [PT/S] patron with the permission "claim_serials" ON,
the permission "superserials" became[/was kept to] ON.
Then, after having checked the DB upgrading, to test the currently
adding limitation:
> Users can only claim for serials related to their branch
, I reset 2 PT/S patrons-users to:
permission claim_serials: YES
permission superserials: NO
and I set the syspref "IndependendeBranches" to "Prevent".
For:
> Only superlibrarian users can override this limitation.
the S patron-user could list AND claim:
A) subscriptions of his own branch,
B) subscriptions of other branch,
C) subscriptions without branch.
For:
> Only users with superserials permission can override this limitation.
the PT patron-user could list:
A) subscriptions of his own branch,
B) subscriptions of other branch,
C) subscriptions without branch,
and could claim only:
A) subscriptions of his own branch,
C) subscriptions without branch.
NB: a subscription is selected to be claimed.
Then I set the syspref "IndependendeBranches" to "Don't prevent".
The behaviour was [exactly the same as in master] without the added
limitation.
On [S/PT] patrons, if permission claim_serials was NO, no Claims
link was available on Serials' page, either under "Prevent" or under
"Don't prevent".

Added the results of Paola's testing to the commit message
as test plan.
Note to RM: Maybe we could add a note to the release notes, that
Koha now enforces superserials with independent branches better,
so people might have to adapt permissions in order to claim
for other branches.

If we offer a library filter, we should also show the
library in the result list, so that search options
and result list match.
Otherwise, for libraries with multiple branches, there
is no way to see, which is the subscription of a
specific branch in the list.
- Add a Library column in the result list
- Rename branch to library in the template

By not limiting the patron modification lists by branch, it can quickly
become overwhelming for a librarian. This patch makes the following
modifications:
* Only superlibrians will see the full list of borrowers with pending
modifications.
* Adds the patron cardnumber after the patrons name on the modification
list.
* Adds a link to the patron's record from the modification list.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Set up some pending modifications for two branches
3) Log in to the staff intranet as one of those branches
4) You should note the number of pending modifications counts
only your logged in branch's patrons
5) Click the link, you should only see your logged in branches
patrons in the pending modifications list.
6) You should note the cardnumber is displayed next to the patron name
7) You should note the "View record" link below each patron's name

In this simple patch the width gets controlled by CSS and it becomes
easy to set it in just one place.
The exact width may need to be discussed but I thought 30em made it look ok on my screen.
With this patch we get the wider search boxes with a very small change and another bug may
be created if needed to do a bigger refactor and remove stuff not needed in the html and
perhaps do this in a modern/responsive way. (Preferrably a UX/GUI developer will do this)
To test:
Apply the patch and reload the staff client. Now the search box is a bit wider and the border
etc has changed with it.

Test plan:
* Apply dependant patches 14246 and 14247.
* Apply current patch.
* Log into the Staff client, go to
'Administration' -> 'Global Preferences' -> 'Tools',
a new section titled 'News' should appear with a single option named 'NewsAuthorDisplay'.
Available values should be 'Not at all', 'OPAC only', 'Staff client only' and
Both OPAC and staff client'. By default the value should be 'Not at all'
(to mimic existing behaviour, important!).
* Change the value to something different and save the changes.
* Go to 'Tools' -> 'News' and add some news items (at least 2).
* Use the MySQL command line tool to edit the opac_news table,
removing the user id from one of the news items:
$ mysql -u kohaadmin -p -D koha
> SELECT `idnew`, `title`, `borrowernumber` FROM `opac_news`;
* Make a mental note of one of the 'newid' numbers to change.
> UPDATE `opac_news` SET `borrowernumber` = NULL WHERE `idnew` = <your-id-here>;
* Now one of the news items will have no user id, and no author should be shown for it.
* Go to OPAC and Staff client and make sure the display modes works as intended.
* Repeat for all values, making sure that the settings works as intended.
* The changed news item should have no author info shown at any time.
* The unchanged news item should show your own user name if the
settings match the section where it is displayed.

2/ Implement for authorised values
3/ Implement for syspref value (at least textarea)
4/ Implement for branch names
5/ Centralize all the translation on a single page in the admin area
...

Font Awesome is similar to Glyphicons included in Twitter Bootstrap,
except better in every way and more Free.

2) Edit the template for a page, and add a Font Awesome tag to it,
examples can be found here:

This patch uses Koha::DateUtils instead of C4::Dates and Date::Calc. It
also sent DateTime objects to the template, which use the TT plugin to
display them.
If an invalid dates is entered, the default date is picked.
Test plan:
1/ Go to Home > Circulation > Holds to pull
2/ Verify that the the filter and the list behave as before
3/ Enter invalid dates and confirm that you do not get a software error
Counter patch works as expected and is a much cleaner solution.

The SCO screen displays patron related menu items in it's header (Link to the account and "Logout").
This makes no sense since the patron that is logged in is the 'selfcheck' user as defined in syspref AutoSelfCheckId.
Additionally, the language menue is missing when the syspref OpacLangSelectorMode is set to 'top' or to 'both'.
To test:
- Apply on top of Bug 15039
- Set AutoSelfCheck sysprefs as appropriate
- Set OpacLangSelectorMode to 'top' or 'both'
- Go to SCO page
- Verify that the language menue does not display in the header
- Enter a card number to check out (this logs in the SCO user)
- Verify that you get text similar to "Welcome, checkout" with a link to the sco user's account in the OPAC and a 'Logout' link
- Apply patch
- Verify that the language menu appears and the SCO user's information disappears.
- Verify, that the language menu displays / does not display with combinations of:
- opaclanguagedisplay (Allow)
- opaclanguages ( > 1 language selected)
- OpacLangSelectorMode (top or both)

When checking for the patron categories allowed to use the batch
checkout, the comparison should be strict (eq).
Test plan:
0/ Do not apply this patch
1/ Create 2 patron categories ST and S
2/ Enable BatchCheckouts and define BatchCheckoutsValidCategories = S
3/ Create 2 patrons, 1 in the ST category and the other one in S
4/ On the patron detail page, you should see the "batch checkout" tab
for both patron
5/ Apply this patch
6/ The tab should only be displayed for the patron S

Right now, Koha only charges fines at the end of a given charge period.
For example, let us assume a circulation rule has a charge period of one
week ( 7 days ) and a fine of $5. This means that an item can be overdue
for 6 days without accruing a fine. Koha should allow circulation rules
to be configured to place the charge at the start of the end of the
charge period so the library can decide when the fine should accrue.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation_Issuingrule.t
4) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t
5) prove t/db_dependent/Fines.t

The language menu in koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/masthead.inc is used at other places as well (see Bug 14776).
This patch moves it to a file masthead-langmenu.inc to make it re-usable.
Additionally it streamlines the logic (not all combinations of Opac sysprefs that should display the menu did so).
To test:
- Apply patch
- Verify, that the language menu displays / does not display with combinations of:
- opaclanguagedisplay (Allow)
- opaclanguages ( > 1 language selected)
- OpacLangSelectorMode (top or both)
- Verify that sysprefs opacuserlogin and EnableOpacSearchHistory do not interfere
with the lenguage menu (before, at least one of them had to be on to display the menu)
- Verify that language switching works as before.

AdvancedSearchTypes syspref can be multivalued, opac-topissues.pl
have to support that.
AdvancedSearchTypes can have one or more of the following values:
'itemtypes', 'ccode', 'loc'. But this patch adds support only for
itemtypes and ccode. AdvancedSearchTypes can still contain 'loc' but it
will change nothing to the behaviour of opac-topissues.pl.
This patch also removes duplicate code in template (the "Refine your
search" form was written in two different places)
This introduces a small behaviour change: when there is no results,
instead of having the form in the center of the page, it remains in the
left sidebar and we have a "No results" message in the main area.
Depends on bug 14788

In order to see the checkboxes of the Collection and Shelving location of the advanced search, the if changed so that only the Itemtypes will go through the previous if
- "Item" and not "Document" is the word used throughout Koha.
- Moved the updates to an atomic update
- changed searchcategory from varchar(20) to (80)
- cleanup
This allows to group certain item types in a category, to be displayed (and searched) as such in OPAC's advanced search. For example, you can group Reserve 2h and Reserve 12h into a Reserve category. The 2 and 12h types won't appear anymore.
This also allows to simply prevent an item type from displaying as a search option.
TEST PLAN
------------------
0) Back up database, so you can reset and retest easily. ;)
1) Apply the patch
2) Run Koha QA tool.
3) prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha.t
-- all tests should pass.
4) run ./installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl to add the
two columns to itemtypes
-- Does a meaningful message get printed?
Are the columns added?
"DESCRIBE itemtypes;" should list hideinopac and searchcategory.
5) You need to add a category to group your item types:
a) In Intranet/Koha Admin/Authorized values,
select DOCTYPECAT in the 'Show category:' dropdown
i) If you do not have a DOCTYPECAT category, create one.
b) Click button "New authorized value for DOCTYPECAT"
c) Enter
Authorized value: HARDWARE
Description : Hardware
Description (OPAC): Hardware
6) Group your items under that new category
a) In Intranet/Koha Admin/Item types, choose (at least)
two item types and for each:
- Click action/Edit on the right column
- Third row (below Description) is the Search category list box, select Hardware
- click Save changes at the bottom
7) Select at least one item to be hidden in the OPAC search
a) In Intranet/Koha Admin/Item types (again), choose a different item type:
- Click action/Edit
- Click the checkbox "Hide in OPAC" below the list of icons.
8) Go test your modifications
a) Go to OPAC/Adv search.
b) Validate that all items modified above (hidden or grouped) do not appear in Item type list
c) Validate that new item type Hardware does appear instead.
d) Select item Hardware, start Search.
) Validate returned items are the of the two types that were grouped into the Hardware category in step 4.

This patch adds a checkbox on Label creator
to use or not an oblique variant of main font
for title
Also fix font selection for title in case an
oblique variant is used.
To test:
Before patch
1) Go to Tools > Label creator
2) Create a new layout, default values but select
any 'Oblique' variant for main font and
'Biblio/Barcode' for layout type
3) Go to Manage batches, create a batch, add items,
export PDF, download
4) Check logs, you must find a line with
'ERROR in koha-conf.xml -- missing <font type="COO">'
for example if main font Courier-Oblique
5) Open PDF, title could be right but not using selected font
After patch
6) Apply the patch
7) Run updatedatabase.pl
8) Repeat 1-2, note new checkbox 'Oblique title',
default checked
9) Repeat export, no new warnings on log
10) Create a new layout or edit an existent one,
uncheck 'Oblique title', save, export again

This patch ensures that the global maxreserves preference is enforced
when staff members place hold requests.
For example:
Create 3 items to place holds on. Set the circulation rule to allow 50
holds for all items. Set maxreserves to 2. Place a hold on 3 different
items. On the third item, it will give a warning, but you can still
place the hold. Despite what the circulation rule is set for (which is
only a specific case rule), maxreserves is a global rule and
should stop this from happening, not just give a warning.
Test Plan:
1) Reproduce the bug by following the steps above
2) Verify the bug exists

Reasoning
Librarians will be doing patron card things in the following frequencies, from most frequent to least frequent:
1. Creating new patron card batches - every day/every few days
2. Managing existing card batches - every day/every few days
3. Managing existing card layouts - as needed, infrequent
5. Managing existing card templates - as needed, infrequent
6. Creating new card layouts - as needed, infrequent
7. Creating new card templates - as needed, infrequent
8. Managing existing printer profiles - possibly once only!
9. Creating new printer profiles - possibly once only!
This change to the patron card creator aims to make the most frequently used items easily accessible at the top of the main area,
reduces clutter on the page, and makes the label creator fall in line with UI paradigms found elsewhere in Koha.
I think I've also improved the translatability here somewhat, please check that.
To test:
Open the patron card creator: More -> Tools -> Patron card creator
Note that the toolbar has changed. It should be consistent across all of the patron card creator (it is an include).
+ New menu:
patron card batch
1. make sure it looks ok - toolbar buttons are consistent at the top of the main block.
2. add patrons both by borrowernumber, and by search
3. note that the usual buttons have moved below the textarea, and now have icons.
4. delete and export single patrons using the buttons corresponding to each patron
5. select multiple and use the buttons above the table to remove and export selected patrons
6. export a full batch
7. deduplicate a batch
There should be no regressions in functionality.
Image
1. This menu item should take you directly to the upload/delete images interface
2. Upload an image, note success message is now below the form, eliminating the jumping box.
3. Delete single images using the buttons
4. Delete multiple images using the tickboxes and "Delete selected"
5. Not deletion success message is below the table, eliminating the jumping box.
Layout
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "Edit layout" screen.

+ Manage menu:
Card batches
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available batches" page.
2. select a batch to edit using the buttons - it should take you to the editing interface
3. select a batch to delete using the buttons - it should ask for confirm.
4. select several batches using the tickboxes, and select Export selected. Batches should be exported as normal.
5. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Images (this is actually the same page as on the new menu, I included it in both because it does both functions - can change if requested)
Layouts
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available layouts" page.
2. select a layout to edit using the buttons
3. select a layout to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Card templates
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available templates" page.
2. select a template to edit using the buttons
3. select a template to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Printer profiles
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available profiles" page.
2. select a profile to edit using the buttons
3. select a profile to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent
+ General
* note that sidebar now only has "labels home" instead of the full "manage" list. It seemed redundant with the toolbar tidied up.

The introduced syspref was defined before we added new guidelines
for them. This patch puts them in sync with current standards. It also
splits them into:
- A big on/off switch (BatchCheckouts)
- Patron category filter (BatchCheckoutsValidCategories)
The latter is expected to go away if we move this into a boolean column
on the 'categories' table, which seems a better approach. I'm filling a
new bug for this last comment.

=== Why this feature is useful for some libraries? ===
Currently Koha does not allow to checkout several items at once to a
user. This can cause a waste of time when a user want to checkout more
than 10 items.
This development has been asked to have statistics on in-house use.
Every night, a librarian will enter a barcode list (from a file or a
scanner : the librarian scans the barcode of the documents that users
let on the tables). Barcodes will be added to a statistics patron in
order to count the number of items consulted.
The development has been expanded to cover another need: some special
libraries (BDP for "Bibliotheque departementale de pret": "Loan Regional
Library").
These libraries loan items to smaller libraries (municipal). The number
of items could be very important and the current way offered by Koha is
not adequate.
=== Test plan ===
0/ Apply all patches and execute the DB change entry.
1/ Verify you are abble to do some checkouts (with confirmations,
errors).
= Statistics way =
2/ Create a statistical patron (e.g. category code STATS).
3/ Update the batch_checkouts pref with the category code (STATS).
4/ Go on the member page and verify the new "Batch check out" tab
appears (and only for this user).
5/ Check some items out on the new page using the textarea or a file.
6/ Verify the table contains the item's information and the
"Information" column contains "Local use recorded".
= Real checkouts =
7/ Create a non statistical patron and update the pref.
8/ Check some items out on the new page using the textarea or a file.
9/ Verify the information in the table is consistent.
10/ Verify item without confirmation needed or impossible alert is
checked out.
11/ If the logged in user has the "force_checkout" permission, all
checkouts with a "confirmation needed" message can be done.
If the logged in user does not have it, there is no way to force the
checkout.

The tool is documented and accessed (via Tools >) as 'Label creator'. But the

Reasoning
Librarians will be doing label things in the following frequencies, from most frequent to least frequent:
1. Creating new label batches - every day/every few days
2. Managing existing label batches - every day/every few days
3. Managing existing label layouts - as needed, infrequent
5. Managing existing label templates - as needed, infrequent
6. Creating new label layouts - as needed, infrequent
7. Creating new label templates - as needed, infrequent
8. Managing existing printer profiles - possibly once only!
9. Creating new printer profiles - possibly once only!
This change to the label creator aims to make the most frequently used items easily accessible at the top of the main area,
reduces clutter on the page, and makes the label creator fall in line with UI paradigms found elsewhere in Koha.
To test:
Open the label creator: More -> Tools -> Label creator
Note that the toolbar has changed. It should be consistent across all of the label creator (it is an include).
+ New menu:
Label batch
1. make sure it looks ok - toolbar buttons are consistent at the top of the main block.
2. add items both by barcode, and by search (note this patch does not touch the pop up window. Another day.)
3. note that the usual buttons have moved below the textarea, and now have icons.
4. delete and export single items using the buttons corresponding to each item
5. select multiple and use the buttons above the table to remove and export selected items
6. export a full batch
7. deduplicate a batch
There should be no regressions in functionality.
Layout
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "Edit layout" screen.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent
Label template
1. this menu item should take you directly to the "Edit label template" page.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Printer profile
1. this menu item should take you directly to the "Edit printer profile" page.
2. no functional changes here.
3. note toolbar at top is consistent.
+ Manage menu:
Label batches
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available batches" page.
2. select a batch to edit using the buttons
3. select a batch to delete using the buttons - it should ask for confirm.
4. select several batches using the tickboxes, and select Export selected. Batches should be exported as normal.
5. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Layouts
1. This menu item should take you directly to the "currently available layouts" page.
2. select a layout to edit using the buttons
3. select a layout to delete using the buttons
4. note toolbar at top is consistent.
Label templates
Please note that I am happy to take suggestions/amendments to these changes.

This situation happens to our client in their (annual) cleanup.
I. Setup
Create the following if needed:
1) A patron for placing holds and checkouts
2) A test bibliographic record
3) An item for the record. Set the barcode to "DELETEME"
II. Corrupting the Database
1) Checkout the item "DELETEME"
2) Place a record level hold on the test record (next available item)
3) Checkin the item "DELETEME"
4) MySQL: DELETE FROM items WHERE barcode="DELETEME";
III. Deleting the record.
1) On the test record's details page: Edit -> Delete record

because we were calculating the indexing of the found element by subtracting
one from the found element's index (to eliminate the <script> element).
Thats why the shortcut key problem in this bug takes you one too to the left,
because we are still subtracting one from the index even though there is no
<script> element anymore.
This patches selects only the div elements and gets the index from them.
No subtractions needed.
To test keys:
1. Set CircAutocompl system preference to Don't try.
2. Try the shortcut keys. They will work incorrectly like this:
Alt+U = Search catalogue
Alt+R = Check out
Alt+Q = Check in
3. Set CircAutocompl system preference to Try.
4. Try the shortcut keys. They will work correctly like this:
Alt+U = Check out
Alt+R = Check in
ALt+Q = Search catalogue
5. Apply patch
6. Repeat step 1 and 4.
7. Repeat step 3 and 4.
8. Observe that regardless of CircAutocompl, shortcut keys worked correctly.
Followed test plan, works as expected.

If a user modify the library when he's updating a notice, the notice
will be duplicated, instead of modified.
To reproduce:
1/ Go on the notice & slips tools (tools/letter.pl)
2/ Create a notice A for library L1
3/ Edit this notice and update the library with L2
4/ On the list view, you will observe that 2 notices A now exist, one
for L1 and one for L2.
The code in tools/letters.pl should be rebuilt completely, it becomes a
house of cards. To prevent this bug, I suggest to not let the user
modify the library value on editing a notice.
It cans be done by copying the notice to another library and remove the
original one.
Counter patch welcomed.
Test plan:
1/ Go on the notice & slips tools (tools/letter.pl).
2/ Create a notice A for library L1.
3/ Edit this notice: you are not able to modify the library anymore.

neither.

iIf a patron is renewed from the circulation module, the librarian
should be redirected to the circulation module.
This works correctly if the renew is done from the patron module
(members).
This is caused by a typo in the template: desintation vs destination.
This patch also removes the cardnumber parameter to the setstatus.pl
script, it is not needed given that borrowernumber is always passed.
This has a good side-effect, it will fix bug 14691. The cardnumber does
not exist anymore, so no need to escape it :)
Test plan:
0/ Do not apply this patch
1/ Create a patron with a cardnumber with a quote (rm'me) and another
one without a quote (rmme)
2/ Go on the checkouts page (circ/circulation.pl)
3/ Renew the 2 patrons
=> With rm'me you are redirected to the circ module - ok
=> With rmme you are redirected to the member module - nok
4/ Go on the patron detail page (members/moremember.pl)
5/ Renew the 2 patrons
=> you are redirected to the member module - ok
6/ Delete the patrons
=> Nothing happend with rm'me, there is a JS error on the page - nok
=> rmme is deleted - ok
7/ Apply the patch and recreate rmme
8/ Repeat 2, 3, 4, 5
=> You are redirected to the correct module
9/ Delete the patrons

This patch makes the following changes to achieve that:
[1] Use Upload.pm in stage-marc-import.pl, upload-cover-image.pl,
offline_circ/process_koc.pl and enqueue_koc.pl.
[2] A new file-upload.js replaces file-upload.inc in the associated template.
We now use ajax to get progress figures instead of launching perl script
upload-file-progress.
The js changes now also allow for aborting a file upload.
[3] Adds a tools/upload script and template. It allows to upload multiple
files at once.
[4] Makes upload-file return error messages in JSON. For a multiple upload,
we could have some files with errors and others without errors.
The upload is now marked as Failed only if there was no upload at all.
[5] The upload plugin is converted to use tools/upload with plugin param.
Deleting an upload is now presented via the search results form.
NOTE: In editing the process_koc.tt I noticed that the form enqueuefile was
hidden and no longer used (with associated code in process_koc.pl). When a
file has been uploaded, I display the form again (with the Apply directly
button). The code still works.
NOTE: We fix an error in upload-file from one of the patches of bug 6874.
The userid of the Koha admin user is passed to haspermission, but we
should pick the userid from the session.
NOTE: Bug 14686 will add a specific permission for tools/upload.pl, and
will add the tools/upload script to the Tools menu.
For now, you need edit_catalogue to start upload.pl and you will
additionally need a permission like upload_local_cover_images
to successfully upload a new file.
Test plan:
[1] Upload a marc file in stage-marc-import. (This is temp storage.)
[2] Check new entry in table uploaded_files. Look for the file in your
temporary directory (/tmp ?), subfolder koha_upload.
Bonus: Remove permissions on this subfolder. Retry, check error and
restore permissions again.
[3] Upload another (larger) file and abort the upload. Check table and
directory again. You should have a partial file, but no record.
[4] Verify that Stage for import still works as expected.
[5] Test Upload local cover image. (Enable OPACLocalCoverImages.) You can
test an individual image or a zip file including images and a file
called datalink.txt (with lines biblionumber,filename).
[6] Test uploading a offline circulation file:
Enable AllowOfflineCirculation, and create a koc file (plain text):
Line1: Version=1.0\tA=1\tB=2
Line2: 2015-08-06 08:00:00 345\treturn\t[barcode]
Note: Replace tabs and barcode. The number of tabs is essential!
Checkout the item with your barcode.
Go to Offline circulation file upload. Upload and click Apply directly.
Checkout again. Upload again, click Add to offline circulation queue.
[7] Upload three files via tools/upload.pl with a category and marked as
public. Check the results in the table.
Verify that you can download the file in OPAC without being logged in.
[8] Pick one new file and one of the files of step 7. Upload them in the
same category. One upload should succeed. Check for reported error.
[9] Connect upload.pl to field 856$u.
Goto Cataloguing editor.
In an empty 856$u, click the tag editor. Upload a file and click Choose.
Save the record. Open the record in the OPAC and click the link.
Copy this link to your clipboard for next step.
[A] Go back to editor. Click the tag editor on the same 856 field.
Choose for Delete.
Open the link in your clipboard again. Error message?
[B] Check the process of upload, search, download and delete of an upload
with some diacritical characters in the filename. (Bonus points for
adding special chars in the category code.)

If an item is on reserve for two courses but one of those courses is
disabled, both courses are still listed on opac-detail.pl!
Test Plan:
1) Enable course reserves
2) Create two courses
3) Place one item on reserve for both courses
4) Disable one of the two courses
5) View the record details for that record/item
6) You should see both courses listed in the course reserves column
7) Apply this patch
8) Reload the page
9) You should now only see the active course in the course reseves column
Followed test plan. Works as expected.

At the opac, the renew checkbox should not be displayed if it's an
on-site checkout (same on the intranet).
On the way, this patch adds a specific message to the intranet if the
librarian try to renew an on-site checkout.
Indeed before this patch a renew was allowed if the barcode was scanned.
Test plan:
1/ Create an on-site checkout for a patron
2/ Confirm that the checkbox 'renew' is not displayed on the checkout
list tables
3/ At the OPAC, the renew should not be allowed (no checkbox)
4/ Try to check the item out to the same patron, confirm that you get a
specifig message to inform you the renew is not allowed for on-site
checkouts.

If you add patron to a patron list, from the patron search result, a
list is created when you click on "Save".
The list is considered as new each time.
To reproduce:
1/ Launch a patron search
2/ Select 1 patron, and create a new list 'aaa'
3/ Select another patron and click Save again
2 lists are created
Test plan:
1/ Launch a patron search
2/ Select 1 patron, and create a new list 'aaa'
The dropdown list should be populated with this new list, and should be
selected
3/ Select another patron and click Save again
Only 1 list should be created
